I had a great experience here getting my tires replaced. I unfortunately ended up with a razor blade in one of my back tires which completely deflated it. The razor blade was in the section of the tire that is not repairable - no surprise there - and since I drive an all-wheel vehicle, all four tires must match. This was not a shock or a surprise to me due to having done this only 18 months previously. While I was not planning to buy all new tires this year, Simon at Tires Plus was incredibly helpful, gave me a great discount/deal, and completed the replacement of all four tires in an hour or under which was amazing compared to waiting all day at the dealership for it to be done. read more

Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff were polite and simply relayed what the technicians reported, so I do not fault them personally. The issue lies entirely with the service and the accuracy of the information provided. I was told my brake fluid was low and shown a photo as evidence. When I arrived home and checked my vehicle myself, the brake fluid reservoir was completely full--and the cap had not been put back on at all. This immediately raised serious concerns. The photo they showed me did not match what I observed firsthand. (The photo they claimed was of my vehicle is the one shown in the middle.) Unless brake fluid was removed and then replaced--which would be unacceptable--the image clearly was not of my vehicle. Leaving the brake fluid cap off is not a minor oversight. It is a basic safety issue. When combined with inaccurate documentation and a photo that does not reflect reality, the situation feels extremely untrustworthy. While I was told by the front desk that the technicians are trained, this experience makes that claim difficult to believe. I took before-and-after photos to document the issue. Between the missing cap and the false claim that my brake fluid was low, this felt deceptive and unsafe. I will not be returning. As a woman, I strongly caution others to stay away. This experience felt like an attempt to falsely report an issue in order to take my money. read more

Booked service for tire replacement online at Tires Plus (Lone Tree, CO) for what looked like a great deal--over $400 in savings. The scheduling process was confusing, and the confirmation email didn't include pricing (odd, but I assumed it was fine). When I arrived, the tire price jumped by $200- then as I was about to be handed my car, service completed, I was notified of unexpected installation and balancing fees. Out the door, I paid nearly 50% more than the original quote. Lack of transparency and surprise charges made this a frustrating experience. Do not recommend. read more

Good tires but do not go here for repairs. Repairs are overpriced and they continue to recommend replacing parts to run up the bill. I was not impressed with my visit. Also upon arrival, one of the front desk people would not stop eating while I was trying to explain my car trouble. After Tires Plus made the repairs to my vehicle they would call me and upon arrival they would not go over what services they performed without me asking. There is a lot of work needed to be done at this location. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back. read more

This location just saved us. We got new tires from Costco less than two weeks ago, but got a flat tire out of nowhere. Neither of the Costco's nearby would even look at it same-day. We called Tires Plus, they immediately took us, and were super helpful. $20 and 20 minutes later, we were on our way. Could not recommend this place more. read more

My car was fixed in a good time frame and fixed well. That was not the issue. Tori was unprofessional and condescending. She kept insisting I might need new tires stating it was because of my car being AWD after me and my partner repeatedly stated I have FWD. She took down my VIN to check because I wasn't believed. She wasn't able to find my car when she looked it up so when my partner ran back outside to take a picture and then she decided to be racist!!!!! When I joked that I didn't steal the car, Tori said: "We can tell when a car is stolen. Mexicans bring stolen cars, all the time especially those illegals from across the border." I told her we shouldn't be talking about that and she repeated herself again stating "Illegal Mexicans from across the border always bring stolen cars". At that point I was disgusted, stopped talking, and left. I shouldn't have spent my money here. I was in shock that it would happen but I won't be back. Coming from a doctors appointment I had a nail in my back tire. Drove to the nearest tire shop as air was coming out quickly. Employees gave quick service, assessed if my tire could be fixed, and offered to put my spare on when the nail couldn't just be pulled out. Even though I didn't have an appointment, service was quick and friendly. I cannot speak to their tires or anything of that nature, but they were helpful in a semi-emergency! read more

My first time visiting tire plus and never will go there again. I don't trust their workers. My truck got flat tire and I came to here because of it has chains in Maryland. I was impressed with their workers for being nice. However, their performance work showing different. After they replaced my 2 tires. The next day, my truck was shaking while braking. I thought it was brakes issues and took it to brake shop. They said it's causing shaking because of Tire Plus tighten my tires too tight and damaged the bolts. That's what caused shaking while braking. They broke my bolts. Then I had to go to tire plus again to ask them to replace bolts. After they replaced my bolts and they messed up my tires alignment. I had to go to tire plus 3 times in a week. Well, if you want to waste your time or putting yourself in dangerous situations (tire probably fell off sometime soon) , I highly recommended to go that place for wasting your time. read more

Brought our Subaru crosstrek here recently to get a flat tire repaired. They refused to even attempt a repair after we mentioned we used fix a flat. Then instead of just selling us one replacement tire, they gave us 3 different quotes for 4 tires, the cheapest of which was $850. They claimed since it was all wheel drive/4wd that you can't replace just one tire. We went to pride instead who only charged $35 to repair. read more

