After I finally got my keys they ran to my car as I was trying to leave the parking lot...trying to get me to sign a contract that I told them I wanted to give it a day to think about. That was such a horrible experience with the worst sales staff. Colorado Auto Brokers has a great team that is not pushy and does not try to force you to do anything. I was told by the finance person, Tyler Murphy, that it would take "two weeks conservatively" to receive the equity check. Instead, AutoNation delayed the equity payment for weeks, citing internal policy and title-processing issues. During that time, the new loan on the Audi was funded, the payoff on my trade was completed, and the credit union that held the trade loan confirmed that the payoff/title issue had been cleared on its end. Despite this, AutoNation refused to release my equity check in a timely manner. I repeatedly followed up with the dealership, including J. Kramer, sales manager, and Nick Sandberg, finance manager. I also escalated the issue to AutoNation corporate and received two replies from a corporate representative named Bridgett, but those replies did not provide concrete information, and promised follow-up timelines were not met. AutoNation eventually issued the check, but by that point the delay had already caused significant financial harm. Chase then placed a mandatory hold on the large dealership check until June 23, and I was told the hold was due to NSF/check reversal issues involving AutoNation checks. As a result, from the May 18 transaction date until June 23 at the earliest, I was left without usable access to approximately $21,000 owed to me from a completed vehicle transaction -- a 36-day delay, assuming the check clears and is not returned. In my opinion, this is an unacceptable way to treat a customer. A large national dealership should not require a customer to bear all of the financial risk and delay for weeks after a vehicle transaction is complete.

She sent pricing details and service paperwork at 11:58 a.m. Because I was at work in back-to-back meetings, I was trying to coordinate with my husband during the day. We decided he would stop by after work to finally see the vehicle in person since we had only seen online photos and videos. He drove 25 minutes out of his way, only to be told by another salesperson that the vehicle had sold at noon. The frustrating part is that Ephi never bothered to let us know the vehicle had already sold, even though she had just sent us paperwork minutes earlier. That means she was actively discussing the vehicle with us while it was apparently being sold to someone else. I understand dealerships want to make a sale, but basic communication and respect for customers' time should be expected. We were actively working our jobs while trying to coordinate this purchase, and those jobs are what bring in the money allowing us to buy a vehicle. Also, my husband wasted a significant amount of time driving to see a vehicle that was no longer available. In the beginning they promised to change our opinion of the car buying process after being burned previously and they failed miserably at that.

My Pathetic Experience with Tesla (Lone Tree - Park Meadows Location)…read more I want to share one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had with Tesla. We had a word with Kevin on Sunday, and he clearly told us that we only needed to pay $250 to block the car -- nothing more. But later, when we were filling out the application, Francis informed us at the end that we'd have to pay $1,700 for the lease. We were never told that upfront. The lack of transparency and communication was shocking. We ended up waiting there for hours -- from 2 PM to almost 6 PM -- while they struggled to figure out the financing details. My lease application was rejected, but later it got approved for finance, and they even asked me to bring a co-signer. Despite that, the whole process was extremely disorganized and stressful. To make things worse, they refused to refund my $250 and told me to call Tesla Insurance myself to get back the $299 refund -- even though I don't even have a car now. It was an unbelievably painful, frustrating, and time-wasting experience. I honestly didn't expect this level of confusion and lack of accountability from Tesla.
