Snarky service department. We had an appointment for 9:20AM-10:20AM. We were told that they are pretty busy today but I thought since we have an appointment, we would be out of here at a reasonable time. It's currently 12:10PM and we're still here waiting with a "we're working on it" reply to an estimated time we can get out of here. Also, $120 and $130 for an engine air filter and cabin air filter is highway robbery.

He helped me to determine a price for service (very, very reasonable) and I scheduled the appointment from there. Upon arriving, I was immediately helped get through the details of my repair and we were off to the races. Because I needed a ride upon departure, they provided a free shuttle (most places will not) to my residence. Once finished, they contacted me, I scheduled another shuttle to return (again, most places will not do this), and within 12 minutes, I was on my way again. Back at their shop, they explained my bill, the work they completed, and we took care of the bill. I am extremely happy that I found these guys. They provide excellent customer service, their genuinely good people, and I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their vehicle. A special thanks to Devin for his orchestration of the entire process. Kudos! FIVE BIG STARS!

I brought my car in for a stalling issue. The initial diagnosis cost $775 to replace a battery…read morecable and add a ground screw, which felt very high. Afterward, I was told the car had multiple oil and coolant leaks and was quoted an additional $3,500 for repairs. On a car worth about $4,000, this didn't make financial sense. When I declined the extensive repairs, there was no discussion of smaller, interim solutions or things I could try myself; the only suggestion was financing the full amount. The immediate next step was being asked to retrieve my vehicle. The shop was extremely busy, and I left with the impression that they prioritize large, high-cost jobs. Disappointed with the experience and lack of flexible solutions, I will not be returning. Update to my previous review: It's been two weeks since I picked up my vehicle, and I have not observed any oil on my driveway. This seems inconsistent with what I was told about the severity of the oil leak issue during my visit. I have checked the oil level multiple times and it appears to remain at the same level. After posting my initial review, I received several phone calls from the shop owner requesting that I modify my review. I eventually asked that these calls stop. Service details: I paid $180 for initial diagnostics, during which I was told there was an 80% probability that the problem was my battery cables. I then paid $235.19 for new battery cables, but it did not resolve the issue. A subsequent diagnosis costing $359.98 identified a bad ground wire, which was then repaired by tapping in a new wire. Additional observations from my service experience: When I collected my vehicle, I noticed what appeared to be a black, grease-like substance on the exterior door handle that was not present when I dropped it off. I also discovered that the front emblem was no longer attached to my vehicle. When I inquired about this inside the shop, staff located the emblem and handed it to me and told me it fell off when they closed the hood. I check my fluids every month, this has never happened to me. There was no offer to repair the damage.

I limped over to the shop and spoke directly to the owner Tommy Lee. What a great guy, who was able to get me in the same evening and fully repaired my car within a very short timeline. That ripped open a protective flap, which dragged on the pavement as I drove home. My son and his fiance were coming to town, and I didn't want to pick them up with a grinding noise under the hood, or to have the flap fall off and get lost. The next morning I had to be downtown at 9:00 am, after which I would need the car all day. So I showed up 7:00 a.m. at a repair shop I'd used before. I didn't expect they could fix it on the spot, but hoped they could at least diagnose the problem and remove the flap so I could save it. But they couldn't even look at it until the afternoon. Rushing over, I made by 7:15 it to Town Center Auto Repair, where Tommy, the owner, helped me out. The mechanic already on duty was busy, but when Josh, a second mechanic, arrived at 7:30,Tommy put him right on it. After inspecting it, Josh set to work and quickly welded it back together. I made that 9:00 appointment on time, with the car all fixed and ready for my family. Thanks to Tommy and Josh, I didn't have to wait or spend extra money on a replacement part. Kudos to them both!

Absurdly bad experience with this dealership. First, they charged $825, which is $200 more than most dealers. Then they mucked up the appointment time by an hour and a half, leading to 3 hours at the dealer for what is supposed to be a 30-60 minute job. They utterly butchered the install. They carpeted OVER the front bed hooks and Boxlink plates. They carpeted over the drainage tubes for tonneau cover, making them inaccessible. They carpeted over the tailagate, despite explicit and repeated instructions (including that day!) not to since the truck had a ProAccess tailgate that would be rendered unusable. They miscut the holes for the storage bin, bed lights and ProPower port and did not secure them, leading to gaping, misshapen holes, and room to stick your hand in behind the loose carpet. See pics for all of the above. After pointing this out, they refused to take responsibility. They claimed they "had" to carpet over the tailgate, and that they did not cut any holes...it arrived from Ford that way. Two other dealers looked at their work and said these rugs do not come precut, and they had never seen such shoddy work. (This is my third F150, and my third Sportliner...I know how they are supposed to look.). The only solution and end result: I paid a reputable dealer to rip out the ruined Sportliner and throw it away, bought a new one, and had it installed correctly at another dealership. It was done in an hour and for hundreds of dollars less. Caveat emptor.
