I am most grateful for all of the pictures and videos sent throughout the process and regular updates he provided me as we worked through the deal. The car definitely lives up my expectations! I'd also like to give a shout out to Tom, the used car manager, who contacted me directly on several occasions to discuss the purchase address any concerns I had. The team at Emich does a great job at making sure your questions are addressed and they answer them in a transparent and honest way. I'd highly recommend them to anyone, both local and out of state.

They will take parts off your car and put them on other people's cats then tell you that a rock must've knocked the part off. They will lie about your car being fixed, then of course deny any wrong doing when your car is in worse condition after being serviced there. They then removed all the freon from my car anf said my a/c was fixed and when I confronted them and told them I was tired of the lies, they said they were offended (apparently cause the truth HURTS!) and they then told me I could take my car elsewhere to get what they messed up fixed. They tried to lie about it and let me tell you its coming to an end. I will not lay back and not do anything! Im going to be their worst nightmare or one of many. How do you like me now you dumb ignorant, incompetent of a joke who sells cars that they are clueless about and cant even fix there brand of cars!! You guys are a disgrace and a joke!! And guess what joke is on you!!

However, I wish the cars had been checked by an auto shop before I bought them. I also bought a vehicle to help my daughter receive the referral fee, but despite her efforts to follow up, we haven't seen it yet. I plan to purchase again in the future because the process was so easy, but I'll make sure to take the car to an auto shop after the purchase next time. Thank you for your support!

READ THE REVIEWS IN ORDER OF LOW TO HIGH FIRST, THROUGHLY REVIEW DOCUMENTS BEFORE SIGNING!!!!…read more I am writing this less than a month after purchasing my vehicle, and I genuinely wish my experience had remained positive. The vehicle had a clearly displayed advertised price at the dealership. However, when I later reviewed my final contract carefully, the sale price reflected in the paperwork was higher than what had been presented to me during the sales process. In addition, the down payment terms did not align with how they were originally explained. The way the deal was structured ultimately increased the total amount financed beyond what I believed I was agreeing to. The document signing process moved very quickly, and I did not feel I was given adequate time to thoroughly review each line item before signing. It was only after taking the paperwork home and reviewing it independently that I noticed the differences between the represented price and the contract price. Separately, I only became aware of the tire issue because one tire began losing air. I cannot say whether the nail was present at the time of purchase. However, when I attempted to have the tire repaired, I was informed that it could not be patched due to tread measuring 2 and 3. That is at or below the minimum legal safety standard in most states, including Colorado. Tires do not reach that level of wear within just a few weeks of normal driving, which indicates this condition existed at the time of sale. This was not clearly disclosed to me now I to over $800. Because of the pricing discrepancies and safety concerns, there is now an active review regarding the transaction. I also want potential buyers to be aware that customers are strongly encouraged to leave a positive Google review while still inside the dealership before yo are given the keys or sign for paperwork. At that point, you have not had time to fully review your paperwork or independently inspect the vehicle. I now understand why some reviews appear to be updated later. I walked in excited and trusting. Less than a month later, I am dealing with unexpected financial and safety concerns. I encourage anyone purchasing a vehicle to independently verify the advertised price against the contract, review every document carefully, and have the vehicle inspected before committing. I truly wish my experience had been different.

My wife and I were looking for Suburban to cater to our 3 growing boys and Phil drove us to a lot where we could check some out. We didn't find some that day but Phil took it upon himself to go back to the lot later that week as their were more cars that were being shipped in. Based off the feedback he got from us he was able to select a Suburban that was absolutely perfect for our family at a very fair price. Overall Phil was fantastic and my wife couldn't be more happier ( happy wife-happy life ). I look forward to doing business with Phil again in the near future! Joey Flores

The vehicle I went to see did meet my needs and the low mileage and like new condition exceeded my expectations. But the real value in my visit was the experience Automotive Search, and specifically Gretchen Born delivered. Gretchen was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and focused on what I wanted not only from a vehicle but from the service they strive to deliver. The transaction was simple, thorough and efficient, and their attention to detail and prep of the vehicle for delivery was very complete. Looked like a brand new car. I highly recommend Gretchen and Automotive Search and will use them in the future.

And you would think for a dealership with a service dept on site they would diagnose and correct all of the problems before they sell the vehicles, but they don't. They either patch them up and hope you don't notice for two months or I have the worst luck in the world. The vehicle I bought myself ended up being in the shop for at least a month after I discovered it's issue. Thank God I found it a week before my warranty was up or I would have been on the hook for the $5,000 it cost to fix the problem. But it didn't come without a fight. It took the dealership two attempts to fix the vehicle. The first time they fixed the wrong thing, and when I told them I was still having the same issue they told me they weren't going to fix it. We eventually got on the same page and they took my vehicle for another two weeks and finally repaired it. For that I'm grateful. But now the vehicle I bought my grandmother had the check engine light come on. Mechanic comes out to give it a tune up and finds the spark plugs are covered in oil. Boom! It needs a new valve seals. My mechanic says "it looks like it's been this way for quite some time". I bought the car less than a year ago. Unfortunately the warranty has expired on this vehicle. So I'm on the hook for this one. I'm not saying don't buy a vehicle from this dealership. But I am telling you to take your car to a mechanic as soon as you drive it off of the lot to find any issues before your warranty expires. Because from my experience it doesn't seem to me like their service department has their customers best interests at heart.
