Drove in yesterday to hopefully quickly have my tire pressure checked as I've purchased several tires there and one, it looked like a parade lined up for the same thing. Went into office lobby area to inquire about $200 tires for my car. Two of three guys in there never acknowledged I was standing there for five plus minutes. Third guy was on the phone the entire time but never looked at me. Iunderstand if you're busy, but if you can't even say hello sir, how are you, or we'll be with you as soon as we can, I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

We live in Thornton, Colorado, but ended up in South Denver for soccer practice. When leaving practice, one of the parents stopped me and told me I had a low tire on my driver side rear. I searched for Discount Tire and found one fairly close to where I was located. I stopped in and found out something had punctured my tire. They were able to patch it and within 30 minutes I was done and on my way. I thankfully had purchased all four tires - brand new from Discount Tire a short time ago. Because of this, they did not charge me anything for this repair. I appreciated everything that they did to fix this and help me keep my family safe. read more

I've been getting my tires here for years, and I highly recommend it. You can book ahead, making the entire process super quick and easy. I also always buy the warranty on the tires, and it has saved me a few times. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Another pro tip if you have low tire pressure, just run through the line for the free tire pressure check. You don't even need to get out of your car, and they'll check and fill your tires back up. Super helpful in the winter when the cold air can make the pressure just a little low. read more

Found a really low tire with a huge screw in it after work one day and was lucky this location was really close. I went in around 5pm and they were able to patch me right up and I was out of there within the hour. Great customer service, clean facilities and from the conversations I overheard, they are very honest on their services and what they recommend vs what needs to be taken care of asap. I even heard they refer other businesses who might be better to assist their customer's car needs. Great location. read more

Continuous outstanding service. For 30+ years we have purchased tires from Discount Tire, formerly when living in AZ and the passed 10 years in Colorado. An associate, Nicholas J A, at the Arapahoe Road location in Centennial provided exceptional service. We had a vehicle with snow tires which were beyond age limit, however remaining tread life existed. He explained the basis for replacing these along with the All Season tires. He didn't upsell however provided honest feedback on the status of our existing tires on an older 4Runner. He identified an exceptional looking and performing tire for this vehicle, which will accomplish our winter driving needs and look fantastic. During this same visit we also replaced tires on a VW Golf Alltrack which as well were known to be ready for replacement. Again, he identified a great option for this vehicle. On a very busy December Friday evening he was able to get both vehicles completed, in fact the crew worked beyond closing time to perform these installs. I have always thought Discount Tire is the best option and this Associate demonstrated that top level service continues. A happy long term family of customers. read more

The team at the 17200 E Smoky Hill Rd did a great job of helping me out with a flat repair in a hurry, when I really needed it. The replacement certs and free repairs are a big perk in buying tires at Discount. They have been my go to for tires for over 20 years! read more

I was helped out by Johnny. We had called for what was supposed to be a look at a leak in my tire. He came out with me and showed me that my other front tires did need replaced. He explained to me how worn they were and what he could do for me tire-wise. I didn't feel pressured or felt like I was rushed at all. He couldn't have been nicer. And coming back and picking up my car was even easier he took care of me right away. I definitely do recommend this place! read more

Ordered my tires last night, I spoke to Carl and assured me that they will get the tires in and make sure my car gets done before they closed. A storm is coming in tomorrow and needed these tires on. They were extremely busy, but these guys are very professional, personable, and very polite. I left my car there and in a few hours it was done. When I showed up they called me by name to my surprise. Just an awesome experience from everyone here. Tires weren't cheap though! Lol nothing is now these days. read more

I do not recommend this location, save your money and go elsewhere. Cool staff but couldn't mount a tire and yet that's their job. Better off using the homeless man up the road read more

I've supported discount tires for several years/decades. This location I've been purchasing my tires from for a few years now and must say they are very professional, take care of any tire related issue to help assure the safety of driving. All of the employees go the extra mile to take care of business,, fast, and the system they have works. The management team also takes time to go above and beyond consumers needs to assure excellent costumer service. I highly recommend this particular location. read more

Ask for Andrew. He and this staff are incredible. I've gone here multiple times and, even though I moved and now life closer to a different discount tire, I continue to bring my work and personal vehicles to this location. Too good of services and staff not to. They're honest and that's the best part. It's a no-brainer. Hope this helps whoever reads this. read more

I have been going to this location for years and have always received excellent service. Last week I was in a bind due to a blowout. The tire was not available at this location, and it was 5:00 pm. Jack somehow was able to get a tire brought it in that evening so I could be back on the road. I can't thank Jack enough for all the effort he went through to take care of me. read more

Great prices and great service! Needed tires and a new rim and sold me just what I wanted and needed

I have replaced multiple tires at Discount Tire and service is usually pretty quick. Service is friendly. They give you a pretty good estimate of when your car will be ready. The prices are very reasonable and they will give you multiple choices of tires for your car (good, better, best) and don't try to pressure you to buy the most expensive ones. They also provide free air (they air up for you) at any time, and l've used this service many times. You just drive up, don't even have to get out of your car, and a service person comes out to help you. As a individual who has no idea how to tell if my tires are aired correctly I definitely appreciate this. read more

