Do not let them wash your car after service. I was there for routine maintenance and they asked if we wanted to get it washed, to which we agreed, and after getting the car back it was covered in scratches all over, and the manager kept insisting they could've been there before since the car was dusty, even though those scratches would most likely still be visible under dust and I know for a fact that they were not there before because we regularly wash the car and use pressure wash only! Ge wasted our time showing us their car wash and how they washed some other car, and funny enough it also came out with scratches, just less bad then mine, to which the manager said "there's no way to tell if those were there before". They also would not show us the before pictures, even though I saw the worker take them from far away, the only ones they showed were cropped ones of just the logo. At the end they wasted our time and offered no solution and my car, which was bought from them brand new just 5 months ago is now scratched up. read more

They knew exactly what would happen (our top to bottom pre-approved quality guarantee) and it cost unimaginable amounts of damage financially. Worked with Patrick Roberts back in October (the 22nd) took a Mazda in I was planning on buying. I wanted them to look it over for me. Weird from the get-go. I had an appointment to do it but when I got there everyone acted like they had never done this before. Literally having to search the computer to figure out how to charge and what to charge. Specifically I wanted the "codes" read, since they can see ones that the seller may have "cleared". They had no issue taking $225 dollars to do this look over but when asked about scanning for codes, they forgot to do it. I had talked w/ Patrick about doing one more for me that I was going to be looking at but that ended up falling thru and since then have been ghosted via email and phone calls requesting partial refund. I purchased a 23' TPP and bought the extended warranties, maintenance package, etc. through Schomp Mazda. I had to contact BBB (Better Business Bureau) about them not providing services I purchased with the vehicle. This was resolved begrudgingly by their GM. At that point I was hoping everything else would go seamless with this dealership. Unfortunately that was not the case. I recently had to use my extended warranties to replace malfunctioning electronics (A/C temp knob and a sticky side mirror control) but more importantly the windshield needed to be replaced because of two cracks. While replacing my windshield they damaged my steering wheel. There was a gash across the top that appears to be made by a flathead screw driver. I noticed immediately upon pick up of the vehicle and informed their management. They said they had to contact their windshield replacement team and get back to me the next day. They never did. The electronics I needed replaced were not in stock so I was due to return later in the week. When my appt came I still hadn't heard back from their manager. The service asst didn't know if there was a resolution to the steering wheel issue and said she would get back to me as her manager was in a meeting. I received a text later saying the windshield team claimed the damage was already there and that it was considered normal wear and tear. But good news a replacement would only be $1,200.00. So in other words they're willing to damage your vehicle and charge you for their carelessness. I would not and will not trust them with my vehicle after this. I am already in contract with the BBB (AGAIN!?) about this same dealership. First dealing with their sales and now with their service department. Love the vehicle but have had multiple awful experiences with the management of this dealership. Mazda USA really needs to do something about this dealership. They are tarnishing their brand. read more

I came in to look a specific used car I had previewed online. While the car itself has been ok, I would not recommend the experience at this dealership to anyone. Was it because I bought used (paid in full cash)? Was it because I'm a woman? Probably both. The sales person (despite being a senior/trainer did not know his product at all. Everything I was told in person about the advertisement was the complete opposite when a man called and asked the same questions. Even the service department mainsplained me later. I wish I had listened to my gut, canceled the deposit, and gone back to the broker I used in the past and avoided the dealership headache. read more

Don't even enter the building. The very first thing they say will be a lie. They have been lying to me for 1.5 years and I'm selling the car. It was brutal buying the car, and has been worse dealing with periodic maintenance. The service department will lie to you. If you get too upset about the constant lies, they ban you from the premises. Not only was I banned, which I discovered yesterday. I made an appointment for service. When I arrived they said they would not service my car. They made the appointment, and I had my whole family with to drop it off. Only then did I find out I was too mean to them to get the car they sold me service. I am canceling all my volunteer work because I won't have a car. This is a lose-lose situation for the assisted living/memory care facility where I used to volunteer. No more. Schomp Mazda made sure of that. read more

I've never experienced such unprofessionalism from a dealership. After signing all the contracts and driving away in my car, I was contacted two weeks later and told the loan had "kicked back." Their solution? Pressure me into adding my spouse to the loan -- something that was never discussed at the time of purchase. What makes this worse is that when I asked when they were notified, they admitted they had received the bank's notice a week before contacting me. Instead of being upfront, they sat on the information and then pressured me, telling me they had "a car on the street with no money for it," as if that was somehow my responsibility. This was not my mistake, yet I was treated as though I had done something wrong. The lack of communication, accountability, and respect for the customer is unacceptable. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that values honesty and professionalism. read more

BUYER BEWARE- my husband and I bought a car from this dealer mid December. We live out of state and we have yet to receive the title (going on 5 months now!) Every time we call someone at Schomp, they tell us that it will be a few weeks. A few weeks ago they said they were requesting a duplicate title--why it takes 4 months to request a duplicate title is beyond us. Since we have a loan through our credit union, our credit union is also wanting the title since they essentially own the car, and Schomp is not responding to the credit union either. We called the Colorado DMV today and there's been NO ACTIVITY on this VIN in over a year (what???), and the DMV suggested we file a complaint through the Dealer investigation Bureau. We've also called Mazda corporate to let them know that this dealer is tarnishing the Mazda brand. So no title and no communication from the dealer, and this seems super fishy! Schomp Mazda either sold us a salvaged title or some other fishy situation and they are straight up lying to us--sure "just another few weeks". This is absolutely the worst experience we've ever had buying a used car. read more
