Easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Talking to car sales people has never been a fun time for me. But when I walked into autosearch.com everything fell into place. I chose autoserach.com specifically because I saw a Jeep on their website I was interested in. I met Colleen Tinker, who greeted me with a huge smile. Sadly, the Jeep I was there to see had just sold. Since the vehicle I was interested in wasn't available, Colleen hopped online and immediately started searching for exactly what I wanted at other car dealerships. She never made me look at the current inventory of cars I wasn't interested in, which is exactly what the other guys have done in the past. In about 4 minutes she found the exact Jeep I wanted at a dealer 25 miles away... and with better milage I was expecting to get! What did she do next? She immediately picked up the phone and called the other dealership. She had the Jeep transfered to Denver and it arrived in less than two hours. Long story short, I saw, I test drove, I loved, and I bought all in one day. Colleen was great through the whole process. And our relationship didn't end when the sale was made. I will be seeing her again when I go back in a few hundred miles for her to take my Jeep in for one last warenty check. She insisted I bring it back before the warenty is up. Automotive Search was incredible. I could not have had a better experience. I dealt with Colleen Tinker and she was great! A very high attention to detail type of person. Not a typical car sales person. VERY quick response to calls and emails. I live on Maui (Hawaii) and wanted a used Lexus RX350 but it had to have All Wheel Drive so I could tow my boat. Almost all RX350's sold in Hawaii are only Front Wheel Drive. So I started researching online and calling dealers in the western US. Most were your typical dealers: slow in getting back to me, not knowing their product, more B.S. and less facts. Colleen was the opposite. I only stumped her once on a question about a particular option the car had, but she went right over to the car and was able to answer me. She took care of everything. She took some extra pictures of the car as I was buying it without seeing it or driving it. It was nice to know they had already taken it to a third party mechanic to have it fully inspected and they even replaced all the tires before they put it on sale. A real top notch operation. Their no haggle price was a few grand below other dealerships and was very fair. This was a 2013 that looked like new.
