This place is absolutely the worst tire shop in the entire Denver metro !! They are a complete ripoff !! They charged me for a mount and balance and put no lead on the tire at all. They also did not tighten my lug nuts to the proper torque. These little punk kids that work the front desk are brainless fools that know less than nothing about tires and safety. read more

These folks are honest. I had a tire which had been punctured and had a patch. My tires were getting close to needing replacement. I called a large warehouse for a quote first. Then , spoke with the manager at Discount, who stayed on the phone after their closing time. He gave great advice and told me I had a warranty on two of the tires on my car. When I went in to the store this morning (Belleview & Santa Fe) I expected to pay about $900. I left spending $550. These folks found every discount I could claim, and truthfully, I would not have known the difference. This included credits for tires which did not wear according to the initial warranty. I was in and out within one hour. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. Yes I purchased the extra warranty. It paid for itself previously. read more

Flat out took advantage of an uneducated consumer. While I was out of town, my wife got a flat. Tow truck guy came out and put her weanie wheel, showed her that it was just a nail, and could be easily repaired. This store convinced her she needed 4 new tires. Worse, they sold her a new wheel and put a full-size tire for the spare. They laid it in the wheel well, where it clearly didn't fit. They left all the covers off, but didn't tell her. She came home, and only when I returned from out of town did we realize they had sold her a wheel that didn't fit in her spare well, failed to put the car back together, and clearly took advantage of her. I went back to speak with the manager, and he told me the old weanie wheel was gone and they could not return it to me. Further, he tried to convince me they made her car safer by giving her a full-size spare that doesn't fit in the well, cannot be properly secured in the well, will forever rattle, and is not what the manufacturer recommends. Will not go back. Damaged the reputation of the whole chain. Guess it's Costco for me. read more

Definately want to give a shout out to Devon for his excellent customer service; i bought a set of tires from sams club a year ago which is now worn down and Sams refused to fulfill the 70K mile warranty i paid them for the tires; i came to discount tires and not only was Devon able to fulfill the warranty on my Michelin tires but he gave NONE of the static i was getting from Sams club; he just simply took care of it and now i'll come here for my tires! I came in to get my tires filled and expected that to be all as I was in a rush and saw my tire was low, but instead it needed patched. Even though their wait time was over what I needed it to be, Luke jumped in and made sure I was able to get my tire patched and filled and safe to run in half the time! Another great experience with Discount Tire. I stopped by for an air check because the low pressure light was on. The easy thing to do would be for the employee to fill the tires and send me home. But he checked the date on the tires and informed me that the tires are 10 years old. Without being pushy, he explained the dangers of tires that old. I brought the car in the next day to get new tires. Is it possible that the tires would have been just fine for another 10 years? Sure. It's possible. But is that a risk I was willing to take for my family and yours? Nope. Thank you Discount Tires for providing excellent service and education without being pushy. read more

The guy who helped us was a younger guy. He was very rude. I came in to get my true changes because they originally game me a wrong tire, and they told me that it a worn down tire even though I've only had these tires for 2 months and that specific tire was different tread than the others. Than they told me my suspension is off, which I got it checked on and my suspension in in perfect condition. They forced me to pay $200 for 2 new tires that they originally put on wrong, the tread was different than the other 2 tires that I asked for on my car. Very disappointed and won't be back read more

Went in for a tire rotation and balance, when I got home I was missing a center cap from my wheel and 16 of my 32 lug nuts were loose ! I'm not sure who's running this store but they need to pay attention to their workers because I could have killed somebody Called the store and they said it was probably an accident!! 2018 Tundra on 35's with 17" wheels Long story, got my wheels mounted to the tires here summer of 2020, the balance weights ended up clipping my brake calipers so I ended up getting them rebalanced somewhere else. A year later, I had a vibration on my steering wheel, had them rebalanced again, same thing happened clipping the calipers, took them back to this store, and they did what was right and got me taken care of, took two tries but they stayed on top of it! I came here after getting an oil change at the dealership. The dealership told me that I had two tires that should be replaced pretty quickly (I knew I wasn't going to buy them there). I had a great experience with the folks here who worked with me to get the best rate (I replaced all 4, having a vehicle with all wheel drive). Everyone was very respectful of COVID-19. We all had on masks, chairs were placed outside a respectful distance from one another, so you could wait respectfully without worry. Very positive experience and would highly recommend! read more

