Most of the autowash locations have been consistently decent but this one always have broken automatic wash stations. Even the ones that are supposedly working either don't spray soap/foam or don't air dry your vehicle at all. It's the 3rd time trying this location, no wonder it was empty this morning. It's amazing since their detailing center and office are located in same area. Most of my friends or coworkers have no problem at the detailing center. They really should maintain the Central Park Autowash location better. read more

If I could give the zero stars I would. I never write reviews, but this one needs it - save yourself the hassle! Absolute worst car wash I have ever been to!! My car left dirtier than when I had entered - three consecutive times I left with the car dripping wet (and I canceled after the third), the dryers don't work at all, and there are now water stains all over my car. In addition, when I called and asked for a refund, everyone had an excuse and was unable to give me any type of refund or value back. Completely not worth your money, and I'm very upset I signed up in the first place. read more

*WASHERS BE WARNED* This place is terrible, if you are looking for a quality wash. Their water leaves hard water spots and their dryers don't dry--2+2=4, which is a problem if you have a darker car or just care about spending $25 on a wash. Their customer service line could care less about their clients. When I reached out about this locations dryer not working etc, I was told I needed to send photos of the spots on my car--not for a refund or a new wash code, but to be told I can use their self wash bay to clean and dry it myself read more

Doesn't work too well and no current discounts - they want 60 bucks for a monthly that is too much. I was paying 25 and it was good at best

Pricey car wash where the price doesn't seem to match the quality. Also the long wait times, and having one car wash down led to longer wait times. There's no body there manning the car wash so anything could go wrong and there would be nobody to help. I don't think I'll go here again. read more

This is the worst Auto car wash service in the market.. They charged $62 un notified. The wash service is so ordinary that it doesn't clean the car properly, Their dryer isnt effective leaving soap spots all over the body and you end up spending min. 20min each time you visit the car wash. Worst experience ever. Wish I could give 0 star. read more

I've been becoming increasingly disappointed with Autowash after having a membership for multiple years. The price is getting out of control and to top it off the company sends new member promotion text messages to existing members. Like others, I've endured long wait times, often due to closed bays. Too many times functions such as the undercarriage wash or the blow dry has not worked. The final straw for me today was being charged $60 for the monthly fee and a representatives refusal to refund that charge or send me anything showing I agreed to the charge. read more

I have been a member of this car wash chain and will not renew. This is the worst car wash. Don't buy a membership. The automatic wash bays are broken at all locations more than they work. When they do work, the quality of the wash has become horrible. When there is only one bay open, the lines are very long. I have to drive to multiple locations regularly to find an operable automatic wash bay. This company has set the bar for the worst customer and wash service ever. read more

After many years of using Autowash for a touchless car wash, I unfortunately have no choice but to cancel my membership and go somewhere else due to frustration and a loss in confidence. For years, we could count on Autowash for consistency and quality, but not any longer. There's almost always a lane or two shut down, and the ones that are open rarely function properly, yet they continue to increase prices. I've complained to them numerous times but nothing changes. Autowash used to be THE place to go for a top notch car wash, but not any longer. read more

Called the company after going through the $22 version of the car wash and sent photos below. Was told my car was too dirty to expect it to be clean. I asked "is there a level If dirt in which your car must have to be clean after a $22 car wash?" Maybe they should have different dirt levels pictured at the car wash so you know if you are wasting your time and money. Never knew my car could be "too dirty" for a car wash to clean it appropriately. Furthermore Autowash would not issue a refund only a credit to go back and take the next level of dirt off. Such a joke! read more

I like touchless car washes for my older vehicle. $25 for the "ultimate" car wash should at least ensure/insure that all functions are working properly and give a commensurate result. Went through today and the undercarriage wash was not working. Usually when this happens, I call-in and they comp a replacement wash after they fix it. However, not today. On my drive home, I'll find a different touchless car wash. Kind of a bummer this location seems to have ongoing issues. read more

Paid $18 for a wash and my car somehow came out soaking wet and still dirty. Drying was included so not sure how we ended up with neither clean nor dry. Save your money and just go 10 minutes up the road to Mister Car Wash -- $14, actually clean, actually dry, and free vacuums. read more

