2nd time bringing my car into this shop and twice now something has happened. First time in January I had tires put on and when I left there were three lug nuts missing! Not fuss about it I just went and replaced them myself and moved on. Today I went in to get a few tires put on and when I left I noticed some damage to my car when I came back I spoke to manny who is the manager and right away became very defensive and tried to blame the damage on previous damage that was already there he was completely disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this place sold this was the only place opened in town. Stay away unless you like damage done to your vehicle. read more

I rented a car from Enterprise and hit a pothole, which bent the rim, which would have been easily fixable at Woody's Wheels Works but instead, they told Enterprise that it needed to be replaced (which I have to pay for to the tune of $1,140), which they claim that they made no money on. May 2023: Oil Change on 2020 Subaru at Foxfield location. Let me start this off with the question you may be asking - why on earth would we not get our oil changed sooner?? It's because the sticker Firestone put on our windshield said we didn't need another oil change for 35K miles. For some reason we didn't think twice about it or even question it. We saw a number and until our car reached that number, we didn't think we needed an oil change. We also were unaware of the 3-4 month time frame on oil changes despite the mileage, but we do a fair amount of driving and the number on the sticker has NEVER failed us. We are not irresponsible people with our cars, we just didn't know about the 3 month marker and didn't think to question the mileage on the sticker for some reason. We trusted the shop because I've always taken my cars to Firestone and never had a problem. November 2023: Smelled a chemical-burn-like odor once in a while, took the car to Firestone in Englewood. They cleaned up a small amount of oil in the pan, left the car running for about 10 minutes, no leak. The next day, my husband and I used it to jump our other car that we've been working on (2016 Chevy Cruze) and within a few minutes there was a HUGE oil puddle under the Subaru. We turned the car off, called around hoping someone could take us in that day. Englewood location refused because they didn't do the oil change, Foxfield said we just had to get it to them ourselves and one other shop said not to drive it if the check engine light was on after checking the dipstick and seeing there was enough oil to drive it to a shop. The light wasn't on so we started it up to take it back to the Foxfield location and more oil immediately began WATER FALLING out, so we turned it off and checked the dipstick again. We had little to no oil in the car anymore. We called around again hoping someone could come take care of it quickly as we didn't want to start the car without any oil in it. The Foxfield location said we had to pay to get it to them. The other shop said they would get a tow and try to get Firestone to pay for it. Unfortunately, it had been 6 months and 7,000 miles since our last oil change, so it most likely wouldn't happen. read more

I've taken my car here a few times for an oil change and they've been prompt and taken care of me. I haven't ever felt like they were being shady, which unfortunately is common when you take your car into the shop. It's best to make an appointment ahead of time because they get pretty busy and you don't want to have to wait too long. I hate that they dig around under the hood looking for other shit to break when you only wanted tires. A piece of plastic was broke off of something when they were digging around and it got lodged in my fan motor and blew up the entire cooling system, the Jeep had to be in the dealers shop for a week and it costed me a grand. Absolute incompetence, wrecked 2 lug studs while they were at it. And when I said something to the mechanic he smiled and laughed about it as he walked away. The management obviously is completely lost and aloof to it, and didn't want to accept any blame for it. (to get a tire patched takes daysssss!!!) Sometimes I think auto tire executives drive around town throwing roofing nails onto our roadways in order to drum up tire business. How else do you explain why me and two other guys would be pulling into Firestone at the same time with rapidly deflating car ties due to nails? For whatever reason it happened, I got a flat tire fixed at this Firestone on Arapahoe near I-25 in pretty short order. The guy who waited on me at the counter didn't try to 'upsell' me on getting a new transmission or valve job either. In the end the price was pretty reasonable too. This was the second time I used this Firestone (previously was there in 2008) and the service was pretty good that time too for an oil change and other minor repairs. I've had much worse experiences at auto repair shops, so I'll give them 4 stars. read more

Ok I use the Firestone before in ch ch and they were nice to me too but today I need change tire and I came to this location and I tell u I never treated better then here. Brandyn Bicknese was closing the shop and stay for me and he did change my tire very quick! He was very polite and kind. Right, so I got an oil change and some other work done here bc I was on a contract job nearby -- not because I like Firestone, but it is SO HARD to find honest people nowadays. Long story short, the oil leaked and of course I thought the worst (busted oil pan or something) and had to find a different place because new contract, different location yadda yadda. So I FINALLY found an honest, respectable auto repair place (ATR Automotive - they are GREAT) and guess what - the oil was leaking because the OIL FILTER was NOT SCREWED in all the way. Firestone, just want to thank you sincerely from the bottom of my heart for giving me oil drips in my garage to clean up and giving me anxiety about a possible huge repair bill. I had a fantastic experience with this Firestone today. I was driving on the highway and got a huge nail in my tire. I took my car to the closest tire place where they told me it can't be repaired and quoted me for 4 new tires (most places are a money grab). I took my car to Firestone (I paid for a warranty when I originally bought my tires from them two years ago) and Frank told me they could repair it and that the other place was trying to make me buy new tires when I didn't need them. My truck was making a funny bird sound in the engine. Took it to this place, and they charged me over 300 to fix the problem. Started driving home after they said it was fixed, and the sound was still coming from the engine. I called back, and they said bring the truck back in. So I did, just to find out that they would not do anything about it, because they gave me new parts. And on top of it, they said for them to really fix what they think is the problem, I would have to pay almost 1000.00. I told them to put my truck back together, and I will go someplace else. Just putting this out there fyi: my wife ran over a truck axle which thrashed the underside of he car this past Saturday. She immediately drove to this Firestone, dripping oil all over their lot. They diagnosed the problem, but our insurance wanted to use their own repair people, so Firestone made sure to get the car all setup to be towed and transferred. Bridgestone Cardholder and I will never go to Firestone again!!!! I opened a Bridgestone credit card last year to purchase 4 new tires from Firestone. I bought the tires in Sept of 2017. The tires are still nearly new, and under warranty. Today I took my car in because I had a flat on interstate 225. I was assisted by a CDOT truck who wet the tire and put air in it, and we could visibly see where it was leaking from. NO WHERE NEAR THE SIDEWALL. The guy asked if my tires are under warranty and I said yes. He went on to say, " don't let them tell you that the leak is too close to the sidewall". I laughed it off because I never thought a place that I trusted would flat out lie to me. The leak was from a nail. I dropped my car off at Firestone after getting my doughnut put on. About an hour later I received a call that the tire could not be repaired because the damage was too close to the side wall. I am so very disappointed with Firestone. I know for a fact that my tire should have been replaced for free. Now I will bay $122.00 to get a new tire. I WILL NEVER GO TO FIRESTONE FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. Lesson learned. read more

