I bought it 2022 Honda Accord sport. I had to put four new tires on it. The tires were such a bad shape that the insides were bulging out. I believe this would be part of the safety inspection, the rims had no TPS sensors on them. The tires on there are 18 inch in the door panel. They show 19 inch. When they were taking the tires off, one of the tires literally tore when they had it on the machine. The side you passenger mirror does not work, which is also I believe a safety hazard. This car did not go through its proper safety inspection the pictures on line with their dealership. We're not the same as the car. Front fender plastic was glued on with hot glue. The oil was over a quart low. The antifreeze was low no windshield washer fluid in it. The description of Vehicle is not the true description of what I bought hail damage that was not disclosed. We were buying a used vehicle from them. read more

Car was supposed to be delivered to me in Lusk Wy and after a week of calling and told it would ship out tomorrow morning first thing I ended up having to hire a couple people to go get it for me. My experience with Denver car choice was nothing but horrendous. I drove 8 HOURS to purchase a 2016 c7 corvette, and showed up with a check for the full of amount of the asking price of the car. From the HIGHLY EDITED pictures and very short video I had received from Andy the salesman the car looked great and was described as a car well maintained and in very good condition, seeing the car upon arrival that couldn't be further from the truth. The car was absolutely filthy, reeked with a very strong cigarette smell, and the entire interior was caked with dirt so much so that all but two buttons were unusable. The infotainment screen did not even function. I then took the car for a test drive and it seemed very mechanically unstable, the rear end was extremely shaky upon acceleration and motor seemed to be very underpowered and boggy. When we voiced these issues to the salesman(Andy) and the manager(Chris) the problems were very quickly dismissed. Andy was quick to change the subject and Chris seemed aggravated. We decided on not purchasing the car and felt like we had wasted our time dealing with these crooks. My original review was from two weeks ago and I would like to update it. Two weeks ago I was lied to. I was told that the car had a warranty which it does not two weeks ago. I was told that the car was in good order and a few days after I got the car, the engine light turned on. I took it to my mechanic and there were about 16 or so codes that showed the car was not in good repair. The repair is estimated to cost thousands of dollars the car is not in driving order and I put down $3000 in cash. I was lied to and dismissed and I don't know which manager I don't know if it was the owner or the manager basically argued with me. I have multiple sclerosis. I am a single woman and I have a debilitating disease. I can't work because my car is not in good repair and the ownership refuses to pay for the repairs so basically, I have a car that doesn't work that I'm paying for. I am going to contact the news outlets to see if there's anything they can do. I have filed for Social Security disability and I do work, but I'm not able to work as much as I can because of multiple sclerosis and this is stressing me out and it is not good for me, but I would tell others not to go to a car dealership like this because I was defaulted and lied to and I'm going to get a lawyer to get my $3000 back read more

