A couple of weeks ago, I hit a curb turning onto Arapahoe near Jordan and two of my tires blew out. My Jeep doesn't have a spare-just something to fill a flat. I was just down the street from Les Schwab and called them because I wasn't sure what to do. Within a half an hour, they sent someone to come take the two blown tires off, and then bring back the new tires (and a cold bottle of water for me as it was in the 90's!) and put them on. I then went to the location because I needed all 4 tires replaced. Within two hours I went from standing on the side of Arapahoe with two blown tires to heading towards my daughter's first HS meet. Everyone was SUPER friendly, especially the gentleman who came out to help. He even thought to check it there was something in the road that may have caused the damage other than just the curb so he could remove it to avoid this happening to someone else. November 11 2023 we took our 2005 Jeep grand Cherokee to this business for an alignment! Only an alignment. We were told they couldn't do the alignment because we needed to replace the tie rods and we were quoted $500 plus. (The tie rods and other work had been done the week prior!!!) All location seem to share the same vision. 5's I've been a LS customer for 7 yrs. * oh, & I noticed they had Mothers® Polishes, Waxes, & Cleaners (mothers.com) in the waiting area for you. Which reminds me that they usually have awesome popcorn but not right now and that's okay. The vending machines were working (you'll only need 4 or 5 quarters), and the TVs are on, and there's plenty of space inside or out to wait. We took my suv in to get the rotors looked at. The steering wheel and brake pedal were shimming when braking from higher speeds. Xavier advised the inspection was free and recommended new rotors and gave quotes for tires. I noticed later that I was still experiencing the same problem and called to let them know. I spoke with Marcos who advised to bring it back in the morning and he would have a tech look at it again. I dropped it off the next morning at 9am with Marcos and said he'd call when it was done. He called around 11:45 and said to come on down. I got there and William helped me. He explained obviously the front rotors were brand new so that wasn't the problem. He advised my left rear rotor was getting warped so he resurfaced it and balanced my tires. He also explained the future need of replaced the struts/shocks that come with lifetime warranty with them for around $1350. I cannot explain how nice these guys were and go to the extra mile and complete this for me without an extra cost. I really appreciate the forwardness and no bull. Normally this place is awesome. Today I brought my car in for a tire leak and they left me in the waiting room for 1.5 hours. Had I not gone to the front desk to ask why my key had not been collected to perform the service requested I'd probably still be sitting here. Super disappointed with this place; ladies and teenagers BEWARE. As a teenage girl I came in with a freshly flattened tire; clearly panicked and stressed while it is getting dark outside and no way home. I had just popped it in the Starbucks drive through across the street. Entered approximately 10 minutes after closing, asking if they could just please take a look at my tire. Guy at the desk said that they had to remove the tire to take a look, and wouldn't be able to put it back on unless he replaced ALL FOUR TIRES. I had a really good work relationship with Les Schwab when I worked out in Utah, and I was really excited when I started seeing them pop up around Denver. I really had no reason to head there until last weekend. I needed an alignment really badly. They had online appointments available, so I set one up and showed up right when they opened. The shops are nice and relatively new because they just started building them around Denver a couple of years ago. Not that something is amazing because it's shiny and new. They seem to do well at keeping it clean too. The man who welcomed me was very professional and kind. He got me started right away. They had a kids table inside with coloring books and games. They are also right next door to restaurants including Starbucks, so my kids and I walked across the street to grab hot cocoa. They quoted me 45-60 minutes, and they called me in 30 flat to tell me that my truck was ready to go. Wow! Under promise with an already speedy time estimate, and over deliver with nothing short of perfection. This is a professional chain, a professional location, and a professional staff. I will be checking Les Schwab out every time I need something that they have to offer because there is nothing quite as great as great service, and they have plenty of it to go around here. read more

