We had another great experience with Rick Armijo, Cole Harris and the entire Courtesy Acura Littleton team. Thank you so much for everything you did. We will always use this dealership

I bought a car from them 4/20. I walked away thinking I was happy until I took the car in 2 weeks later for them to fix the seat that they promised to do at the time of sale. The timing belt needed to be replaced which they said "wasn't due" even though it had been over 7 years since it had been replaced last and only 3,000 miles away from 100,000 miles - they would not cover it because they stood by the fact that it wasn't due. When they were replacing the timing belt - they texted me saying that there was $2000 other items that came up that needed to be fixed ASAP !!! The service person admitted that these items had come up needing to be fixed prior to the sale of the car but that the Sales Manager declined fixing them. After the service person fought for me, they did fix these other items that came but I still had to pay for the timing belt that should have been covered by them. It did say on the paper work from Acura "timing belt should be replaced every 7 years or 100K miles - WHICH EVER COMES FIRST!" so they sold me a car that needed a timing belt and was way over priced what it was worth. Then when I went to get my plates, I had to pay a late fee at the DMV because I got the title card late from the dealership and they also had not done the emissions which was supposed to be done prior to the sale. It just seems like one disappointment after another with this dealership. I would steer clear of them as they do not seem honest. You'd probably be better off buying a car from one of the small lots off Broadway and pay way less for a vehicle that actually doesn't have issues before even driving it off the lot.

Be very careful of their parts and service. They don't honor what they say over the phone. They are your stereotypical car service.

Trying to confirm with the customer service rep that I had the right one, he (Mike) said he could do a much better job if I brought the car to the store the today. He said he could confirm the attachment and install it for me. Great news for me! Today I went to the store and asked for Mike. The woman behind the counter said he wasnt and asked what I needed. Told her about my discussion yesterday and she came out and looked at the car. It quickly devolved from there. Her: "There is no way we can help you because of the arm of your windshield wiper" Me: "Mike said he could do it" Her:"He cant, why do you think we know how to do this?" Me:"Because Mike said he could and you work at an automotive store. Dont you know more about cars than regular people?" Her:"No" Me:"How do you know he cant?" Her:"Because we would have to remove your hood to do it" Me:"Why are you acting like I did something wrong here, shouldnt you just apologize and let me know you cant do this? Her:"Bye" Anyway, when I got home I Googled how to change the wipers and got this in 10 seconds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OBF9Je_yOl0 Crazy, but no hood removal necessary. Starting with the great, the shop is nice and people are friendly. The work area was clean which is a good indicator of the care they'll put into your vehicle. The actual installation work in my car was good quality. Where things fell short is largely with communication. My install included a sub amp and an LC2i. The total cost, including parts as I did not provide any wiring kit, was $420. I believe 3 hours of this was for labor. I was okay with the price as it including all the install hardware and the install itself was done cleanly. However, I never received a quote or an estimate and was just told the total at the end when picking up the car. They finished at the end of their day and sent me on my way without really showing me what was done. Including where things were installed. The second lapse in communication is with the LC2i. When I dropped the car off I listed the components I had for them to install. They never called or asked where to install the LC2i or the amp. In my past experiences these ended up in the trunk so I didn't think I needed to be specific. They ended up putting the amp under the passenger seat, which is okay but not ideal. It's good that I can access the controls to tune the system but when the seat moves forward to let someone or my dog in the back seat, the amp is exposed to being stepped on if someone isn't careful. The LC2i unfortunately was hidden under the dash, like it's a high low converter. Leaving it completely inaccessible and i was unable to use any of the adjustments to tune it, or have easy access to the outputs for future expansion. I was disappointed that these locations were not seemingly thought through with accessibility in mind, and that I was not asked for preference before they decided to hide the lc2i. When I called back and spoke with Guy, he at first offered to move the lc2i for additional labor costs, but after hearing my concerns he graciously offered to schedule another appointment to have them relocate it free of charge. This was very positive and appreciated. I'm not always comfortable having someone "redo" work on a car, and instead offered to buy some additional gear so I could pay them to install those and have them move the lc2i while they were at it. They price matched/beat crutchfield on the items I wanted, which also great. But then the quote to install a jl audio rd400 and upgrade the component speakers in the front doors was $845 (for parts and labor). I had to decline the quote. I will say that while their prices ultimately aren't for my preference, the work was done well and they were reasonable when hearing my concerns. If you go with them, please over communicate instead of simply hoping for the best as I did and you should be left a happy customer.

