I had an amazing (and very refreshing!) experience with Our Garage yesterday. Tricia returned my call a few days ago and got my appointment scheduled for early yesterday. After careful review by Coy, it was determined my repair would be much less complicated (and less expensive) than I had originally feared. Tricia was an extraordinary communicator and kept me posted all day, the repair was done completely and she even came to my home to take me back to the shop to retrieve my car. 3rd repair job we've had done here. This time it was some kind of hose contraption with the a/c. Once more, Trish took care of us from the appointment phone call, to getting it done in a little over a day. It wasn't cheap but it's because it was a complicated job! As most car repairs are. Our Garage is awesome! We had our car towed here after it kept dying, and they were able to do a diagnosis and correct the problem within one day. They even drove it around to make sure it was working properly. Not to mention, Trisha from the front desk called us frequently to give us updates, which we really appreciated. I had to have my car towed. My first garage was too busy, and I was lucky indeed to get to Our Garage instead. Tricia called to confirm receipt of my towed car and ask about the issue. The next day, after checking everything and going through diagnostics, they said: Car's OK, battery is OK, just let it run for a while. They did NOT try to sell me a new battery or anything else. Fifth star--Tricia offered to pick me up and drive me to Our Garage to facilitate me getting the car back without paying for a LYFT. Now that is Service spelled with a capital "S". read more

Have you ever left a garage feeling like they just took you for a fool? I have. But not here. Our Garage has always treated us well. Tricia(sp?) is great at communicating with customers. She will explain what's definitely wrong, what else could be wrong, what they have to do, what they might need to do, and what your options are. And their pricing is always right on par or less than what Google says the work should cost. I highly recommend Our Garage. Um...how do I start? I asked for an oil change. I have oil leaking from the oil filter and the drain nut now....I asked for a tire rotation....the just inflated my tires to 53 psi (supposed to be at 33) and called it a day....never, ever returning....I'd advise finding another shop... read more

They charged me three hours labor to replace a radiator , a full hour to replace a serpentine belt . Seems kind of steep . Nice people but I think maybe $$$$ ! Quick work though ! read more

I give them 5 stars on that alone after having a mobile mechanic diagnosis to have it towed to a "silver rock" approved repair facility, only to be told that the (2) diagnosis was denied AND the master mechanic wasn't going to touch it, & suggested it go to the dealership. I have AAA (you get a discount for being AAA member) & Our Garage popped up & I took a chance, called & spoke with Tricia, whom is a breath of fresh air. She took time to educated me, even though I have no clue as to what is what under the hood (other then where the engine oil goes, how to check the oil & washer fluid) & allowed the car to be dropped off before the appointment. Tricia kept me up to dated on EVERYTHING! Tricia even called the 800 for the Kia/Honda issues. She even talked me off the edge of this extremely frustrating situation but when all is said & done, I trust Tricia and her crew will have me and my family in a good position to get to where we need to be. I have gone to Our Garage 3 times and they are better each time. Recently my jeep started leaking air from under the hood! I called for an appointment, chose the day and time convenient for me and took her in. I was prepared to ride 2 buses back home but they offered to give me a ride. While the front desk womon (who has given me her name 53 times and I still cant remember, sorry) prepared to leave the office and drive me home, I walked the mechanic outside to show him the leaking hose. He immediately informed me it was the AC hose. I was happy just to know why AIR would be coming from my engine. I told him I didn't use the AC and he said the jeep would work fine without it and if I didn't need it there was no point in wasting money to repair it. Since I was ready to leave her anyway I told him maybe I needed brakes cos they squeaked just a bit every now and then. After telling him I hadn't driven 4000 miles since the last time they said my brakes were at 50% he took a quick peek at the front pad and said they still look like 50% and 4000 miles wouldn't put enuf wear on them to warrant a new set of pads! Additionally he gave me a quick lesson on brakes and brake pads teaching me quite a bit. I thanked him and told them I would be back for my winter tune-up. I couldn't believe it, instead of working overtime to separate me from my money, like most mechanics do, this guy was actually helping me save it! They are friendly, clean, helpful and knowledgeable... I will NEVER go anywhere else again!! read more

