Stay away from Arapahoe Hyundai service!!! Every time I come here, they put in the wrong oil--0W-20. 0W-20 oil is only meant for non-turbo engines. I asked why they did this, but they told me, "Oh, we put 0W-30--it was just a paperwork mistake." So you know, they're deliberately trying to kill your engines, and then they won't take any responsibility. Find a decent place to get your oil changed, and you'll be fine. Don't come here.

TLDR: Classic bait-and-switch dealership. Quoted one number, jacked it up by $1,400 when it came time to sign. Don't waste your time--McDonald Hyundai got me out the door for less than these clowns originally quoted. I came in with every intention of closing a deal--ready to prepay a full 24-month lease. I had a written quote and confirmation from their team. But when I sat down to finalize? Suddenly, the numbers magically changed. They hit me with surprise fees that added over $1,400 to the original deal. If this is how they treat someone willing to pay upfront, I can't imagine how bad it gets with financing or trade-ins. Total waste of time, and an insult to anyone walking in expecting honesty. Save yourself the headache. I went straight to Kenny and his team at McDonald Hyundai after this mess--and not only did they beat the price, they treated me like a human being. You've been warned.

Disappointed and Frustrated -- Proceed with Caution I truly hoped to write a positive review, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I feel compelled to strongly discourage anyone from purchasing or seeking warranty service from this dealership. I bought a brand-new 2025 Hyundai Palisade in April with just 184 miles on it. Less than 24 hours later, the vehicle had to be towed back due to a persistent warning sensor in the cluster that triggered nonstop beeping--whether the car was on or off. At the time, the dealership couldn't replicate the issue and advised me to return if it happened again while the car was actively malfunctioning. In August, the issue resurfaced. I drove straight to the dealership while the problem was occurring, only to be told repeatedly that they didn't have time to assist me. I explained that I was following their instructions to bring the car in during the malfunction. After escalating the issue to management, they still couldn't identify the root cause and concluded that the entire cluster needed replacement. The part took 10 days to arrive. I scheduled the repair while I was out of town for five days (including a weekend), expecting the issue to be resolved. Instead, the technicians--despite having the part and a scheduled appointment--tried to discourage the repair, claiming the car wasn't "actively" malfunctioning, even though they had witnessed the issue firsthand and couldn't explain it. Their advice? Keep driving until it happens again. When I returned, I was told a technician had broken a piece during the repair, and another part had to be ordered. Days later, I received a text saying the car was ready. My husband went to pick it up, only to be told the message was sent in error--the part hadn't arrived yet. As of today, the part is finally in, but the car remains unrepaired with no estimated completion date. By Monday, they will have had my vehicle for 15 days. I've asked for a call from management, but no one has taken responsibility or shown any willingness to resolve the situation professionally. This was our first Hyundai purchase, and if this is what "America's Best Warranty" looks like, I'm not sure I'll ever consider the brand again.

Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me. Thanks again to all made it possible.

I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

I recently purchased a BMW 750i from this dealership and had it inspected within two days of…read morepurchase. The inspection identified mechanical issues including a leaking front axle, worn control arm bushings, and a misfire under acceleration. I returned to the dealership the same day to discuss these findings and was told their service department would follow up to schedule an inspection. My return window was extended to allow time for this. However, I did not receive follow-up within that timeframe. Because the vehicle required prompt mechanical attention to be safely and reliably driven, I proceeded with a second inspection and completed the necessary repairs through a BMW specialist, totaling just over $4,000. I attempted to resolve this directly with the dealership and through BBB before leaving this review, but no goodwill assistance was offered. I understand this was an as-is purchase, and the vehicle itself has been solid after repairs. However, I would have expected more timely follow-up and support given that these issues were identified immediately after purchase. Overall, a mixed experience--good car, but the post-sale communication and support did not meet expectations. Update 4/20/26: A service entry was added to my Carfax report on 4/8/26 indicating service performed by this dealership. I did not bring my vehicle to this dealership for service on that date. For context, the vehicle was serviced at a different facility (BMW dealer) on 4/6/26, and I have no record of any visit or service performed at AutoNation. I have submitted a data correction request to Carfax to have this entry reviewed and removed. This raises additional concerns regarding the accuracy of this dealership Update 4/27/2026: Carfax investigation found the service entry to be an error and was removed from the vehicles service history - again a concerning error from this dealership.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I honestly don't know where to begin…read more We purchased our vehicle in April 2025. Initially, the buying experience was pleasant, and Andrew was helpful during the sale. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. Within 48 hours of my husband driving the car--who is a car enthusiast and has previously worked at a dealership--we noticed serious issues. The vehicle swayed stiffly over bumps and showed resistance while driving. Their service department could not diagnose the problem and insisted the car was "fine." After speaking with their lead mechanic, he agreed we should get a second opinion at a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Around the same time, we noticed the tires were wearing down abnormally fast. They measured an 8 at purchase and dropped to a 2 within two weeks. Mercedes-Benz diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes and confirmed the alignment was not within manufacturer specifications. AutoNation asked us to bring the vehicle back for alignment. I paid $280 for the Mercedes-Benz diagnostic, and AutoNation initially refused to reimburse us--despite recommending the second opinion. Only after repeated pushback did they refund the cost. Throughout this process, the sales manager went back and forth with my husband, adding unnecessary frustration. We later attempted to use the maintenance package purchased at the time of sale. My husband had to return twice because they did not have the correct part for my Mercedes-Benz, resulting in hours of waiting. This was dismissive and disrespectful of our time. After leaving an honest review, we were sent a cease-and-desist letter demanding it be removed. We missed one phone call from them, returned it, and never received a follow-up. I then emailed the general manager and received a call from the assistant manager. During that conversation, I expressed serious concerns about their inability to competently and timely service a Mercedes-Benz. I was told we could simply cancel our warranty and maintenance package and that they may not be able to service a Mercedes at all--despite having sold us those packages in the first place. While we kept the maintenance package, the real buyer-beware warning is the warranty they sell. When our engine fan and starter failed, both were clearly listed as covered. Yet the warranty company stated it was not a warranty at all, but a service contract--directly contradicting what AutoNation told us and what the paperwork states. We were told repairs would only require a $200 deductible. Instead, we paid $2,200 out of pocket and had to fight extensively for partial coverage. The $5,000 cost of this package is absolutely not worth it. Most concerning of all, when we recently scheduled another oil change included in our service package, my husband waited nearly 30 minutes only to be denied service entirely. He was told this was due to the negative review previously left. At no point were we informed that we would no longer be allowed to receive service. The interaction was demeaning, degrading, and handled with a smug lack of professionalism. This experience has shown a clear lack of accountability, transparency, and basic respect for customers. Buyer beware. Think very carefully before purchasing a vehicle, service package, or warranty from AutoNation.

Unfortunately, as it seems with any used car dealership, you have to question vehicles sold by them. This is DEFINITELY a place where pre-inspections are ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY! The following items were things they didn't address on a 2013 Outback in their 50-point safety inspection: - Put on brand new break pads, but on top of groved/rusted rotors so new breaks and rotors were still necessary. - Right control arm bushing was shot. - Right rear wheel bearing was shot. - Flood lights were shot. - Empty gas light lit up literally the moment I drove off the lot (that's just piss poor customer service). Not only that, but it took me over 2 weeks to obtain my copies of the digitally signed paperwork that they promised to have to me "later that day or tomorrow". So just be aware, they'll put on a good show of it by having something like brand new brakes on a Car Fax report, but they might literally be putting bandages on top of critical issues.