I have been a member for nearly 3 years. I am finally done and ending my membership. The Parker location has at least 50% of their car washes broken at anytime. The repair times are weeks for broken washes. Dog wash has been broken for over 2 months. Only lane open typically has 3-6 cars waiting from 6am-9pm. Each wash takes 7-10 minutes. That makes for 30:60 minutes wait times. They have stopped having a phone number for issues. THEY SUCK. read more

Unfortunately, there always seems to be a bay not in service. Today I went when only one drive thru was open and the dryer didnt even work... that's why I drive thru! Pretty lame you can't count on the location anymore. Luckily there are other newer car washes just a couple miles north. I'd recommend checking those out. read more

Love the idea of brushless wash. Unfortunately it seems like they control how many people get the autowash by closing bays. Drove to a farther one that has 3 bays hoping that at least there were 2 bays opens, turns out only one bay is open. Waiting time is around ten minutes per car and there's like 4 cara in front of me. Very frustrating.... read more

I have had an Autowash account for well over 10 years. This place used to be great when they had very few locations. Customer service was great not so much anymore if you want to spend $45 a month on a membership this is the place for you. You will wait in line for 30 to 45 minutes no matter what location you go to. They will always have an automatic bay shut down. I stopped using them for about two years and I signed up last month because there was one close to me come to find out it's temporarily closed called customer service to get refunded since I can't use that wash. It's the only one close to me and they refuse to refund my money said go find another wash location terrible customer service. If you think it's gonna wash your vehicle good guess again the last two times I went through it, there was still film all over the side of the truck water spots didn't even dry the passenger side of the vehicle and all they tell you is we'll give you another wash, but I don't have 45 minutes to go sit in line again so you just have to deal with it while they're consistent on taking that money out of your account every month and then offer zero service to you. read more

This was one of the worst car washes I've ever been to. The app would not let me load my coupon to my account. Once it finally did, it did not recognize that I was "nearby". I was literally in front of the kiosk to pay, not sure why it didn't recognize me. There was no staff around to assist and cars piled up behind me. I finally got the app to work and pulled forward for my was. The washer seemed like it was doing a good job, but when I pulled out, my wheels were still covered in dirt. I pulled through the bay to vacuum and dry my car off like at every other car wash, and found out that there were no towels and you had to pay for vacuums. What an absolute joke. After a $25 wash, you can't even vacuum your car? Because I couldn't fully dry my car, it's covered in spots. What a waste of time. Thank goodness my first wash was free. read more

absolute joke that you want me to get an app just to vacuum my car. go down the street to the washes with the FREE vacuums.

I made the mistake of purchasing a car wash subscription from this place a few years back. The price continues to go up and despite my best attempts at cancelling I still manage to get charged every 6 months. It is insanely expensive...like $350 for 6 months. What is truly unforgivable about the place is that they are always broken down and running at half capacity. I'm guessing that the lines wouldn't be backed out of the parking lot if they used the exorbitant fees to maintain their equipment. They deserve a 0/5 but I'll give them 1 star because the washes don't seem to damage my car. read more

Not my usual car wash location, it has been a year or so since I've been here, but stopped by after getting my oil changed close by. My car was pretty dusty and my windshield dirty, paid $18 for the mid range auto wash. Was in the bay for a while, seemed like it was doing its job, though I was chatting and not paying close attention. Drove off and got gas next door. While filling up I noticed my front window still had the dust and wiper marks and my car had water spots allllll over and I could drawn my name in the dust / dirt on the hood. I really don't understand how this is possible but I won't be back. That's for sure . Total waste of money. read more

Went to get a wash didn't work left the next time drove by decided to go thru automatic wash and what happens cracks my front windshield top to bottom . After a few weeks now waiting to hear from them of course have no sympathy nor answers nor anything. Pretty much told me to figure it out with damages to my 100k car definitely won't be returned and will warn everybody . I have been searching for a convenient car wash for a very long time now. Sad to say that after trying Autowash I am still looking. I know this is a simple drive through car wash and I wasn't expecting anything crazy. I just wanted to rinse off some of the grime and feel like my car was a little cleaner. My big issue - paid for the essential low level wash and it took a little longer than anticipated but the biggest issue was it didn't dry my car at all! Did I mis-read and that one doesn't include drying? I ended up paying $12 and left with more spots on my car then when I arrived. I know there's simple solutions and I did end up using a towel but I was really hoping this would be fast, easy and convenient. Disappointed. read more

