Thank you Len Lyall Chevrolet for making my out of state car purchase so easy and so nice! My salesman Marselo Gutierrez is the best! He promptly answered all my emails and texts. Marcelo is a car enthusiast like my husband! He took the car to service, and had them put it up on the rack, so he could send my husband some videos including the underneath. He was able to help my husband throughly evaluate the car through photos and videos long distance! We trusted Marcelo completely and paid for the car online. We flew to Colorado and Marcelo picked us up at the airport. He was right there waiting for us. He is such a nice and knowledgeable guy! He had our new car waiting for us all detailed and shiny! The car was just as he described and like new! We couldn't have been happier! The manager was waiting for us. He had all the paperwork ready and actually signed us himself. It was a very quick process! We were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour, and on our way back to California. The car drove perfectly! When I went to the DMV to register it, there was no issue! The dealership gave me all the proper paperwork It was a very easy process. I can't thank Len Lyall Chevrolet, the manager and especially Marselo Gutierrez enough for such a wonderful car buying experience! read more

I have been going to this dealership for the past 4 years for my oil changes and maintenance. I always thought the previous owners were priced fair and their customer service was great. Last Saturday I took my car in for an oil change and the prices were insane. $170 for their "basic" oil change. If left immediately. Do better Alpine! read more

I took my 2018 Chevy Impala to Len Lyall Chevrolet and was charged $225 for a diagnostic test, only to find out they simply read my check-engine codes the same thing AutoZone would do for free. When a dealership charges that much, you expect a thorough inspection of all warning lights, but that didn't happen. My car had a check-engine light, traction control light, and tire sensor light on. I was quoted $1085 total, which included the $225 diagnostic fee, a replacement key fob (one of the buttons on mine is missing), an ignition coil, purge valve, gas cap and 1 tire sensor. When I asked Jesus (the service advisor) about the traction control and tire sensor lights, he said, "Nobody ever told us to check that." I asked why I would pay $225 for diagnostics if they weren't checking all the issues, and he replied, "Did you not hear what I just said? Nobody told us to check anything but the check-engine light." He then said, "So what are we doing? Do you want us to do the work or not?" -- which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. I've brought my vehicles here for years on both the service and body shop side, and I've never been treated like this. Jesus was basically talking to me like I was his child and was upset with me because I asked him why they didn't address all the service lights that was on my task board. The supervisor confirmed that the $225 diagnostic fee is not applied toward any repairs and said he would talk to Jesus. I didn't want to speak to Jesus again that's why I requested a supervisor but the supervisor still had Jesus call me which I was very unhappy with. Jesus never apologized and acted like his rude and unprofessional behavior never happened, which led me to believe the supervisor never addressed his unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend Len Lyall Chevrolet especially if your a woman. Their $225 diagnostic fee is a rip-off, especially since they don't perform a full inspection. If you end up with Jesus as your service advisor, I suggest requesting someone else who's more professional and respectful. -I will NEVER return to Len Lyall read more

The customer experience is not the same as it was before. Since the new ownership took over, their customer support is not the same. Would rate zero stars if zero was an option! Would definitely not recommend this dealership. read more

We had no choice but to use a dealership for emergency repairs. We have a 2019 Malibu which we bought 3 weeks ago. The radio/infotainment screen had been broken so that was ordered with a 100% markup. Last week the AC compressor seized up, shredding the belt. Parts for that repair were with a 100% markup, and then they said there was a "core charge" to replace the screen/electronics. We argued that and after it was escalated to the GM it was removed, it had been an accident in the system. We will never take a car for service and wouldn't consider purchasing from them. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. The mechanic who ran my diagnostic tried to get me (a female) to do $2k worth of unnecessary work to "possibly" get my check engine light to turn off. He said he didn't even know what was actually wrong. My boyfriend took the car to another mechanic and it was a few hundred dollars to fix. The light is off and they knew exactly what was wrong. Do NOT go here. edit: I highly suspect some of the 5 star reviews here are not from real customers. read more

My experience started like it would at any middle of the line dealer, pretty average. It took a negative turn very quickly when I went back for the 2nd visit and was attempting to negotiate with the sales manager, "Jeff". I simply asked why the windshield crack wasn't fixed and he bowed up and I thought he was going to jump over the counter at me. I've never witnessed such a lack of professionalism towards a potential customer. All for nothing, because he wouldn't reduce the price of the vehicle. Then 3 weeks after buying the 2021 Chevy Trail Boss with only 31k miles on it, I took it through the car wash. To my shock, the back cab window had a full out leak with water coming out and damaging the headliner of the vehicle! I called my "car dealer", Enoch, the next day and he didn't answer. I called him again the day afterwards and he answered and immediately denied any liability and said there was nothing they could do and then HUNG UP THE PHONE on me! He shortly called back and apologized but still offered no explanation, services, or $ compensation. Long story short it ended up costing me $800 and I've now been back to the dealer with issues twice in 3 weeks since buying the truck. Absolute nightmare. There are much better dealers in the Denver area, so don't waste your time. Please seriously don't waste your time. read more

They are amazing. They go all out of their way for you. I highly recommend them for your next auto purchase.

as the Colorado native I can tell you this is the best Chevy dealer in the state the service department actually seems to care about people. they fixed your issues correctly and give you the actual truth not trying to upsell you a stupid stuff that nobody ever needs or wants. the whole department is ran amazing is the only Chevy dealer to go to Colorado read more

