Yelp Review - Sal's Auto Tech, Centennial, CO I've never had a more traumatic automotive experience in my life. On March 4, 2026, I drove my 2007 RAV4 to Sal's Auto Tech for a simple battery and alternator replacement. My car is my lifeline and income source, and at the time, my temporary home. I called the shop that morning; Audrey was friendly but told me I'd need to bring the car in for an estimate. I arrived around 10 AM, waited an hour in the office, then the mechanic took me to the shop -- my car was already lifted on the hoist. Instead of focusing on my simple request, the mechanic spent hours inspecting tires, brakes, suspension, and the underside, ignoring me repeatedly. I eventually asked about the price for the battery and alternator. The mechanic acted offended, and another employee quoted $1,700. and they installed them, but during the process broke my radiator. Then I was told a piece of my radiator had been broken by their mechanic. They said it could be fixed the next morning. I asked if I could stay in the parking lot safely overnight -- they refused. When I requested my property back, they called the police and had me trespassed. I was humiliated, scared, and forced to drive 7 miles to a Walmart parking lot to sleep safely. The next morning, I towed my car back to the shop ($190). I met with Sal, gave him the broken radiator piece, and he was rude, dismissive, and baffled that their mechanics had broken it. He told me I was trespassed and could not stay near the property. Even after two days, the radiator was still not properly repaired -- just topped off. On March 6, they sent me a handwritten note falsely blaming me for radiator damage. The accusations were completely false and misleading, adding stress on top of an already humiliating situation. I drove 10 miles to Denver, and the temperature gauge went immediately red. I went straight to Jiffy Lube, where within five minutes, they discovered the lower radiator hose had never been connected, spilling coolant everywhere. They fixed it promptly, refilled the radiator, and confirmed my car was safe. During this entire ordeal, I lost income every day, was ignored, dismissed, and gaslit, and experienced fear and humiliation from being trespassed and blamed. The shop clearly took their time because they knew I couldn't confront them on-site, and their attitude made it clear they found my distress amusing. My experience was not just bad service -- it was emotionally traumafinancially damaging, and completely unprofessional. If you rely on your car for work, safety, or even basic transportation, do not go to Sal's Auto Tech. They broke my property, refused to take responsibility, involved the police unnecessarily, and left me stranded. I cannot overstate the stress, fear, and frustration I endured. Matt insisted the number would come down. He shook my hand and promised--without hesitation--that I would be happy after his "adjustments." That was my mistake: trusting him. To my surprise, Saul's was about $1,000 more expensive than the dealership. I called Thursday morning at opening (7 a.m.). Matt answered. I told him I no longer wanted the service. From that point on, everything went downhill. I never spoke to Matt again. He stopped returning calls. Another employee (Christian, I believe) took over communication and said the truck wouldn't be ready until Saturday. He told me to just show up. I arrived Saturday 30 minutes before closing. An Uber dropped me off as someone named Ryan was closing the office. I had to insist he reopen the door. He then told me the truck might be ready Sunday morning. At that point, I said I wanted my truck back as-is and explained the entire situation. Instead of accountability, I received excuses: "We're open 7 days a week" "We offer a warranty" "Ford gets cheaper parts because they build the cars" Eventually, they discounted the bill by about $1,000--the same difference I had already proven compared to the dealership. However, I still paid significantly less for parts at Saul's, which raised serious concerns about quality. Three months later, I started smelling burnt plastic. Then one day, smoke came out of the engine. I immediately took the truck to the dealership. Without mentioning Saul's previous work, the dealer diagnosed the issue and stated (with photos): "Verified customer's concern and performed an engine oil leak diagnosis. Found spark plug hole seals leaking into cylinders 2, 3, and 6 and leaking externally. Recommend replacing complete valve cover assemblies." I called Saul's Autotek and left messages. They never called me back. I filed a claim with my credit card company instead. Why do I believe they used inferior parts? I compared the valve cover gasket job: Labor: similar at both places (~$1,500) Parts: Saul's charged $220, dealership charged $900 If Saul's truly used OEM parts, the prices should be close. A $700 difference suggests either cheap aftermarket parts or poor workmanship. Either option is unacceptable. Final lesson: If you think dealerships are always more expensive, you may be wrong. Beware. Bring money and low expectations that the interior of your vehicle will be respected. I gave these dudes another shot. Never ever again. The 'manager' Ryan has low integrity. Beware of this person. When I questioned his approach he reminded me that we were camera and listening devices. 