Deb called me at the agreed upon time to let me know the status, and I trusted her recommendations. My car was done when they said it would be. 15 years ago I had a 5-star repair here when I got a U-joint changed. Today I can't even rate the service on my vehicle because I walked out of the store before handing over the keys. TL/DR: Workers didn't even pretend to be busy; Management needs a serious attitude adjustment. ... I'm in town for business with a long-term rental that needed an oil change and thought I'd give this place some business again. At the time I made the reservation, the guy at the shop said he would need the VIN, mileage and other info when I arrived. I was sitting in the car at the time and offered to give it to him then, but he said he needed to physically see it himself... Fast forward a couple days to my appointment. When I walked in the store there was no one behind the desk. I could see all of the bays in the shop, and although they were pretty full, nobody was working on cars, and there was a small group of workers gathered together joking around. I waited at least 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk and was greeted with a gruff "whats up". When I gave him my info, he starts asking about the car. I gave him the year, make, model and pointed to it through the window. He didn't even look up, and then asked if it was a Titanium version, or something of the sort. I told him I had no clue as it is a rental, and asked him if he wanted me to go get the manual. No answer. A few seconds later he starts in again with an attitude, "I need to know if its a Titanium to do any work on it." At this point I'm thinking to myself, why doesn't this a-hole go out and "physically see it" for himself..? I say to him again (like I'm talking to someone hard of hearing): "Do. You. Want. Me. To. I would rate this Firestone a big fat zero if I could. Took my car in for a routine oil change and was told after wards that I needed both back shocks and one side of the front axle shaft replaced. Estimate $912.91. To cut a long story short I took the car to GO Toyota just down the street. No surprise. Nothing wrong with the shocks and there was a loose clamp on the axle which they fixed. Charge? A big fat zero! Give me a break, Firestone. I'm putting a kid through college. Tried to talk to the service manager this morning about the disparity but she was too busy. I went in the morning of 5/28 to replace two front tires before my road trip to California. The more expensive tire of the two options available was recommended to me, and that's what I bought. On 6/4, my right front tire went flat. I went to a Firestone location near my sister's house in Sherman Oaks and was asked if I had road hazard coverage. I told the gentleman no one back at the Denver location offered me that option. The gentleman said road hazard coverage would have covered the cost of a new tire and the associated fees, but since I didn't have it, I'd need to pay for the new tire and fees. I contacted this store in Denver and spoke to Brandon. I relayed the situation to him, explaining that I had never been offered road hazard coverage, and since that was an error on the store's part, I should not have to pay for the new tire and fees. He said that he needed to check with his boss, but he was sure they would reimburse me the cost of my tire when I'm back in Denver. I thought that was ridiculous, given that I am in the Firestone system and I can provide my credit card information over the phone. He said they can't do that. He told me that it was very important to him that they retain my business and would call me back the next day to confirm that I would be reimbursed for the tire and fees. It's now 6/16. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I went in for an oil change on my 2017 Challenger yesterday & when I came back to pick it up they were harassing me about getting new tires. I said I would get new tires another time & they kept pushing it. Afterwards there were about 5 guys standing over my car just staring at it. Finally I take my car home & after a few hours of it being parked there's a PUDDLE of oil. My oil is leaking because of these people. I would NEVER IN MY LIFE go back to them. read more

This is the nicest and most helpful location! I drive from cherry creek to go here. The employees are the nicest in person, and by far most helpful over the phone when I needed to set an appointment. Sometimes there will be coupons for things like oil changes and alignments. I love going here whenever my light comes on that I need something! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I brought my car here 5 times. 5 times. After calling and having the guy on the phone tell me to bring it in and he could fit me in, he suddenly could not fit me in. I brought it back, as I have mentioned, 5 times. The fifth time they were finally able to work on it and did the alignment and an oil change. Success. Then I left the place to find that the air conditioner was not working after it was like a refrigerator when I pulled in to the driveway. The manager/who knows what he is/ was not helpful and actually laughed at me when I told him that my a/c was not functional after bringing the car to them. The manager/whoever he is was unfriendly, unkind, couldn't even greet me when I went in to the shop. He was stone faced and actually so motionless, I thought, hey be patient, maybe he is having a stroke. Then I called the district manager to tell him of this disasterous experience. No call back. Shocking that this pitiful service is met with pitiful district management. This is the WORST service I have had in a long, long, long time. And I paid almost $350 for it??? omg, what an epic fail! I had a service engine light come on a rental car and was sent here by the company. The store manager went to work pulling the engine codes and trouble shooting. He spent about 45 minutes looking into the problem without success. He did give me piece of mind on a critical trip by telling me that the car was still drivable.
