I can just text and schedule service. Second, they have loaner cars. They aren't fancy loaners like from a car dealership, but they are clean and they work. Thirdly, they don't talk down to women. I cannot tell you how many places talk down to me, acting like I am too stupid to know anything at all about my car. They are honest and give you a genuine opinion about the repairs they are recommending. You won't feel forced to get repairs you cannot afford, and that may not be 100% necessary. If you have recommended maintenance they will tell you it is recommended, and not make you feel badly if you don't have an extra $500 to drop on something that isn't broken. They are also a small business that remembers their regular customers and treats them well, which is why we keep coming back. Lastly, they are affordable. I have shopped around for many of the larger services that I have needed done, such as timing belt replacement, and Auto Service House has the best price every time. Highly recommend.

This was a brand new issue. There is no doubt Raceway Lube caused this. We took the car back, told them what happened, and left it for them to look at and fix what they broke. When we went in to pick it up, we were presented with a laundry list of things to fix. The leaking transmission fluid was nestled in the middle of a bunch of line items. Why? The reason we brought it in was the transmission leak and check engine light. We told them this when we dropped it off. Not ten other things. Then the employee said he had no idea we brought the car in last week, no idea Raceway Lube worked on it already, no idea they'd already run the codes and created a list of things to fix. The actual issue of them causing a fluid leak was not addressed at all. Incredibly frustrating. Very upset they refused to address the problem they caused, inadvertently or on purpose, and take responsibility for fixing it properly. We just took the car home. So disappointing.

I cannot recommend this place enough!…read more After owning my Tesla, and not really having to deal with car maintenance aside from overnight updates to my software, I must admit I was dreading getting the oil change. I remember a few years ago going to a place in Denver for a simple oil change and return to pick up my car with hundreds of dollars of extra charges for things they insisted I "NEEDED" and I was dreading that this might be the same. I was surprised and delighted by how friendly everyone working there was. They took great care of my car and had it completed sooner than expected, even without an appointment. I will say the location is a bit tricky, not that it's hard to get to, but it's a bit confusing because it is connected to another shop. When you pull in past the gas station where Google and Apple Maps will lead you the first entrance and bay of garages is actually for a shop that is connected to the side. You have to keep going along the front Side of the building and then you'll see their entrance and garages about halfway down. You'll know you venture the right spot when you see incredible Lego build in the lobby. It was only $100 to have my BMW oil changed and the oil filter. They did say I would need a new air filter on my next visit, but they only charge the $40 or whatever the cost is without markup when you add it to your oil change. This all seemed very reasonable to me. It was much less than I expected actually. Another detail I appreciated, worth mentioning is the fact that the sticker of my mileage and when to return on my window typed and printed not hand written. I was really relieved to see this. I know it's probably not a big deal but I hate when it is some sloppy marker writing stuck in the corner of my car window for the next 3 to 6 months. It looks cleaner and more professional. Thank you so much to the team, I'm grateful to have found a place that will make having my car maintenance done done much less painful :-)
