With my son on hand, I stopped by the dealership hoping to find a RAV4, but inventory was limited to two older models, a 2019 and a 2015. If you're in the market for a truck, there is plenty to choose from with their selection of Tundras and Tacomas (definitely the guy-truck crowd!). Autonation has/had a nice selection of gold certified, 2025 4Runners and there was one TRD Premium with only 1,500 miles on it. It was an absolute dream to test drive (everything is nowadays compared to 15yr old "Brady"). Of course, the sticker shock set in once the taxes and fees were added, so I'm still debating any commitment. #ServiceStarShoutOut to Cornell, who was by far the best sales associate to approach us. He took the time to talk with us about the vehicle's features and warranty options without ever making us feel pressured. I totally appreciated his honesty when discussing add-ons, advising us that things like appearance protection (a sticker spotted on many vehicles) aren't always necessary. If you're shopping for a Toyota, I would absolutely recommend asking for Cornell. read more

One star, and that's being generous. I walked in ready to buy a car. I left feeling belittled, yelled at, and chastised, all for the crime of trying to give this dealership my business. The salesman, Nicholas, is the worst I have ever dealt with. Instead of answering my questions, he talked down to me, raised his voice, and treated me like I was wasting his time. I was the customer. I was there to spend real money on a real car. Buying a car is already stressful enough. Nobody should have to put up with being disrespected on top of it. If this is how they treat someone who is actively trying to purchase, I can only imagine how they treat you after they have your money. Take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealers who will sell you the same car without the attitude. I'll be buying mine from one of them. read more

Kelsey was great to work with! Thank you! The entire staff here is pleasant and easy to work with!

I retract my earlier review. Brian Matsumoto turned out to be a con artist. He stated, and I have it in a text, that the BZ car I purchased came with 1-year free charging but when I tried to charge it, the charging station told me that promotion is long gone! When I confronted Brian and Toyota, they said sorry we were wrong and offered me a lousy $1000 gift card. Now I am stuck with a car that I dont want and have to pay for charging left and right. Horrible sales technique accompanied with shady business tactics!!! Avoid Brian at all costs!!!! read more

I hate writing bad reviews but we saved THOUSANDS going to another toyota dealership for a second opinion. We also got way more for our trade in elsewhere. Beware of added tinting fees, paint protection film, and appearance protection. We did not experience that at another Toyota. Otherwise, our sales representative was kind and not pushy. read more

***Update to below review and explanation of my upgrade from 1 star. General Manager contacted me directly and not only apologized but also resolved some issues we had from the incident. I was impressed with their follow up, which was not expected, and appreciate them trying to make things right. We still didn't get the car we were purchasing, but I now believe there are some dealerships, especially this one, that really care about customer relations...good job Autonation. (original review) Purchase was blown by inept manager....we called on a vehicle that was freshly posted on their website. Per the salesman it just popped out of their pre-sale inspection and assured us the vehicle was operational and had not been claimed yet. Spent several hours over the phone, completing paperwork, sending the deposit with the manager and setting up a time to meet the following day to pick up the vehicle (we are out of state and it's not rocket science...dealerships do this all the time). Once the sale was confirmed and plans were set, we purchased an airline ticket and made reservations for the following day...Only to get a call hours later saying they "forgot" they sold the vehicle the day prior??? Very unprofessional and not trustworthy... I blame myself for ignoring past negative reviews, believing that a simple transaction would not get screwed up... Boy, I was wrong. It was so bad that I'm posting a review for the first time to warn others to avoid this dealership and not fall under the "it won't be me" trap. read more

