I will never purchase a truck or car or recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from AutoNation ever again they don't tell you when you buy the extended warranty. If you get a vehicle, that's not GM that you have to go to that specific dealership a specific dealership that caters to that model I got a Chevy Silverado 1500. The reverse camera was not working. I took it to this location twice they gave me a loaner and then kept telling me that they couldn't figure out the issue and that if they couldn't prove that my camera needed to be fixed there was nothing they could do. So I then took video took and pictures of it saying that the rear camera needed to be serviced and my screen kept turning blue, because both times I took my truck to the AutoNation in lone tree and they kept saying that it wouldn't do it while they had it so then I take it to the AutoNation where I got it from in Littleton and they don't even know up from down as well and even lost some tools that were in my truck that I had to go back and get! All in all if you purchase a Chevy from AutoNation, do not even bother taking it to them. If you get an extended warranty, Ed Bozarth in lone tree is the place to go took great care of me literally got my truck in the same day ran a diagnostic filed a claim and Had it fixed immediately and I got it back the same day ! Never again will I go to AutoNation What a horrible experience and come to find out it wasn't just my rear camera. It was like the main camera that controls all the cameras so it was something that definitely needed it to be replaced given that I had just gotten this truck

GM Shawn Moling, what is your "Worry Free Guarantee" exactly? Let's put it on the web. Lets say your car breaks in the first 5 days, can you get your money back? Or not?

No customer service. They are all about maximizing profits and they are proud of it.

Not about customer service - all about getting every dollar from you - the manager even admitted it. We were paying cash for a car. Test drove and said we would be in the morning to buy it because needed to get a check. Salesperson said they would detail it, fill it with gas, and have it ready when they opened in the morning. We arrived 15 minutes after they opened and started the paperwork. They stopped the transaction saying someone was test driving the car. Why would they do that? Because the other party was financing and they would make more money off off the other party. This dealership is not trustworthy and not customer service focused. A huge waste of time and will not be back.

Aug 2024 Save the headache & steer clear of this place. These people talk pretty, but they really are trying to scam you every second you spend there. I purchased a car here and they kept switching the paper work saying the system was down. Meanwhile I had to keep correcting them on the price and rates we agreed on. They do this on purpose to tire you out in hopes you'll sign a paper with different terms. After 8 attempts they finally got it right. Later I came in for service and the service advisor did the same thing.I approved a price & he tried charging me $170 more. Thankfully I approved through text so they had to honor it. To make it even worse, the "certified" tech left my coolant cap loose after repairing it, so it was still leaking. Left the front end paint covered in dried coolant. The truck had been there for 2 weeks and they refused to update me or return my calls. Seriously , take your business elsewhere.

This is the 2016 Ford Expedition I purchased.

Recently bought a used suv here. Only typical downside is I got talked into spending way more than I wanted. And they get in the end to add on their warranty plan which added alot more on top of already spending more than I wanted to spend. Financing a car means higher insurance premiums. The warranty plan may not be necessary depending on vehicle you plan to buy but you have 60 days to cancel the warranty and 5 days to cancel buying the car. Nicholas Patten was my sales representative. He was very informative and helpful. I love the suv I bought but may cancel the warranty plan to reduce my monthly payment. Not sure yet. Research thoroughly beforehand so you go in with a plan.

Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me. Thanks again to all made it possible.

Working with Macy at H M Brown was the best car-buying experience I've ever had…read more I found a few cars I liked on the site, and Macy brought them all to my house for test drives. I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

My Pathetic Experience with Tesla (Lone Tree - Park Meadows Location)…read more I want to share one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had with Tesla. We had a word with Kevin on Sunday, and he clearly told us that we only needed to pay $250 to block the car -- nothing more. But later, when we were filling out the application, Francis informed us at the end that we'd have to pay $1,700 for the lease. We were never told that upfront. The lack of transparency and communication was shocking. We ended up waiting there for hours -- from 2 PM to almost 6 PM -- while they struggled to figure out the financing details. My lease application was rejected, but later it got approved for finance, and they even asked me to bring a co-signer. Despite that, the whole process was extremely disorganized and stressful. To make things worse, they refused to refund my $250 and told me to call Tesla Insurance myself to get back the $299 refund -- even though I don't even have a car now. It was an unbelievably painful, frustrating, and time-wasting experience. I honestly didn't expect this level of confusion and lack of accountability from Tesla. Beware before you visit the Tesla Lone Tree - Park Meadows location, especially if you're dealing with financing or registration. It's a total nightmare

Unfortunately, as it seems with any used car dealership, you have to question vehicles sold by them. This is DEFINITELY a place where pre-inspections are ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY! The following items were things they didn't address on a 2013 Outback in their 50-point safety inspection: - Put on brand new break pads, but on top of groved/rusted rotors so new breaks and rotors were still necessary. - Right control arm bushing was shot. - Right rear wheel bearing was shot. - Flood lights were shot. - Empty gas light lit up literally the moment I drove off the lot (that's just piss poor customer service). Not only that, but it took me over 2 weeks to obtain my copies of the digitally signed paperwork that they promised to have to me "later that day or tomorrow". So just be aware, they'll put on a good show of it by having something like brand new brakes on a Car Fax report, but they might literally be putting bandages on top of critical issues.

Textbook Bait-and-Switch - Stay Away!…read more If you're looking for the stereotypical "shady used car salesman" experience, Holman Honda is the place for you. I spent hours doing my research and getting financing terms settled, only to be met with a web of lies and high-pressure tactics. First, they flat-out lied about the vehicle's features on the website. The Jeep was listed online with a hardtop, but when I showed up, it wasn't there. When I asked about it? Total silence. Then came the financial games. They told me my rate was "only good for 24 hours" to rush me. A few days later, they called me back offering a discount to lower my down payment--only to retract the offer the second I took a day off work to finalize the deal. They tried to bait me back into the office just to switch the numbers and hike up my monthly rate.I lost a full day of wages and any shred of trust in this dealership. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you through the door, then change the terms once they think they have you. When we walked around looking at their inventory, I took particular note that he approached my son first. I find it interesting, though not surprising, how dealerships still lean into those old school gender assumptions. We spent time looking over both the CR-V and HR-V. While I was able to to check out the trunk space, features, and components, my son, tested for comfort and legroom (he needs plenty of it). We were able to take the CR-V for a test drive, putting a whole 7 miles onto the new 2026. It is a very nice car and it was great that we were able to get it on the highway. So I am a VERY picky person when it comes to exterior color, and while the sales rep was accommodating, he walked us through the lot and service area trying to locate the one that fit my preference. Eventually, we learned that the one I was most interested in was still undergoing inspection. And that is when the pressure kicked in where even the salesperson strongly recommended a deposit to "hold" it and to start paperwork rolling (even though I had yet to inspect that specific vehicle myself). I really wanted to take a look at the engine area! I made an appointment to return the next day, but after doing more research on the CR-V, I realized that the "Automatic" transmission listed on the window sticker is an actual CVT, so I had to back out. Experience has taught me well. :). A Honda may work for some but not all. On to another.....