He was the reason I wanted to get the suspension serviced here as his explanation of what I needed done showed his mastery of his craft. However after taking the car to Tesla to get a 2nd opinion I discovered that this shop (not the tech) was trying to charge me literally a 200% markup on the parts to do the repair. Crazy right!!! The genuine Tesla parts for the repair were $209 and these guys quoted those same parts out to $614 (I sent him the estimate from Tesla with the exact cost of the parts). Unfortunately for me Tesla wouldn't work on the car because of an aftermarket body kit the previous owner had installed. I really liked the mechanic at this shop, so I went back to this shop with the intention to move forward even though their cost was literally 56% more ($1,635 vs $2,555) then Tesla for the same work (because of the price gouging on the parts). Then when I asked about it before my approval to move forward the manager got snarky and said how would you expect us to stay in business if we don't markup the parts. I said and I quote "I get a markup on the parts and your high hourly rate for the labor on the work but not a 200% markup on the parts." The guy gave an excuse about the software they use but was unwilling to budge on the price gouging. I literally said why don't you let me buy the parts directly from Tesla and you can still mark them up 25% and he still said no. I was completely professional throughout the conversation, but obviously would not pay a 200% markup on parts on top of the already top of market labor they charge. After the conversation he texted me back and we agreed to not move forward. I only leave this review to warn others. It's a bad business practice to over charge people like that and so I just wanted to give people my story warning them to watch out and be careful before doing any work here. Update: this slime ball's disclosure of all the information I gave his manager, Steve, in good faith is abhorrent. Everything he mentioned on the car was told to them right up front as I told it to the manager, Steve, in person and this clown is repeating word for word what I told his manager. I was cool with this at first but this guy is a complete scum bag now using my own words and lying about it. Anyways besides being a scum bag, no effort at all was made regarding the parts and this shops 200% markup. I literally told the guy running the shop I would buy the parts myself and let them mark it up 25% and still the answer was a quick no. Everything I said was honest and accurate and don't appreciate this guy claiming transparency when his long shpeel was essentially just a my own words complaining about the car I bought and his shops poor excuse for price gauging. They could have done the job without gauging me on the price given I had the option to buy the parts myself. Not cool at all the response from this guy and his piss poor excuse for attempting to rip me off.

I came here after a nightmare experience at a nearby competitor that ended in a blatant $1,400 bait and switch on a lease deal. I was ready to walk away from the whole thing. I walked in hoping to prepay a 24-month lease and was bracing myself for a battle just to get close to what the other place had originally promised. Not only did Kenny beat that number out the door, but he also took the time to offer real advice that showed me this dealership actually values long-term relationships--not just quick sales. After Kenny locked in the numbers, I worked with Matt, the salesperson, who was patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through the features of the car without the usual pushy vibe you get elsewhere. I wrapped everything up with Grant in finance. Super sharp guy--he was transparent about every line item, walked me through the optional add-ons, and even gave me solid insight into what the dealer checks for at lease turn-in. Zero surprises. In an industry full of games and gimmicks, this team was a breath of fresh air. Kenny especially deserves a shoutout--if he could turn my day around after what I'd just gone through, I have no doubt he'll take care of you and your family too.

I brought the vehicle in again as it didn't drive quite as well. No check engine light. 58K on the odometer, I requested a 60K service (customer pay). There are two 60k services for this vehicle, AutoNation's version and Ford's. I requested Ford's maintenance as it was more comprehensive to me. I requested that all fluids be drained, flushed and renewed. Engine oil & filter, transmission fluid & filter, front and rear differentials, transferbox, cabin and air filters as I was traveling to NJ for the Thanksgiving holiday. The service department knew that. The oil in the transfer box was not changed, nor the air and cabin filters. Would you trust anything that they did? I didn't. After my break down and inspection by a 3rd party, I traded it in, after I paid for the repairs. Returning home to CO, I broke down going over the Mississippi from IL to MO on Sunday the 1st. Found a hotel and a Ford dealer in the St. Louis, MO area. Failure of a cross threaded bolt, filled with Locktite could not withstand the pressures put on it. This bolt is 1 of 3 that hold the High Pressure (HP) fuel pump, driven by the camshaft. By compromising the mounting bolts, this was a doomed failure waiting to happen. At this point I have two different technicians doing the same thing. Crossthreading. One with a lug nut, the other a critical mounting component of the engine. Had a qualified technician done the 60k inspection including a read out of codes, which could have led to further diagnosis PREVENTING failure that left me and my family stranded in a snowstorm. There is no such talent at this facility. I have zero confidence that they can fix your Ford here. Or as in my case, returning a lesser product to me. After giving AutoNation Littleton Ford a perfectly well maintained 2018 F150 Raptor, it came back to me damaged, broken, stranded, and leaving me with zero confidence. Do yourself a favor and avoid this service department. Mark, With no respect, YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. This is intolerable. Before you post, make sure that your facts are correct. I can see where this culture is created.