I bought my Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid back in 2023. I put down a deposit since I had to wait for it to arrive from the manufacturer after the computer chip shortage. This dealership adds "default" coverages such as interior coverage and windshield replacement. I managed to get the windshield replacement removed as I wasn't going to use it but had no choice on the interior coverage as they treat ALL vehicles that come to their dealership. Ok, it is what it is. With my vehicle purchase, I had a 25k mile package that included tire rotations and 2 oil changes, which I used. However, I did return last Saturday due to the 25k mile minder and I wasn't sure about the oil change. The original quote was $99 for the oil change, which is a tad pricey. When I told the tech I was going to wait, he asked which number to call. My cell phone number is listed under "mobile" and "home" on the paperwork. The number listed under "work" is my husband's cell. I told the tech to call my cell and pointed out that it was listed twice on the paperwork. He told me he understood and I went to the waiting room. About 1.5 hrs later, the tech found me and said that I have a slow leak in my driverside tire and gave me a quote to replace the single tire. I inquired about the certificate they offered and he said theirs only comes with 2 yrs. I told him I would get it taken care of at Discount Tire because they have a 3 yr warranty. He said that he would let the mechanics know and that my car should be ready in a few minutes. One huge issue I have was when I asked the tech to repeat which tire it was, he stated that it was the driverside front tire, but after the tire rotation, it is now the driverside rear tire. I then asked if it is now the passenger rear due to the criss cross rotation and he informs me that they don't do X rotations, but front and back. My car is AWD so therefore, my tires SHOULD have been on the X rotation, NOT the front-back rotation as you would for a FWD car. It was another 25 min of me waiting until the tech came to find me. The tech told me that he texted me to tell me my car was ready, but I never received a text. Turns out, he texted my husband that my car was ready, but the hubs was in an appt and not looking at his phone. I had explicitly told the tech when he asked which phone to text and of course, he didn't note it. Even without asking, once could deduce that the tech should have called the MOBILE number vs the WORK number when a customer states that she is waiting. One good thing is that they do match other Toyota dealership's pricing for oil changes so I was able to get my oil change down to $59. I'm not super impressed with this dealership and it's 12 miles away vs the one down the street. I doubt I will return for any future service needs. read more

I brought my Toyota to AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe for an oil change, a new set of tires, and a pre-trip inspection. I explicitly told the service advisor that I was taking this vehicle on a road trip to another state and needed it to be completely safe. Instead, this service department handed me back a vehicle that was an absolute hazard to drive. The technicians committed multiple severe, amateur mechanical failures: Unbolted Skid Plate: They completely failed to bolt the heavy metal skid plate back onto the underside of the vehicle. A hanging skid plate can easily rip off at highway speeds, causing catastrophic damage to my truck or drivers behind me. Loose Oil Cap: The engine oil cap was barely hand-tight. Had it vibrated off on my road trip, it would have sprayed hot engine oil everywhere, potentially causing an engine fire or destroying the motor. Improper Tire Inflation: After spending over $1,500.00 here, including brand-new tires, they couldn't even fill them correctly. There was a dangerous 10 PSI variance between the tires. When I called the dealership to report these severe safety hazards, the response was incredibly ignorant and dismissive. I was told "sorry this happened, when you come back again tell your service manager." There is zero accountability for putting my life at risk on an interstate trip. This is extreme negligence. read more

Buying experience: High pressure pushing warranties that change in price from the start to the finish. They forced a 3 year paint warranty on my brand new car and told me it was mandatory and not negotiable. Over $700 down the toilet. Service and maintenance: Pushy tire sales guy who was hard to make go away saying my new car tires were shot at ~18k miles. 26k miles now and no where near the wear marks. Service and maintenance: Terrible transmission fluid replacement service. Toyota SPECIFICALLY states no alternatives to Toyota ATF WS fluid in the manual or possible engine damage. AutoNation Toyota put in aftermarket fluid that was NOT approved by Toyota. Contacted Toyota Brand engagement and they clearly told me that unless the dealer has a letter from Toyota for this fluid it is NOT APPROVED. They initiated an investigation. The service tech made the mistake of sending a video showing the aftermarket product going in and I screen shotted it. After getting nasty with me stating "If we replace your fluid with Toyota ATF (required) we will never see your truck again. Service manager tried to tell me that AutoNation has a nation wide contract with the aftermarket brand and the warranty on it exceeds the manufacturer's warranty. Such a LIE. I made them print out the warranty and ONLY IF you replace transmission fluid every 30k miles will they provide up to $2,000 towards the replacement of the transmission. That doesn't even cover labor. BS. Service and maintenance: After they replaced the aftermarket ATF with required Toyota ATF WS, they damaged my wiring harness and gave it to me that way. See the pictures. It was likely the hose clamps from the machine that tore off the insulating material. After your included maintenance from Arapahoe AutoNation Toyota, I recommend you find a good independent shop and STAY AWAy from this place. read more

