Come here ONLY for an emergency and if you can't get in anywhere else. They take a while to get a tire patched, and there is a lack of places to sit while you wait. The only reason we felt the need to yelp is the poor customer service provide by the rude man behind the counter in the Patriots gear. I've been going to this location for over 15 years- they have worked on several of my cars along with my kids cars. Their prices are reasonable and they are always upfront and honest with the repairs. When my son got his first car they actually took him back and showed him all the basics such as how to check the oil and such. They went above and beyond! Took my car here to get new brakes/pads/& everything related, totaling $1,300 in June15. It's currently Nov and they're squealing BAD (of course, they can't hear it). I brought it in anyways and they said both that front and back pads were defected (or they got oil on the brakes, or there was dirt or sand in them, couldn't pinpoint it) and they "replaced" them and put a bunch of spray on them to make sure when we went for the test drive again, they didn't squeal. $1,300 worth of work busted within 5 months??? Who knows what the real truth is. My car brakes now squeal WORSE than when I brought them in, as if I have a 10+ yr old car (it's only 4 yrs old) and I am out $1,300. They also got oil on my fabric seat and didn't clean it after I asked them to. I also purchased a tire rotation warranty in June and asked for a copy of that purchase, to which they had NO record of in their system and wanted to charge me $80 to do it. I'm out that money too, since I (friends & family) will never go back. No one apologized or took the time to actually figure out the problem. We had to wait TWO hours there, after calling beforehand. Just got a bunch of excuses from them. Please go somewhere else. The associate is about 100 yrs old and the guy who worked on our car smelled so bad, I couldn't wait to get out of my own car during the test drive. I'm mad I lost $1,300 and God only knows what the actual problem with my "new" brakes are. I will take my car somewhere else for a check and see what they tell me. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE! Took me a while to find a great mechanic in the area. These guys were able to fix issues that other mechanics were not able to at about 2/3rds the price. I have had my water pump replaced and I bring my car here for regular maintenance. The staff is honest and my car always comes back working in excellent condition. read more

We read all the reviews, but Tires Plus was the only place open on Sunday that we could go to to get some new tires. Honestly this place isn't as bad as everyone says. Sure they charge a lot for some repair work, but that's the cost of not being able to do it yourself. Here is our experience. We selected our tires and got a free quote online. Unlike Discount Tire (closed on Sunday) the quote was all inclusive. All the fees minus taxes were given to us upfront. We made an appointment online and Tires Plus called and let us know they could see us earlier if we were available. We printed off a load of coupons from their website and brought our car in. Dropped the car off and went to run some errands. They called us in the middle and let us know that the rear brakes were shot and needed to be replaced. They said they would need to do rotors and pads. As with most of the reviews, this is what we were dreading, the bogus upsell opportunity. We declined the rear brake service and continued on with our day. A little later we were back and the car was ready. With the coupons we got a pretty good deal. 50% off the install, 25% off the tires, and $30 off an alignment. They showed us the inspection they did (included) and sure enough their measurements for the brakes were bad. Barely any pads left at all. The rotors however, were within spec and would not need to be replaced. Looking over the quote for the brakes was pretty bad. The part cost was fine, but the labor included about $300 in costs that was highly exaggerated. Things like brake fluid exchange, brake adjustment, even brake cleaning. This is where knowing a little bit of cars will help you save money. We'll replace the pads ourselves and save $350. We wouldn't have known they were that bad without Tires Plus letting us know, so that was a good thing. In the end a good experience. Know a little bit about cars, know how to save, know where to spot a bogus fee... and you'll do fine. Note: One little disappointing part. When we picked up the car, the hood was left unlatched. We noticed when we got home and fully closed it. However, it was very possible that driving on the highway could have caused the hood to come flying open. This is the second time this has happened to me at a Tires Plus location (first time was at the Arvada location). Double check that your hood is fully closed after any auto services anywhere! read more

