I am writing this less than a month after purchasing my vehicle, and I genuinely wish my experience had remained positive. The vehicle had a clearly displayed advertised price at the dealership. However, when I later reviewed my final contract carefully, the sale price reflected in the paperwork was higher than what had been presented to me during the sales process. In addition, the down payment terms did not align with how they were originally explained. The way the deal was structured ultimately increased the total amount financed beyond what I believed I was agreeing to. The document signing process moved very quickly, and I did not feel I was given adequate time to thoroughly review each line item before signing. It was only after taking the paperwork home and reviewing it independently that I noticed the differences between the represented price and the contract price. Separately, I only became aware of the tire issue because one tire began losing air. I cannot say whether the nail was present at the time of purchase. However, when I attempted to have the tire repaired, I was informed that it could not be patched due to tread measuring 2 and 3. That is at or below the minimum legal safety standard in most states, including Colorado. Tires do not reach that level of wear within just a few weeks of normal driving, which indicates this condition existed at the time of sale. This was not clearly disclosed to me now I to over $800. Because of the pricing discrepancies and safety concerns, there is now an active review regarding the transaction. I also want potential buyers to be aware that customers are strongly encouraged to leave a positive Google review while still inside the dealership before yo are given the keys or sign for paperwork. At that point, you have not had time to fully review your paperwork or independently inspect the vehicle. I now understand why some reviews appear to be updated later. I walked in excited and trusting. Less than a month later, I am dealing with unexpected financial and safety concerns. I encourage anyone purchasing a vehicle to independently verify the advertised price against the contract, review every document carefully, and have the vehicle inspected before committing. GoJo, sold my son a lemon that needs a new engine. It took GoJo eleven months to submit the title to the DMV, preventing my son from getting his permanent Colorado State tags for the car. It took GoJo eleven months to submit the title for my sons 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. During that time, my son went back to the DMV to buy temporary tags as they continue to expire. The DMV initially refused the last temporary tag, but granted his final temporary tag knowing GoJo was not cooperating. On multiple occasions, my son would call GoJo to inquire about the title status and they would either make excuses or at times put him on hold then hang up on him. So, my question is what is wrong with the title? Is the car legitimate? How come the sell date of the car on the title doesn't match the actual sell date. Ever since my son has had the car, the check engine light, EPC light, and oil light, kept illuminating. A routine oil change at $95 a visit, would at times temporarily take care of the warning lights. However, after the last recent oil change, the oil light was illuminating and chiming every five minutes. This indicated that the problem has worsen and is quite serious. My son took his car for a diagnostic test and inspection to Christian Brothers and the results were several major diagnostic codes and engine concerns. The engine was noisy, the car would not stay running long enough to check oil pressure and was blowing smoke out of the exhaust. The valves were carboned up and oil was noted on the spark plugs. The PCV oil separator was bad and the engine needed a decarb service. Very concerned with the noise and the cam/crank codes, Christian Brothers recommended a new engine, catalysts, and turbocharger estimated at $11,500. As a possible quick fix to get the car running, Christian Brothers recommended replacing the oil separator. Opting for the quick fix and $650 later, replacing the oil separator did not fix the problem. The car will not stay running long enough to move the car. Today, it is just an $10,000 expensive hunk of stationary metal. GoJo needs to make this right, but my son is not holding his breath. Save your hard-earned money and do not conduct business with GoJo. They are not upfront, honest, or professional, and they certainly are not your friend. read more

When we first went to look at my car we were told nothing was wrong with it. Then when we got there to look at it it had abs stabilitrac and brake light on. We asked if they were going to fix that and they said yes the part was already ordered and should be there within a week so we bought the car. We were told we would be contacted by the end of the week to bring the car in to get fixed. 