Just want to say thank you to Jeffrey M. in fleet sales for making our buying experience awesome! Of course we stop in a few other dealerships looking for SUVs but were not impressed with some of the options. I told Jeffery what we were looking for and had a QX60 waiting for us to test drive. Infiniti has some great luxury SUVs and the QX60 was the right size and price! Financing was easy and we purchased the extended warranty. Everyone at the dealership were helpful and friendly. They even found us the floor mats that were missing. I would highly recommend Jeffrey! Will post a 3 month update Thanks read more

Not a single person picked up the phone when I selected sales as an option. Left a vm and no one called me back. I bought my 3rd qx80 somewhere else. You guys must be really busy selling cars. Why would I give you my business when you clearly don't value me as a customer? read more

I could not be happier with Mike Ward Infinity!! I've been doing business with them for ten years both sales and service and will absolutely continue that relationship. I'll give a special shout out to Conner in service!! read more

We recently purchased a 2023 Infiniti QX60 through Jimmy Nicholds at Mike Ward Infiniti - what a FANTASTIC experience! From our first visit, Jimmy was friendly, extremely knowledgeable of vehicle features, and at the ready to help guide us through the process of turning in a lease and buying our new car! Jimmy was patient and responsive as we evaluated our options and always willing to share information to help us decide which vehicle was right for us. We're a couple of weeks in to the new QX60 and thrilled with our decision! The car offers luxurious comfort and handles both highways and mountain roads very well. Our experience with Jimmy, A.J. (finance), and the Infiniti dealership was top-notch from start to finish! Many thanks! read more

I'm an out of state customer and had a serious mechanical issue. I called Mike Ward Infiniti, and they took me in right away. They set me up with a loaner and did all that was necessary to get me back on the road. Keegan was awesome! Super with communication and really on top of things. Customer service couldn't have been better! read more

I came to MW to sell a Lexus that I wasn't using. I did my research ahead of time and knew a range in price that I was hoping to get for the car. I was not trading the car in for another vehicle, nor had I purchased anything from Mike Ward in the past. I was expecting to have to do some posturing/haggling to get a fair price for my car and was pleasantly surprised that they offered an absolutely fair price. They were so delightful to work with, and made the process unbelievably easy. I received a check the same day I brought in my car. Based on their professionalism and their fairness, I will absolutely be going to Mike Ward first when it's time to look for my next car. read more

Dan Levine was a great help in buying our Volvo S60 Recharge Plug-In Hybrid from Mike Ward Infinity. He was very knowledgeable about the Volvo and hybrid and electric vehicles and about the whole buying process. He has a lot of great stories to tell! He is very friendly and social and kept the whole sales process flowing smoothly. We would recommend him and Mike Ward Infinity to anyone! read more

Hi guys We bought this van from you a little more than a month ago and it as been slowly falling apart on us. First the driver door started making a crunching sound when opening or closing, then the passenger side rear window got stuck and wouldn't go up or only after going up and down a few times partially, then the passenger window started getting stuck as well and now the driver window. Last weekend we noticed a grating sound when we drove it near a wall so we took it for inspection a few days ago and they found a lot of issues with this vehicle and said it was unsafe due to bad brakes, worn tie rods and a bad cv joint etc please see the link below...they said the brakes were installed incorrectly putting a groove in the rotors. We bought this vehicle for app $15,000 from you folks because you are a reputable dealer and told us it was inspected and nothing was wrong with it but obviously that is not true and it needs a lot of repairs to be safe to drive.. This vehicle purchase was a lot of money for us so that it needs over $3000 in repairs just to make it safe to drive is a terrible reflection on your dealership and we ask that you work with us in fixing these issues quickly. I don't want my wife and kids getting in a car crash or getting stuck in a storm with the windows stuck open s winter is around the corner etc so please address our concerns quickly Their response was that they inspected the vehicle and that these were maintenance issues! Bad brakes, loose tie rods, cv joint t and windows that are stuck open are not Safety issues! The GM would not do anything for us said it was an 11 year old car repeatable and basically we are sol! They do not stand behind their products so do not buy a used car from them! read more

I needed a nitrogen top off for my tires today on my Mazda CX-9. You would think that a service like that could easily be fit in and completed with a 30 minute notice, nope. McDonald Mazda could not fit me in until maybe the afternoon. Here is a big shout out and 5 star thumbs up for Mike Ward Infinity for not only topping off my nitrogen but washing my car. They even found a nail in one of my tires and repaired it! Top notch service with 5 minute notice! Maybe my next car will be an Infinity?! Seeing a Mazda at a Infinity dealership, priceless! McDonald Mazda, remember the little things also add up to keeping customers; Mike Ward Infinity has this covered. Thank you Oscar! read more