Echoing what other reviewers have said, Our Garage offers professional service in the shop and at the front desk, at a competitive price. It is the only auto shop I've ever been to in 19 years of driving where I feel like I'm being told the straight story 100% of the time. They tell you when you NEED a service done, when it could go either way, and when you're probably okay holding off for awhile...top auto shop I've ever been to in terms of HONESTY. And they take the time to explain some of the repairs better than other shops I've been to. I have several AAA approved auto shops within 15 minutes of my house, but I drive 75 minutes to Our Garage because of how much I like and trust them. I took my car to brakes plus for an alignment and oil change, big mistake, my truck had a bunch of work done on it prior to taking it the such as ball joints and brakes etc, brakes plus had a coupon special for the alignment and so I took it to them, they quoted me around 4000 worth of work was needed and all the work they claimed was needed I had already done and tried explaining that to them and they didn't believe me so I left. I took it to our garage and talked to Tricia who was awesome. I made an appointment to get it fully checked out and she called me and told me what they found out and behold brakes plus was full of shit. The truck was fine the alignment was a bit off not 4000 bucks off either. So I'm getting my alignment done thru our garage and It also had an emissions issue which they were able to diagnose and fix as well. This is the 2nd car I took to them and they took care of me and have excellent customer service and rapport. I fully trust them and will only take my truck to them for any work it needs down the road for now on. If your vehicle has issues trust these guys!!!! read more

My car decided to not start one day as I had just gotten off work. I called around to some places people had recommended and they all either did not work on Mercedes or were booked out a few weeks. I came across this gem on Yelp and was pleasantly surprised. I had my car towed to them while I was at work. Trish, was super friendly via phone and kept me in the loop. Unfortunately they were unable to fix my car as they didn't have the machinery needed for the specific problem I was having, HOWEVER they were kind enough to refer me to MB clinic. The clinic couldn't get me in until Thursday and Our Garage let me leave my car there, actually it was their suggestion. They didn't even charge me since they were fairly sure what the issue was right off the bat before my car even got there. Great customer service/experience and I would def recommend! read more

Replacing brake pads is a necessary evil. When you drive like I do, it seems to be a frequent one. I had recently taken my husband's car, to a Brakes Plus, for replacement pads and it was awful. So then here I was a couple months later and pretty sure the pads were completely gone and I was scraping the rotors. It was 6:30 am and I was on my way to work when the metal on metal grinding was getting bad. I did a quick yelp search and found this was the only place open. I gave it a shot and will go nowhere else! The lady at the front was so nice!!!! She offered to take me to work, I declined though as I had a coworker already waiting for me out front. She called to let me know the cost, which wasn't at all as bad as I expected since I did have to replace both front rotors. Then she also offered to pick me up from work and bring me to my car. Again I declined. When I arrived she showed me my old rotors, went over everything, and even showed genuine interest about my day and job. It was the best customer service I have ever received. I found Our Garage over a decade ago when I couldn't find anyone else to work on my 40-year old Alfa Romeo. So Coy says he doesn't want to work on Alfas anymore (and I can't say as I blame him), he can still fix ANYTHING - and he does it honestly and in a timely manner. He's kept my old Toyota pickup with 237K+ miles running like a champ and has kept my newer vehicles in tip-top shape. When I walk in the door and say, "My car is going errrr-EEEEE-pblpblpblpbPBLPBHLH every time I accelerate quickly," Coy has a knack for knowing what might be wrong with the vehicle before he ever takes a look at it. And Trisha behind the counter is a GEM. Charming, kind and patient. I will be taking my cars to Coy until the day he retires ... and I hope he doesn't retire any time soon. So thankful I found this garage on Yelp a year ago. Not knowing a lot about cars, I often worry about taking mine in for a tune up and repairs since I don't want to be taken advantage of. Our garage is the perfect place for me. They are friendly, responsive, and helpful. Twice in a year I've had car issues that I expected to spend a good amount of money on, only to be told by the garage that they could find me a less expensive solution. My AC broke and I would have been happy to pay for it to be fixed - but they called, found out there was a special extended warranty, and advised me to go to a dealership for free. When the local Honda dealership attempted to rip me off ( see my bad review of Mile High Honda) Our Garage reviewed all recommendations and rechecked the car for free, then helped me advocate for myself so my car could be fixed without overpaying. They saved me $1400 dollars just with that one example. I will be relying on them from now on to keep my car working, safe, and reliable without spending more than necessary! read more

The most honest and friendly auto repair store I have ever gone to in my life, hands down! I got referred by my older sister who went in for previous issues with her car and I was initially skeptical due to the countless negative experiences I've had with various mechanics. I use to own an old 1998 Toyota Camry with perpetual leaking problems and Our Garage was straight forward and actually showed me what the issue was under the hood and what to do if a future issue arises. It's a smaller business ran by (I believe) two people, Trisha and Coy. Trisha handles the phone calls and scheduling, she's super personable and freaking amazing at remembering people! Coy is the mechanic and when he brings you out to assess a fix you can tell you're dealing with an extremely knowledgeable guy who has a passion for what he does. Our Garage is special though because it is a small business; you know who's working on your car and I think they can better take to heart what their customers' cars really means to them than a typical auto repair shop. A car is a job, schooling, a way to get groceries or a way to spend time with friends and family, it's so much more than metal and wheels.. I always felt like they could understand that and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I drove off with working and safe vehicles and I couldn't ask for more.
