Test drove a 2005 Nissan Frontier with Trung the salesman. Truck ran fine and I decided to purchase the vehicle. After being shown the carfax I noticed it had failed emissions testing twice. When I asked Trung about it he assured me their mechanics had gone over it and said he could show me that his shop had passed it. I trusted him and purchased the truck but decided to immediatly go get it tested at a state facility. Failed miserably. I went directly back to the shop as it is ILLEGAL for a dealer to sell a truck that doesnt pass emissions and got a refund. They were laughing when I walked back in and he just handed me the check and said sorry about that as if he knew it was coming. They said they would have it looked at and fixed and honor the sale. 5 days later not a word. I would reccomend avoiding this dealership. read more

So, you think she could have told me that the car was hail damaged . On top of it all she seemed confused that I was angry that she didn't tell me about the damage . We bought a 2017 Yukon Denali from here. Dave was a great sales guy and really took care of us. They were quite busy and a bit short handed the day I went in, but Dave handled it with integrity. We did have a couple issues with the vehicle after we purchased it and brought it in for service at their service center. Again, it was a little tough to get an appointment quickly but once we did Alan took care of it in a day! Test drove a car that I was interested in. The car looked great in the photos. However, it was very dirty inside, as if it had not been cleaned or detailed, and it had a lot of hail sized dents. There are other organizations that perform the same service or sell cars with a much higher quality. As I reviewed their inventory, it was obvious to me that several vehicles had title issues, were previously totaled/salvaged, or other significant issues. The brokers don't really negotiate in the way that you would expect. They split a fee with dealer, rather than scouring the nation for the best possible price. I want an auto advocate who is willing to reach out to 100+ dealers and get them in a bidding war for my business. Not an organization I would buy a car from. read more

I don't know about this place. I have had my car for no kore then 2 months. I blow up my engine and they did fallow through with me on fixing the car on the warranty that they owned. I have to pay though a 300 hundred dollar deductible. I think they look advantage of me with that. i Just just put in a new battery for the car. Now as of last night the check engine light came on and I called the mechanic that I was referred to and he's telling me now to have them take the car back since they put a new engine in the car. just a mess sadly. read more

