Waisted the morning on an appointment with no priority to get sensors fixed that never worked but was required to buy. The amount of time spent and different visits to get what I paid for working just to be strung along with no resolution or respect for time. Watched an 11:30 appointment arrive after me, get serviced and left ... my car was still waiting an hour! Last purchase from Discount, the Spirit of Tire Service! Bought a new set of tires on August 28th. When I came out the next day to use my car, the left front tire was flat. I called the store and told then of my problem and that this is my only vehicle and I am physically unable to change the tire and bring it in. Axel from Discount came to my home within 15 minutes, took the tire off and came back with the tire fixed within 30 minutes. It had a defective valve stem. Great service, went over and above in customer service. Have been using this company for over 20 years and will continue to do so and recommend it to my friends. read more

**UPDATE** so I spent most of the last 12 month with my TPS monitor not working, the manager did offer for me to bring it back k in and he would take care of me but life and work got in the way and I just didn't have the time to go spend. I ended up going to my buddy's shop in parker, watched as he simply grabbed his sensor tool, and reset my sensors in less than 1 minute. The fact that this employee lied to me and told me they were all bad and needed to be replaced for over $250 is bad business and will FOREVER leave a bad taste for this shop. I dont think I'll ever return to this location and I'll always steer people away. If they tell you that they can reset your sensors and want to charge you for new ones, leave immediately and go get a second opinion, they won't even have to take your tires off to reset them. read more

I made an appointment days in advance to get my tires rotated and to look at a nail in my tire. I arrived on time but had to wait in line for 20 min. By the time my truck was taken into a bay it had been 50 min past my appointment time. I'm disappointed that thinking if I made an appointment my truck would get looked at and taken in at the set appointment time. It definitely pushes back my schedule for the day and wasn't given a valid reason for it getting in nearly a hour past my scheduled appointment time. read more

I always get my tires in discount tire shop and this is my 3rd time buying brand new winter tires.... I had one car tires done on Friday and on Monday I came back to get my second car replaced with brand new winter tires. So I dropped off my car on Monday at 10 a.m. for service, but it wasn't actually taken in for work until after 4:10 p.m. I've never had to wait this long before. I understand that it can get busy around the holidays, but I really wish they had given me a more accurate time frame instead of saying it would take 25 minutes to an hour--an estimate that was well exceeded. The front desk staff were polite, but when I grew frustrated with the wait, I went outside to check on my car. To my surprise, I found one of the technicians playing with my car's remote, repeatedly locking and unlocking it, causing the beeping to go on nonstop. After a big, unexpected snowstorm, I couldn't drive my car out safely because it kept sliding, and I got pretty paranoid. The day after the storm, I went straight to the shop as soon as they opened. The price for the tires was a bit higher than expected, especially since I now had an AWD SUV compared to my first snow tire purchase for my Hyundai. However, the employee was very accommodating, and I promised to return the next day when I got paid. I did just that and asked if they could match the discount shown in the app. They honored the price match, and the tire installation didn't take long. They even wrapped my original tires in bags and placed them in my car, which was a nice touch. It was a very pleasant experience overall. Then, on Veterans Day, I decided to bring in my second Subaru for new winter tires as well. The Asian gentleman at the desk was incredibly kind, always smiling, and helped me choose the best tires for my car. He also worked hard to get me the best deal. During our conversation, he pointed out that my spare tire needed replacing, as it had been over six years old. He explained that even the shop wouldn't keep tires older than six years, as they can be dangerous. Taking his advice, I replaced the spare tire, and I really appreciated his honesty and expertise. Despite the shop being very busy, he remained friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I had to run a few errands, so I left my keys with them. When I returned, there was still a long wait, but it didn't take the entire day to get my tires installed. The technicians were energetic, seemed to enjoy their work, and were both fast and accurate. The only lesson I learned was to avoid bringing my car in on a holiday to avoid the crowds and longer wait times, but I'm still grateful I was able to get my tires installed the same day. The manager also followed up with me to ensure I had a positive experience, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great visit, and I'd definitely recommend this shop. Usually these guys are pretty good. Today was awful. I waited in an understaffed lobby for ten minutes to get checked in for my 3pm appointment. When I got to the counter, the first thing I said was that it seemed busy and I would reschedule if it was going to take a while. The clerk assured me it would be within their 'hour guarantee'. I walked down the street 5 mins to get pho for lunch. When I returned at 3:45, my car had yet to be looked at. I asked what the hold up was and was advised that a couple late appointments were mistakenly prioritized. They took my car to the bay and 20 minutes later came out and just said everything looked fine. I went in to have a flat I got plugged temporarily more thoroughly repaired. They didn't do anything more than say it looked fine, and said they could not patch from the inside but can replace the whole tire. On top of that, the techs broke one of my lug nuts off, and here I write this at Brakes Plus. I didn't have the time for this today, and let them know right away that I'd reschedule. Sure, try to take care of the customer, but be upfront. read more