'Used Car salesman' comes to mind. He says "Well, we can bring it back inside if you're not happy". I said "What are you talking about. You just had it inside, you're the manager. Did you look?" Bad face for your business Mr. Sal - loser.com The person's who worked on the unit did not have the decency to place a protective plastic or even paper as is typical. The carpet was and is oil stained on the carpet floorboard, from getting in and out during repair. Chris said "Oh don't worry, We will detail it. No call back. I called. This Ryan Dude was all confused and asked for an explanation - this guy has zero handle on the business. I showed up again this morning at 7:00 am. At 7:28 am I was told by Ryan good to go. If you have low expectations and a pocket full of money Your vehicle will get fixed. Don't expect much more than that. You would think the pictures here are the after pics. Nope. I would not recommend taking your car here. I brought my 2016 Chevy Sonic in because it was sputtering and stalling at idle (e.g. at red lights). Based on the symptoms and my own test with an OBD2 reader, the problem was the EVAP purge valve issue. The shop confirmed this and replaced the EVAP purge valve, charging me $718. For context, the part itself is relatively inexpensive ($40-$75) and the labor is not particularly intensive, so this is already on the high end. When I picked up the car, the issue was not fixed. Within minutes of leaving the lot, the car began sputtering again and nearly stalled. I returned 4 days later (earliest available time I could bring it in) and explained that the exact same issue was still happening. After re-evaluating the vehicle, they told me the problem was actually the secondary air injection valve and quoted an additional ~$1000. This did not make sense, as that system is not related to the symptoms I was experiencing (stalling at idle). I declined the repair and took the car home. Using my own OBD2 scanner, I confirmed the vehicle was still showing EVAP-related faults. I then inspected the area where they had performed the repair and found: A purge line not fully connected The electrical connector to the EVAP purge solenoid unplugged After properly reconnecting both, clearing the codes, and test driving the vehicle (including idling conditions and a stall test), the issue was resolved and over the last couple of days, the codes have gone away and the I/M page reads all green checkmarks. Additionally, I reviewed dash cam footage of the shop's "test drive." At no point did they bring the vehicle to a complete stop to verify the original complaint (stalling at idle). The vehicle was only driven briefly at speed, which would not reproduce the issue. In summary: The original repair was not completed correctly The repair was not properly verified The test drive did not address the reported issue I was quoted an additional $1000 for a system unrelated to the actual problem I would strongly recommend seeking a second opinion before approving repairs here. Or just getting your own $40 OBD2 reader to fix basic problems by yourself so as not to pay the really high labor costs. read more

We have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Saul's Auto Tek Repair in Centennial, CO during the course of 12/29/25 to 1/2/26. We paid $3,500 to have suspension work done after reporting a creaking/cracking noise on the driver's side. When the car was returned, the exact same issue was still happening. We called within three hours of picking it up and were asked to bring the car back. During the second appointment, we were told the part they installed was faulty and that a replacement would be ordered. They kept the car for two full days. When we called for an update, we were told the car had been ready for over an hour, but they were "too busy" to call us. That alone was very unprofessional. Unfortunately, the problem is still not fixed, and now the cracking noises appeared on the passenger side that were not present before. We called the shop again shortly after receiving the car the second time and were advised to bring it in again. At this point--after multiple visits, days without our vehicle, and a very large bill--we asked for a refund. This was flatly refused by Ryan the Service Manager. We are taking other measures to get our funds returned as the car will need to be serviced at another shop. read more