Autotrek had good service I will give them that. However the 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe they sold me in As-Is condition had a malfunction about a week ago where the accelerator sensor malfunctioned, creating the car to redline on the tachometer and basically turn into a run away vehicle! My wife was driving by herself and had to nearly stand on the brakes to get the car to stop. The brakes were ruined, and we had to get a new accelerator sensor, and brakes that cost nearly $1000 and my wife nearly lost her life. Delightful, efficient, and helpful Hoomans! Gah! This is not what I was expecting! My invasion saucer was starting to go downhill in terms of reliability (the Abducto-Beam kept failing when I was trying to extract victims along the highway), so I decided it was time to trade it in. I decided to try a "Bro-Kur" as I had grown weary of having to travel to planet "Deel-uuuurrrr" and play 69,105 rounds of "guess how much we'll sell this for?" and "You'll look sexier in our handling fees" or "Look, we've added windshield protection costs against your will!" One phone call and a single solar cycle later, and I had pricing in hand (dealer invoice cost and none of those dreaded handling fees) and this "Bro-Kur" had two qualifying replacements at *their* facility for me, ready to take on a test flight. When I arrived to take the saucers for a spin, I was fully prepared for the security checks, blood-letting, and other rituals associated with the purchase process (even more so sense I was not ready to purchase on that date). Nothing happened. They took a copy of my piloting authorization placard and handed me the keys and told me to take them for a spin BY MYSELF! Interesting! When I returned, I was fairly certain I wanted the pink.... er... BLOOD-SOAKED version, but it lacked a cloaking device and Jabba the Hutt poster that I also desired. The "Bro-Kur" said, "No problem", found the "Deeel-uuuurrrr" cost for the items and asked if I wanted them installed for free. I authorized the work and then fully expected to have to leave one of my alien clones behind as collateral for the work and to "hold" the vehicle until I was ready to conclude the sale. Again... NOTHING. When I went to pick up the saucer a couple of solar cycles later, the purchasing process was equally as painless and I was out the door, plundering the surrounding sector within about an hour (I think I spent more time trying to migrate the car seats from the old saucer to the new one). How *dare* this "Bro-Kur" perform some useful, efficient, and friendly services! Overall, the entire process was disgustingly enjoyable! My only reservation on giving a full 5 star rating is that because this type of "Bro-Kur" does not take a fee from the buyer when the vehicle is purchased (they split the manufacturers holdback fee with the dealer), I'm not 99.999999% certain that I couldn't have received a ever-so-slightly better price from the other type of "Bro-Kur" who might have negotiated with planet "Deeeel-uuuuurrrrr" slightly more aggressively, but, based on my own estimations, I still believe I received an excellent deal *without* having to dirty myself with the "other purchasing experience". I had Charlotte helping me buy a car and it was one I had found - what was nice about this was the fact that she took care of everything, and I didn't have to contact or speak to anyone at a dealership. I couldn't stand that in the past , and this way she took care of all negotiation etc...saved me hundreds in dealer handling as well. She was sweet and helpful and stayed on top of things. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car from a broker...saves you a ton of work. I also want to commend Autotrek for working with me on a check that I was waiting for from other funding for the car...the bank put a hold on the check, and instead of taking my car back and holding it, they worked with me so that I could keep it. Colorado Autotrek Review I have purchased a few vehicles from these people over the years, and so I thought I could trust that relationship, it had gone well before. I won't mention the names of the people that I have dealt with there. I will say this however. I recently found myself in a bad situation, just some of those things that life will throw at you unexpectedly, and at this particular moment in time my resources were scant. I had gone through a series of thousand dollar cars trying to avoid credit. Firstly my credit was not very good and secondly I really didn't want to deal with any payments on anything at that point. They did manage to get me a loanat an interest rate that wasn't terrible, and believe me at the time that was very welcome because it could've been much worse. I had this vehicle for approximately 30 days, when all three catalytic converters burned out of it and it wouldn't run. I had no idea it had three, or indeed what the problem was.  I Called  the dealership and spoke with my salesperson there and was  pleased,  surprised, and grateful that they gave me a loaner car and repaired the issue. It was less than 30 days later, when the engine blew. I was very unhappy and quite distressed. I was out of town on a stretch of road that doesn't have a lot of assistance available. I called my sales person at the dealership and they said that they would take care of it. They sent a tow truck, and gave me a loan car again and I was very pleased and grateful  again if not mildly distressed that it had done badly twice. I had  purchased the warranty on the sales representatives recommendation So it was covered. The then dealership decided that they would sell me another vehicle, much the same as the first, but this is where it gets interesting. I was probably not in the proper state of mind, many things had happened and I was in need of a vehicle and I had no reason to distrust. I purchased the car that they had available that was within my means, and trusted that everything would be alright. What's that old saying caveat emptor? I will say that I had the most unsettling feeling that there was something not quite right with the staff or the salesperson or even the finance person that wrote the entire deal up. I just couldn't place what it was, and  it is entirely on me that I did not do my due diligence. It wasn't until some months later and $2000 in repair bills, and when I was trying to sort out whether or not I could tow  our camper with it that I discovered that all vehicles for sale of the same year make and model of mine were selling  at half of what I had purchased mine for. My suspicion was that although they took the other car back and used the warranty that I purchased from them to sell the car to someone else. Then also got me to pay for both vehicles. That is my suspicion, based on I think sound and rational logic. I called to ask the owner about this  and voiced my concerns, he said he would look into it and get back to me, that was several months ago. I don't think I shall hear back. If my suspicions are ill founded, that would please me much more than believing what I have already proposed. Make of that what you want, I waited quite a  long while to write this review because I don't like posting these sorts of reviews at all. Best of luck. read more