I bought a car about four months ago and I got great service in acquiring the car. When I bought it it was with the understanding that they would get a piece of the safety features of this car because someone else had test drove the car and they took this piece off and took it with them after the test drive. Its now about four months and three stops made at their office on leetsdale in the Denver Colorado area. And I've called about this at least two times and everytime im told that they will get it and call me when it's in so they can put it on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra. But I haven't got it yet. Worst dealership EVER! Sold me a car with an added warranty. 2 months later suddenly all kinds of warning lights come on, the lights malfunction, indicators malfunction. Warranty doesn't cover it. Turns out Carfax reported accident on the car was in was more than cosmetic damage. Damage to the axle, damage to the washer fluid container, damage to the lights. All kinds of gaskets leaking. A total of $24 000 worth of repairs on a $12 000 purchase. Tried to talk to the dealership and they are just not responding at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS THEY SELL YOU LEMONS!!! I purchased a car from them and was sold a warranty under the pretense of it being 'bumper to bumper' coverage, yet it turned out nothing was covered, resulting in $5,000 in repairs and a loss of a thousand dollars from the refund. It's best not to trust them; they are dishonest and unresponsive. I hope this dealership closes down due to their unethical practices. They are the most unprincipled business owners I've encountered. Having been out of the country for a month, I still haven't received a response. They even sold a faulty warranty to their own salesman. Anyone attempting to buy a car from this dealership should think twice and/or use an independent mechanic to inspect the car. I bought a bmw with only 60,000 miles on it from them in May 2023. I asked multiple questions about what worked for the car. I test drove the car as well for a brief time and asked questions about visible defects. It is clear to me that either (a) the dealer has no adequate inspection process and is willing to make negligent misrepresentations to sell the car or even (b) that the dealer is willing to lie knowingly in order to sell the car at the listed price. 1. 10 minutes after driving the car off the lot, the check engine light appeared upon applying the accelerator. I do not believe that the problem could not have been known by the dealership prior to selling me the car without telling me about it, as it was consistently turned on by fast acceleration. This necessitated a $1200 repair afterward. I intend to inspect the car for historical warnings. I contacted the dealer immediately, but they did not offer any resolution or advice on what to do from that point. I had to seek my own mechanic. 2. I asked about an apparent tear in the soft top and whether it could be tacked down. The representative told me it could be tacked down. I later discovered that this separation from the base required a new convertible top worth about $4500 in labor and materials to replace. 3. In addition, the dealer represented that the warning light for the adaptive headlight could be turned off in driving, and it cannot be. 4. I asked if the adaptive headlight warning could be easily fixed/turned off. The represntative told me the headlight adaptivity could be easily fixed. It could not be and it cost $1000 to replace. In addition, i discovered one of the headlights did not work at all, which could not be seen during a day test drive. 5. I submitted a complaint through CARFAX to this dealer, but the dealer did not respond to my request or offer to make it right. To make matters worse, I was not pleased with the price of the warranty offered but ultimately decided to get one. The dealer offered an extra year of coverage at the same price, but in the terms of the cheaper warranty was an exception that the coverage would not take affect for 45 days. This caused considerable stress when the car had a problem 10 minutes after purchase. Overall, I still like the car I received and likely would have bought it with knowledge of the issues, but not at the price listed. I am disappointed that the dealer did not make this right for me, and I intend to get to find out whether it had knowledge of these problems. Anyone buying should beware. read more

Various issues with this company; BBB comments are all related to situations in some way. The company used to salvage cars, eventually, this graduated into non-salvage cars (This information was shared by Sales associates, and Account Manager). I took that bit of information with a grain of salt. If you're looking to buy a car from here, do not go forward with them. As of right now, I am having a horrible experience with the car and I am now taking legal actions and involving the "Auto Industry Division." Note: Under Executive Order 13844, the Attorney General shall establish within the Department of Justice. So the Attorney General'soffice, coag.gov/office-sections/consumer-protection/ and complaints, and issues, I am currently experiencing check engine and missing components from under the car that serve a purpose to safety while driving and infrastructure integrity. My main concern is the safety of the car because it does not only apply to me but also applies to others driving on the roads. I do not want to take the chance of potentially hurting someone else. Also, some information failed to be presented to me while buying the car, although some things were disclosed to me and I take ownership of that portion also I give props to the sales associate and account manager for distracting me while signing papers because something very important I missed. With that being said, please take the time to examine the car and take a few test drives on the car, letting the car warm up. My issues only became present after two days. Note: if they're advising you to take your car back to them to pass smog, do not, take it somewhere other than the place you bought it. I have had experiences where dealers will clear codes and then do the smog, issues only present themselves after. After a week long fiasco of calls back and forth to this dealership and the bank they were using to help me finance a car, Im left with a paid deposit for a new insurance policy I was told to purchase by this dealership before I was approved for financing. I did not end up purchasing a car at all out of frustration and a huge communication problem I chose to walk away. The car insurance I purchased WILL NOT reimburse me for the deposit and 6 months of coverage without a simple letter emailed by the dealership proving i DID NOT end up purchasing the car. This dealership has refused to send this simple letter to the insurance company, and now I will have no choice but to forfeit $642 for insurance i was told too soon to purchase.
