I cannot recommend this place enough!…read more After owning my Tesla, and not really having to deal with car maintenance aside from overnight updates to my software, I must admit I was dreading getting the oil change. I remember a few years ago going to a place in Denver for a simple oil change and return to pick up my car with hundreds of dollars of extra charges for things they insisted I "NEEDED" and I was dreading that this might be the same. I was surprised and delighted by how friendly everyone working there was. They took great care of my car and had it completed sooner than expected, even without an appointment. I will say the location is a bit tricky, not that it's hard to get to, but it's a bit confusing because it is connected to another shop. When you pull in past the gas station where Google and Apple Maps will lead you the first entrance and bay of garages is actually for a shop that is connected to the side. You have to keep going along the front Side of the building and then you'll see their entrance and garages about halfway down. You'll know you venture the right spot when you see incredible Lego build in the lobby. It was only $100 to have my BMW oil changed and the oil filter. They did say I would need a new air filter on my next visit, but they only charge the $40 or whatever the cost is without markup when you add it to your oil change. This all seemed very reasonable to me. It was much less than I expected actually. Another detail I appreciated, worth mentioning is the fact that the sticker of my mileage and when to return on my window typed and printed not hand written. I was really relieved to see this. I know it's probably not a big deal but I hate when it is some sloppy marker writing stuck in the corner of my car window for the next 3 to 6 months. It looks cleaner and more professional. Thank you so much to the team, I'm grateful to have found a place that will make having my car maintenance done done much less painful :-)

While they were repairing it I did some online searching that showed their cost to be about $400 more than what other people quoted. I spoke with them about this and the manager told the front desk person that he wouldn't budge. I do not know if there has been an ownership change or they are just getting greedy, but I will be looking elsewhere for my vehicle service.

"Took my 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500HD in for a full drive line inspection. Complaint was a growling sound while accelerating and/or braking. I determined for myself that it wasn't the brakes as the sound disappears when I put the truck in neutral. I suspected it was the front differential as it's more pronounced in 4H. I changed the fluid on the front diff and it was black with microscopic shiny metal. I know that it leaks which the shop mechanic confirmed. ALL THIS WAS EXPLAINED BY ME IN DETAIL UPON INTAKE. However, tech claims the sound is the driver side CV axle bc the boot has torn along the clasp (which is pretty common. Any experienced mechanic will tell you a separated boot along the clasp isn't that big of a deal so long as the grease is retained in the u-joints, which it is). In my experience, worn out CV axles usually make a clicking or popping sound when turning, which isn't what the truck was doing. So, I get the truck back and look at the estimate and noticed the ODO was the same in the shop and out, which means the tech never ran the vehicle in drive on the lift which is what they should've done in order to make a thorough diagnosis of the drive line. All he did was look at the boot on the CV axle and leak at the front axle seal and assumed that was it. (By the way, the passenger side CV axle boot is also torn along the clasp, which is something the tech never mentioned). So I finally put the truck on jack stands in my own garage. A neighbor mechanic and I had determined the sound was coming from the rear differential/ axle bearing and/or pinion/ring gear backlash or bearing. It was also confirmed the CV axles weren't the problem as the front wheels don't spin while on jack stands in 2wd (I also inspected the front driveshaft in case the u-joints were seized and were spinning the pinion which it wasn't). Point is, the tech never thought to do a thorough inspection as I had requested. I give two stars only bc the diagnostics was free. Only one star bc the gravity of the concern. If a differential locks up at highway speeds it's like putting it into park at 65 mph, which can be FATAL, hence my concern what I needed them to confirm or warn me about, yet they dismissed the concern. That's potentially HUGE liability. Oh, the tech also snapped a spark plug during the inspection and I waiting an additional hour for them to replace the part. I never asked the shop to inspect spark plugs as that wasn't the nature of the inspection. Tech says the porcelain cracked when trying to remove it. Then he says it had a misfire code after reinstalling it, which means he tried to reinstall a broken spark plug, hoping that it wouldn't cause problems. My spark plugs are relatively new as I have installed them myself a few years ago. They shouldn't crack unless a tech removes them with an impact wrench, which is what you're NOT supposed to do. Can't say for certain that is how he removed it, but it wouldn't surprise me...Unacceptable. ***It seems their "free" inspection protocol doesn't incorporate the specifics of customer complaints. Despite the fact it may be "free" they won't inspect the stuff relevant to your complaint. Take it in for an alignment issue and they may look at the air filter. Lol. (Which is something they did, btw)*** As an amateur mechanic, this is principally why I am hesitant to have shops look at my trucks and have been motivated to learn how to do most of my own repairs. Almost always they break stuff in the process or are dead wrong in their assessments. Response from the owner: Wow, why did you even come here ? sounds like you are a true pro!!!!!

Called around and they told me they prefer to check the fluids first to make sure they do need to be replaced. Only 1 of the 3 fluids needed changing saving me money! The second time I had to have my car towed because I had very bad oil leak smoke coming from the engine. They found it sent me what they found by text link. I have never had a shop do that! Before I could read all of what they found they called me to go over it all. I will be back!

In Oct 2024 I was told that my break pads were less than 4mm and needed to be replaced. This didn't make sense to me since DD had replaced my break pads in April 2024. I looked at the pads and they were still almost new as I expected. Double D LIED to me. They also damaged my tires so badly when they removed them that those tires could not be used again. Avoid this lying business and save yourself money.