Very disappointed in this dealer. We put our faith in Charlotte to find us the perfect truck and when she did, we agreed to purchase it from out of state. The delivery was going to cost $1145 so we asked if we could fly out and pick it up in 3 weeks. She stated that the dealer in Oregon didn't have room to keep it on the lot that long and promised we would have the vehicle in 10 days. Eighteen days later, the vehicle was finally dispatched for pick up from Oregon and we received it four days and $600 later than if we had flown out and picked it up ourselves. She also screwed up our taxes which ended up costing another $2119 and made promises of getting us wholesale prices on anything we needed for our truck. We checked her prices on tinting and they were $100 more than retail. read more

I recently purchased a Ford Escape at this dealership. The beginning of the process was good and I felt that I was treated fairly and received the assistance I needed. However, the vehicle I purchased was missing a backseat headrest. I asked the dealer if they had the headrest somewhere or if they would be able to get one. The dealer told me they would be able to find one for me on eBay or some other way. I thanked them and proceeded to purchase the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle I gave them a call about the head rest and was told they would not find me one. They claimed it was because they gave me a "discount"(in reality the vehicle was overpriced according to multiple sources and the vehicle had damage to the rear). Unfortunately a good experience buying a vehicle turned sour when the dealership chose to go back on an agreement after the purchase paperwork was signed. read more

Do not buy used Audi's from this dealership! They sold me a 2012 A4 with bad piston rings. Its burns a QT of oil every 500 miles. Its been a 6 month long financial nightmare. Audi wont help because its not certified pre-owned, the extended warranty Autotrek sold me wont cover the problem either. They ripped me off twice. Autotrek was very responsive, but was only willing to pay $700 for an engine flush that didn't fix the problem. It will cost 4-5k to replace the rings. I paid 20k for a car that I have to dump oil in every 500 miles. Autotrek was not negligent as they couldn't have know the car was burning oil. They should let me trade in this piece of junk at the price I paid plus the worthless warranty they sold me. Don't buy Audi unless its certified pre-owned. read more

I had previously used this dealership a few years ago, when I co-signed a loan for my son, when he was looking for a newer used car, and I was really impressed with their professionalism. So, as luck would have it, I was recently in the market for a newer used car for myself. I was in search of a particular make, model, miles, engine size, etc. At first I started looking through craigslist, and other auto brokers, and was not finding what I was looking for (I was looking for something specific). Then I remembered that I had used AutoTrek before, and decided to check out their web page, to see if they had what I was looking for in their inventory. Low and behold, there was the car I was looking for. I still had Jose Raya's phone number in my phone from a few years ago, so I gave him a call, and he was still working there, and advised me that they still had that car in inventory. Me and my wife went down that Saturday morning, took the car for a test ride, liked it, signed all the paperwork and we were out of there a little before 1:00 pm (painless and simple). Now there were a couple of issues that I asked to be addressed on the car (small matters, which they were happy to fix). Jose not only agreed to address those matters, but he agreed to have the car delivered to me the beginning of the week (which he did). I was really not looking forward to purchasing a car through a dealership, thinking that it was going to be al all day process (taking up my whole Saturday). I traded in my car a few months ago with Auto Trek. I had a number of problems with my sales representative. I had money coming back and he continued to tell me it wasn't there yet. When I contacted the main office they said come pick it up.... I changed the finance company on them because of a much lower rate I'm sure that is what started the problems. I spoke with Jody I think that is her name and she was great she immediately got me my check and was very professional. Fast forward a few months later.. My finance company has been saying I need to transfer the title to them. Understandable they have a controllable interest and I didn't pay cash for the vehicle. Auto Trek sent the title to the wrong company and now I've been spending tons of time trying to get it to the right loan company. I went to the DMV have called both credit unions and now my interest rate has gone to the highest it can be.. will be calling everyone again but just unhappy they didn't send it to the right company plus the whole thing of not releasing the check months..... really. wish the review was a positive one. read more

Liars and cheats. Sold me a garbage vehicle which required in excess of $2500 in engine repairs within the ninety day warranty period - which they refused to honor. I returned to the facility numerous times in an attempt to have the vehicle repaired within that warranty period. They kept stringing me along until the warranty period expired then stated it was too late. I received a check for approximately 10% of the repair works. I should mention I was a multi-car repeat customer. They changed sales personnel - not the same now as far as customer service. They should change management. And try to retain loyal customers.