I went here to get my tire looked at because it had a slow leak in it. They weren't busy at all and more than happy and willing to take care of me. Along with fixing my tire they let me know that sometime with the next 6-12 months I am going to need new tires (which I already knew). However, one thing I liked about the place, I didn't feel like they were trying to "sell me." I am in sales, I know what it is like to be sold. They gave me my options, let me know they would do anything within reason to earn my business, and left it at that. Along with that, they gave me a couple different options and let me know they would honor their competitors prices. All in all, going into a tire store, super clean, great staff, pleasant experience, AND they don't try to "sell" you. I am pretty impressed with these guys. I had a low tire one night heading home from work so I stopped into see if i could get a little air. It was right at 6 when i got their. I had no idea they closed then, but they opened a bay, checked my air and reset my tire light when they should have been locking the doors. About a week later I slid into someone while it was snowing. I had thought I could get away with just some all season tires... but I guess not. I started looking around for some tires.I checked with Big O, Fire Stone, and tire rack's site. I then stopped at this new Les Schwab Tire and the tires were $230 cheaper then anywhere else and it had a free road hazard warranty, something that is extra every else I checked. Had them change my front brakes on the car. They do it a bit different then most places. they change the entire caliper with a rebuilt OEM one that came off a previous customers car. they then keep your calipers as a core replacement. i was a bit nervous about this thinking i might end up with a cheap substitute or someone elses problems. After they did it I checked the calipers out and I can see the VW/Audi stamp in the metal showing they were genuine and they looked brand new! after break in my car has been stopping way better. I feel they did a much more thorough job then if I had just gone to a 'just brakes' or the like and paid a very reasonable (in my humble opinion) price for there good service. I will be back and ill be bringing my wifes Jeep. Just wish they did oil changes also. -David W. read more

I cannot say enough good things about my first experience with Les Schwab. It was with their location off of Tower and I-70--I was taking my mom somewhere and my tires were low, and they offered free air service. As soon as we pulled up the guy came out and filled our tires without a shrug... This location is no different. Matt and JR are amazing! Matt sold me my set of four tires and even told me for a few bucks more I could get a better set....sold! The tires were excellent and just before another snow hit, so I wasn't all over the road with my previous baldies... Next I needed a bearing replaced. They not only helped me out big time, but worked around my schedule. Sure I've dropped nearly a thousand dollars here, but the service and quality of work and the employees make it all worthwhile. If I didn't work out in Centennial I never would have known and would probably still be using the crappy Big O down the street from where I live. Thanks to everyone at Les Schwab! They went above and beyond to make a truly excellent experience out of something we typically dread: taking our vehicle to the shop. Les Schwab has by far the highest level of service professionalism in any store of their type, which had been my experience with other Les Schwab stores in other states. The staff is very efficient & highly knowledgable. Their pricing is fair & honest on quality services & products. They offer about the best warranties I've found anywhere. You'll find the store clean, & welcoming. The restrooms were clean. The shop bays are the cleanest I've seen ANYWHERE. Seriously, they are spotless. You could sit on the shop floor and have a picnic (except for insurance reasons, I'd imagine)! The technicians who had worked on my vehicle were friendly, clean & professional in appearance even after working on it. you know how you've seen promotional photos of techs appearing clean & neat in the ads for other stores and you get there & everyone looks like they've been on the battlefield for the past 3 weeks without the benefit of a shower? I've often wondered if techs at 'certain shops' in the area were even qualified or sober enough to work on my vehicle! Not at Les Schwab - these guys are the real deal. Particular kudos to Joe & his crew who had the perfect recommendations for my tire & wheel needs, also leveling my Jeep's suspension & aligning it. Not only does it look like I had dreamed it someday would, it now rides like a brand-new rig and handles like a dream. And they did it in a lot less time than I had expected. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, so in my mind this is the only place to get tires! Not only do they have hands down the best warranty. I have personally had several tires patched from nails for free. On 2x them completely give me a new tire. Their prices are great, and they are always there(quickly)to meet you with a smile. These aren't just a random person who a 30 min training on how to change a tires -- they really know what they are doing! They have a awesome -- probably best -- tire store waiting I've seen. Big TV, lots of tables & chairs in different areas, children's area, a free charging station including cords for phones/electronics, coffee, and best of all GREAT popcorn.