Len Lyall refused to replace a defective airbag in my truck, thus endangering the life of my wife who rides in the passenger seat. This is all because I wouldn't sign a waiver stating that Len Lyall is not responsible for replacing my dashboard if it cracks during installation. Keep in mind that my dash is perfect, no cracks or distortion. If you care about your family's safety, do yourself a favor, skip Len Lyall, and go to a Chevy dealership that has integrity. read more

I'm super angry. I stopped by last night and was not told exactly what was happening. The salesman told me there was a $2,000 Colorado Fee that was not optional only for after I've purchased the car to find out it was a warranty b.s. useless thing I'll never need that they ran up the bill on me for. I'm definitely going to tell anybody that asks me about where I got my car. I hate tactics like that. I wanted nothing extra. Hell I don't even like the Trailblazer at all but was having to overpay just because they actually had something in inventory which nobody else seemed to. Otherwise, everything was fine. They got me a good rate but I don't like people not being transparent about my bill. If you are adding an optional package you need to tell people about it. I was told it was mandatory as a Colorado Relocation expense when it fact it was a warranty related to chipped windshields, and flat tires. Dirty dirty move. read more

How is it possible for a oil change to take five hours and not update the customer or even get my car up on the rack? The manager blamed staffing issues. I have great empathy for that. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Maybe they use to take customer service seriously but they don't now. General Manager Dan Johnson is rude and inconsiderate to his customers. Also, when he states "you shouldn't be involved anyway" is a direct lie. Here are two emails he sent me: Well then you just mind your own business and let us deal with ***and Mark at ***, Mark said you shouldn't be involved anyway, we will let you know when it's ready. 1st of all, I don't like your attitude, now as for your problem it is on your end not ours, my title clerk has tried a number of times to get this vehicle plated with different tax id numbers provided by Mark **** from your company and El Paso county is telling us they are not valid read more

Len Lyall was responsive, getting the car fixed fast -- but the parts cost was excessive We had a broken tail light on a rental car, and I wanted to get it repaired on the way to the airport rental return. The service manager I dealt with was very responsive, and got the new lens assembly installed in about an hour. That was great. What wasn't so great was the cost. The labor cost was $34.50 which was fair for a 15-minute job. But the parts cost was a complete rip-off. I was charged $198.06 for a part readily available elsewhere (I found out after the fact) for $102.23. It was available on-line for as little as $62.07. That's a hefty markup, and the reason why I wouldn't go back. read more

Can't say enough good things about Len Lyall Chevrolet. I've been buying brand new and used cars from them for over 15 years, consistently. I've sent all family members, co-workers, neighbors and friends to Len Lyall knowing they'll get a great deal, quality service and they will be treated by professionals that know how to demonstrate integrity in the work they do. At Len Lyall, they walk the talk - they are honest and really take care of folks on every level regardless of the type of car you're buying, they make sure the experience is consistent. I'm actually shocked to see some of the bad reviews on Yelp and I think it's more a reflection of Yelp (and perhaps questionable business practice) and not the honest public opinion of Len Lyall. I hope this review gets posted and if it doesn't - I'll be sure to contact Yelp and let them know they are failing the public from a great car buying experience at Len Lyall Chevrolet. Go in - check it out. You'll leave happy in a new ride, like I always do and then you should write about it on Yelp too. Congrats Len Lyall - keep doing great work and I'll be seeing you soon! I received several emails and phone calls from this dealership stating they can beat the Kelly Blue Book offer on a vehicle I was interested in trading in. "We have received the information on your Range Rover Evoque that you entered online using the Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer, and I have reviewed it. We tend to be much more aggressive then the offer generated based on your selected items. What Day and Time works best to bring it in for us to review it in person to see if we can increase your KBB offer Consider your vehicle SOLD! " I talk to Zach the Acquisition Manager and he states 9/10 times they can beat KBB or offer the same amount so I decide to take my car in. I freed up my schedule as well as my wife's schedule, sat in traffic with my kids and headed to this dealership. They offered $1500 less than KBB and Carmax. WASTE of my time. Quite honestly this dealership sucks. The service department is lazy and flat out just unprofessional. My car needs two new fuel pumps with in less than a year. Now on and off will idle hard and the tack with move up and down as well as you can hear it. Not to mention when you've driven it for a while (not the 3 miles) they did you can feel the transmission acting up. But hey all they can say is no code being thrown and no engine light to them the car is fine. But won't see why this issue is happening. This place is a damn joke. Will sell cars that should have been sent to auction and then you are left with the consequences. Not to mention they REFUSE to show the print out that everything is running fine whether it be the injectors to be tested or a print out to show that the cylinders are working as they should. So when you ask for that about YOUR car and they say no and refuse something here just seems fishy about that. They tell me they will re run the test and figure it out last Thursday we are now on the following Wednesday a week later and still not one phone call about my car not one email or the tests that were ran and not a single care from the employees here. Personally go else where as this place and even the managers are a damn joke. Funny when you call corporate and they tell corporate it's a transmission issue and they are just so booked out but when I talk to them there is no issue the car is fine read more

My 2008 Malibu actually died on the street while I was on my way to an appointment. I had the car towed to Lynn Lyle to find out what happened.
