AC was blowing hot air they told me leak in evaporative coil and $2500-$3500 to fix. Second opinion at Firestone said no leak just topped off Freon after UV leak check the gold standard for a leak check. $300. Five weeks later still blowing cold air. Maybe could have been intermittent leak when Bozart checked but really? read more

Complete ripoff! I brought my Silverado in for a standard oil change, and the guy in service immediately started recommending extra services for nearly $1,000, then called me back shortly and recommended services that ended up costing me over $2800. After paying, I found out $1800 of that was for labor! $135-200 an hour! The truck is only worth $20K. I guess they get away with it because they're near Park Meadows and have a lot of wealthy customers that don't care about the cost, but it is unacceptable. I will not be back. read more

When I needed to take my truck in for service last week I had the tow truck driver go right past another dealer which is closer to our home because I have had concerns with their work in the past. And I'm not that hard to please... After purchasing a vehicle, and thoroughly inspecting it, a week later, these symptoms showed up out of nowhere: (And mind you, I've worked on vehicles since I was 7, and now I design Spacecraft and have experience on Fighter Aircraft Mechanics) -Runs rough -Transmission VERY hard shifting -Structural issues: front and rear, pops and bangs etc -Loose parts rolling around in overhead storage -Horrific cigarette smell -Oil filter over torqued, took 2 hours to remove for oil change -Loud noise from infotainment - strange buzzing, loud and annoying -Strong Electrical burning smell in cabin (I checked my plug-ins) These are the types of vehicles that ED Bozarth sells. It makes sense that their rating is 1 out of 5 stars. I attempted 4 times now to get the vehicle fixed. 1st attempt: Dealership told me they had no transmission tech hired at the store, so they referred me to the sister store over an hour away 2nd attempt: Sister store told me they couldn't give me a ride home OR even loan me a vehicle. 3rd attempt: Called dealership again and they said they couldn't help me at either original or sister dealership unless I paid for an Uber, and they would have my vehicle for a couple of weeks 4th Attempt: I drove to the dealership after emailing a few of the 'higher-ups'. They told me they would look at my vehicle, but recommended that I 'drive the truck for a few more weeks just to see how it does.' Alternate option they gave me: Buy back the vehicle for $7,000 less (after just 22 days of owning it), or trade it for another junker they may have-for a few thousand $$ less. We've been taking our 2014 Chevy Traverse in for oil changes/scheduled maintenance since we've owned it. It now has about 75,000 miles on it. I've never been overly impressed, but it was the dealership and we had a warranty. Then we stuck with them since we'd already been going. Customer service has been underwhelming in the past, but again, it was the dealership, so we thought we should take it there. Two days ago, I made an 8:20 am appt for a broken blinker bulb, indicating I would wait at the dealership during the appt. My husband is deployed and I have a child in the hospital (none of which I told anyone). I do not have the time or the energy to deal with this stupid blinker myself. I arrived at my appt about 5 mins early and was then told they needed 2-3 hours to fix a BLINKER, even with my appt. I did not have that kind of time, nor could I leave it for the day. I was not happy. Instead, I called another auto mechanic. They got me in, changed it in 20 mins, and charged me nothing. Guess where I am taking my car and my money from now on? I brought a Traverse here after it started leaking differential fluid in my driveway. I first went to Grease Monkey and they told me I had a faulty seal and to take it to the dealer. So that I did. One day later I get called and told that the oil screw was maybe loose but it is ready for pickup. I get the vehicle home after driving 30 minutes one way and go outside after 30 minutes and it is dripping fluid from the same spot again. They did absolutely nothing. The guys at grease monkey could figure it out but didn't have the parts yet the CHEVY DEALER couldn't? Unbelievable. Will take it back to make sure they fix and then will never take another vehicle there again. This is why I will only drive Chevy when I have to with a company vehicle. read more

Extra star for not trying to tell me my vehicle needs extra work! How often does that happen!? I have a 2005 Trailblazer with 120,000+ miles on it; last service was around 100,000 miles so I figure I should probably take it in for a once over to make sure nothing terrible is going on with it. I decided to coordinate it with an oil change (which I normally just do it a Grease Monkey or similar as needed) so I called to schedule an appointment, easy, asked them to run through everything to make sure everything in good working order, and verified I could drop it off the night before, done. Dropped it off on a Sunday night, they called me by 8:30 am the next morning to tell me the oil change had been completed and everything looked good: brakes, hoses, belts, tires, etc. Really??? This was their chance to take advantage of a vehicle with 120,000 miles, and there's really nothing that needs to be serviced, maintained or anything? OK, thanks!! I would have given this 5 stars, but my call with the service person to schedule was awkward as I was trying to ask him to do a "once-over" and he was uncertain exactly what I was asking (I'm not sure what I was asking either) and he really didn't offer any suggestions or explanations for what I should expect. Also, I should mention that the reason I even thought to make an appointment with them was because of their robo-call system that calls to remind me I was due for a service. I ignored it for a long time, planning to schedule it for when I could afford a few hundred dollars in inevitable maintenance, but nothing. The cost of an oil change- mind blown! I have been using Ed Bozarth for service on my Chevy's for some time now and their service department is the best anywhere. They are fair, honest and communicate clearly what your vehicle needs. I have worked with Bryan Felker almost exclusively but I have also worked with the other service writers there and they are all excellent. I find that their prices are competitive with independent shops and when you do pay a small premium you have to realize that you are getting original GM parts and factory trained technicians to work on your car. When I decided to change out my Volt for a pickup, I worked with Tim Cook in Sales. He was able to find the exact Chevy pickup I wanted and the entire process was low pressure and very enjoyable. My wife even commented how this was the first time she actually enjoyed shopping for a vehicle. We got a great price on my trade and the new vehicle and we could not be happier. After going to all the car lots on Havana, I went to this establishment to also look at vehicles. I very very pleased with everyone I interacted with. They had a good amount of used cars, which I really liked too. The salesman Tim Cook was very helpful when we expressed what we wanted to pay and relayed that to the Finance Manager Daniel Griffin. I came in pre-approved with my credit union, but Daniel, was able to find an even better percentage rate for us. The key on my Chevy's key fob broke off on Friday. I did not buy my car from this dealership. Knowing I needed to get this done ASAP, I called Ed Bozarth Chevrolet hoping they could help my with my issue. Although I had a considerable hold time while waiting to speak with a technician about getting a new key fob, I was told that as long as the part was available it could be fixed today. Not only did they assist me with getting a new key fob right away, it was much cheaper than I was expecting. All staff was courteous and helpful. A staff member even helped me with programming the new key fob to my car. I know I have at least a few more years with my current Chevy. However, if anyone in the near future asks me for a dealership recommendation, Ed Bozarth Chevrolet will be the first thing I say. read more

