I saw a Scion TC for $8400 that had low miles , one owner , and it was perfect for me.I work, I can afford it. I have shit credit due to an ex husband, but I'm going for it any way. I called auto mart about the Scion, I was pre approved online for the Scion (HEADS UP pre approval doesn't mean dick at this sales lot) I was told to come in. When I got there , I made it clear I wanted the Scion, I told them how much I had to put down and that was it. I had to still get insurance . Pre-approval said 0 down and $485 a month. I was fine with that. Neither here nor there. To get into this car, I was told "$3000 down or a co-signer" by Mr Gutierrez . Those were the terms . I only had $1500. So I spent the whole damn day, contemplating over whether or not to involve a friend and ask her to Co-sign for me. I need a car for work. The car I had , literally just died the same day all this was happening . I was desperate. So I asked my friend of 12 years if she would do me this favor. She believes in me , and we have an understanding. She was aware how much pride I had to swallow just to ask, so of course she would cosign. It is now 6pm, i know she filled out the paperwork online , so I get an Uber to go back, pay them what I told them I had, and pick up the car. That is NOT what happened . My friend who shall remain nameless, has a credit score people can only dream of. Realistically, they should've given me what ever the f*** I wanted. I have a co signer. Some one who says they will pay, if for what ever reason I cannot. When I get there, I'm ready to pay and go, and all the sales people are talking at the desk. I was not even greeted this time around, just sat there,waiting. My salesman comes back with paperwork for a fucking Chevy equinox that costs upward of $24k are you fucking kidding me. Apparently, I don't qualify for the $8400 dollar car, but all of a sudden I'm approved for $24 k ? Make this shit make sense to me. I don't want to be up side down on a fucking loan until I'm dead. I wanted the Scion, I told these bastards I wanted the Scion , I was told I could have the Scion, for $3000 down or a co-signer. I brought them a co signer and they still came up with some bullshit, so they could kill me financially, put me in a loan that I was frankly uncomfortable with , just so this fucker Got a higher commission. I call BULLSHIT! The bank would've approved a no collateral loan, with the co signer I had. And with that no collateral loan, I would've taken that cash and just handed it to them and bought the car out right. They know this. Trust me, if I know this , They definantly know this. I have always had the worst experiences with this dealership who claims to have a heart. I have gotten a car 3 different times and each time I have been token advantage of. My brother purchased a car with this dealership this year and he had serval problems with it they have not been cooperative with helping him, I got a new car 2022 jeep compass with them this year in October as well and it's having a bunch of issues, it hasn't even been a month yet. The car has turn off on me while I was driving, they claimed it was some sensors and they fixed it and the car is have issues AGAIN with the brakes and smell horrible after driving only for 10 mins can't tell if it's the oil or the brakes. Took it in to get checked out and while I was explaining what was going on to the service team, the guy whom I was talking with yelled at me and told me to slow down, no part in this did I trigger him to be rude and yell but he got smart with me about the issues with the car and he said he'll check it out. Bad experience with a sales representative. The guy gave me a quote with with an Apr of close to 20% rather than the 8% he claimed it to be. Whole time the sales representative didn't really seem interested in helping me with purchasing the car and had a very condescending attitude. I realized the true interest APR percentage from the quote I received after I left the dealership and came back the next day. The financing representative was just as bad as he was not trying to understand why I was confused about why I hadn't gotten a correct quote the first time. Later talked to another representative who handled the situation and communicated better, he then gives me the correct quote which would've had me paying more than ELEVEN THOUSAND percent less in interest. But it was overall a bad experience, wouldn't come here or recommend you buy a car from this place and deal with the games they play. read more

What a waste of a day. To start, I found a 2021 blue Mitsubishi Mirage ES that I liked, so I scheduled to test drive it. I arrived at 10:30 AM, and it turned out that the car is not in stock. It also happens that the only Mitsubishi Mirage they had was a red G4, completely different than what they said they had in stock online. Another red flag was that they tried to get me to sign the paper to allow them to do a credit check before I had even test drove the car! After an HOUR of waiting, an employee was to take me to the Parker location, where the blue Mirage actually was. We leave the lot in one of their cars, but we even have to stop for gas because the car is on empty. Now I'm questioning if they really take care of the cars in their lot. Already, I have been met with so much unprofessionalism, but for some reason I decide to go along with this. (Bad idea.) We arrive at the Parker location, Auto Mart USA, and I am still not able to test drive the car I wanted, so I choose a BRAND NEW gray 2020 Mirage. So I'm FINALLY going to test drive, TWO HOURS later. And now the car doesn't start, an employee had to bring a battery starter thing. And, the whole time I was driving back to the Auto Mart on Havana, the service engine light was on. Why would anybody want to buy a brand new car that they saw didn't start, and had the service engine light on?? It was explained to me that sometimes cars sit on the lot and the batteries die, but even so, are they not up-keeping the cars on their lot? If I'm going to spend money on a brand new car, I don't want to see anything like that! Even after all that, I was still interested in that blue Mirage. So they drive it from the Parker location so I can see it. I ask about the price, and once again they try to get me to do a credit check before I even know what the price is going to be. Also, I was told several times that my car had a trade in value of $1500, even up to $1675. Then they switch up on me and tell me that the trade is only $1000, even though I have been to other dealerships that use Kelley Blue Book, and I was offered $1700. So they're only offering me $1000 for my car, so I ask if the rebate can be increased because I was expecting a lower price. I don't know if he was a manager or not, but some bald dude with tattoos, Stephen I think, did not have very much patience with me (even though