    These guys are great! Dependable, honest and professional! I brought my car in because my brake lights were on. However, after their inspection, which is free, they were happy to report the brakes were in great condition and the light was probably from a manufacturer set. Kenny is super friendly in the front of house and my car was clean when I got it back. This place is a win-win! I'll be back and I highly recommend.

I was incredibly impressed by the expertise and troubleshooting diligence exhibited by Kermit and the team at SHA. As a female, I usually hate speaking with auto shops because you either get dismissed or talked down to. Quite the contrary! Kermit walked me through the issue, was transparent along the way, showed me photos to review the work that had been done, and exhibited excellent customer service. Their pricing was fair, the car is fixed and I feel relieved that my daughter's car is back on the road. 10 out of 10 recommend.

    On 9/9/25 I sought a diagnosis of my vehicle's transmission with Gary (Budget Transmission manager,…read moreon Gibraltar Way, Centennial, CO). Set it up, waited in my vehicle patiently, and when technician came over 1. he wouldn't get closer than 20 feet to talk with me after politely, repeatedly asking him to so do (could not hear him clearly enough), 2. I asked him If I could ride along with him for his test drive, said no, stated, "Would you allow any body to watch you work?," and then before I could get a syllable out says, "You can take it somewhere else," and walks off. I'm dumbfounded. I go to the office to straighten it out and the moment I get in Gary says, "Get out." and it only physically escalates from there via Gary's utter refusal to hear a word I have to say. (Was happy for the technician to take it solo. but could never get that out to either of them visa vis their outrageous way they treated me before I could say a thing. (Just for context: No other shop in my 70 years has ever said I couldn't ride along.)) Good chances Gary is going to bald-facedly lie through his teeth defending his indefensible actions here, but I have no reason to make this up. In fact I only went to this shop because a couple years prior I had talked to Gary on the phone and he seemed like a decent, knowledgeable fella so I had nothing but good will and trust with him until this happened. They might be excellent at what they do, I have no idea, but psychologically they are unhinged, to put it mildly, and if anything goes wrong with their work on your vehicle, etc., I wish to save everyone before-hand the nightmare of having to deal with these two in the first place. Thus, avoid this particular shop like the plague. Sincerely, a previously otherwise "potential life long customer' of this facility.     This company's work reflects its values…read more An inspection revealed we had several major repairs needed on an old, old vehicle. They allowed us time to decide if it was worth fixing and were creative about getting the costs to something more affordable but ultimately I agreed to have all but one item fixed. Their willingness to work with me on it really sealed the deal. I never felt pressured one way or the other and researched the prices of each repair item and they were market value. I really appreciated that I wasn't given grief for wanting to fix this old beauty instead of calling it quits and also appreciated their confidence in doing this amount of work to make it like new. Most importantly, the repairs were done right without gimmick and they're under warranty! This Christian Brothers Automotive is thorough and the final cost was reasonable compared to the quote (slight increase from what looks like parts being a tad more than anticipated). The initial inspection was awesome too, they have pictures for everything and tell you what's good, not just bad. The whole process was really smooth and simple compared to how big of a decision the repairs really were. Very professional and quick. I'm very thankful and will come back/recommend to others.

    I really liked him, appreciated his work. I hired him to…read morereplace the power steering pump, the cost was absolutely cheaper than other places especially because I bought the part my own. After the work done, the car felt pretty much same or sometimes even worse, for example the handle gets really stiff to turn. He says that it's very normal process because the air has to be bleed out. Weeks have passed with same issue so he came to check the car again and said there's power steering pump rack problem. The rack is usually $1000-2000. Personally didn't really think it would be the rack problem with several reasons and decided to take the car to bigger auto shop. After diagnosis, I was told that the power steering pump is failed because when it was replaced, the flush should've be done but since he skipped it, now debris in fluid damaged not only the whole new pump but also hose and reservoir. Of course as car owner, I was definitely frustrated with the fact that now I have to pay extra more money than before when I thought I could save money because of how mechanic guy has done. I personally had to pay new power steering pump+labor fee but now I have to pay another new power steering pump+hose+reservoir+another labor fee. I will accept the fact that I was asking money back at first because.... who wouldn't? It might not be making sense to ask money back for damaging the new power steering pump by how poorly worked done but I thought the labor fee at least would've been made sense. Instead of taking accountability, he would be defend and saying the book he learned from says that power steering pump replacement is totally okay without the flush and had no problem with all other cars or sending me the google search screenshots. Of course the warranty wouldn't cover anything of things even if he damaged the new part and extra parts of car. Currently I wanted to see more opinions than one or two so took the car to another new auto shop, they also agreed that power steering pump is failed and with high possibility from how it was worked done. Surprisingly the rack itself doesn't look like having a problem, different than what this guy said. People at auto shop also say that flush is very necessary for the pump replacement, especially when the car is old. As I personally said to him, people can always make mistakes but important thing is how to handle. I got an apology eventually. But I wasted money. The other thing, he advised me to replace rear break pads soon. I went to check the break pad recently, all my break pads are not needed to replace due to adequate thickness. I would say he is a capable man to do some works on cars but I can't say he would be with more complicated jobs.