This is the most corrupt business on the planet. Being the only repair shop open on a Sunday evening, they refused to work with my insurance company, left my agent on hold several times, purposely increased the balance due if insurance would be paying, and refused to allow my car to be towed unless a $4000 balance for "storage" was paid, in spite of the service tech not returning calls. The only paperwork that was needed for the insurance company was a "shop estimate", yet they refused to comply, possibly because they are unethical, dishonest and unlawfully increased prices of parts and supplies. Excellent service. We took our Bentley there for speedometer reading problem. The dealer recommended a total instrument cluster replacement at thousands of dollars. But at Saul's, they reprogrammed the cluster and corrected the problem. Ryan the service advisor was pleasant and had the technician work on it right away.​ The total charge was also extremely reasonable. TOTAL SCAM Brought truck in 5 months ago for alignment and suspension work. At the time I spoke with Saul himself who said the alignments is expensive but it's because they used better equipment and would make sure my alignments were good for the next 3 years. Total time for this visit: over 4 hours. Took it back in today. Was told 1-2 hours over the phone. Took them 3 hours and 45 minutes. (Didn't even bother looking at it for 2 hours with a waiting customer). Then proceeded to still charge me after the owner promised it was covered on the last visit. Which is the only reason I didn't just take the truck home after 2 hours. People at the front desk refused to reach out to him, and said they could refund me later if it was due. 100 percent would not recommend to anyone. read more

Just wanted to share my experience with Saul's Autotek at 11836 E Peakview Ave. I brought my Toyota Highlander Hybrid there on Saturday, because I was getting a strange message about the hybrid system (I now know it was weather related). They kept it for 5 hours, then told me the battery might be failing and charged me a $300 diagnosis fee.Today I had the battery checked at AutoNation Toyota, and it is 100% healthy. I took the battery test printout to Saul's and asked for a partial refund, since the information they gave me was not correct, and it is an absurd charge to begin with- most dealerships charge $150 to diagnose issues. They refused, and said there is nothing they can do. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company. I would not recommend this business! read more

I recently brought in my wife's 2014 BMW X3 to Saul's Autotek. I was seeking expert level diagnosis and repair work for a loud vibration issue on the car. WHAT A MISTAKE! THE DIAGNOSTICS: A representative from the shop called me the same day I dropped off the car. He was certain that the issue was a result of a drive shaft that needed replacement. The amount was approximately $1,600 for parts and labor. I approved the cost of the repair over the phone based upon your expert diagnosis and the representative clearly stating that it would fix the issue. On the same call, the representative said it would be fixed in 24 hours. I did not receive any calls as promised. When I called the shop, they said they replaced the drive shaft, but the vibration was not fixed. They proceeded to tell me that maybe it was the bearings, maybe the tires are off balance, maybe it was the CV axles, and offered a whole bunch of unnecessary services with no commitment to resolving the issue the car was brought in for. A couple of more days passed and there was no indication that the shop was going to be able to fix the vibration. There was a total lack of communication; I was told that the team was looking at it currently but when I drove by twice, the car was sitting in the parking lot without a technician looking at it. I went to pick up the car with the intention of taking it to another service center or trying to fix it myself. They would not release the car without me paying for a part that did not need to be replaced! A representative moved my wife's car into their facility, not with intentions of fixing it, but to prevent me from taking my wife's car back. I was forced pay for the bill to get my wife's car back even though I had not signed any documents or agreed to any terms allowing this shop to legally hold my wife's car and prevent me from accessing it. THE FIX: This shop replaced the front drive shaft (transfer case to front differential) when the issue was the main drive shaft (transfer case to rear differential). Once I got my wife's car back, I was able to view/diagnose where the vibration was coming from within 10 minutes by using a $20 borescope (camera on a semi rigid cord). The main drive shaft (transfer case to rear differential) was off center due to a missing bolt ($4) and a worn "guibo" (rubber spacer $20). I replaced the guibo and installed the bolt, and the car now works with no vibrations. How did the shop miss this? A kind formal letter and email was sent requesting a refund. No response was received. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Here are the reasons: Improper diagnosis *Replacement of part that did not need replacing and charging me for it *Lack of communication / transparency *Lack of urgency *Lack of professionalism *A disregard of the Colorado Motor Vehicle Repair Act C.R.S. 42-9-101 I found out this shop has many complaints ranging from Yelp to the Better Business Bureau. The owner "Saul" responds to some of them. He might respond to this one with an excuse, but it is just that, an excuse. I have the drive shaft the shop wrongly replaced in my possession, and it is in perfect working order. I have recorded evidence of the actual problem and the fix. This shop should have been able to easily diagnose and fix. UPDATE (after Saul's response below): Saul, it is unfortunate you were not present during the entire time my car was at your facility. You are either not being truthful below or misinformed by your staff or both. Did you read my review before responding? I offered to ride along with anyone at your facility when I dropped the car off. Christian said, "I do not think it is necessary." At no point did anyone request me to ride along with them. Your own paperwork says you replaced the front drive shaft and the issue is not resolved. Yes, the vehicle needs new tires and brakes soon, but we both know that has nothing to do with the reason I brought my car in. I posted the same review on Google. On 01/02/2025, I went to the Saul autotek shop to replace splash guard for my Honda CRV car. I bought the splash guard in Amazon with all the screws and nuts for it. Saul Autotek asked me to come to the shop to get the estimate for this small project as they don't do it through phone. To my surprise, after waiting in their lobby for an hour, they come up with the estimate of $750 for putting 5 screws. I was shocked and laughed at their employees. I asked them are you seriously asking $750 for putting 5 nuts.? I wish I could charge them for wasting my time. In Parker, Xtreme auto repair charged only $20 for fixing the splash guard. :-) I hope Saul Autotek staff take serious action on my review and correct their estimation tool for the simple task. I handed over the splash guard to your employee and only then he came up with this estimate of $750 and walked me through the process on how he is going to fix those screws and nuts. I delivered my vehicle, to another auto body shop, they declined service due to insufficient personnel and equipment, citing a failed block test. They could not perform the services. I call them and ask if they did engine work , they said yes. I dropped my vehicle off at Saul's auto tech. They gave me a call later that day. Asking, what was the matter with it? I told them that it had failed a block test at a previous auto shop. They called me back a day later, saying that they're going to run a block test with blue liquid, quote, "if they see a blue liquid anywhere it has a leak somewhere in the engine. If not, your engine is good," they then quoted me four thousand dollars for other work that needed to be done. After they ran the test, they told me they did not see any blue leaks, but for other works, it would be four thousand dollars. I gave them the okay to go ahead and fix the other things that need it to be fixed? They told me my Jeep will be running just fine. Under the assumptions of what they told me, I said, okay..After a week they called me, I went and picked up my vehicle a day later my vehicle loses power on the highway with my family in it.. I call them back and told them that my vehicle lost power. The engine light is back on as well as the oil light. And thermometer and traction light They told me to bring it back up there. The following day, so I did They call me back a day later, saying that I have engine failure. Meaning the test they ran was insufficient in that same day, they told me I needed a new engine and it was going to be twelve thousand dollars to fix it. They told me, what they did was just a band aid. Lol If they had told me that I needed a new engine and it was going to be $12000 to fix, I would have never agreed to paying that $4000 in the first place. A smart person would just go and trade it in and get a new vehicle, or put it towards the new engine. with a four thousand dollar down payment.. I believe they swindle me, I asked to talk to the owner. They would not let me get in contact with the owner, every time I call, they say they can only take a message. It has been 3 weeks, snd still, no call from the owner. I have called multiple times to speak with the owner. And no call back. Everything they fix still doesn't work.I won't refund me my money. I recommend not going to these people at all. I will continue to call until the owner speaks with me. I've then called aging. And she told me to drop off my vehicle agin for the 3 time. And that's when things got physical with BRENTON and altercation had started and the manager started branching his fire arm to intimidate me. I have everything on video from when I went back up there. They told me they are denying me service. I then call the cops so i can file paperwork and I will pursue legal actions. read more