My tire was flat on a Sunday, and this was the only tire shop that would help. I called every tire shop in a 15 mile radius, and got no help from anyone except Tires Plus. Gary showed me that I had a defective tire, and in less than 30 minutes, they replaced it. The price was reasonable, service was excellent, and I will be back to get snow tires soon. I stopped by the parker location after my 13 chevy cruze was broken into last night and they couldn't take 5 minutes too look under the hood because they were booked. You guys were far more busy, lobby full of customers witch the other location had no one in theirs, and within minutes you had a very kind mechanic looking under my hood for me. Everything was okay, but it was the principle. It took 5 minutes and there was never a moment where I felt like I was inturupting, great customer service. Beware of this place!!! They will mislead you just to get more business. I went in for an oil change yesterday and was told my brake pads and rotors needed replacing. The brake pads did need replacing, but the rotors were 100% good to go. They quoted me a price of over $470 to do front brakes and rotors which is ridiculous! All I needed was brake pads which cost me $40 and 30 minutes to replace. Will never return to this place. read more

I went in to get my tires rotated and normally when I go to the tires pluses in Aurora it's horrible off of Chambers this one is off Park Meadows they got me in quick they had appointments quick which the ones over off of Chambers the other ones off of Hampton take forever for them to even answer the phone and then they're rude on top of it then when I take my car in there the road so I decided to go a little bit further so I came to Park Meadows I brought my car in for its tire rotation and they had it done within 10 minutes which is amazing normally when I take it to the other tires plus in Aurora it's like our wait to our way even with an appointment and then so Gary at tires plus was amazing super fast polite then I left my wallet and I got five minutes out the door and they called me and said that I forgot my wallet that was very nice of them they went above and beyond and I would go out of my way to come further just to be treated decent like I was today at this tires plus I would never go to the one in Aurora ever if they're just rude and so if you wanna go to a tires plus go to the one in Park Meadows in lone tree Colorado if you're in Colorado Gary was amazing the front desk was amazing they were fast and then they called me about my wallet which they didn't have to do . I got back to the tires plus they brought my wallet out to me that I forgot Jeremiah brought it out they didn't have to do that either they went above and beyond they are amazing it's night and day compared to the tires plus in Aurora off of Chambers and there's another one off of I believe it's Hampton horrible the one off Chambers is the worst there's one off of Monaco as well and they're horrible to they're just rude they don't care anything about you if you call them they don't answer the phone you're on hold for like 20 minutes they don't have appointments for like weeks out there's nicer one in lone tree they had appointments right away their staff was a mazing honestly there's not more I can say to say how great they really were wow I am totally shocked honestly. Have been going to this place for years but for some reason the past year and a half their staff has been trying to get me to pay for unnecessary repairs. For starters I take both vehicles in for my regular oil changes and tire rotations, but according to staff I always need to have work done on wheel bearings or belts and seals. After taking it to my mechanic for a 2nd opinion, he has deemed most recommendations for repairs or replacement ridiculous. Last quote I received from Tires plus was for a total over 1,500 dollars, after my mechanic worked on my vehicle for actual repairs needed it was only $160 and under warranty. The final straw with this establishment occured with my recent oil changes last month. Both vehicles had the oil changed and both had their oil pans screws tightened so tight, they caused oil leaks from the scew hole since it was worn out. Considering the current Economy seems like this location is trying to nickel and dime anyone they can however they can. Last time after 5 years i'll get my oil changed there again. read more

I called during the lunch hour....around 12:30 pm....and asked if I could come in for an oil change. They said absolutely! I drove over and waited while it was being changed. No...this is not a spa/movie theatre/massage parlor with snacks and refreshments.... nor did I expect it to be one....it is a place to get TIRES and OIL CHANGES. I only had to wait about 15 minutes. I purchased a set of tires just 11 months ago for just over $550 from this store and after one blew out and the others were bald I returned to the store today. I regularly rotated the tires, however, it was there opinion that they needed replaced and the sales person, Rick, offered replacement at just over $700. After my dissatisfaction with the quote, I was passed on to Andy who quoted me $330, but said that the tires would have to be delivered the next day at the earliest, despite the fact that I informed I needed tires the same day. After watching another customer be denied service as he wanted his snow tires put on, but another customer was scheduled for new tire replacement the same day, I witnessed that this is a place that doesn't care for their customers or can't communicate honestly. I wasn't treated warmly nor were other customers. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere!!! read more