You guys seriously need to compensate customers when weather stops customers from using the car wash. It has been days since I've been able to use the car wash. I would give this place zero stars. Poorly upkeep of the grounds with gravel, it has no employees physically there on a regular basis. There was a sheet of ice exiting the carwash 1/23/24 (snows melted) and they had not graveled it and my car slid and hit the air/vacum station and got badly damaged. I have AWD and winter tires from Sept 2023. The exit goes at a slant and if you hit the ice in the right spot you have no control over your car. There should have been adequate measures by the business to ensure this would not happen. I did see the manager show up before the two truck picked up my care and he acknowledged he saw the video, said there were warning ice signs out front (which there were not). Told me it's Colorado and what did I expect and that they were not paying for anything. Completely insensitive and unprofessional. I advise to stay away from this place. read more

I came to the self washing spray thing. I finally figured out how their touchscreen menu works, but accidentally tapped things I didn't want so be careful of that. Sad! I went in for a touchless automatic car wash (re-wash, really since the by-hand wand wash I did elsewhere a couple days previous left filth everywhere), specifically the $12 (advertised on the website inaccurately as $10) Essential Wash. First, there was about 6 cars ahead of me and the cycle is about 6 minutes for each car so I was there quite a while. Second, the wash itself sucks and after I got home with my "clean" car , it was so covered in filth (did the wash just kind of swirl it around and leave it there?) I could have written the Declaration of Independence on my roof, hood, trunk, or on either side with my finger and it would have been legible. Instead of going through all that trouble, I was satisfied with drawing a smiley face and taking a photo to post here. The top of the car has smeared dirt, weird white splotches and the sides have dripping filth marks. Totally not going back. read more

Incredibly disappointed in this company. Poor dryers, lengthy weights due to mechanical reliability in Brighton, Thornton , and Wesminister, and they put quite a bit in the fine print for a reason. I am one of the lucky ones only eating $223 of the $449 membership due to moving out of state. I understand it's my issue due to moving, but you would think... that there may be some discretion to life events but guess not. Best of luck to the rest who sign with them. read more

Always at least one automatic wash closed, always a small chance the open ones will take your money. I paid and waited in line once and right before my turn there was a power surge. I asked for help and they told me they had no proof I'd paid. I emailed customer server later and they offered me a $5 credit to make up for an $18 wash I never got? App is awful. I tried the monthly membership once and it gets all finicky about location and amount of devices. I couldn't even activate a code for my wife who was taking my car. There's already a 1 per day limit so not really sure why they go out of their way to be just awful and difficult. The price keeps going up but the service hasn't gotten any better, and the lines are so inefficient. They need a single line that opens up to the first available wash. This company is clearly just greedy and incompetent. read more

The concept of high pressure washing with no agitation is good, just not good for Colorado. The plows out Mag Chloride on the roads which sticks like glue to vehicles. My truck has been Ceramic coated and it gets 90% of grime off, but my other vehicles have not. High pressure water doesn't work in them. It's no different than pressure washing and leaves a film all over the vehicle. The dryers in the auto-wash do not dry anything. It's an extra 90 seconds of a wash with no benefit at all. On the weekend the wash takes 45-60 minutes to get through. I also made the mistake of paying for a full year. I would recommend if anyone is looking at AutoWash to try them for w month or two before committing On the plus side if you have multiple vehicles you can have them on 1 account vs an account per vehicle. I will not be renewing my membership. read more

Keeps increasing prices without improving anything . Lines are always ridiculously long, half the time a washing station is shut down, leaving only one or two . Autowash used to be a great product and good value. Look at the reviews from 2016 and the recent ones from 2023/24 and you'll see a consistent drop from 4+* to 1-2*. I like the touchless wash and our vehicles come clean. However, the membership price keeps going up and accessibility drops. At our local wash there is a repair vehicle there more than half the time. I often need to leave because wait times are so high due to non-functioning bays. Last month the wash dropped soap all over my truck and then didn't wash it off. Things break down and need maintenance, but the frequency of breakdowns has increased dramatically compared to a few years ago. With lack of access to the service and now a 25% increase in pricing for the basic plan, we'll be rethinking our membership. Suspect we won't be alone. read more
