Every time I go visit this location, the person standing by the wash to spray your car front and back always sprays with a lazy gesture/movement. Sometimes only sprays the front and never the back, if you don't wave at them they take it personally and don't spray at all. Then here comes the exit, the exit from the car wash has a huge left bump that scares me every time cause the machine doesn't fully release your vehicle off and away, you have to set it in drive even while it's drying, so it might someday damage the left tires maybe more. THEN comes the vacuums, Jesus Christ the vacuums are always always always clogged, you have to step away from your car and find someone that's just standing looking cool.. instead of checking in with machines, refilling sprays, towels... doing the job they are hired to do. Instead they are talking with each other trying to flirt and pass numbers. Never going to this place again.

Tons of non paying people vacuuming and zero employees checking or doing anything about it. I'm sorry but why again am I paying over $30 a month again? Is it to compensate for the freeloading constantly taking place? I'm so disgusted with this location. Also, I highly suggest any good law abiding citizen coming here make sure they have protection-aka strapped up. It's pretty shady and seedy around there. Lots of hot boxing also going on in that lot. Hide your children. Only reason it's getting 2 stars is because I still was able to wash my car, but very crowded with the freeloaders. I hope management sees this and does something about non paying customers because I will not be back until this takes place.

My car left dirtier than when I had entered - three consecutive times I left with the car dripping wet (and I canceled after the third), the dryers don't work at all, and there are now water stains all over my car. In addition, when I called and asked for a refund, everyone had an excuse and was unable to give me any type of refund or value back. Katherine noticed I looked lost, as I often do and walked around to help me. She didn't just send me over to the self-serve machine to do it myself. Between learning that it is locally owned and operated, has very fair prices, fantastic service, with vacuuming included, I will be back. Katherine was absolutely there to assist me, inform me but not upsell me to something I didn't need at the moment. I appreciate knowing all the options for monthly savings, if I were to go with the monthly membership. Gomer Pyle has nothing on Katherine when it comes to service. Just go see Katherine at the Colfax and Chambers/Lorado location. No, this is not her mother and I am not paid for this review! I just want this type of business to make it! And they did a wonderful job of cleaning my car. Dillon and Jordie were friendly, competent, and hard-working. My car looks great, except for some residual clear coat scratches. The only reasons for the missing star are (1) ACF are at the top end of pricing for detailers in the area, and (2) the detailer I've used previously does a better job of eliminating clear coat damage, while charging the same amount. The only reason I decided to try ACF vs my previous detailer is that the proprietor hiked his prices. But when the recommended tip (which I paid) is included, ACF turns out to be just as expensive.