This was recommended by the guy I bought my car from. I had a great experience with my oil change. However recently my car hit 120K miles so I wanted a general check up. I was disappointed to see the vast majority of the tech notes seemed to be based on the age and mileage. I get that hoses aren't new by 120K but do mine actually need replacing? They quoted me over $2200 in recommended services! I asked them to check battery (as it's been cold & I don't want to be stranded). It could be coincidence but he recommended to both myself and the other guy (there for tires) a new battery and alternator. I had it tested by two other places for second opinions, neither found an issue. Again I'm willing to hear them say you paid for a check up we told you what was wrong. I'm just highly skeptical of the volume of recommendations when 2 other shops found nowhere near the issues. Just not worth it, I've found somewhere else I trust more. read more

Very fast and efficient. Ric and the mechanic on duty were very kind and provided me with not only a coupon they had on file to take my total amount down in half, but a phone charger for the time I was waiting for them to complete my services. They also rotated my tires and filled up my windshield wiper fluid for no additional cost! My car broke down in their parking lot by chance. One of the guys inside was very friendly coming out to see if everything was okay. After seeing that my car was overheating he suggested that I leave the car with them because they do repairs. As soon as I went inside and met the inside sales rep. I knew this was a mistake. He was curt and kept trying to sell me on a $49.99 AC review before they even diagnosed the problem. The next day I received a call with a quote to fix the car for $950. I called another shop close by called Platinum Auto Service and Sean gave me an out the door price of $550. Needless to say I had my car towed to PAS. I just can't believe that Tires Plus tried to exploit my misfortune to the tune of $400. This is the best place to get your car maintenance. I drive from northern colorado. The people here are always professional, courtesy, and knowledgeable. They don't try to pull a fast one over on you like other shops I've been to. They always clearly explain what kind of service needs to be done on your car. They don't pressure you into getting whatever service they recommend but do clearly explain what the potential problems could arise if you do not fix the problem. I trust no other mechanics to work on my car. These guys really know their stuff! read more

I would give no stars based on my experience as a once loyal customer. Recently this location did a partial repair which caused my check engine light to come on. Rather than going back to this location I had a second opinion and inspection done. Upon looking into the code the recent "full" repair that was done caused the check engine to come on. I have spent $3000+ at this tires plus and was told that for the "sake of customer service" they would refund me. Appreciate being refunded for a job that wasn't completed correctly and caused me to put even more money into my car for repairs. However, when my boyfriend went in for the repair the person processing the refund said to him "it's funny how many stories we've been hearing" implying that we were lying and just looking for a refund. I don't know about you but when I've been going to a business spending quite a decent amount of money I hardly doubt after a full year and thousands of dollars I would decide to make up a story for an issue that was caused by their incomplete work. Great service....beyond the call. Early Sunday got a flat from a big chard of glass. Had purchased tires from a Tires Plus in Monnesota. Before their open time they answered and told me to brimg it in. I had to leave that morning for a 1000i mile drive so time was of the essence. They were fully booked for the day but Gary had the tire off in 5 minutes and found the tire to be unrepairable. They had no compitable tire available but found ONE tire in Colorado Springs. They had it driven to this store, had it moiunted and ready to go in an hour! This on an early Sunday morning. Thanks to Gary and the guys we made our destinatiom safely with a short delay and all under a no charge warrenty. I have been buying tires there for a few years. This time, I went to get my son's tires rotated. They called and said his brake pads needed replaced and rotors were worn below spec. I took my car to my local, current mechanic, Toy Automotive in Littleton and they said that the pads have at least 6-10K miles left on them and the rotors are above spec. NOT COOL. They are taking advantage of people and lying. I am very upset. I will never buy tires there again. read more