I really liked my sales rep and thought this was the best experience until I read through the fine print in the contract and the extra add on $3000 in surplus warranty or services I didn't want or need. I did want the front windows tinted to match the back windows- BIg mistake! Read other reviews- I should never have paid for that either. To sum up this experience that went from a great sales person to a finace and title and service circus. I paid a lot extra for Road Hazard, Safety Glass pkg, and a window tint that is 2 shades darker than the rear windows (the rear windows were factory installed,) additionally a bogus warranty that I had not gotten any paperwork nor explanation of the services at time of finance- so I simply requested a credit for with the charges immediately the next business day. The dealership finance said it would be credited to my finace - NOPE-it has been over 2 months of weekly emails and calls to the finance dept. And more excuses . Additionally, I had to go to a gravel Compnay on my time after the sale to weigh my vehicle, as they didn't do this when they bought this from another party to secure proper title . That was first title issue , a month later, I had to send a new odometer statement on my trade in and they took an additional month to pay off my lien on my trade with my bank, even though they were funded from the finance company within days of the sales contract. I had to hold my down payment but replaced the check with the promise they would refund the excess warranties and fix the window tint. Then nothing- they still owe me over 2800 in refunded services and had their title clerk fed ex me odemeter statements on my trades in to correct- one being blank in the mileage- I corrected . That was just last week ,and they still haven't gotten my title to the dmv or refunded the cancelled services, nor fixed the windows nor sent a credit to the finace company- which states they will NOt accept any sales credits from a dealer ship so was all that a lie and smoke screen? I know they owe me from the contract add ons that I had cancelled in the first week. I'm getting nothing and now paying off their finance Compnay and there is no credits applied for the cancelled add on services! This was once a highly respected dealership but the service in the title dept and trying to get the poor tint corrected to a lighter shade is ignored. I would not recommend buying here- extra service packages and window tint correction is not only a waste of money , but buyers need to be very careful what you're signing because you don't see the paperwork on any warranties or their add on glass and roadside hazard or warranties. I believe the add ins are worthless, so your paying $1000s for nothing. I requested all of those items cancelled immediately, and I'm given many stories that it is credited to the finance - which it is NOT. I wasted my time and money trying to help their messy title work and they have yet to credit my $3000 in ads on packages that were worthless. Again, a great sales person but the financial dept and title work is so sloppy and unprofessional that it is still pending and I can't register the new car now almost 3 months later and 5 days past the temp plates expiration. Still no call back nor reply ! read more

The customer service at Mike Ward was outstanding. From the moment that we pulled up, to the moment that we drove off it was bar none the greatest car buying experience that I've had. We were met first thing by Matt Billadeau who greeted us, invited my wife, new born baby, and I into his office to discuss the vehicle that we inquired about on Auto Trader. He gave us all of the details that we needed and even let us load our double stroller into the vehicle to assure that it fit. At no point did we feel pressured into buying or upgrading to another vehicle including on the test drive. We had what we wanted in mind and he made sure that it was going to be a perfect fit for us. We did end up purchasing a used VW Atlas and Matt also assured us that the vehicle was to be detailed and gas tank topped off. I appreciated the courtesy of Matt and all of the others at Mike Ward as they made the buying experience top notch, and very much appreciated in a tough buyers market. read more

Buying a car from Mike Ward Infiniti was an odd experience. We were pushed from one sales person to another, they told me my new car would be ready for me to pick up the next day and ended up waiting four days, they still haven't processed my title (bought the car 7 weeks ago). I had to pay DMV for an extension for temporary plates. Every time I call I get someone's voicemail. If this is a luxury car dealership experience, I'll go back to the used car lot I got my old Subaru at. That place was scary but it actually had better customer service. read more

I recently purchased a sedan through Mike Ward INFINITI and the experience from my first time in the show room to driving off the lot was as smooth as could be. I worked with Antonio and Jeff in sales who were both fantastic at listening to my needs, and finding the right car at the right price point. From there Luke in finance did an exceptional job finding the best rate for my loan and getting me through the paperwork. I couldn't be happier. Mike Ward's above average service and transparent sales people have created a custom for life. read more