I called in on my way over and spoke with Dominic. He was very helpful and scheduled me right away. Once I got there Shawn helped me pick the set of tires I needed and was very nice, not pushy. He advised me on which tires were the best balance of quality and price. Once I chose the set, the team of guys in the back carefully and efficiently installed everything and had me out of there in under an hour! All around great experience. Well, I do have tires on my car so I can't give them 1 star. I will start by admitting that I came in on a Saturday before a snow storm without a reservation. So when I was told it would be 3-4 hours I was frustrated, but mostly at my own lack of planning. Now for the rougher part. When they checked my odometer, they had to turn on the car (yeah modern cars!). The customer service rep then forgot to turn off the car. This would not be a problem if there was not a multi-hour wait. But there was (it was actually 5 hours before they looked at my car). And so when I came back I noticed they went out to my car, futzed with it, came back in, grabbed a manager, went back out, futzed with it some more, came back in, checked on the computer. With that I got up and asked what was up. They then said that I had not left the key. I explained that was the key. They said the battery in the key (push button start) must be dead. I went to the car and tried it, and the car was going kinda nuts (never have I seen this from my car). I wonder if it could be the wrong key, they show me the screen showing no other Mazdas. I figure hey, maybe the battery is dead as the light is coming on on the remote, but wtf is the car doing. They agree to get their jump box (granted I think I heard a disparaging remark that I was wrong), and it starts. Tires go on, I leave. Just to realize they discharged the battery far enough that it completely reset my car's computer to the point the car does not even know how much gas it has. Pull back around and get a manager who basically explains that he hasn't seen anything like that happen before, but if I want, he can reach out to a Mazda dealer to find out what is up. That was a nice gesture, but I would have just liked it not to have happened. But it did. I really wonder what they would have done if I had not been waiting there because they didn't think of jumping the car, so I probably would have gotten a call saying, that my car was broke and they couldn't do anything. read more

Came in to have tire with nail repaired. I was told my back tires were bad. I purchased in Oct 2016 with a 55000 mile warranty from this location. Tires had less than 6000 miles! Once I made Nathan aware of this he offered to replace them under warranty and charged me $14. He couldn't explain why the tires wore so bad only in the middle. Later he came back and said it was an alignment issue. I tried to discuss this with the manager and was told he was busy. The mechanic said the wear was in the middle. I asked to see the tires. They were worn in the middle, not the outsides. I contacted two competitors l and both said middle wear is from over inflation. I always have them checked and filled at this location. It probably helps that I always research online (via Discount Tire's website) and know what tire I want before I arrive. Using their website, you can also order the tires in advance, ensuring they will be in stock before you arrive (no need to pay until they install). Not all visits have been for new tires....I've had a few nails, or other tire damage along the way and this team at this store has always treated me right. read more

I wish all my car-related experiences were as stellar as my time with Discount Tires (Belleview specifically). I needed new tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I'm not trying to off-road, I just like to hot rod around town and run over the occasional curb here and there. Kevin helped make my appointment, and steered me toward a totally suitable replacement tire without pressure to upsell. When I arrived today to get my new tires, not only was I promptly greeted, Jon was kind enough to walk me through why those tires worked well for my use, and THEN helped me price out potential tire costs for tires on a new car I'm looking at purchasing. I took my car to another location because my tire was almost flat and they fixed it by patching it. The next day, it was almost flat again. I took my car in to this location and they got me in right away and fixed it in such a timely matter & gave me a new tire so it wouldn't be an issue again.