Needed my brakes to be checked out after coming back from a ski trip. The Brakes weren't right. I checked out the area and read some reviews. I also went to their website and checked out what customers said and if there was any feedback. I wanted to go with someone that was going to be around (Major Chain - National warranty) because I keep cars for a long time. Checking deeper into a few places, I ended up making an appointment with the Tires Plus folks on Lone Tree, Simon had a bunch of positive kudos and I made an appointment online. I came in early and met with Gary, Store Manager, and he took my concerns and had his team check out my brakes. Gary reviewed his teams finding and allowed me to check it out for piece of mind. New brakes are a big investment, having piece of mind and a lifetime warranty was the needed reassurance. Gary's team also found a screw on one of the tires. It ended up to be a big ticket bill, new pads and rotors because of the Chicago winters, but they rotated the tires and repaired the tire. I felt they charged a fair price with excellent service and would recommend this location should you need you vehicle serviced. Do your homework, but I believe with Gary and Simon running this location, they are second to none! read more

This is a customer COMPLAINT. I purchased tires for my 2020 BMW M340i at the end of January this year. I had a nail in my tire, so I went to Discount Tire on my way to work and they repaired it for free. They informed me that my tires were "winter tires" and since I drove them in the summer, they were in need of replacement! I called Tires Plus where I had purchased the tires and was informed that in order to file a warranty claim I would have had to come in every 4 months/5K miles and rotated/aligned the tires. The person on the phone said they are "sure" they informed me of these "rules" at the time of the sale. I have no recollection of this conversation and I do not recall seeing any written confirmation of this "rule". I am sorely disappointed (yet again) in Tires Plus and the lack of service/support I have received. I would recommend NOT shopping at this Tires Plus. read more

Took my wife's Nissan into their shop to have it looked over. Her Nissan was having problems with acceleration from time to time. Had them fix a few things and one of them was the PCV hose. They just needed to replace it and they ended up replacing it with what looked like a random cheap hose. Later we found out because we had to get a smog check and the hose had holes and would collapse as soon as the car was started. You pay money and don't get proper parts put in and then it costs more money to fix it. They were nice people, but not a good experience of actually having my wife's care fixed. read more

Poor service / lied about everything..when asked for regional managers contact information they refused.. Months prior, took my car in for service and they replace brakes rotors and calipers in rear. After putting on 5k miles on the parts, the brakes were already going out. In the tears. Brakes standard last roughly 50k miles for anyone who doesn't know. So, I inspected the work, found out the didn't replace the calipers and charged me for it still.. Factory oem parts are stamped and coded..which one was aftermarket the other original. So they stole hundreds of dollars from me, and still have bad brake pads. Horrible never go to these liars, thieves . They wasted hours of my time and day off. And never corrected the work.. And never took any ownership nor responsibility for their own workers actions.. I want to grade them 0 stars out of 5 but there's not an option...BE AWARE! read more

So instead of me needing to use my roadsIde assistance and have the car towed, they were gracious enough to help push my car into a safe spot and take it in overnight to get it fixed! Another place trying to sell what you Don't Need. Went in there to get my squeaky brakes checked and was told I needed new pads front and back and also needed new rotors. They were going to charge me $759 to do the job.. Decided to get another opinion. Went to Brakes Plus and was told only needed new pads in the back, and the rotors only needed to be turned. Call on the phone for tire repair they said bring it down and drop it off , I get there after I arranged a ride back and they tell me their lifts are big enough for a dodge ram and they can't do it. In reality they just didn't want to I will never go there again or refer them to anybody I will actually tell people avoid this place what kind of tire can't change tires on a pick up? I had to get an oil change for my car and I wanted something relatively close to my work. After a quick google search I came across Tires plus. I was surprised to find out that they are a full service auto shop, not just tires. They offer a $19.99 basic oil change, SOLD! What I loved about this place was that I was in and out in 30 minutes and they didn't try to sell me anything or take advantage of me. I've dealt with my fair share of sleezy auto shops but this one was great. My check engine light happened to come on while I was there (of course). They offered to look into it but my dad is a mechanic so I politely declined and they accepted my answer and didn't pressure me into anything else. Don was the main guy I worked with, very personable, and didn't try to upsell me a more expensive oil change or something that I didn't need for my car. They have a good waiting room with different flavors of coffee, tables, chairs and a TV. I'll definitely return to this place! read more

Wow. I did not know that examining a leaky tire requires an overnight visit. Very disappointed the staff at the front was very own engaged and seemed more interested in watching a football game. And I am left looking for someone who can fix my tire. Two of my cars I've had very good experiences with tires plus but this schmo at the front was an idiot. The place was EMPTY one car in the parking lot but buddy in the front tells me he has a full schedule and can't promise to have it done by 3. Mind you it's currently 10 in the freaking morning.
