Do not come here, after reading the reviews I've had the same issues. Brush not working, the soap not spraying through the hose. Or soap still coming out during rinse .If it ain't one thing it's another on every bay. Do not go here, ever, never. Two minutes until the rinse cycle was not soapy. The foaming brush did not work. Started with $5 and then no foaming brush. Money down the drain. Was once a good facility, well maintained. Now? Not so much. read more

I wash my car here all the time. Good location, and fair prices. It's a self service car wash, I personally haven't had any issues with it breaking. I have been washing my car here for 3 years and recently met the owner, very nice owner. Happy to see it's locally owned. read more

All you had to do was take my quarters and give me your soap and water... The coin machines dials are screwed up, wands are missing their extensions, and it's dirty. Take your hard-earned pocket change elsewhere. read more

The vacuums only take quarters and I couldn't find a change machine. No soap ever came from the cleaning wash and the hose to the sprayer was too long and dragged on the floor and rubbed against my vehicle the entire time. This place is crap especially compared to the wages in north field/Stapleton. read more

This place is never open. I live 2 blocks away and pass it everyday and there are always pilons in the stalls. The one Saturday I was able to use it I slipped on a huge chunk of ice they failed to clear. Consumer beware. Apparently someone left grease on the spray hose and it ended up on the front of my vehicle. While the response to my photos and emails was quick the owner/manager said they had no idea how I got the two GLOBS of grease on the front of my vehicle. And, they weren't responsible and offered nothing at the business to clean off the mess created by their spray wand. The folks at the next bay had a problem with their credit card being charged multiple times and they basically got the same response as I did...not our problem! Even though the owner/manager was busy with personal matters, the handling of these two issues shows no respect for customers. read more

Went here to clean up my Jeep after being in the mountains for a few days. I saw two stars on yelp, but decided to go anyway. There were two washing bays 'open' and one of them had a stalled car. I waited my turn for the open one. The fellow in front of me said that he wouldn't recommend washing my Jeep in there because there wasn't a nozzle for the power wash, which is an important element. It was sad to see literally seven unwashed cars turn around and leave. I can't imagine how much revenue they lose in lost business. read more

This is the worst self-service car wash I have ever been to! The first time I came here after putting in all my money the wand was broken and inoperable. The second time I tried this place the coin receiver jammed halfway through before I was able to put in the minimum amount and again I lost my money and left without being able to wash my car. On Friday night Sept. 16th 2016 I went to SoBo car-wash on Broadway & Iliff to wash my vehicle & was rather disappointed with the quality of this car-wash. There was no soap being dispensed through the wand and the water was cold not hot like I expected. The pressure was fine, but with cold water & no soap for the five($5) I spent I could've had the same results if I had just used my hose at my home. I switched the dial to clear coat rinse and nothing was being dispensed either. I used to go here all the time to wash my vehicle before it either changed hands or was remodeled by the same owner,(I don't know which). It was better before they made all the upgrades. There is no longer a bill changer available, it costs more than it used to, and they removed the towel dispenser, and the chamois hand crank ringer with stainless steel sink, along with a exterior water spicket for rinsing out your chamois when your drying off your vehicle. It would appear that all the modernization's that were done didn't really pay off so well for the consumer. I'm sure it must have though for the owner. Instead of having a phone number to call and talk to some one about it, there is a number you can text your complaint to, which I did. When I texted the number and complained about my experience the reply accused me of being disrespectful & angry, and sounded like they really didn't care about having my business. Maybe I'll be sure to let all my friends & neighbors know about this place so they won't be wasting their money, fuel, & time like I did. However If I were to receive a return phone call from either the manager or the owner so we could have a discussion about it, maybe some sort of satisfaction could be obtained by me, like maybe a refund for at least the $5 I spent wasting my fuel to get there & my time spent watering my vehicle, because I sure wasn't getting it cleaned. Maybe if they were to offer me a few free car washes I might be persuaded to change my mind about this place, especially if the manager or owner were to show a little respect to his customers instead of telling them that by complaining about it, they were being disrespectful. When I texted him back too apologize, and that I didn't mean any disrespect, and asked for a return call back so we could discuss it, all I got from him was a text saying he would contact me tomorrow because he was busy trying to enjoy an evening with his family. I replied that I was sorry for interrupting and that I wouldn't be unavailable until late the next afternoon due to a funeral of a close relative I had to attend out of town. If the owner of a business is going to advertise that he is open 24 hr.s a day,he should be prepared to give his customers service during those 24 hr.s not when it's convenient for him to do so. Typically one person works the day shift and one person works the night shift. I will reserve my final review & comments until I have received some satisfaction from this business. My only hope is that this can be accomplished well enough, and civil enough, that they can sway me back from the dark side. read more