I've went to Antero Automotive since I've moved out here in 2013 and Antero's hours are M-F. I stopped in for an oil change that lasted for 3 hours. This morning when I started my BMW it had an oil change alert. I called Saul today 1.4.25 asking about this and while they have a first come first serve, it would take time. Offering me an Uber home for a mistake they made on an oil change. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR ANYTHING. After I posted my complaint about Saul's he started threatening me with legal proceedings. What he forgot was I had someone with me, in the lobby for the entire time I was there that witnessed everything. Mr. Adams, Per CRS spreading improper and known incorrect information to defame a person or business is a crime. Your personal attacks are exactly that. A defined crime. Quite specifically because they target an individual, and spread incorrect information that is defaming. Colorado recognizes provided contact info as a legal extension of communication, and this notice service as a legal notice. My gf brought her car in there awhile back for some issues, and they tried to swindle her with all these extra repairs (she's a little naive when it comes to cars) that weren't needed and would be thousands of dollars, not to mention a crazy inspection fee that doesn't go towards any repairs! Finally got around to taking it down the street recently to a different place and the repair was only $90 and NO diagnostic fee. Plenty of other quality mechanics in the area. We had the best customer service from Aaron (and Sam) at Saul's Autotek. We started having problems with my daughter's car on a Saturday and needed to have it looked at before driving to CA. They were able to get us in and let us know there was an issue with the transmission. We decided to transport the car back to CA to get the work done since we needed to get back for work and could not wait for the parts. They were kind enough to get us an Uber to the rental car agency so we had a car to use while we packed up my daughter's apt. to move back to CA. They held the car for 4 days until the transport company came to pick it up. They went above and beyond with service and communication! We were in a predicament and they were so easy to deal with. They did not specify there was a charge for the estimate. If you are going to charge for an estimate, you need to be explicit about it, as three other mechanics clarified their estimates were free. But also, why do I have to bother with an estimate that takes three hours, for a job that takes less than 30 minutes? They won't even do the work during that time! What is the point? The repair was for a door handle...so I'm expected to drop off my car multiple times and wait for an estimate that takes longer than the repair? All to get a quote? As a former mechanic, I find this approach disgusting, exploitative, and archaic. It is a huge waste of time for customers. Brought our vehicle in on Friday afternoon. We were told it was a 3-hour job and they needed to order parts that would arrive until 5:30 pm. Saturday morning at 9:00 am, they told us 1-2 hours. At 430 pm, vehicle still not ready. We had to get a hotel room for a 2nd night. The owner had a ton of unjustifiable excuses and assured us that even though business opened at 700 am the following day, he would have a team working on it at 6:00 am and 2.5 hour job. 830 am, we show up, they tell us noon. Lots of pointing fingers, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Vehicle was ready at 500 pm. 4 other customers came in throughout the day. All upset. All lied to. 1 lady called the police after the front office staff snatched papers out of her hands. They accepted 44 vehicles over the weekend they said. They are obviously over extended. Need a better mechanic team on the weekends. Cannot blame the office team when the owner wasn't transparent or ready to accept blame. Only person on team who tried making it any type of right was Stephanie. I believe in giving small businesses a fair chance but stay away !! read more