    I want to start off by yes, this was a convenient mobile service at the time when it came to…read morereplacing an A/F sensor, but I'm having issues with that recently due to taking my car to the dealership. They reported that the A/F sensor is faulty/needs replacement. I have since requested a full refund for that service since they installed a faulty A/F sensor and have not received that as per contract.. To say that this mechanic has screwed me over is an understatement. Do NOT waste your time or your money here! Originally I had Sage quote me for a torque converter replacement for $1020.43. I got a phone call later letting me know that I needed a transmission replacement instead. He told me the labor would cost the same since the car was already taken apart and we would discuss where to get the transmission. I was given two options; $1500 used transmission with about 30k in miles or a remanned transmission for $3000 with warranty. I was highly advised to get the remanned transmission because it would have a warranty in case any issues were to arise. And I'm so glad I did because the transmission company from CA refunded me in full after sending me a faulty transmission then the nightmare began. Sage Automotive was extremely unprofessional and bit off more than they could chew. If you look at their available services here on yelp, transmission replacement is not listed. Sage could've easily done the right thing and said, "Hey, you're going to need a new transmission. I don't have the necessary skill set to do that let me refer you to ..." but no, I was reassured about the service and that it would not take more than two weeks. My car was held hostage for almost two months. I was given the run around every time I would ask for an update and treated as if this was a project car when this is my primary source of transportation. The job got pushed back multiple times for different reasons; technicians getting sick, wife's birthday, food poisoning, etc. I would understand if this was a favor that I asked from a friend but I'm literally paying for a service and was neglected as a paying customer. I paid for the transmission along with the labor in FULL before the service was even completed!!! So why prolong the process when you have been paid? I dropped the car off Dec. 26th 2025. Thursday Jan 7th the transmission was delivered and January 12th the transmission job was supposed to be done. I had a trip planned and was hoping I would have my car before January 13th. Come Tuesday Jan. 13th I have my flight out of town and I was given no phone call, text or email update on my car. I had to reach out to Sage myself 2 days after the agreed due date to make sure that I would receive my car when I got back that Saturday. I was told by Sage that my car would be ready by then, but to my surprise I had received a phone call while on vacation only to be let down yet again and that they would need a couple more days. On this phone call I was not given a due date for my vehicle, "... I don't want to put a due date on it because it seems that every time we do it gets pushed back." Also " I spent $400 on tools for this job.." Why is this relevant to me? Normally that wouldn't fly at other shops. Why couldn't Sage do the right thing and be transparent that he COULDN'T HANDLE THE JOB. I was also told that I would be reimbursed for a car rental (no amount or type of car was specified on said phone call). I went through Costco because it was the cheapest option and was billed $196.18. My total was a lot more due to insurance fees but I ate the cost of those. I had no say in the type of car I was given, I rented it for 4 days to get me through the weekend and to my early shifts that week. I only asked Sage to cover the $196.18. After sending Sage the bill I was met with a passive aggressive email written by AI that said they would only cover up to $150 for a 3 day rental and criticized the choice of vehicle because I should've chosen something of "equal value" to my car. Using AI to write a business email seems really counterintuitive to just reaching out and asking more questions about the rental costs instead of making assumptions. They also requested email to be the only form of contact moving forward to save their ass from making more commitments they couldn't follow through with. I paid $1251.05 for the job and was told that the new transmission was faulty. Sage reached out to the company in CA and they were able to send a new part replacement and cover the labor cost for the part replacement. Outstanding service from those guys. The part arrived Monday Feb. 2nd and I reached out that I would need my car no later than Tuesday Feb. 3rd. Let me preface that the valve body part replacement is a simple quick job for someone that knows what they're doing (2hrs).

    I cannot recommend this place enough!…read more After owning my Tesla, and not really having to deal with car maintenance aside from overnight updates to my software, I must admit I was dreading getting the oil change. I remember a few years ago going to a place in Denver for a simple oil change and return to pick up my car with hundreds of dollars of extra charges for things they insisted I "NEEDED" and I was dreading that this might be the same. I was surprised and delighted by how friendly everyone working there was. They took great care of my car and had it completed sooner than expected, even without an appointment. I will say the location is a bit tricky, not that it's hard to get to, but it's a bit confusing because it is connected to another shop. When you pull in past the gas station where Google and Apple Maps will lead you the first entrance and bay of garages is actually for a shop that is connected to the side. You have to keep going along the front Side of the building and then you'll see their entrance and garages about halfway down. You'll know you venture the right spot when you see incredible Lego build in the lobby. It was only $100 to have my BMW oil changed and the oil filter. They did say I would need a new air filter on my next visit, but they only charge the $40 or whatever the cost is without markup when you add it to your oil change. This all seemed very reasonable to me. It was much less than I expected actually. Another detail I appreciated, worth mentioning is the fact that the sticker of my mileage and when to return on my window typed and printed not hand written. I was really relieved to see this. I know it's probably not a big deal but I hate when it is some sloppy marker writing stuck in the corner of my car window for the next 3 to 6 months. It looks cleaner and more professional.     Above and Beyond We…read morewere using the Rickenbaugh Volvo dealership for a decade we started feeling like their service department was taking advantage of us. After getting treated poorly at the dealership when questioning certain services and prices, we called Parker Imports to compared options and prices. We found their prices to be better with a must more friendly advisor that took time explaining things. About a year ago we had the dreaded check engine light come on. Parker Imports found a common leaking problem with our model and explained options, which to fix appropriately, woild be a full set of gaskets, 12 or so in all. The work was completed and PI requested to keep the vehicle an extra night to ensure it wasn't still leaking. Well, they found it was still leaking and the culprit was a defective gasket from the set. The tech had to redo the whole thing, which I researched and saw how involved this job is. it was completedMay correctly and we appreciated the care that went into working with us and explaining the steps. Instead of just off giving our Volvo back the tech had the expertise to keep testing, which saved us brining the Volvo back. We thank thay tech for all the hard work. PI did not charge us more, nor complain about the extra time it took to fix it right. Fast forward to Feb 2025 and another check engine light comes on. It was yet another leak AND the supercharger was leaking too. A supercharger replacement was suggested by PI when we replaced the gasket set but opted not too. Well, the Same tech had to go back in and do a different seal and resolved the charger. This fix was costly so they agreed to work with me on the price. They were honest and friendly the entire time.
