Dutch Car Wash on Parker Road gets the job done. On a beautiful day, you will wait in line to get your car washed but where won't that happen?! With a wash-and there are many choices for you- you also get a vacuum. The wash is automated and is NOT touch less; vacuum is on your own. They've added a free towel service as well so that you can borrow a towel at no extra cost. Honor system that you return said towel. I stick with the $15 wash usually and it does a good job. The people working there were helpful and courteous and the actual system for washing was great with the dual belts pulling the car along. And I particularly like the blower system at the end which has many nozzles at many directions to your car. But I will say a single visit is more expensive and you can set up a monthly subscription which for people who wash more than 3-4 times a month might be more economical. read more

Went in to get a regular carwash, Reese and Shawn made it such a pleasant experience. If I didn't live out of state, Reese would've convinced me to get the unlimited car washes option. I got a new car and struggled to but it back in drive at the end of the tunnel, Shawn was knowledgeable and kind and helped me through the end of the carwash. I was with friends who ran their car through this car wash. They have a $20 monthly pass that's registered via the license plate. You pull up your car and the entrance bar automatically opens. An employee guides you into the car wash and then you relax as the car moves through the tunnel. This whole process took just a few minutes. Easy peasy. I stopped here for the same reason as everyone else. I needed a car wash. I left here becoming a repeat customer. Located at a light on Parker and Quincy right at Cherry Creek Reservoir area, it's convenient to get in and out of. You can even stop next door for a drink before or afterwards. Saturday afternoon out running errands and decided to give them a try. I drove in and found they had a special happening for new customer. 17.99 which is 1/2 off their unlimited Wax Package gets you a month of unlimited car washing. Then each month afterwards it goes to the regular wax package price. This to me was a pretty sweet deal. This comes out to about 8.75 a week if you wash once a week, which is pretty reasonable for a drive through car wash and normally lower then 1 wash. Once you have your package you get to use the fast lane which will read your license plate and away you go. (Some times you wanna go where every body knows your name... Not sure why the Cheers theme popped in there but I am gonna go with it.) I have an SUV so one of the biggest issues is the back never gets cleaned properly. I didn't have this issue with this location. I was a little surprised when I got out to vacuum things and saw the back of my car wasn't still a little messy. LOTS of vacuums at this location. I like that the vacuums have one on each side of your location so you're not dragging things across the inside of you vehicle. Loads of friendly people around directing traffic and making sure people are in and out safely. I had so much fun I decided to drive from the vacuums right back into line and test out my fast pass. Worked like a charm and I was off to get the rest of my things done. Their hours are also long.. 6 am every day except Sunday. Go... Go now.. Go quickly and get your first month deal! read more

Look how closely employees stack Jeep behind White SUV. Jeep stopped for 12 seconds before Honda forced into it. Came in for the first time today and for a little less than $20, you get yourself a nice wash and wax!! i always appreciate the free vacuum at carwashes and this place has it all! There was a few dirty marks on the car still but nothing a good wipe down couldn't get rid of! This place also has free mat washers and i was pleasantly surprised. read more

As far as car washes go it was ok. It didn't scratch my car but the $9 wash barely got it cleaned. The regular road dust was fine but if you have a smudge or two you might want to try a more expensive wash. read more