Saul and his staff are amazing! We were passing through Denver when we had an issue with our 5th wheel camper. Lucky for us Saul's is open 7 days a week and we were able to bring it in on a Sunday! Saul and his staff worked so hard putting in extra time and made sure our problem was effectively solved and got us back on the road Monday evening! They are very knowledgeable and the customer service was superb. We cannot thank them enough for saving our trip. I went to Sauls after work from Westminster and my 2008 Dodge Nitro and I went here with a little bit of extra money because my car had thrown an engine code saying that I had an EVAP leak P0455 &P0456. After dropping it off, and them doing the engine diagnosis I got an email with a bunch of extra problems an oil pan leak when my car wasn't even leaking oil. Then the next day when I come to pick up my car and I told them to just do the leak test to see where the oil leak was and I pulled my car out and it's leaking from the radiator And it was not leaking when I dropped it off at. all. After I asked the worker why my car was leaking now after I dropped it off and it was not leaking. He told me it was not prepared to be taken, and then the manager comes outside and tells me that he's calling the cops on me and my boyfriend because we asked the guy what he did to my car And the guy responded to my boyfriend with it was like that when he dropped it off, and then he tried to tell my boyfriend that they had cleaned the parking spot that it was in, and there would not be a spot where the coolant had been leaked at because they cleaned it up and my boyfriend told him that that was bullshit and Saul came outside and told him that he had it all on video of us treating his staff poorly, which is bullshit because my boyfriend just asked him what he had done to my car For it to be leaking the way it is like it was pouring fluid from the front end and the guy was so rude and just told him well. It was like that when you dropped it off. Update Saul came outside to talk to my boyfriend and he told him that he would not cover the cost to fix the hose. He just said that he would give us half off to fix it yada yada yada and we declined his offer and we drove the car apparently leaking coolant to O'Reillys to get coolant and replace the hoses ourselves. Then put coolant and there's no leak they are scammers and if you just wanna waste your money on pointless repairs gone ahead the leak test they couldn't even spot a leak with their UV test. I spent $160 thankfully that's all I spent after reading all of these reviews it's horrifying and after seeing my car, the way it was when it came out it was absolutely ridiculous Just Don't waste your time at this business. They only make money off of scamming innocent people with their vehicles. Trying to make it seem like we need them. Ha. Do it yourself. Or try big brand tire service and ask for doug. It isn't cheap. But it is quality service and you won't be scammed out of your honest living wages there. Last update. Saul's auto mechanics put a hole into my radiator hose when they were doing inspection. They wanted 800$ to replace that hose. My boyfriend replaced it in the O'Reilly parking lot. Easily. Within one hour. It's a shame that this place will destroy your car and NOT EVEN FIX IT. after they caused damage to my car they claimed that they can refuse service to anyone. My boyfriend did NOT come off aggressively to anybody. Their response to my review was a lie. And I will be filing a lawsuit against this company for negligence. I'm going to pay my well known mechanic a visit tomorrow. The two day mark they told me to come back to this god awful shop to check the dye. What a fucking joke this place is. Don't listen to any thing these phonies sell you. Also additionally. It is very cute you say that I posted this review after the closing time at the bar but I am not even 21. They gave my car a thorough inspection and sent me the results with pictures and explanations of all of the results - things that needed service and things that were OK. I agreed to all of the recommended services. I thought the pricing was very reasonable for quality service. Everything was completed quickly, the final pricing was exactly as quoted. I'm very happy with my experience. I see that almost all of the reviews are either 5 stars or 1 star. I think some people get angry about something and give a 1 star review. PROS vs CONS and why I won't be returning. Saul's came as a recommendation to me by a friend and I have sent my family to them before. They're work on my parents car was great and I had high expectations for my experience with them as well but unfortunately they lost my trust before they could work on my car. I recently got rear ended - when I say rear ended; I was stopped at a red light and another driver bumped into me, nothing crazy and no huge visible damage (I've attached a photo). I honestly didn't even think it was that big of a deal and that it was going to be more of an inconvenience to my time; but when it's on someone else's dime, why not get it fixed ‍ Well when I took it into Saul's they told me they needed to do a diagnostic and take off the bumper to check if the impact bar was damaged or not - sounds great so far. They call me back and tell me they are finished with the initial diagnostic and the quote is $3560... So naturally I asked for a breakdown of what they found as an email and also told them I would be picking up the car to get another opinion since insurance would need 2-3 quotes anyways. As I'm on my way over to pick up my car, I'm reading the report and one of the cost is the impact bar...interesting because