Needed new tires! We were in and out within 15 minutes! Super fast service, friendly employees, and great value. We've gotten tires from here twice and both times have been painless experience. We've gotten the warranty both times and the second time we got tires we actually got a small reimbursement since we still had a little bit of extra mileage left on the warranty! Well worth it in my opinion! Don't forget they do free tire patches and air fill ups, even if you didn't buy your tires from them. I came in for new tires and the techs working on my car (looked to be high schoolers) didn't put my wheels on correctly..... they ended up putting 255/45/R17's on the front and the put 225/40/R17's in the rear.... I was concerned when I almost lost traction on a turn because of this.... And I was told by a worker that "we are trusted technicians". Came here to get weather tires right before the season was changing (or typically does). I called a couple days in advance and the gentleman on the phone mentioned that they were super busy over the weekend (when I was looking to get an appointment). He told me to arrive about 7:45 (they open at 8) and would put the requested tires on hold for me-- and that he did. I arrived at 7:45am and many people arrived shortly after me, forming a line. They took care of me right away and begin working on my car. The process was tested to me with an app which was really nice for timing-- my car was done in what seemed in no time. I have been a loyal customer at this location since they opened at least 20 years ago- bought all my tires for multiple vehicles- fast forward to Dec 2023 Went in for a tire losing air. They took my car in and pulled the tire off the rim. Then I was informed that the hole was too close to the sidewall (nearly 2 inches away) and was at an angle - now start hard sell! No discussion- just buy $1200.00 worth of tires- went to another shop- patch has held perfectly- no issues- you know I would have continued to use them if they weren't more concerned with the sale then giving good customer service! I've been to location on two separate occasions and both times the customer service was non existent. The first time I went to get air in my tires I sat and waited there for over twenty minutes (I was the only one in line) there were several employees in the bays and not one acknowledged me that whole time. While I was sitting there I even called the store... no answer, but I could see at least 8 personnel there. Someone finally came and let me know that there was a nail in my tire and that they could patch it for free. So 3 days later I came back to do so as a walk in, I was told that the service would take an hour and half (not too too bad). I left to get food. I called almost two hours later and they said it would be another hour before my vehicle would even get pulled into a bay. So I waited another 45 mins and decided to just go get my vehicle. These guys are always so nice and helpful. I've been coming here for years. Recently brought in my new car with a decking screw in a tire. They had it in in less than 10 minutes, serviced it for free (even though these tires didn't come from them, as it's a new car. My old car's tires had come from here, though), and did so quickly and with a smile. No complaints whatsoever. This is one of the only car servicing places that doesn't try to nickel and dime you for things--often doing things for free, which is unheard of in auto care. Thanks guys!!! read more

I called to compare prices. They were the least expensive again. I used a different store in California. This shop was great. Ended up investing in the additional warranty so that means I will have to update this review if I have to use that. But I want to say the crew is exciting to watch through the glass window display and even more fun was the glorious shouts between the crew. I can say that is standard practice. I find it entertaining and uplifting. The reason for my visit was to accompany my son in replacing all four tires after a blowout on the E-470. He is satisfied and I am pleased. The tires a of very good quality. The staff was able to replace lugnuts for a very great price, almost free. I was very grateful for that because the dealership quoted me a months worth wait time due to the current crisis. I recommend calling ahead. In any case I saw every customer being treated well and walking away with smiles like me And my son. I also noticed an ad on the wall that if you have at least five cars to tend to, you can join the fleet program for additional savings. We even left our vehicle in their lot overnight after they finished the work and all was well when we picked it up the next afternoon. Beyond great service, a safe space and availability of stock, the staff all wore nose and mouth mask and they wore them correctly. No political shade intended. That's all for now. This Discount Tire Shop is wonderful!! I have a camper and I was previously told by another establishment that I needed new tires due to dry rot. Discount suggested I bring the camper in for their inspection. The tred is great and only one tire had signs of beginning dry rot. Then they checked the pressure in all 6 tires and discovered an inside dully was at 25 pounds rather than 80. They had my vehicle in a bay within minutes, and a short while later informed me that it was due to a leaking valve. They replaced the valve free of charge!! I was not even charged for labor. I dealt directly with Tyler and Jack who were great! However, as I waited for my vehicle, I observed all of the staff being pleasant and professional with all customers! They have won a lifetime customer and many referrals from me! read more

Another great example of customer service and it didn't even take 10 mins. I purchased a car from the dealership and for some strange reason my TPMS light kept going on. Adam said to bring it and they'll check my tires for free and do a hard reset for free. Gaige helped me and even if it was raining he did a quick job and inspected all of my tires and reset my TPMS light on my dash. I've had to visit Discount Tire twice in 12 months. Although normally visiting a tire shop means bad news and stress, the person assisting me each time was very helpful. This last visit I came in hoping to be able to repair the flat, but ended up having to buy 4 new ones. Derek, (I believe was his name), was extremely helpful in recommending tires to meet my needs. I like the convenience of setting appointments online and the updates sent via text. This location has very quick service and the associates are very professional--which is much appreciated! No offense, but I hope I don't have to visit anytime soon; but if I do, I know I will receive excellent service! read more