Quick, efficient, and friendly is what I would rate the employees at this location. I came in to get the air pressure checked in my tires and as soon as I pulled up to the air check station, there already was an employee standing next to my vehicle getting my info and ready with the air hose to fill my tires, before I could even turn off my engine, the employee said "you're ready to go" . Professional through and through. read more

Today I am reminded why I've been coming to the Centennial location for the last 15+ years. My wife and I had an issue with our last service so I dropped in to talk to a manager as to resolve the issue. Skylar greeted me as I walked in, I explained our situation and she was able to address the issue right away. Skylar is just one of many stellar employees that have assisted me over the years. They just seem to keep hiring good people, thank you for all of your help. read more

Careless lazy work. They randomly put floor jacks under the vehicle, causing damage to multiple parts.

The store has friendly staff and was clean and well-maintained. Service took a little longer than estimated but that's probably because they have a lot of repeat business! read more

I've been a customer at this location for several years & went back today because of a slow leak in a nearly new tire. They replaced the tire at no cost with no questions. Service was fast & agent was helpful & pleasant. Great to see a business that stands behind its products. read more

Brought my 2019 Toyota CHR here to get all season tires put on. I originally purchased snow tires online and after arriving and talking to Johnny the service advisor, we decided A/S tires would be better for my vehicle. He changed my order with no hesitation and sold me the best Yokohama A/S tires they had in stock at this location. I had an appt so this took less than an hour to get all 4 tires installed. After leaving here, my tire pressure light decided to keep coming on/off. Gave them a call and brought my car back a few days later. Johnny was right there to greet me and get my car in the bay to check out the issue. They were able to fix the problem in less than 30 minutes with no charge. Really appreciated Johnny and the hospitality! Will definitely bring my car back to this location in the future for any tire needs. read more

These guys are fantastic! Clean shop, very well organized, super friendly and efficient service. I went in without an appointment after running over 2 nails in the same tire. They took care of me right away and didn't charge me to pull the nails and plug the tires. I am due for tires in a few months and will most definitely return for them to do my service. I also needed a rear window blade and they took care of that for me for $10 - great price and they didn't charge me for the install. Highly recommend! read more

Revising my earlier negative review, which was based on the company charging and invoicing me for OEM TPMS sensors when they actually installed generic garbage sensors that never worked. I have since come to the conclusion that as long as you don't buy TPMS sensors from them, they are a fantastic business to work with. Unbeatable prices, great customer service and communication, plus free re-balancing, rotations, and puncture repair. I will continue getting all my tire work done there - except I buy my own sensors and bring them in. read more

Antonio was really great, super straightforward about what needed to be done, prompt and friendly service!

These guys are AMAZING!!!! Came in for a tire repair and they had to replace the whole tire. When i went to get in my car & leave, my battery terminal went out. Instead of telling me to call a tow truck or someone else to help, they just sent me to autozone across the street & told me exactly what part to buy, when I got back they replaced my battery terminal for me. Completely out of their scope of work but they still helped me out! Extremely appreciative of their above and beyond service!!! Highly recommend the Discount Tire on Arapahoe. I think the name of the guy to help me was Jaymes!! Thank you soooo much!!!!! read more

Discount Tire has earned my business for all future needs based on today's interaction alone. I was a "walk-in", had not called ahead. 2018 vehicle with a back left tire that had been losing air over the course of two weeks. I continued to fill it but 24 hours later it would be nearly flat again. Discount tire got my car in immediately and told me they'd take a look and to expect maybe a 15 min wait. 10 minutes later they told me my car ready and good to go. ZERO dollars. Mind you, I have never been a customer with discount before (that I'm aware of). I asked what the issue was. Turns out there was a nail... they patched the tire, rebalanced it and sent me on my way. All at no charge. Aaron Wahl (salesperson) was kind, friendly and quick to provide me with what was needed. Estimated tome of completion on the receipt was 11:50am. I was out of there before 11:25. Exceptional. read more

I am so glad that I came to this Discount Tire! They saved me so much trouble. I had a bald patch on a tire that seemed ok to me. I had a nail on another tire, but their thoroughness really helped me avoid a blow out on a front tire. Also I would like to give great shout out to Colin! What a knowledgeable and kind young man! Very helpful, understanding, compassionate! Really the best experience I've had with a tire shop over the last 32 years and 1,000,000 miles! No exaggerating! Very thankful for their professionalism and knowledge of the tire world. Thank you Colin and company! You guys rock! read more

Discount Tire has been my go to for over 20 years! I started going to Discount in college and have never stopped. I have used them for tires, wheels, and advice. Their replacement certificates have been well worth it over the years - especially when my neighborhood went trough a spate of roof replacements and nails were everywhere. The folks at Discount have always worked with me - even on custom orders (necessary now that one car has staggered, high performance wheels). I have always found them to be fairly priced (even on the aforementioned custom orders) and their service is friendly and fast. read more
