LET GET STARTED: If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought my 2003 Ford 4x4x here. I do love my truck. But two day after I bought it I notified the owner that the emergency brake did not work, He said he would take care of it but I got the run around for over two years and my e-brake never got adjusted. I just found out today from a real mechanic (to have a full brake job) that there is NO e-brake in it. It is gutted. There is NOTHING at all in it. WARNING BEFORE you buy a vehicle from Stapelton Motors, spend the extra money to take the vehicle to a trusted mechanic. I learned that the hard way, dumped almost $1,000 the first month I had my vehicle, after Stapelton Motor "mechanically checked" the vehicle. Misfire #2 (bad coil pack) Fouled spark plug (all) Worn rear brake pad (which I pointed out to the salesman) And I did contact Stapelton Motors about the issue, and they told me they did not find the problems I mentioned, of course. Spark plugs: visual inspection would have found the problem (which probably lead to the coil pack failing) Rear brakes: I heard the issue and pointed it out, but was assured they were fine. read more

No the fob did not work the car had no oil in it after there fake Carfax showed it just done. They also have a shop in the back that there signed up with Carfax, so really they can say anything about what they did or did do just to sell a car or truck, Also this car was recently hit in the front new head light was replaced and there is no wires for the frog light I will never trust a company like this one and have a will Continue to let other know. I had some reservations about this place when I found it online but I have to tell you the customer service here is absolutely beyond expectations. I didn't have to negotiate a price for my Prius because it was priced fairly from the start. Closing paperwork, all told, took about 10-15 minutes. So easy. Shon graciously took care of some maintenance issues for free. He gave me a loaner car while I waited for repairs (which took less than 24 hours). He paid a fair price for our old trade in (which we thought we would just donate because it hardly seemed worth much more than the price of parts). He gave me a ride home after I dropped off the trade in. He and his staff are friendly and after having several interactions with them, I can tell you I believe they are all trustworthy and honest. I've purchased several cars and this was, by far, the easiest, most hassle free, and dare I say enjoyable experience. Kudos to this shop for excellent overall service and quality! I will drive out of my way to bring my car back here for future repairs and will not hesitate to buy another car or send my friends and acquaintances here. read more

Stapleton motors also operates a mechanic shop. We have had our truck serviced there several times in the past couple months. Jordan seems to be the guy in charge and is always answering the phone and helping me out with every issue. He went above and beyond last week helping me with an emissions test problem and seemed really invested in making sure I could get my truck back on the road. They seem like honest and hard working people and they have done a great job on my vehicle repair. Their prices are fair and honest and I highly recommend. read more

The fan motor had some issues and they replaced it before sale at no additional cost. We bought a used car from Shon and it was the best experience we could have imagined. Great price, honest interaction and absolutely zero pressure. My other car has now had a few issues (purchased from a private seller) and All Auto has given us a great deal on fixing things. On multiple occasions Shon has done diagnostics for free. Another lube shop told us we needed new struts and Shon took a look and said they looked fine and recommended against replacing them. I generally distrust all car dealers and mechanics but Shon is as honest as they come and has business ethics you don't see very often these days. The shop looks a bit worse for the wear, but the service is second to none. We plan to buy all future used cars from them. read more