AVOID the service department at this location. On 8/17 my car stopped accelerating on the highway. My husband drove to me and used his diagnostic tool to get codes and sat with me while it was towed to the dealership for their own diagnostic. Note: my car had an open recall related to the MAF (a spacer). My assigned Service Advisor was Steven Anderson. Steven reported: "My tech found the Check engine light wasn't on when starting the vehicle. The codes my tech found pertained to open mass airflow codes, on further inspection found that the air box wasn't properly closed and hence why getting open mass air flow codes." I gave Steven the codes my husband found and what the vehicle experienced, telling him: "I understand that the airbox was found improperly secured and that this could potentially contribute to an airflow/lean condition. However, because the original failure caused a complete loss of propulsion while driving, and because the vehicle has an open MAF-related campaign, I'd definitely like to make sure we're confident about the root cause rather than just clearing the codes and being unable to reproduce it." I also asked several questions confirming what the techs had checked. He never answered them, just repeated "The codes are likely being caused by the airbox being open...." then gave the cost and said they were wrapping up. I felt dismissed. I replied (in summary) that I didn't feel confident in the diagnosis without my questions answered about current/pending/historic code data and that his explanation only covered a lean/airflow code, not the idle control fault, and it seemed inconsistent with what my husband found: if the MAF sensor were reading correctly and the air box were the only problem, disconnecting the MAF should not have fixed the stalling, it would just remove airflow data from the ECU. The fact the car ran fine with the MAF unplugged and stalled repeatedly with it plugged in pointed to the MAF sensor itself giving a bad reading, not just unmetered air from a loose box. Steven responded, fabricating blame on my husband (who wasn't even there until AFTER I broke down and has never touched the air box): "Recall has been completed yes. However reason for it lean codes and for the vehicle stalling was due to parts for your air box being open and not being sealed properly. Reading your text i understand how the air box was not installed properly was due to the fact your husband was working on the vehicle. Yes, the vehicle may run fine for a period of time without the mass air flow sensor being connected due to other sensor regulating the air flow into the system however the ECU will detect errors and go into a limp mode if the mass air flow sensor isn't connected. The recall for the this mass air flow sensor at the radiator is not correlated with the vehicle stalling and having a check engine light on. That is due to the air box not properly being installed by your significant other when he disconnected and reconnected the mass air flow sensor allowing more air into the system, overloading it causing to shut down. My tech resecured the air box and made sure the everything and tested for normal operation. By securing the air box properly the system has the right amount of air flowing into the vehicle in order for the vehicle to function properly." 10 DAYS LATER my car broke down while driving AGAIN, the same way. I had it towed to the dealership, only to be told it was the MAF sensor and be charged $750 for repair. It doesn't take 1.5 hours to replace an MAF sensor... that's ~15-20 minutes. They also charged well above the part's cost, plus an extra $65 for "tools used," as if it needs more than a hand and a screwdriver. But the main reason for this review: zero accountability for not fixing my car the first time, and for not doing a stress test on the actual MAF sensor like I'd asked. I've missed work, gone without a vehicle for days twice now, dealt with breaking down twice, two tow trucks, and getting transportation back to the dealership again, on top of Steven never answering my questions the first time, falsely blaming my husband, and then, when I asked to speak to the Service Manager to dispute the final cost, being ignored the Service Manager never returned my calls. So I looked up recent reviews to check for a pattern... there is one. I called the GM number, which is just the main line; asking for the GM routes you to the Sales Manager (who is genuinely nice and helpful, but doesn't handle service issues). It's very telling that Sales has to step in for Service's failures, but the Sales Manager (David, I think) did at least offer a $300 credit from my previous failed repair toward the current bill. I appreciate that, but $300 still leaves me out of pocket, inconvenienced, and honestly nervous my car will break down again for lack of proper inspection. This is why people don't trust dealerships. Do better. read more

