Excellent customer service. Jace helped make the process of putting on 4 new tires seamless. Had quotes from other places and they looked those over. They beat the other places in price and saved me some money AND time. They ordered the tires I needed and had them brought in from another store overnight. I am a Discount Tire fan. They've always been super responsive to me and so I come by to have them check my tire pressure when I feel like it's been a while. I pulled up into the tire pressure check bay and got out of my car. I feel it's more polite this way than just sitting in the car. I was greeted by an associate in a bay who informed me they'd be right with me. They were changing cars being serviced and looked busy. Conner came over to check my tire pressure. I appreciated that he took the time to ask if he could open my door and look at the decal. A lot of times the associates simply put what they think the pressure should be so this extra step was nice. He was professional and it didn't take him long at all. I would come back and also recommend the location. read more

DON'T GO HERE!!!! (-10 STARS) I went to this location back in January to get new winter tires put on my Tesla. I've had my car for six months and was using the tires that came with the car that aren't great for the winter. When I went in I told them I wanted to keep my current tires and to just put them in my trunk because I knew they were still in great condition and could switch them back if I wanted to once winter was over. When I got my car back the old tires were put in individual bags and put in the back of my car. I never thought to check the tires and just put them in my backyard with their original bags. Today when I finally opened up the bags I found completely different tires than the ones that were on my car originally!!! These tires are much much older and completely useless! They have no tread depth left. I know for a fact that my tires didn't look like this when I bought the car in! I will attach pictures of the tires that I got back. These are not six month old wear and tear tires. I never thought that a company as well known as this one would pull such a major scam. Please be very careful with this business!! read more

About a year ago I went in for a tire repair - a very slow leak. Their sleazy salesman took the tire off the rim before informing me that the nail was "too close to the tire wall" to be repaired. He then went on to explain that due to liability issues, they wouldn't be able to put it back on. After being forced to purchase a new tire, he went on to inform me that my windshield wiper blades were badly frayed - this after I had purchased and installed new wipers just two weeks prior. Having dealt with Discount Tire for the last 14 plus years, I wrote it off as a one-off incident. Fast forward a couple of weeks ago, I went in to have air added to the tires, the smart Alec-y shop hand (what I perceived to be) sarcastically declined to assist because they were in the middle of a tire delivery. I tried to be understanding and went to another nearby location and had the cold air pressures increased. Today, I noticed that the pressure in my left rear tire was running about 4 PSI low. I stopped and checked the tire but couldn't find any visible damages. I made my way a few miles to the location on Hampden Avenue (Denver), explained to the apparent shop supervisor that I had a slow leak and asked if he could add a quick shot of air - I acknowledged to him that I realized the shop was busy, but his assistance would buy me the time needed to get home and make an appointment for repair. Both he and the in-store customer service representative simply refused. Standing right by the hose, he told me that I would need to go in and wait for an hour just to get 4 PSI's of air. I am beginning to think that this is a companywide issue, and I need to consider taking my business elsewhere. read more

I was really impressed by this location on a recent visit. Customer service provided by Kendrick, Brolin, Alex and Kevin (I think that was his name at least) was spot on. Also, I had them quote a tire and it was the exact same price as Tire Rack, so I'd say their pricing is competitive however didn't wind up purchasing any tires through them. I used to be a Big O man but the Saddle Rock location has shit the metaphorical bed for me more than once to consider giving them my business again. Les Schwab pretty much only sells overpriced white label tires and nickel and dimes you on install/labor. Firestone treated me okay when I had a simple flat repair once but I've heard horror stories from other people about them. YMMV but that's my two cents on the local competition. Anyway, this Discount is now my go-to tire shop in SE Aurora. read more

We have, up until this point, always had good experiences with Discount Tire. We brought our car in to get the tires rotated and Brolin was our service associate. During the pandemic, we didn't drive much. Due to that, we hadn't gotten our tires rotated for about 10,000 miles. Our bad, but...He belittled us, called us "tire abusers" and had a condescending attitude. Not making this up! That's not the way to keep longtime customers. I originally brought my car in for a low tire. Discount told me my tire couldn't be fixed and they said the swapped out my spare. The wouldn't honor my road hazard because the tires were discontinued even though it had only been a year since purchased they would only replace 1. After a week they called and said they would replace 2 if I purchased the other 2. So I did. The thing is the spare tire they said they put on was a lie. I don't have a full-size spare. They lied to me to get me to purchase new tires. Real sad I've always used discount but I plan on finding a new tire service. Zack or Zach apologized and said I was still on the list and tires would be coming that week and I would then get a call after they received all 4 (apparently they only had 3 in stock). Fast forward to 1/31/22, still no call and having to wait on the phone forever once I identified that I was calling with an issue. I'm moving on and another provider in the area. Extremely poor customer service! When they changed the flat tire on our Ram truck they lost the wheel lock and said they would call us back after they looked for it. They called back and said they couldn't find it. We asked them to resolve it. They were in no hurry to do so. They offered to replace it, but actually made no effort to. We submitted replacement request to Ram and have to pay for the replacement plus shipping. Discount Tire said they will reimburse us for that, but we're not counting on Discount Tire to do so. read more

I had noticed my front tire was low and it was snowing and I have work the next 4 days and need to get there - so I took my car here and Sam was super helpful with the process. I was very pleased with my service yesterday! I came in because I had hit a curb and blown out a tire on my car and needed it replaced. About two weeks ago we had put a tire weight through a different tire on our way to Kansas, and had to pay to get it replaced because we could not travel on the tire the way it was. There was no Discount Tire where we were, so we had to go with what we had. Back to yesterday...not only did they replace the tire I had blown the day before, they replaced the tire we bought in Kansas, covered both tires under our road hazard warranty, and gave us a refund for the tire we had bought with our own money in Kansas. I came out way ahead of where I thought we would be and grateful that they were willing to help us out in our time of need! I will definitely continue to use them for all our tire needs! I contacted discount Tire because I need tire sensors put into my 24s. I contacted the southlands branch and they informed me the equipment to do that is at the chambers and Mississippi location so I load up the wheel and drive there. I am then told they don't have the equipment. Then inform me that the southlands location has the equipment. I drive to the southlands location and they want to charge 3 times the price of the chambers location... I was fed up so I just walked out. The severe lack of equipment accountability, lies or incompetent negligence was too much. Then to top it off I call to speak to the manager who informs me that they wouldn't be able to do the work because they didn't have the equipment..........piss poor..... read more

Literally ran over a piece of rusted metal outside of Firestone Complete Auto care today off Smoky Hill and thought, " How convenient to have this happen where I can get it fixed quickly!" NOT the case! Im 38 weeks pregnant and after being treated so rudely by 2 staff members of Firestone who told me to take my car "wherever you bought the Michelin tires from" I HAPPILY took my business to Discount Tire. I was nicely greeted my 2 staff members upon my arrival. Not only did they replace my tire under the manufacturer warranty I also purchased the extended warranty to all 4 of my tires. They even offered to let me sit in the store with both my dogs who were in the car while they replaced my tire! I was super impressed by the short wait time and courtesyof the staff! Terrific customer service whether on the phone or in person. When I dropped off my car they were busy but pleasant and appeared efficient. Fixed my tire and were able to look up and see it was still under warranty with them. Didn't try to up-sell me new tires (nor did I hear them pressuring anyone around me to purchase more expensive tires). Very pleasant. Plus, I like that they're location I can drop off my car then go grab something to eat or go shopping for an hour while they fix my tires.
