I searched for Discount Tire and found one fairly close to where I was located. I stopped in and found out something had punctured my tire. They were able to patch it and within 30 minutes I was done and on my way. I thankfully had purchased all four tires - brand new from Discount Tire a short time ago. Continuous outstanding service. For 30+ years we have purchased tires from Discount Tire, formerly when living in AZ and the passed 10 years in Colorado. An associate, Nicholas J A, at the Arapahoe Road location in Centennial provided exceptional service. We had a vehicle with snow tires which were beyond age limit, however remaining tread life existed. He explained the basis for replacing these along with the All Season tires. He didn't upsell however provided honest feedback on the status of our existing tires on an older 4Runner. He identified an exceptional looking and performing tire for this vehicle, which will accomplish our winter driving needs and look fantastic. During this same visit we also replaced tires on a VW Golf Alltrack which as well were known to be ready for replacement. Again, he identified a great option for this vehicle. On a very busy December Friday evening he was able to get both vehicles completed, in fact the crew worked beyond closing time to perform these installs. I've been getting my tires here for years, and I highly recommend it. You can book ahead, making the entire process super quick and easy. I also always buy the warranty on the tires, and it has saved me a few times. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Another pro tip if you have low tire pressure, just run through the line for the free tire pressure check. You don't even need to get out of your car, and they'll check and fill your tires back up. Found a really low tire with a huge screw in it after work one day and was lucky this location was really close. I went in around 5pm and they were able to patch me right up and I was out of there within the hour. Great customer service, clean facilities and from the conversations I overheard, they are very honest on their services and what they recommend vs what needs to be taken care of asap. I was helped out by Johnny. We had called for what was supposed to be a look at a leak in my tire. He came out with me and showed me that my other front tires did need replaced. He explained to me how worn they were and what he could do for me tire-wise. I didn't feel pressured or felt like I was rushed at all. He couldn't have been nicer. Ordered my tires last night, I spoke to Carl and assured me that they will get the tires in and make sure my car gets done before they closed. A storm is coming in tomorrow and needed these tires on. They were extremely busy, but these guys are very professional, personable, and very polite. I left my car there and in a few hours it was done. I have replaced multiple tires at Discount Tire and service is usually pretty quick. Service is friendly. They give you a pretty good estimate of when your car will be ready. The prices are very reasonable and they will give you multiple choices of tires for your car (good, better, best) and don't try to pressure you to buy the most expensive ones. They also provide free air (they air up for you) at any time, and l've used this service many times. You just drive up, don't even have to get out of your car, and a service person comes out to help you. These guys are fantastic! Clean shop, very well organized, super friendly and efficient service. I went in without an appointment after running over 2 nails in the same tire. They took care of me right away and didn't charge me to pull the nails and plug the tires. I am due for tires in a few months and will most definitely return for them to do my service. Revising my earlier negative review, which was based on the company charging and invoicing me for OEM TPMS sensors when they actually installed generic garbage sensors that never worked. I have since come to the conclusion that as long as you don't buy TPMS sensors from them, they are a fantastic business to work with. Unbeatable prices, great customer service and communication, plus free re-balancing, rotations, and puncture repair. Brought my 2019 Toyota CHR here to get all season tires put on. I originally purchased snow tires online and after arriving and talking to Johnny the service advisor, we decided A/S tires would be better for my vehicle. He changed my order with no hesitation and sold me the best Yokohama A/S tires they had in stock at this location. I had an appt so this took less than an hour to get all 4 tires installed. After leaving here, my tire pressure light decided to keep coming on/off. Gave them a call and brought my car back a few days later. I was a "walk-in", had not called ahead. 2018 vehicle with a back left tire that had been losing air over the course of two weeks. I continued to fill it but 24 hours later it would be nearly flat again. Discount tire got my car in immediately and told me they'd take a look and to expect maybe a 15 min wait. 10 minutes later they told me my car ready and good to go. ZERO dollars. Mind you, I have never been a customer with discount before (that I'm aware of). I asked what the issue was. Turns out there was a nail... they patched the tire, rebalanced it and sent me on my way.