I'm really disappointed with my experience at AutoNation Ford. My sales rep, Isaiah, promised I would receive the second key from the previous owner. I even have text messages from him confirming he would get it for me. Another sales rep, Joseph, was also involved during the process. However, when I called to ask about it, the manager told me that because it wasn't listed in the "we owe" contract, they weren't responsible for providing it. When I asked if that meant I was basically out of luck, the response I got was, "Yup, pretty much." That level of customer service is extremely unprofessional. If a salesperson makes a promise -- especially one that's documented -- the dealership should stand behind it. Instead, I was left feeling misled and ignored after the sale was completed. I wouldn't recommend this dealership based on my experience. read more

I do not recommend getting service here under any circumstance. The service department left my 2025 Tundra in the hail causing significant damage. They apparently knew of this damage but did not reveal it to me. When I saw what happened, although they acknowledged that the damage happened while they had the vehicle, they refused to pay for its repair, instead telling me to file a claim with my own insurance. The service manager I dealt with was not helpful, nor was he friendly. This service department in my opinion is incompetent. I had to ask 3 times for the "service vehicle" light to be turned off. And there were other problems with the service. read more

My husband had a disagreement over charges at the service center. The situation escalated to the point where Toyota asked him to sign what was essentially a non-disclosure agreement. He declined and instead repeatedly requested that we simply be sent the bill so we could pay it and move on. Despite providing both our email address and phone number multiple times, we never received the invoice. The day after requesting the bill day, not after weeks of nonpayment or avoidance, we instead received a text message threatening to place a lien on us. This was 3 days after the initial service.  At that point, I stepped in because it was clear emotions had become elevated. I work in the corporate world and spend much of my career resolving operational issues and navigating conflict professionally. My sole objective was to pay the bill and bring the matter to a close. Unfortunately, it became apparent almost immediately that my intent was not shared. Rather than helping me resolve the matter, the employee I spoke with began raising his voice and attacking me personally. I had to ask him multiple times to stop yelling and remind him that I was simply trying to pay the bill so everyone could move on. He repeatedly attempted to rehash every detail of his disagreement with my husband. Since I was not present for those interactions, I explained that revisiting them would not be productive. I even said, "I'm sure there is your perception, my husband's perception, and the truth somewhere in between," in an effort to redirect the conversation toward resolving the issue. Instead, that comment seemed to inflame the situation further. He began yelling that I was not holding my husband accountable, forcing me to explain that I am not my husband's keeper. My husband's recollection of the events differs significantly from what was described to me, and since I was not there, I had no intention of debating competing versions of the story. I also do not believe the rep that I spoke with was involved in person and was reciting this all second hand as fact. I knew some of the details he was asserting were patently incorrect as I had read my husband's latest correspondence with Toyota. Throughout the call, I repeatedly had to interrupt the discussion to ask a simple question: "How do I pay this bill?" My goal never changed. I was trying to resolve the issue, not participate in an argument or be subjected to someone yelling at me. I had never spoken with anyone at your service center before that day. I genuinely expected that my desire to calmly resolve the matter would be met with the same professionalism. Instead, I found the interaction deeply unsettling. Being yelled at by a man while I was making every effort to de-escalate the situation and simply pay an outstanding invoice was both uncomfortable and unacceptable. The lack of professionalism displayed during that conversation was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, when I was finally able to pay, I discovered that the amount charged higher than the invoice we had originally been provided.  That only reinforced the impression that this entire situation was handled poorly. I hope AutoNation's leadership team takes the time to review how this matter was managed. Regardless of any disagreement that may have existed beforehand, there is no justification for treating a customer who is simply trying to pay a bill in this manner. read more

