I had set an appointment with pride auto care to get some work done on my vehicle and when I talked with them over the phone explaining what needed done they said that they could do the work with no problems, so I took time out of my day 45 minute drive to go all the way down there and it was a waste of time. They said they couldn't help me and that I needed find another shop,This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered!!! worst experience ever. I would not recommend this place to nobody. Used Pride for a number of years and was somewhat pleased with them until recently. Had bought brand new tires from them a few years back and found out this year that at some point they patched my tires or put patched tires on my car. I've only taken my car to their shop, so it happened with them at somepoint during service or at the time of purchase. They denied it and did not offer good customer service. Their manager avoided talking with me to find a resolution (after showing up to the shop 2x to talk with him) and then one of the office staff was demeaning. If you know cars and can take your own tires off and inspect them, this place could work for you. Otherwise, I would avoid using them. They are not doing honest work. Way over priced and the work not done well. Was told I needed a new wheel bearing. After the work being done, I had to take it back in 2 more times to have it down properly. On top of that, the wheel bearing didn't fix the issue I brought my truck in for. Not even sure if that needed replaced to begin with, or worse if they actually replaced it at all!! (The second shop didn't see any signs of "witness marks" and said the bearing didn't look new.) Also, the price they charged me for parts was 375% mark up from RETAIL! I don't know why they bought the bearing for wholesale price, but I could have bought it myself for $155, and they charged me $580! I understand some markup from wholesale is needed to make a profit. But 375% of retail is the most ludicrous markup I've heard of... for a part that didn't fix my issue. I will not be back, not recommend them. read more

I am not a resident of Colorado, but had to coordinate the repair of my daughters SUV from across the country. Not knowing anyone locally I chose Pride Auto Care of Littleton primarily due to the number of extremely positive Google reviews online. I can assure you, they are true! After having my daughter's car towed into their location, I received a very informative text, to include pictures, on the results of their inspection. I then received a call from Service Advisor, Seth Rissmiller, who walked me through the next steps on clearing both an engine code and a transmission code. From start to finish Seth kept me totally informed and helped me navigate the many decisions that eventually led to the completion of the repair. He also kept my daughter's financial limitations in mind as did his best to minimize her out of pocket costs. I highly recommend Pride Auto Care for your automotive maintenance needs. my rating is zero I took my Honda passport to the Littleton store for an oil change about 2000 miles after the oil change my motor started knocking when I checked the oil it was 5 quarts low. I was told that it leaked it out or burned it out so I had my roommate drive it for another 3000 miles and it still has all 5 quarts in it. So I feel they lied to me to cover there butt. And now I am out a very good car that I used to have before the oil change and it started knocking. It was a wonderful running car. read more

My daughter's car had a whole laundry list of issues under the hood, but Nicole and her Master Tech (Tino/Nico/Dino/something like that) got right on it and fixed up everything. Worst place in town! Four trips for my front and rear brakes and when I left the vehicle shook so bad that I was concerned about my personal safety! All I wanted to do was get home safely before I crashed due to unsafe brakes. Now they say it is my fault for not bringing it back for a FIFTH time. I was afraid to drive the truck due to their admitted use of faulty repair parts. Trust these people with my personal safety a FIFTH time??? No way... now in my BBB complaint they say, again, that it is MY fault for not bringing it back. They will not entertain ANY proposition of a refund. This shop has NO integrity! read more