Ive been here a few times...usually for a quick oil change, since they're fast, extremely reasonable, and friendly. Im moving out of state and was worried about my front axle, since i was driving about 750 miles. I went there to tell them what noise i was hearing, and if it would be safe to drive that distance. They told me it would be fine. Since I was still nervous, i went back the next day and asked them if they could actually look at it....just to make sure, and for my own peace of mind. They drove my car, brought it back, lifted the cat, and even showed me the axle and cv joint, explaining them, and showing me they were in good condition and i didnt need any work done. WHAT?????? A mechanic ensuring me that i didnt need to replace anything?? I was waiting there....cash in hand, convinced they were gonna tell me what needed done....and i left with the same amount i walked in with. Talk about hospitality and customer service....and HONESTY! Michael Dell, the service manager, is amazing! Friendly and very customer service oriented. Tim, the gentleman who looked at my car and pointed everything out.....also amazing! Theres another gentleman at the desk, i feel really bad that i cant remember his name, is also awesome! Not impressed. Front desk person takes WAY too long to do paperwork in the beginning and the end. I have been places that had my car halfway done in the time the paperwork is being completed. Then they try to sell you numerous other "needed" services. FYI: I'm not a car moron. So, all the so-called needed car services I had completed in less than six months except one (which is minor and I do need). I stated this, and the man became very uncomfortable. I also checked it myself and don't know how you could think it was needed unless you skipped auto class 101. As in, do you even look if the services are needed or do you just try to sell those exact services each time. Disappointed. The waiting area is very small and crowded - could be set up better. There wasn't any coffee or water and nothing was turned on - nor was I asked if I wanted anything. The TV was blaring, so I turned it off. Then there was oil spilled on my SUV bra - really you can't even wipe off spilled oil? I recall why I haven't been here in years and won't be returning. UGH!!! read more

A little disappointed would be an understatement. Went to this location because my wheel was making a really 'off' noise while driving. After they inspected it, they told me I needed new brakes, rotors, and struts for a grand total of over $1,400. WOAH! I thought that seemed way to high! I wanted to have a trusted eye look at everything for me and tell me what they thought. After pulling the wheel off, a rock fell out. The pads were only half worn, the rotors were absolutely perfect, and the struts where showing ZERO signs of needing to be replaced. After putting the wheel back on, the noise was gone and everything was perfect. I would like to state that I am a young female who really doesn't know much about cars, but luckily I knew enough to know they were trying to screw me over. Just be careful here and make sure you get a second opinion if you're unsure or something seems off. read more

My car has died and had to be towed three separate occassions, and every single time not only do they find the issue and fix it, but they let me know they would "handle the issue as soon as possible," walked me through the different things they were checking and issues they saw, and the last time my car was in they ran diagnostics and didn't even charge me. They are all super polite, great communicators, and do great, thorough work. It's hard to find mechanics you can trust... and I've never had a cheesy/schmoozy feeling from them. Don't take your car here for repairs. This store has rediculous markup on parts and tried to charge me double what a local honest mechanic would charge for same factory parts. I stopped in last week to get a quote on brakes and tires. Naturally the customer service was on par and they seemed to be helpful and honest, stating brake repair is only $99.99 per axle. So worst case scenario would be $200.00 + tax out the door. I called to other brakes places and received the same quote.The following week I called and scheduled an appointment, since it was close to my work, to get my brake pads replaced and rotors turned, since I have not had them replaced yet since I bought the car new in 2014 and only have 35,600 miles on it. I had it serviced at my dealership on 08/10/17. They told me I needed to look into getting my brake pads replaced since it was time. Fast forward time to my appointment at Tires Plus. I drop my car off at 7am, in which they called me at 9am stating that it's going to cost me $367.00. They stated that my rotors were warped. I immediately knew this was a false statement and they were trying to over charge me. When we told the sales man we are declining any service to be done to the vehicle, he scoffed at us and somewhat agreed. I went to get the vehicle on my lunch break, the technician runs out to my vehicle, as we are leaving and to starts to tell my husband that he took my vehicle on the freeway, did 80mph and brake checked and that's how he noticed that my vehicle was shaking, and that was his determination, that my rotors were warped. Then the technician tried to tell me that my brake pads were fine, and it was the rotors. I again, knew this was false since I just had my vehicle serviced a couple weeks prior. Also, warped rotors is caused by the brake pads. I'm not a hard driver on my vehicle, I drive to and from work, with the normal stop and go traffic. I also don't appreciate being treated like I don't know anything about vehicles because I'm a woman. I grew up working on cars. Lying to get more money from customers is not going to keep you in business. I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!! read more