3 weeks went by and we heard nothing we called multiple times in those 3 weeks and kept getting told by RUSS the part is not there yet and theyll call when they have the part. We called again and asked to speak to the owner Amanda and she told us to bring the car in on Monday and it would be done in 2 days! We were unable to bring the car in on Monday due to the tires being bald when we bought the car and having to replace the front 2 tires. We then brought the car in on Wednesday and we were told it would be done by Friday AUGUST 9TH. It has been a few days shy of a MONTH AND WE STILL HAVE NO CAR! We have called multiple times for an update RUSS is avoiding our calls and every time we call we get told he just picked up another call and will call us back. WE NEVER RECEIVE A CALL BACK. We ask to talk to Amanda and we get told she is out of the office. Today we called 3 times to speak with Russ or Amanda and all 3 times we were told RUSS would give us a call back because he just picked up another call. Amanda has been the only helpful one through this process but conveniently she was out of the office every time we called. RUSS never called us back and we still have no car. We have 3 kids and this is our family car. It is extremely frustrating to keep getting told the car will be done by friday then another week goes by with no car. Now our calls are getting avoided. DO NOT GO HERE! This is an update to my previous review where we gave them 5 stars. They ask any customer after finishing a car sale to do the review and now I am updating it based on experience. First and for most, the car we financed from them broke down on my boyfriend not even within a week of having the vehicle. He was dropping me off at work and it stopped accelerating on the highway, which was pretty scary. Luckily, we purchased the extended warranty from Gojo auto, right? WRONG! we called the warranty people and they couldn't help us. So the warranty they throw around in your face for false security most likely won't cover anything. Luckily my boyfriend did some more research and found out that KIA itself has lifetime warrantees for their cars. Once Gojo auto got their sale they didn't help in the matter. We understand that once you buy a car from a used dealership that it is a final sale type thing. They went from constantly "helping" my bf to not even responding. On top of the car not working and being out of commission for the next month, they charged our card without our approval. Yolanda, the owner of Gojo Auto, gave us 30 days to pay the remainder of our deposit. We got the car from them on January 19th. Our deposit was $1500 and Yolanda told us if we put $1000 down that we could pay the remaining amount within 30 days. Attached is a screenshot of the text exchanges between her and my boyfriend. As you can see, Yolanda asks my boyfriend if she can charge the card on file. He then told her NO and we thought she gave us 30 days. We have a budget and other bills that need to be paid and when we woke up this morning we checked our account to go over bills and seen that she charged the 500 anyways without our permission. Im not sure if her business is financially struggling for her to do that or what, but it was extremely unprofessional and left us with hardly anything till our next paycheck. We have a budget for a reason. We were later advised by my boyfriends mechanic friends to never shop at an auto shop that is just a rented out office space and doesn't have its own auto-shop attached to check on the vehicles regularly. This auto dealership is just a rented out corner office space. Unless y'all want a car that will break down on you right away and for the owner to make arrangements with you then turn around and charge your card at her own will, then DO NOT shop here. We are a young couple with a baby on the way just trying to fix our credit and get our finances in order before the baby arrives. The fact that someone could just do us dirty like that really just gets me so angry. The only thing I can think to do is to write this review and report them to the BBB for charging our card without permission. I hope y'all found this helpful. I was taught when you don't have something nice to say then don't. So, I feel an obligation to give a testimony of my experience to warn others. I think the owner has good intentions but her staff does whatever it takes to scam you. As with all prior complaints, they make promises to fix issues while you're buying the car. However, the reality is ultimately to stick you with the repairs of what is wrong while in their care. They make this quoted promise. This promise was made by 3 different employees. "That if there is anything wrong, we will make it right, because the owner is the president of the dealer's association." So she likes to treat people right. That was not my experience with her staff. I found out later that I was charged like the car was in excellent condition (so top condition price) when it needed some major repairs. Since buying the car I have personally spent $1500 in repairs. I did buy a warranty but not theirs. There is a 30 waiting period to CYA the warranty company. During that time pre-existing issues cost me time and money. I felt cheated and lied to and I wouldn't recommend purchasing there again unless they make major staff changes. If you do try to purchase there, then beware of the condition and take it to a certified shop for the brand of car and do an inspection first as a condition before purchasing the car. It's worth it. Also, highly recommend not to purchase their warranty as it was super expensive compared to going direct. I regret buying my car there as a result of this experience. read more