If you want the classic "car salesman" experience. You will get just that here! We were looking at a used car and it was a Friday evening. We had already been pre-approved by our credit union and knew we wanted to use that financing because that's where we bank. Dan was so insistent on closing the deal that weekend that he convinced us that even if we were using our credit union (which was closed until Monday) financing we still had to fill out the credit app for them. He then continued to run our credit and have several other financial institutions check out credit. It's been 3 weeks and we are still getting letters in the mail from different places about our credit being ran by them. He's nice but 100% the sleazy car salesman I will never ever work with. We found a private sale, used our credit union and got a way better deal than anything he found for us. read more

I dealt with two absolutely superb salesmen, Dan Tisser and Andrew Latham. Unfortunately, my son did not buy a pre-owned vehicle from this dealer only because he found a pre-owned vehicle he really liked in his appointment at another dealer before going to this dealer. Both of these individuals were extremely cordial; answered all our questions promptly; and were very professional. What a pleasure to deal with Dan and Andrew. read more

If you think spending "Infinity" money gets you customer service and at the least follow ups from sales, don't bother. We wasted so much time at this dealership and trying to get answers on the phone from the sales team. They make it seem like you're a burden to buy their car. We tried to spend our money there but just plain bizarre how they treat customers as a low priority, especially with high inventory on the vehicle we looked to buy. We moved on and spent our money at a dealership that had etiquette. read more

All our dealings with Mike Ward Infiniti have been positive, from the sales department to the service department. We bought our first Infiniti over 4 years ago. Yesterday we bought our second car from Mike Ward Infiniti. Our salesmen Jimmy and Drew were awesome! They were friendly and personable and helped up find exactly the car we wanted. Sean in the finance department was also extremely helpful. Everybody was focused on making sure our purchase was hassle-free and that we were completely satisfied. When we've taken our car in for service, the service department also makes certain we are completely satisfied. Their car prices are fair and they have good prices for service. We will continue to be Mike Ward customers as long as their customer service stays the same, which it has for the last 4 years. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car and a dealership to service that car. read more

Avoid this dealer! They were rude and unprofessional when I purchased my car. When I negotiated the price, they told me the deal was already agreed on prior to me actually agreeing to the deal. To save myself time searching I went through with the deal anyway. They then called me the next day and tried to renegotiate my trade in. They tried to make me feel terrible and told me I owe them thousands of dollars because my trade in wasn't worth what they gave me. I pretty much told them to no way the deal is done. To get back at me they withheld my title. They never sent it to the bank. They lied and said they couldn't get ahold of the bank so they sent me a copy of the title. However, there was no record of them sending the title. I ended having to go to the DMV and pay for a new title. With all of the legal trouble this company has been in, you would think they would try to keep their nose clean. read more

My Service Advisor, Arend, was very knowledgeable and professional. He patiently explained what the problem might be with our sunroof and told me that it would need to be diagnosed. We were given a new Infiniti to drive while the work waas being done. I was surprised to see how fast the news came back. I was give several options for the repair instead of the usual hard sell. He mentioned that we also had a potential brake problem and told me, again what the problem was and suggestions for repair. I chose to have the suggested work done. I received a call the next morning letting me know that our car was ready to be picked up. We picked up our fixed and recently cleaned Infiniti. I WILL be back! read more

This review is NOT for service! Service is always great! This one is for "Covid's protocol", or nothing even close to exist at Mike Ward Infinity! Yes- masks and social distancing followed by everyone. But, nothing beyond that. I was there for "recall service" and an oil change) I did not see any wipes, or sprays in the waiting area.Or hand sanitizers (not a single bottle!!!) The customers are sitting on the same, not sanitized chairs all day long ( I was there today for 2 hours and did not see anyone who was sprayed and wiped). Chairs, tables , "coffee machine", representative's areas etc.) I am in medical profession, and loyal "Mike Ward" customer (6 cars over decade) Dear Mike. We are on the middle of worse Pandemic! So this applies to sales only. The service guys have always been top notch. I called to get a quote on them buying my qx60 and Antonio told me to come on in because he certain we have equity in the car. He told me this after taking my vin (short for Vehicle identification number) and all other vehicle info. Mind you i service the car there. We get there and he is asking where my qx80 is. Now the price difference between a qx60 and qx80 is pretty significant. The appraiser guy looks at him and says "this really changes the value" Of course he comes back with a quote that's 12 grand lower than what he promised. But for our inconvenience offered us a tank of gas on him. We drove 2 cars, wasted 1.5 hours and all we got was a tank of gas. I was in the market to purchase a used Audi and found one as advertised on Carfax. It happened to be exactly what I was looking for and it lived at Mike Ward Infiniti. I inquired, they responded immediately, I test drove, and I bought. It was extremely painless and the sales staff of Mike Ward were the easiest I've ever worked with in acquiring a vehicle. I almost went to a broker to make things less painful for me as my past experiences have proven to be. My sales person, Matt B., was kind, professional, understanding of my needs, and they met and exceeded my expectations! Not only did they honor my price need, they sent me cookies and a water bottle! Just purchased an SUV here and could not have been more impressed with how Matt, Bob and team took care of us. We were debating between here and another dealership, and opted for here due to the level of attention and care provided to us by Matt and Bob. The team here is knowledgeable and helpful in the decision making process, walks you through step by step, answers any questions you may have and ensures you feel good about the purchase you are making. Aaron and Luke, their Sales and Finance manager were also great to work with! They run a scam when it comes to financing options please beware or get your own financing beforehand! They are pulling credit scores from a non reputable company and then marking up the interest at the bank by more than 1.5%. What they said the bank was offering turned out to be false. Contacted bank directly and they offered 2% lower. Do not buy a car from here, go anywhere else. read more