I completely understand customers being trepidatious about shops and concerns about recommendations. I also understand most shops are honest and it's more of a communication issue than an honesty issue. Auto repair is expensive and that hits the budget hard. However, this is definitely an honest location. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and asked about scheduled maintenance. They gave me the manufacturer maintenance to a tee. I was a little troubled by my manufacturer's decision not to include a transfer case service at the same time as the transmission and differential. But, that is their schedule. Tires Plus did not recommend the transfer case service. The only frustration I had was when I asked for the transfer case to be serviced, they kind of argued. All I'll say there is be honest, but don't argue with a customer when the service they're asking for is a common sense addition like I did. Additionally, Tires Plus allowed me to choose the brand of fluid I wanted. I expected to pay a little more for this as they don't stock the product. There was no argument about it. I like taking my vehicle to one place, but don't like Pennzoil products. This location will work to earn your business and may be a tad too careful about abiding by their guidelines, but that's o.k. Those guidelines are there to protect the consumer and insure a complete proper repair. This location follows those guidelines. read more

This is my regular car stop for maintenance, i know they charge little extra but if you have small car emergencies this is the place to go and they don't charge for it. Owner and maintenance guy is very nice. My friend need help to change wiper blades because screw was having rust, hard plastic of my car was was coming out(below the bumper) and it needs to be removed my professional, and had low tire pressure the other day, they fixed all of those without any cost. read more

ABSOLUTE worst experience EVER. Not once but two times. It just amazes me, 1st time I ask about a slow leak tire that I'm told by friends is most likely a leaking steam. They tell me $32 to fix, without hearing me out what the issue is, they wont give an explanation of what they are looking at or what they are fixing just "give me money and we will fix" Call discount tire, they fixed it for free (explaining that if its a soft stem they fix for free even though I didn't buy from them) If its a hard stem then the sensor is built in and could cost closer to $60 (mine they fixed for free) This time I call so I don't waste time (yet this is the closer shop to me making it more convenient) The manger was BEYOND rude to me. I call to find out what tires will cost, tell them the year and make and he rudely ask what tire size is on there now, I explain I just purchased the vehicle used and there are four different sizes what would he recommend ? He repeats himself in a VERY VERY demeaning tone "What size is currently on the vehicle". Well MR MANAGER, I am calling because I am uneducated and obviously DO NOT WANT what is currently on the vehicle (x4 different sizes) It was easy enough for me to look up another shop within miles and asked the SAME EXACT questions. The other shop expressed concern for my situation. Asked questions (do i take it offroad, how do I use the vehicle, is it mostly highway driving) They made it easy without talking down to me and making me feel uneducated (which I know i am not when it comes to tires) That is why I called a professional. What I know is Gary and Ray need some SERIOUS help in the customer service department. They may be experts in tires which is why I called. After being treated the way I was and being able to call another place and get AMAZING customer service and simple explanations I will NEVER send a single one of my customers their way, and I work in the Car Audio World. I get questions on where to send customers every other day. I will be taking my business elsewhere and sending EVERYONE elsewhere as well. They had two chances and both times I felt disrespected trying to give them my money. I NEVER do reviews as I have seen how it affects my business but people need to know.