Samantha here worked with me from the moment I inquired online I believe. At first I was interested in a specific vehicle but then decided it may be beneficial long term for a newer one. Sadly, that one sold but she quickly found me an upgraded, newer replacement for just $40-50 more monthly. She made everything super simple and I was able to almost get everything done before I even got there. I really look forward to coming back here for another car as everyone here is VERY chill. I can't believe how much I was lied to at this store! I am trying to sell my Tacoma and one of their sales reps reached out to me to try to get me to come in and sell the truck. He badgered me for days about it, eventually claiming he talked to the trade appraisers and that yes, we're good to make the deal on the truck. I reiterated that I was not trading anything and just was looking to sell. I drove to the other side of town to get here in rush hour traffic thinking I had a deal for my truck. When I sat down and talked to the appraiser he told me that we were very far off on this deal and hit me with a price that was over $2500 from what they told me via FB messenger they would do. He even guessed which salesman had told me that and was right. Autonation Arapahoe Toyota lied to get me here. I didn't seek out business with them. They contacted me and lied to me to get me in the door. I will never recommend a company that blatantly lies to their customers. What are you guys thinking would happen here? Please see my pictures that prove I didn't really want to go to this dealership but that they in turn lied to get me there. Their offer for my truck was $33,500, pretty far off from the $36-37k that they committed to. BUYER BEWARE: I paid cash and traded in my old (great, working) Rav4 for a new Rav4 PHEV on Thursday afternoon, having paid a deposit several weeks earlier. I drove the new car straight home to charge it. On Friday morning (16 hours later) I got about 6 major engine error codes when I went to drive it. When I reached out to my salesperson (who had been so helpful up to the point I wrote my check) - he told me that I was on my own, and would need to work with their service dept to figure out what was wrong with my new car, with less than 50 miles driven! This seems completely unethical. If a dealership sells a non-working car, shouldn't they be accountable to make it right? I've been loyal to Toyota for decades, owned two Toyota cars for more than 15 years, and worked with several great locally owned dealerships in Colorado. Just another car dealership that wants your money. I traded in a vehicle for another which resulted in me getting some cash back. Do not bring your car here unless you enjoy wasting your own time. I scheduled my appointment on Tuesday and was told the part I needed was in stock. I showed up with my car on Wednesday morning at 9am, only to be told they didn't actually have the part, and that they needed me to come back Thursday and that they would call me when the part arrived. That call never came. I took Thursday off work, waited around all day, and received absolutely zero communication. I ended up having to drive back to the dealership myself Thursday afternoon just to find out they hadn't even checked whether they had the part yet. I was told I would have to come back AGAIN the next day. A repair that should have taken one visit turned into three trips to the dealership and two extra days off work. When I brought up how ridiculous this was with the manager, Nicolas, he couldn't have cared less. Instead of apologizing or taking any responsibility, he told me it wasn't their problem that I took time off work because of their mistake and that I "could've still gone to work." Zero accountability. Zero apology. Then I spoke with the service director hoping someone would actually try to fix the situation, but that conversation was somehow even worse. He became hostile, told me to leave, and threatened to have my car towed if I didn't. All because I was upset about them wasting my time. I will preface this with I had a 7:00 AM appointment for what I thought was an oil change as my Highlander popped up service required. Upon leaving my Low Tire Pressure indicator is now lit up and the Service Required indicator is still showing. I contacted the dealership and literally got brushed off to the point I was transferred so many times they disconnected me. Why call it an express maintenance when it takes 3 hours to change OIL ?! So wild. These Toyota dealerships all suck in denver.