***I used to LOVE this car wash and was a member for a while...until a couple of weeks ago it scratched my brand new car. Upon noticing the scratch, I went inside to show the workers the scratch. A guy named Glynn came out who seemed interested in resolving the situation and said he needed to look at the cameras and then get back to me. A few days later we watched the footage together. IT IS CLEAR FROM THEIR HI DEF FOOTAGE THAT THERE WAS NO SCRATCH WHEN I CAME IN, ONLY AFTER I CAME OUT!!! Glynn said several times that he would make things right and for me to get some quotes on the cost to fix it. So that's what I did. But then an entire week went by and I didn't hear from him. So I went in today, only to be told by Glynn that they're not going to fix it. WOW. I was really trying to be diplomatic about it. Sadly, I'll now have to get my attorney involved. Which sucks because it'll cost me money and time. But as a business owner myself, I hate to see businesses treat people like this. By the way, I wrote a review on their Facebook page and they immediately deleted it. Well it seems we are not the only ones this has happened to as after reading the reviews, not holding their company to a good standard is their motto. After it ripped the bumper off the back of my sons car, we were told the bumper was clearly lose before and somehow determined this when he showed us the video. We all laughed in unison as the "lose" part of the bumper was a normal gap between the trunk body of the car and the bumper. We could argue until we were blue in the face but they were determined not to accept that their car wash was responsible. It is sad that some companies can have such poor ethics and still survive. I will make sure to let my family and friends know of this and hope they never go through there. We definitely won't. UPDATE! They will say they reviewed the video and saw previous damage, NOTHING you say or prove will change their minds. They just say they will help but they won't. read more

This is a follow up review as I did not see a notification from a response earlier. But as I pointed out in my original review, my vehicle was damaged from the car wash. Part of the bumper was ripped off. They reviewed the video footage and came to the conclusion that it was a pre existing condition, which I know to be false as my vehicle was inspected by the dealership within a week of the wash. I used to love going here as the washes were quick and a good value. But this experience tarnished that. I filed an insurance claim and paid a deductible to get my vehicle fixed. I ultimately chose not to bring this to their attention, as it would get shrugged off and the blame would be put on me as they did not take responsibility originally. It is unfortunate but it is what it is. I cancelled my membership and have found a new car wash, although not as good as Dutch, I will not give them any of my money again. read more

The nice man working there did not upsell me on things I didn't need, and sold me on the necessary level to get said bugs off my car. So I'm giving them a three on the basis that they have a great car wash but every time I go here I feel like I'm gonna hit the person in front of me by the end of the wash. They cram people in so close together that I can't imagine that they don't have some accidents that occur. They have to buy how they cram people in together. Then even sharing my opinion they basically rolled her eyes and told me it was my fault. So Customer Service is in the toilet but the actual wash is great. Go there when it's not busy if you really need to but there's a ton of other car washes around that are the same price and just as good. I'll definitely be using them in the future instead just because of my experience. Go somewhere else it's worth it I do appreciate you writing me back and a bit of attention to my comment. Only because I don't want other people to feel this way either. Thank you so much for asking for me to come back as well and give you another shot but I feel my several times were enough for my opinion to be validated and don't change anytime soon. I do encourage you to educate your staff so that no one else feels they are justified to not return as well. Another idea would be to make sure you advertise or let people now that they will be packed in that closely and to not break before leaving when it clearly states to go. I have been going here now since they've opened I pay 34.99 per month for the wax wash and honestly it's a great wash. Keeps my car shiny and even after some rain it looks good! This new car wash place just opened up. I desperately needed a car wash, and made a visit to the newly opened location. It was my lucky day, the top tier car wash was free for the week. The hostess was very professional and friendly, she informed me of all the plans that the car wash offered. Then I was on my way to go through the car wash. After about two minutes through, I was good to go. They have the free vacuum section with mat cleaners for the patrons. Only gripe was the wash missed a pretty good border around my rear trunk, but I will definitely try this place again. read more

Best car wash I've been to. I hope they're able to expand and open more locations. It's a very Thorough wash and they offer a ceramic top coat that honestly does make a difference. I'm finding that I'm not needing to go as often. The tire shine is great and long lasting as well. They have plenty of vacuums. The only thing I didn't like at first was that there was no one who would brush wash the front/back of the car, but it honestly isn't needed. That's how great the wash is. AVOID!!! WILL CAUSE EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO VEHICLE. Heard a pop at the end of the wash cycle so got out to inspect and found the left portion of my bumper dangling by its sensor cables. Contacted supervisor immediately and they denied the claim and said it was damaged when entering the wash. BS... have also had issues with this wash bending front license plate out so clearly their sensors aren't sensing the vehicle properly. Membership cancelled will never return. read more