Bought a gently used Subaru Crosstrek from Robert that I had found posted on Autotrader. First off, the Infiniti dealership is gorgeous, looks like something out of a magazine. All of the staff were very attentive and polite. Robert made the car buying process very comfortable and was genuinely nice. Josh in finance was just as pleasant and explained everything in detail without rushing us. Bottom line-upscale dealership without the upscale attitude. They treated me no differently buying a 20k Subaru then if I was purchasing a 60k Infiniti, and I think that speaks volumes. Highly recommended. read more

The dash on my 2005 Infiniti FX35 was finally starting to bubble. The dash on my vehicle was part of a recall so my husband get everything setup to have it replaced. I was given a G37x to drive for the day, which was a fun change of pace from my usual daily driver. The dash in my car was replaced and it looks great. I have two issues: 1. My iPod hookup is no longer working but I have a feeling that if I say anything I will receive the "Its an after market product that you chose to have installed in the vehicle and we are not responsible for blah, blah, blah..." so I am going to take my car to CarToys (where it was originally installed) in Littleton to have that fixed. 2. The dealership did me the favor of 'washing' my car. Honestly, it was cleaner when I dropped it off. There are hard water spots all over my car, my chrome wheels are covered with them, my windshield is totally spotted up, I hate to say it but have you never heard of a spot free rinse?!? It is also quite obvious that they didn't clean the inside of the windshield because their finger prints and knuckle prints are all over the place inside the glass from installing the new dash. So, what I went in for was accomplished but it created more work for me on the back end... read more

Too bad zero stars is not an option...called the parts department to find the most common O2 sensor Nissan/Infiniti uses. This exact sensor is used in a wide range of their cars, and Nissan's cars...the man on the telephone is very polite. 1. Almost beyond all human ken, they don't have one. Q: How are they doing service work?? 2. They quote me $258.00 for the item and a five day wait for getting one shipped. That's UNINSTALLED people. 3. I call NAPA on 224. They have many of the desired O2 sensors. I get the exact item (OEM NTK sensor) for $123.00 with taxes. Even Red Noland doesn't have a pair that big and they are notorious. Avoid service and parts at this place unless you like getting hit for more than a 100% markup. read more

Leased the qx60 at mike ward infinity. i believe the first year it came out. Mechanical problems immediately. It obviously had a bad transmission. It was shakey and at time would jerk into gear so violently my head would jerk backwards so hard it hurt my neck. Took it in to service at least 3 times before it was fixed. One time the mechanic told me it was how i was driving the car which was insulting and bull. I drive all cars the same and the others dont try to break my neck! Also tried to say they saw nothing wrong (when they didn't even test drive it). Called corporate and they basically said youre stuck and would not offer a solution. Finally the issue resolved after multiple trips. They said the problem was the break sensor which is also bull. I believe they did something to the transmission and did not want to admit/report it. All of this within the first few weeks of having this brand new vehicle. Finished out the lease turned it in. Never did business with them again and never will. Also referred my friends away who were interested but were not any longer once they heard this story. Also when going in for routine service like most dealerships they come up with a cooked up list of services that you "need" to have performed in order to drive the cost up. Also fairly suspicious the odometer cycled faster than other cars but it was not worth my time to have this investigated read more