On 01/24/2025 at approximately 1309 hours, I had visited AutoNation Toyota, located at Arapahoe 10531 East Arapahoe Road, Centennial, CO 80112 and a sales associate Zachary Schneider had helped me right away and I advised him of my appointment time at 1330 hours for an oil change. Zachary advised me that my truck was not due for another oil change till the 20,000 mile mark, five thousand miles out from it. However my truck was in need of an oil change and Zachary advised me that a tire rotation was offered at the 15,000 miles mark and the oil change was next at the 20,000 miles mark. I asked if perhaps I could use the oil change today and the flip the rotation to the 20,000 miles mark and he said no. I then asked Zachary if there was someone or a manager I could speak with to explore the possible options. Zachary went to his manager while I was thinking he would grab his manager to speak with me as I had asked. Zachary comes back alone and said his manager said no. I asked Zachary if I could speak with his assistant manager Anthony Ray( how I originally asked) to perhaps find a solution. He took me over to Anthony and I spoke with Anthony and I advised Anthony of the situation but perhaps speaking to him to explore the options. Anthony said it wasn't possible at all and instead explained to me how cars work with getting tire rotations and oil changes( which I already know because I work on my car myself, which I did not appreciate because it felt as he was mansplaining to me how vehicles work as a girl couldn't possibly know)! Anthony advised if I didn't use my tire rotation it would be completely voided out and unable to used for the future and there was nothing he could do about it! Did not enjoy this trip or visit with this specific dealership. Some dealerships like this one have situations like this where they don't tell you these underlining issues after you buy your vehicle with them, or not very honest and upfront with you about it until an issue comes up! I did not have a great visit with the staff and would not recommend! I have great reviews for other dealerships that actually care about their customer service and I did not see that here! read more

I have owned my Toyota for nearly 8 years and being new to the area this was a great location to get my vehicle serviced. The people there were very nice, however, slow to provide direction when I arrived for an early appointment. After getting with the tech everything went very smoothly. I got an estimated time to finish (which they met) and was kept updated via text messages on the progress of my service. The people and techs were great! However, the manager behind the window wall seemed to be very rude and aggressive with his employees. I felt very uncomfortable when he was yelling, cussing and making terrible remarks to everyone working outside. I will come back for the service but knowing that's how their management treats their employees I have my reservations. read more

Had the pleasure of meeting Lev when I was looking for a new RAV4 hybrid. I was looking among a couple different dealerships but Lev was super kind and thorough and always available anytime I messaged him. He got me set up with an awesome RAV4 and I love it! He's a super solid dude. Would recommend talking with him if you are interest in any Toyotas. read more

LET THE BUYER BEWARE!! The scumbags are at it again! We noticed a rough idle on my GF's 2019 Toyota ...could be a dirty injector or a bad plug or some other minor issue...I didn't have time to diagnose, so she brought it in to the dealership. She was quoted an $850.00 diagnosis fee!!! How do these people sleep at night? Karma will get them at some point. In the meantime Auto Nation gets a reputation for scumbag service!! I love Toyota's , but I will NEVER shop there. EVER! This is the second time they tried taking a sweet soft-spoken girl to the cleaners, and I won't stand for it...Letter to Toyota forthcoming!! read more

Wow, I just started looking and was asking for quotes. Groove, Colorado Springs and Stevinson got back to me with numbers and how can I help. Auto Nation got back to me with We have limited supply and deposits on many of the Land Cruisers in the lot. In so many words, .... We do not need your business. I know cars are in demand But really! Thanx Gabe I have bought 3 cars there in the past. Will never deal with them again. I love their service department, (as I still own a 2006 FJ cruiser) I bought from them. They have definitely lost a customer! read more