I needed a reliable car in order to drive to my son's wedding in Idaho and I was told GOJO (specifically Amanda Gordon) would be a honest and reputable source to purchase it from. I explained to Amanda why it was important to get a reliable car and she assured me it would be and I should trust he. I went through many hoops to pay for the car and did so in full. After the sale I found out it needed over $5,500 in repair work. Expecting Amanda would make it right I tex her the estimate and she replied "mechanics are supposed to find problem that's how they make their money". I had reached out to Gojo Auto when my vehicle had failed the emissions test. The response from Micah was that the vehicle was to have the emissions completed four days after the initial purchase, which I was not advised of nor was provided a voucher to complete. I had then followed up with Meineke Car Care Center in hopes that the check engine light and emissions were due to a much needed tune-up. Meineke refused to do the service to new used purchases vehicle because they have found that oil was in the coolant and diagnosed a main gasket issue. They advised me to notify the dealer, which they stated they have seen many of their faulty vehicles come through their shop since they are within a 1 to 2 mile radius of Gojo dealership. They had warned that the engine was in poor shape and would blow if not repaired. I had parked the vehicle to save for the repair and left a message for the general manager of Gojo Auto, which was not returned until days later. I had let him know the issues and that the car was to be repaired. The repair got complete, but the engine was done. The car did not even make it to operate for 90 days and was parked before that pending repairs. Gojo left me stuck with a debt of a loan and no vehicle. Once Micah asked what could be a solution, I had asked him to take back his vehicle as a trade and give me one that is actually dependable. He told me that I had to fill out another application, as if things had changed. The only solution he was able to come up with was to give me an additional loan on top of the one I had in order to put me in another vehicle. As if giving Gojo Auto even more of my hard earned money and business was the best option. Now I am stuck making payments to a vehicle that does not work, with a child with special needs, productivity decrease with my main employer due to lack if transportation and my other job has been decreased due to travel as a Personal Care Provider. However, I have been working with a more quality of an auto dealership that is hoping to help me get an affordable leased vehicle as I pay this lemon of a car down until they can trade off. My wife and I saw a nice Lincoln Aviator 2003 with 118,000 miles and it was listed for $6899, we drove it around and checked everything was working right, when we wanted to buy the vehicle they wanted to sell the vehicle for over $10,000. She said it was due to taxes and everything. I have never been to a car dealership where the asking price was for the amount listed and then trying to sell it for an additional $3000. A Lemon folks. I've revived little to no care or compassion after being sold a Lemon vehicle. I was basically begged for 5 star review and gave one falsely based only on first Impressions, do not get me wrong the staff is very welcoming etc. but when it comes to the issues you may face, literal the second day after purchase. Ive have had a number of issues with the Chevey equinox I purchased with them. I was in a car reck and spent the loan I received from my attorney to purchase this vehicle from GoJo to help in my transportation issue. With in the first night of having the vehicle I noticed a bit of a lag when driving it like I was pressing the gas harder than I should, I also noticed a funny smell when ever I started it 11/10: same issues as above, now making a gurgling noise. 11/11: same issues as above and shut off while stopped at a red light twice and wouldn't start for up to 5 mins.11/12: same issues as above and engine light came on when started in the morning then took it to advance auto parts to have a diagnostics ran apparently 5 different codes popped up before the machine died so I waited til the next morning to alert GoJo.11/13 "Hey do you know what I should do about my truck, it's been stopping/ dying in the middle of driving and the engine light has come on" ..."kept dying or stopping as I got closer to work I would have to turn off the car wait for a min or so then start the car back up" "That's not good" "It's also been jerking since yesterday" "Thank god your ok we are here to help" Now they gave me a loner until my vehicle was "looked at and repaired" but another issue was the bogus warranty that I was given at the time , it was something about a camshaft. Which looking at my warranty, should've been covered but for some odd reason the warranty didn't want to cover it so Gojo covered it due to it being "so close to the day of purchase" 11/24: Literally the same day that I picked up the truck from the shop the engine light came back on. Up until the 12th I was catching Lyfts, Ubers, catching the bus getting rides from friends etc. and whenever I had the chance outside of life I would try any and everything to figure out what was wrong with it and even took it back to advance auto parts for another diagnostics, 3 different codes popped up on the screen. 