Needless to say, I left that dealership and called Gabby at Ed Bozarth, thinking that I might be waiting a few days to get in. Gabby was able to get me in right away. My diagnosis and service, along with an added-on oil change and tire rotation were all done within 3.5 hours AND they gave me a ride home while the work was being done and picked me up to pick my car up! Had my father take my Silverado to this dealership to have my drivers side window repaired after it shattered. (Lived 4 hours into the mountains at the time). Long story short the technician ended up putting a dent in my door from the inside out, and left about 4 handfulls of glass in the door. I understand that accidents happen (the dent), but there is no excuse for all of the glass left behind. After getting tired of hearing the broken glass every time I closed my door, I opened it up to properly finish the job. I refuse to take my truck back to this dealership after a less than stellar experience the previous two times I've been in. In January I brought my truck in for its 60,000 mile checkup and oil change, I don't know what they did but my truck has not been the same since. My AC is making noise and is not blowing cold air anymore, I was told they can do nothing about that until it warms up outside. My truck has never had issues with blowing cold air during the winter time and definitely not when it's 72+ outside. I do not believe an oil change was done because the sticker was never changed, truck alerted me to 7% oil life, and my windshield washer fluid was not filled like they did nothing under the hood. I feel I was taken advantage of and then made to feel like an idiot for questioning what they did and didn't do. I am now having to find an AC specialist to fix whatever they goofed and had to take my truck to get an oil change at another facility. Use caution with this dealership as they are not in it for customer satisfaction. Updating my review: I took my truck to another auto shop to work on the AC that this dealership refuses to work on and found there was zero refrigerant/Freon in the system. No leaks and cap was on tight, simple fix but something overlooked during the 60,000 mile checkup done by Ed Bozarth. Will not be returning to this dealership, this has sealed the deal they do not care about their customers read more

Never thought I'd write a review about a car dealer until now. My wife and I purchased a new vehicle here in 2015 with a three year comprehensive warranty. The first two years after purchase we considered the service to be satisfactory and always returned when routine maintenance was required. This year however we've had a quite different disappointing experience here. Our check engine light had been coming on and off which we thought at first was perhaps bad gasoline as our car would run rough. After coming on frequently however, my wife called and talked to the service department who informed her to bring it in when the light was on to run the standard diagnostic test. My wife did this the first chance she had bright and early one Saturday morning and the service person at the desk perhaps the service manager laughed at my wife and proceeded to tell her "this doesn't work this way, you just don't bring a car in here and we work on it right away", then told her they don't run diagnostic tests on weekends! Are you kidding? So my wife wasted her time here being laughed at and not getting our vehicle serviced. At this time of course our car was still under warranty. In the meantime we recently had a routine oil change done here where all fluids were supposedly checked and marked as full, including the coolant. Our car started to run rougher almost stalling several times with our engine light on. So, my wife drives into the service area the same weekday morning where she's informed the diagnostic test is now $150. When my wife commented about the higher price of the test, the service manager told her "perhaps you need to buy a new car then". What kind of attitude is that? Poor I'd say. My wife left and proceeded to another shop where the test was $70 less, she received a first time discount on all parts and labor and they discovered the radiator was almost empty of coolant and a thermostat fried. Needless to say the car is repaired and we would never return to Bozarth for service OR our next vehicle purchase thanks to your service manager and department.... read more

Ed Bozarth- Classic stereotypical car sales tactics. I knew what I wanted, knew what I wanted to pay, and still got to enjoy the classic 'let me run that buy the sales manager' line over and over with long waits. Better than the traditional run around, the dealership withheld some significant information about the vehicle I was purchasing. They conveniently failed to advise me that the vehicle I purchased wasn't at the dealership at all and they have no idea when it will arrive. They were very concerned about taking possession of my mint 2015 Corvette and ensuring their required documentation was signed however. They did not disclose to me until after the paperwork was signed that there would be a few days until my truck was transported in. My transaction took place on 28 Dec and a week later (4 Jan) no truck and no update from the dealership. Honestly, why would they care at this point they have everything they need. I foolishly thought they would like to 'save face' and offer to outfit the vehicle with accessories but I guess that would just impact their bottom line to much. Instead they have obviously chosen to move on to the next sucker. Fortunately in today's era, anyone can face their experiences via multimedia and hopefully provide some honest feedback to those seeking information about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I will only provide information about my personal experience and how the dealership has handled the situation. I know had I seen someone voicing an experience like I've had I would have chosen another dealership. She paid $22,000 in cash upfront for two cars, and then one month later they called and said that they would withhold both titles for the new cars if she didn't pay another THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS. She signed a contract for $22,000 and apparently said contract withheld the rights for this SCAM of a dealership to request more money.
