Unfortunately, they still very rarely answer their phone. The latest example....today during what I am confident would be a less-busy time of day: again, no answer. I was calling to confirm a new purchase of four new (expensive) tires, as well as that they would be received by the shop prior to my installation appointment I set up at the same time. My understanding has been that these new tires are, for some reason, fairly hard for them to get in the size I want, so I wanted to confirm all. I placed (and paid for), the order while in the mountains last week after having discovered a significant and non-repairable chunk taken out of the sidewall in one of my existing tires (BFG KO2s). I wanted to replace my current, now worn, tires before winter anyway but the damaged put more "heat" on getting the new tires. Now that I am back in town, I was not able to confirm *anything*, due to their not answering their phone, even if just to say, something like, "I'm sorry, [explanation], can you please hold?". I would have understood that and gladly held but...no simple decency shown; call was simply ignored. I understand the current challenge of staffing (for basically all businesses), but that is utterly irrelevant when it comes to simply answering the phone when it rings as above. So.....it seems it's not a staffing-level problem (although my guess is that that is what I would have heard), as much as it is an ongoing culture problem at this shop. FWIW, without this frustration I would have happily given five stars, and would have included an equally lengthy comment praising our long relationship with this shop. However..... Edit: related to the impressively-quick response from "Gerry" below....Gerry, that link did not take me to that specific case, instead, your system is apparently set up to capture the visitor at a "Customer Survey Form". I have already provided feedback here (perhaps you even copy/pasted it into what I assume was a "case" you set up?) I don't have the time to go through all of that (again); that would just be more frustration. Edit 2: I just received an automated communication that the tires I ordered had arrived at this shop already. Cool. Thinking that maybe I could even push up my installation appointment, I rolled the dice and decided to try another phone call to see if that was possible. Happily, "Sieger" answered the phone there on the first ring. Also, while writing this update, I received a call from "CJ" also telling me my tires were in and offering to move my appointment up. I had done this already with Sieger, but, combined, these new communications with this shop impressed me. I have no idea if either of these guys had been made aware of the review above (my guess is that they were), but regardless, I appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism. Star-count modified. All is right in the world.

They were cleaned up, bead blasted and powder coated in a low gloss satin black. The wheels turned out perfect and look like something new that just came off the Toyota parts counter. It should be noted that other than being straight these wheels visually were not in good shape. I'll also note that I am completely on the other side of town from where Frank is located but there is a reason I am willing to drive 40 miles each way. These guys are the best in the business.

I was between two larger truck service locations and neither one had tire services. I did a Google search and found Rudy's. I called them up, and they had my tire size in stock!! And better yet, they were only about 15 mins from where I was. I limped the truck to their location, and Cody helped me out getting two new tires on my trailer. He was fast, friendly, and did better work than the other tire shops I usually have to stop at. He had me back on the road in about 30mins :)