I had been NOTHING but patient with them all day) and rudely explained that they cannot change the rebate. "I'm not gonna beg you to buy a car." "If you don't buy it someone else will." Oh really? Then why was a car sitting on the lot so long that the battery died? He didn't even apologize for the inconveniences when I told him all that I had been through that day. I finally decided this wasn't worth my time and left around 5:30 pm. What a total waste of a day! "Auto care with a heart!" my ass. Shoutout to Priscilla though, she was great to me all day and was the only one that was apologetic about the mishaps. Her customer service was probably the only reason I was still considering buying a car from this dump. You can probably get better service at The Sharpest Rides, and that Is saying a lot! I've been to many dealerships and this has got to be the worst one I've been to. Sam promised many things with the car before we settled on the deal (free oil change, a tank of gas which many dealerships would do for you anyways, and roof racks) and nothing was given to me. Purchased a car that had low mileage for a good price. Nothing wrong with the car at all! Just I that I kept going to the DMV for six months to get plates only to be told that the title was never received or it hadn't been processed yet. I returned to the dealer twice to ask them what was going on. Same run-around. Still no plates except for the three temps, two of which were from the dealer and one from the county DMV. Finally get a call from the dealership telling me that the financial company was wondering where the title was considering they loaned me the cash for the vehicle. Auto Mart's title specialist apparently decided to go to the DMV to square up the title information. I reported a week earlier to the police and insurance company that the car was stolen from where I work. So, bottom line: It took Auto Mart six months to attempt to give the county DMV information they needed to give me plates, only AFTER the financial company started asking questions. All that time, cars with temp tags are open invitations to car theft because they are slightly less able to be tracked. Now I have no vehicle, a car payment that must be met on time, and a rental from the graciousness of a decent insurance policy. I will never trust Auto Mart again at any location. This is a long overdue review. About a month ago I found a used car via CarGurus.com that led me to Auto Mart USA. Was immediately greeted by Mario Chacon as he said I was the first customer of the day. Seemed like a cool guy. Test drove a Dodge Dart with about 41k miles. Enjoyed how the car drove and the price. Noticed that the odometer was flashing and asked if it was normal. Mario said he didn't know and that he would look into it to make sure it was normal. He provided the Carfax and everything looked great as far as no accidents, etc. We went over the numbers and I told him my budget and didn't want to waste his or my time as I had $0 to put down. As we were waiting there for hours since they were working with the credit union who I got approved with, he explained how it didn't matter to him if he made the sale or not because he's on salary. Did he get me the deal I wanted? Yeah, after I said I was going elsewhere and to call me when they have their numbers figured out and started heading out the door. Man, how everything after that went so quick as far as paperwork and getting me out the door. He then informed me that he spoke to his mechanic who used to work for Dodge about the flashing odometer and said it was a normal feature on the car and to call him if I had any questions. Later that night I noticed my check engine light came on, my radio, blinkers, and wipers stopped working. The radio, blinkers, and wipers started working again after I restarted the car. I attempted to call him back the following day but got transferred to voicemail. Left him a message to call me back. I even emailed him letting him know my concerns as well as the Carfax/CarGurus.com stating that the car had a keyless remote which was never given to me. It's been about a month and haven't heard back from him since. I did call another time in which he was out sick and was told by the gentleman to bring in the car to get looked at but it would have to be during the week as their mechanics don't work on Saturday. I've already had to get the oil pressure switch replaced that cost me $160. Oh yeah, and that flashing odometer wasn't a normal feature. The car needed a proxy alignment by the Dodge dealership which cost $220 to get done. It's not like Auto Mart USA cares as they already made their money. Do I like my car? Yes. Would I have purchased it knowing it had these type of problems? Nope! Lesson learned for the future, when purchasing a used vehicle get the car inspected by your mechanic or dealership and make sure you get any accessories, keys, etc. before signing the dotted line. I wouldn't be surprised if the car got repossessed since the key doesn't look original and makes sense as to why the keyless remote is missing. Gracias Mario Chacon. BUT, what I didn't expect was a company to sell the car 4K above the value & not include a hail discount or disclose the extent to the hail damage. (3K worth) it was raining the day I bought my car so I'm guessing that's why they pulled a fast one. Beware! This place is a scam! They sold us a car that has a refurbished title that was washed in TN. They deny the the title is salvaged! Once I filled a complaint with the DMV- they produced a signed document which states "the buyer is aware of the salvaged title and hail damage" Only problem is, it is not our signature! It was a forged document. Prior to my DMV complaint, I spoke to Dan Ramirez (who is very rude and unprofessional), Marco & Mike who all deny they sell salvaged cars. Mike even produced the "clean bill of sale/title" from the auto auction. He also said the finance company would not finance a refurbished vehicle. The salesman told us to park our car in a big parking lot and report it stolen so the insurance can pay for it! Now they claim we knew..... These people are crooked! They have other complaints on the DMV website (public knowledge). STAY AWAY FROM AUTO MART! They are going to face felony charges for forgery! Our family had a great experience at Auto Mart. My son was looking for a newer Jeep after he was in an accident in his older Jeep. We went to a Jeep dealership first, thinking they would be the experts and would have a good selection of pre-owned vehicles. This was definitely not the case. Without bashing anyone, we left after 30 minutes with no Jeep and feeling super disappointed and duped. We needed a feel for his knowledge and his interest in helping us find the perfect car. He was genuinely friendly, knew his inventory, and seemed interested in finding my son what he was looking for.