I took my vehicle into Pride Auto Care and was greeted by a front desk employee, Seth. I was told I would be given a free estimate on my vehicle after informing them that my brakes were making a horrible scraping sound. They diagnosed my 2010 Honda Civic with ONLY needing new pads and rotors and quoted me an outrageous $689. I was mortified after calling a bunch of their competitors in the immediate vicinity. I was at work and Seth offered to get me a ride back to my vehicle. I let Seth know the time that I would be off of work and available for the ride. Although Seth knew I was at work, he did not ask for my address of employment so after having my car for a few hours, I called to confirm my ride would be from my job and not the home address that they had on file. 25 minutes before I was supposed to have the rideshare arrive, Seth texted me and wanted to know if I still needed a Lyft and informed me that they would only cover $15 of the ride and that I would have to cover the rest. I have a young child and needed to get home to pick him up so this was a HUGE inconvenience. After I told Seth that I would be writing a review, Nicole, the general manager texted me and let me know that they would cover the ride when I was scrambling to make other arrangements. Thankfully my co-worker saved the day. When I went into get my vehicle Nicole would not hand me the keys. I had to demand my keys several times. Later, I took my car into a different shop to get a second opinion about the diagnosis that was given to me by Pride. I was quickly informed that my CV Axle was leaking fluid and I was shown this on the vehicle. I also needed new bearings, ball joints, and an alignment. This was NEVER disclosed to me by Pride which is ironic as most shops will up sale for the things that they find on initial inspections. I was absolutely lied to and treated extremely poorly by the staff. I will be telling ALL of my friends and colleagues not to use this company as they are deceitful and left me with a bait-and-switch for offering a free ride service which in fact is NOT free. read more

I have had great customer service with these guys. Ty, the manager is very personable and easy to talk with. I had new tires installed on my 2011 4Runner back in July. The tires were all terrain, and road rough but the balance was way off around 60mph. They took it back 2 times and could not get it balanced. So, I took it to a discount auto tire where they had balanced it for me. The tires were still not as smooth as I would had liked. Regardless, because I took my car to a competitor and they could help me, Ty gave me a credit for future work for the value of discount auto tires price. We then suggested to switch out the all terrain tires for the "defender" series. Ty did this for free and even fought w Michelin to get the tires. Super helpful. But, once again, the balance was way off. Finally, I took my car to my old mechanics way on the other side of town. And he had the tires balanced in less than an hour! As per this review, I like Pride Auto Care, except for balancing the tires. They had 5 tries and could not get the job done. Oil changes and other work, I am fine with. Customer Service I would say is excellent. But dang, if they just can't balance my tires. read more

We are regular customers at the Pride in Parker, and we love the team there. When my son's car broke down at college, it was cheaper to have it towed to the Littleton location. Frustratingly, the tow-truck driver dropped the car at the wrong place (a Midas up the street) and we didn't find out until late in the day. Once we finally got it to Pride, they prioritized it so we could get it back to my son the same day. Given the rush request and the fact that the car was across town, unable to start, they could have easily charged us far more. However, they were fast, professional and kind on the phone - and their pricing, as always, was SUPER reasonable. Ty, the manager, was fantastic to deal with--and it was a minor issue that got us out the door for less than $50. So glad to know that if we break down away from home, we can trust any of the Pride locations in the Denver Metro area. Car problems are a hassle, but you can't go wrong taking your vehicle to a Pridemore-owned facility. read more

I dropped in to Pride Auto to check and put air in my mostly new tire and found out it was very flat and undriviable The shop was very busy but a young man came out to help me. He too saw that the tire was extremely flat and offered to put on the spare for me. Caleb, and Aden took the time to exchange to flat for the spare and get me on my way to go to dealership where I had recently bought the tires. I mentioned they were "newish" and had a Warrenty on them. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes, but it was time taken from their busy day as again I had no appointment. They didn't make me feel at all that they were inconvenienced and just wanted to help remedy the situation. I have used Pride numerous times before over the years as I worked at the hospital near by. And as always, staff very helpful and feel there is always fair pricing for their work. No, they did not charge me for the flat tire/spare exchange. I have to update my review because I've realized that my affinity for Pride Littleton is a hold-over from what we loved about the Parker location, and not representative of what this particular location is like. We were very happy with the service here for a while, but we realized that we kept having to come back every few months. At first it was the brakes. Then it was the transmission. Then it was the vacuum hoses. Then it was the vacuum hoses AGAIN. Then it was the brakes AGAIN. After realizing we were experiencing the symptoms of a leaking hose for the third time (are these things really supposed to wear out in less than a year?? NO), we had our friend who is a mechanic at Pride Parker look under the hood. As it turned out, the hoses, which we had just had replaced by Pride Littleton, WERE NOT EVEN ATTACHED. They had shaken loose from their connections and were just sitting around doing nothing. Well, if that's not an indication of shoddy workmanship, then I don't know what is. Hoses don't just shake loose if they're properly installed. I hope we don't have to bring a car back to this location, but I don't know of another good mechanic in Littleton yet. I'll be going to Pride in Parker until I find someone else. Normally I would give an experience like this only one star, but the people here really are nice -- hence the second star. I truly believe that it is not their intention to rip anyone off. They just... have poor execution, I suppose. read more