in the same report it says "crash bar does not seem to be damaged but would need to remove fascia to be sure" BUT nothing after to actually confirm that it was damaged (don't worry, I've attached photos). So of course when I get there, I ask if they can also attach an exact photo of the damage on the impact bar before I take my car and they tell me that I am more than welcome to take my own photos because they were told to stop by me before they could get to it...but this is also after they called me to tell me the quote once they were finished with their diagnostic...? Anyways, took it to TWO other auto shops (didn't tell them what Saul's told us) and they both didn't quote us for a new impact bar since there was nothing wrong with it Total cost: $1300 ($2200 LESS THAN WHAT SAUL'S QUOTED) So final verdict: PROS: their work is great (well it was on my parents car, that's why I gave them two stars and not one) CONS: they're not trustworthy - which in my opinion is huge read more

I rarely leave reviews, but want to shout out Saul's for taking care of my issue quickly and efficiently. While being out of town for the weekend, my car decided to act up on me. Thankfully Saul's is open 7 days a week, and they were able to get me in at 4 o'clock on a Sunday to look at my vehicle. I had a 2004 Jaguar XJR that needed some ignition and suspension work. Saul himself claimed they could do this easily. After informing me of other issues I may want to address, I told him to proceed. 1 week later he tells me that everything is complete except ignition issues, and another $2100.00 is needed to complete project. This is where it gets interesting. It takes 3 days for this 'part' to arrive. Car was supposed to be ready the next day. # days later it is still not ready. After I expressed my frustration, Saul came in a said the technician was programming the car and it would be complete by close of business. He said come get it the next day because he wanted his technician to drive it before releasing. As I was leaving, I noticed my vehicle outside behind the building. I could tell no suspension work had been completed due the elevation of the car. The next day Saul said" I did not know the technician had left for his three day weekend when I told you that yesterday. He will be back in on Monday to complete job". On Monday I went back to pick up car. The car had not been moved from the rear of the facility. This time Saul had some ridiculous story about something he needed from England, or he had to talk to someone over there. It may no sense what he was saying due to the fact it was an obvious lie. He became aggravated with me and threatened to stop talking to me, even though he has my car and is doing nothing. Saul is an absolute liar. I got a different line of BS everyday. Beware every single Mom and single woman, or hardworking parent and business owner before you use this place! My truck had lost effective power when driving. I drive a Toyota Tundra Platinum, best engine they ever made! It drove, but not as it normally would with the power and speed. We were at our airbnb in Denver and were frantic how to get truck fixed to head back over the pass home. We found Saul was open and willing, found a tow truck company and waited for the news from Saul. He called and while on speaker phone with all who were with me told me with confidence that I had 2 choices: I could wait until Monday, or I could spend an extra 700.00 to get it done quickly. He definitely gave me the prices and we collectively choose 700.00 extra because we had to get back to work and the airbnb was an 11:00 check out. How the story rolled out was, they did not have the part to complete this promise, still charged me the 700.00 EXTRA to have it 'expedited', we had to pay for another night at airbnb, and call out of work. Conclusion is, they told me I needed a part THAT IT DID NOT NEED! I drove out of their place to get gas, and the engine light went off (Was not on when I sent it to them) Drove it back to them and they forgot to attach something! This place charged me THOUSANDS of dollars for something I did not need, cost me time and money to stay longer, AND my truck was still not fixed! I took it to my mechanic at home....I needed a 300.00 part!! I requested the measurements Saul and company had to verify why they said I needed the part they said...no response x 2 emails. I wanted an integrity move on the 700.00 extra they charged for something they did not deliver and that was a 'no' from them. If a man or company can make a choice like this to do to a woman, single mom......ask yourself what they actually care about? They show me that they do not care about integrity, the customer who works and EARNS their money, or their value in their work ethic. The ladies in the office.....very nice to me, at least they have that going for them. But I wonder? Do those ladies know this goes on in there?? Do ya'll sleep well when you treat people like this??
