Working with Macy at H M Brown was the best car-buying experience I've ever had…read more I found a few cars I liked on the site, and Macy brought them all to my house for test drives. I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me. Thanks again to all made it possible.

A week later, Ephi texted saying the vehicle was still available and that the dealership was now ready to compromise. She sent pricing details and service paperwork at 11:58 a.m. Because I was at work in back-to-back meetings, I was trying to coordinate with my husband during the day. We decided he would stop by after work to finally see the vehicle in person since we had only seen online photos and videos. He drove 25 minutes out of his way, only to be told by another salesperson that the vehicle had sold at noon. The frustrating part is that Ephi never bothered to let us know the vehicle had already sold, even though she had just sent us paperwork minutes earlier. That means she was actively discussing the vehicle with us while it was apparently being sold to someone else. I understand dealerships want to make a sale, but basic communication and respect for customers' time should be expected. We were actively working our jobs while trying to coordinate this purchase, and those jobs are what bring in the money allowing us to buy a vehicle. Also, my husband wasted a significant amount of time driving to see a vehicle that was no longer available. In the beginning they promised to change our opinion of the car buying process after being burned previously and they failed miserably at that.

My Pathetic Experience with Tesla (Lone Tree - Park Meadows Location)…read more I want to share one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had with Tesla. We had a word with Kevin on Sunday, and he clearly told us that we only needed to pay $250 to block the car -- nothing more. But later, when we were filling out the application, Francis informed us at the end that we'd have to pay $1,700 for the lease. We were never told that upfront. The lack of transparency and communication was shocking. We ended up waiting there for hours -- from 2 PM to almost 6 PM -- while they struggled to figure out the financing details. My lease application was rejected, but later it got approved for finance, and they even asked me to bring a co-signer. Despite that, the whole process was extremely disorganized and stressful. To make things worse, they refused to refund my $250 and told me to call Tesla Insurance myself to get back the $299 refund -- even though I don't even have a car now. It was an unbelievably painful, frustrating, and time-wasting experience. I honestly didn't expect this level of confusion and lack of accountability from Tesla. Beware before you visit the Tesla Lone Tree - Park Meadows location, especially if you're dealing with financing or registration. It's a total nightmare

Textbook Bait-and-Switch - Stay Away!…read more If you're looking for the stereotypical "shady used car salesman" experience, Holman Honda is the place for you. I spent hours doing my research and getting financing terms settled, only to be met with a web of lies and high-pressure tactics. First, they flat-out lied about the vehicle's features on the website. The Jeep was listed online with a hardtop, but when I showed up, it wasn't there. When I asked about it? Total silence. Then came the financial games. They told me my rate was "only good for 24 hours" to rush me. A few days later, they called me back offering a discount to lower my down payment--only to retract the offer the second I took a day off work to finalize the deal. They tried to bait me back into the office just to switch the numbers and hike up my monthly rate.I lost a full day of wages and any shred of trust in this dealership. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you through the door, then change the terms once they think they have you. Do yourself a favor: Save your time, save your money, and shop anywhere else.

Next stop on dealership row was to Holman Honda, and this time I was accompanied by my son. As we…read moreparked, I noticed a lone salesperson in the lot. When we walked around looking at their inventory, I took particular note that he approached my son first. I find it interesting, though not surprising, how dealerships still lean into those old school gender assumptions. We spent time looking over both the CR-V and HR-V. While I was able to to check out the trunk space, features, and components, my son, tested for comfort and legroom (he needs plenty of it). We were able to take the CR-V for a test drive, putting a whole 7 miles onto the new 2026. It is a very nice car and it was great that we were able to get it on the highway. So I am a VERY picky person when it comes to exterior color, and while the sales rep was accommodating, he walked us through the lot and service area trying to locate the one that fit my preference. Eventually, we learned that the one I was most interested in was still undergoing inspection. And that is when the pressure kicked in where even the salesperson strongly recommended a deposit to "hold" it and to start paperwork rolling (even though I had yet to inspect that specific vehicle myself). I really wanted to take a look at the engine area! I made an appointment to return the next day, but after doing more research on the CR-V, I realized that the "Automatic" transmission listed on the window sticker is an actual CVT, so I had to back out. Experience has taught me well. :). A Honda may work for some but not all. On to another.....

Unfortunately, taking possession of the vehicle was a completely different experience. Wendy wasn't available when my daughter and I arrived to pick up her new 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid, so she left the key with another salesperson, Art. From the moment we arrived, there was no greeting, no congratulations, no walk to the vehicle, no "thank you for your business," and no offer to explain any of the vehicle's features or answer questions. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than customers taking delivery of a brand-new vehicle. I understand it wasn't Art's sale, but representing the dealership professionally should not depend on whose customer it is. Delivery day is supposed to be exciting, especially for someone purchasing a new vehicle. My daughter was incredibly proud of her new Santa Fe, and that moment was diminished by the lack of basic customer service. For comparison, when I purchased a vehicle from McDonald Hyundai in Highlands Ranch, everyone there was welcoming, professional, and made the delivery feel special. The difference between the two dealerships was striking. It's unfortunate that what started as a very positive buying experience with Wendy ended on such a disappointing note. I hope management recognizes that the delivery experience is just as important as the sale itself.

His name was Paul after Paul left and if they got new stuff, they went downhill. I took my car in a little over three years ago, they claimed that I needed new rotors and new brakes at the time my car had under 47,000 miles then after that, my car started acting up whenever I would go on the highway it would shake. I took it back and they told me it was good nothing was wrong with it. There was probably just dust in there. Well three years later now the car still shakes really bad when I'm on the highway and you press the brakes. I'm here at a different Hyundai dealership and they told me the rotors had never been changed ever and it's a possibility they put on old rotors I didn't even belong to my car AND they claimed to replace the brakes, the brakes were not even done now the brakes are down to the middle. There's no way that could've happened in a few years Don't come here to fix your car. Don't ever go to Arapahoe Hyundai. They're all thieves and they treat you like you're stupid which I was, I didn't know about cars and I should've listened to my friend at the time he said don't do it, but I did it because they made it sound like it was urgent and they said the brakes were bad on the roads are bad, but it would be dangerous for me I am so lucky. Nothing happened to me cause I don't drive the highway much. It's the only way you could tell the brakes. The roads were bad. These people are crooks. so Arapahoe Hyundai they took me for over $700. I won't even buy a car from there. I will never stay at foot in that dealership or service center ever again and I'm warning. People do not go there either. They will take advantage of you, especially if you're a woman.