Hmm...giving 5 stars to an auto repair place? Worth it. I took my beater '86 GMC truck to them (2 other places closer to me wouldn't even work on it) to get some oil work and brake work done. They were totally upfront, didn't try to sell me anything other than what I asked (actually did less than what I thought was needed) and had the truck ready on time, done right, for a remarkably low price. Took my truck in to see what a couple weird sounds were. After an inspection, they found that my truck would need about five grand of work in the next year. Considering that the truck was 23 years old, nearing 200K miles, and had a KBB value of $1,200, I decided it was finally time to part with my first car. Most shops would try to convince me to keep repairing it and charge me thousands. Instead, Pride Auto Care didn't charge me for the inspection at all. Best mechanic in town! Not only are prices competitive but the service is outstanding. Just had my teenage daughters car serviced today. This is in the midst of the Corona Virus panic. After I paid, I was walked to my car having been told my keys were already sanitized, they used a disinfectant wipe to wipe down my door handle and removed the additional protective coverings on the seat and steering wheel. I never mentioned I was sensitive to the situation this is just a practice they've put in place based on the current environment. These guys are very honest. I brought all my cars to them and have had no complaint except for the issues around being prompt with repairs and getting back to me on time while the car is at the shop. However, they have always been extremely trustworthy and fair price wise. They even broke a part ( older car, so possibly likely issue) and TOLD me they broke it and REPLACED it at no charge ( 600 item!) and didnt try and blame the car or me. Im willing to put up with the issues other people complain about on the reviews if a repair place is this forthright. Ty and all the other guys are great. Highly recommend them. read more

I've been taking my cars to Pride Auto Care since before they were Pride Auto Care. I've recommended them to friends and family, because they did good work. But recently, in last 5 or 6 years, the work I've paid them to do wasn't done. Several times I've been driving home from Pride and noticed that the issue wasn't fixed. I'd take my car back, they'll work on it and charge me again to "really" fix it this time. After $1500 last month and the problem not being addressed, I'm through with them. This shop has done a lot of work on my vehicle. The biggest challenge has been that it takes a couple months and I need to go back for more work. In particular, I had them fix the vacuum hose once. Three months later it was doing the same thing. So I took it back and was told that it was likely the other vacuum hose. I asked how many there are as well, it was fine before and it seems they were breaking willy nilly. They advised me there were only two. And as they didn't specifically notate which vacuum hose had the issue, I got charged a second time for it. And then three or so weeks later, it was having the same issue! I parked the car and drove the other car, really just not wanting to deal with it at this point. Multiple problems occurred, all due to the vacuum hoses (insert frustration for Ford engineers here). A friend of mine who works at another shop came by and noticed that all of the vacuum hoses had fallen off the junction point as they had just been snuggly pushed into place. He took 6 zip ties tightened everything up and it was fine. Now I would have given them a 1 star except they had offered to look at it and fix it as it had been their work that had failed. I just wish they had fixed it right the first time as the vacuum system is tied to the break booster which means my vehicle was rather unsafe to drive for the times it was broken due to not taking a couple seconds to really secure those hoses down. Nevermind, the fact that they didn't really fix it, and it could have killed me ... well, back down to one star. read more