12/12: "Hey Adrian when Amanda gets a chance can you have her give me a call it's about the truck" "Ok .. everything ok?" .."engine light came on the same day that I picked it back up from the shop".."truck shut off a couple times again on the highway as well as it's been jerking back and now it's saying that there's a issue with the CO2 pump.. it's leaking and Ive replace the oil twice now" "Jacobs service shop ..said that they need to service the car for several days and I can't do several days because I still have to work but I'm not sure exactly what to do anymore because it's just a lot of issues with the truck every day"..."Do you know if I would be able to pick up a loaner again my insurance and the warranty doesn't cover for one?" "They said no" "How come?.. I'm not able to drive it.. basically constantly in the shop. I've literally had issues with this truck since day 2 of having it. I've had it for literally 37 days! This isn't how business should be ran at all I'm put in extreme inconveniences due to a vehicle GoJo sold to me. Here it is I won't be able to work or do anything til it's fixed because I can't afford the Lyfts and Ubers especially if the "warranty" doesn't want to cover the next issue with the vehicle. And they can't give me a loaner, this is ridiculous" I have literally been put in dangerous situation I've had coffee thrown on me because my car shut down in the middle of the road. I've even called off of work because I'm afraid of stuff happening while I'm driving this vehicle. When they got home the realized tail light was broken inside trunk so ordered new one. Guess dealership doesn't check cars AT ALL!!! Call on Tues. that loan wouldn't go through unless they brought thousands of dollars for down. They took car back, of course then it was we can work something out. They had to pay hundreds for having the car for those days even though problem was because of dealership lies. Can you all imagine what this did to a teenager on his first car??? I purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart from Gojo and had the worst experience I've ever had in my life. They would get zero stars if that was possible. Less than 48 hours after driving off their lot I had transmission problems. They towed my Dart in to their service department and kept it for 5 days. When I picked it up they had done absolutely nothing to it and Micah Lewis told me that I didn't know how to start the car with the key due to my ignorance. He came out and showed me how to do it! I had texted a picture of my dashboard that showed "service transmission" but they basically ignored it. A few days later the check engine light came on and service transmission had remained on even after they had my car and had done nothing......they treated my like I was just a stupid woman and I was pissed. I lost reverse the day after I got got it back. The transmission had to be replaced! I had to take it to a Jeep dealer to get it fixed and they were great (Larry Miller Jeep Dealership). Gojo had to push through the warranty so they didn't have to pay for the entire repair of over $5K. They ended up having to pay $1k of the bill. My car took 2 weeks to get warranty approval, order parts and get the work done. I got the car back and then tried to put gas in my car for the first time but the fuel door wouldn't open! Again Gojo had to pay to fix that. They sold me the car without the key fob and the alarm goes off every time I unlock and open the door. My neighbors love me. They had the car running with the door open when I test drove it and again after I was finished with the paperwork. The key fob is just over $200 but they were sneaky by already having it running and open. They flat out refused to get me the fob or even pay for a portion of it as a goodwill gesture because they had to pay for the repairs. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM GOJO AUTO AND DEFINITELY DO NOT DEAL WITH MIKE AND ESPECIALLY MICAH LEWIS! They're sneaky and liars and not trustworthy! read more

i financed a car through gojo autos in april, within a month i was replacing the radiator. then in june the car totally broke down due to missing bolts from the engine cradle. i called gojo auto 4 times and each time i was told we will get back to you and no one has called me backyet and it is july now. i still have temp tags on the car for god sake. read more

I purchased a car was supposed to have window fixed but they never fixed it and never heard from them again, I sent someone to them and was supposed to get a referral fee of $200 but never received it send email Alex and contacted person whom told me Michael I would get it never returned my calls the other person went in and drove car off lot was told a couple days later was told she was not approved and need to put more money down by the end of the sale the person had to go in 4 times, they ask you to do review right then and there but I am updating from experience, I asked to speak to owner and they would say she was not in but when I went in she was sitting in there. not a good experience with them won't refer anyone again because the person whom referred me never got the referral fee either and he was told by the owner he would get it, if you don't want to pay it out stop telling customers about it. they fired the employee that sold me my car then rehired him a fee weeks later. well money and greed is the root of all evil. read more
