    We were pretty excited about this trial membership, just to see what Sam's might offer that Costco doesn't. Though we found a few gems, the lack of healthier, organic options in this day and age is astounding. My wife said she feels like we're back 20 years with the food options. Lots of cheap, unhealthy stuff, poorly displayed and little to no help. It's definitely a large Walmart w a few deals. We'll give it a few more runs over the year, but it just feels like a low budget Costco. ‍

    It seems as though they have much less staff available to help- on the floor, no cashiers and too little staff in the cafe

The issue lies entirely with the service and the accuracy of the information provided. I was told my brake fluid was low and shown a photo as evidence. When I arrived home and checked my vehicle myself, the brake fluid reservoir was completely full--and the cap had not been put back on at all. This immediately raised serious concerns. The photo they showed me did not match what I observed firsthand. (The photo they claimed was of my vehicle is the one shown in the middle.) Unless brake fluid was removed and then replaced--which would be unacceptable--the image clearly was not of my vehicle. Leaving the brake fluid cap off is not a minor oversight. It is a basic safety issue. When combined with inaccurate documentation and a photo that does not reflect reality, the situation feels extremely untrustworthy. While I was told by the front desk that the technicians are trained, this experience makes that claim difficult to believe. I took before-and-after photos to document the issue. Between the missing cap and the false claim that my brake fluid was low, this felt deceptive and unsafe. I will not be returning. As a woman, I strongly caution others to stay away. This experience felt like an attempt to falsely report an issue in order to take my money.

She didn't realize the Stanley Hotel was here in Colorado so I took her and her old man up to see it. After that we went through Rocky Mountain National Park before heading back down to Southern Colorado. We stopped for food in Granby and caught a flat. Thought I had a spare bit the car had a donut. Crap. Well, it wasn't ideal but we were mobile again at least, if still 4-5 hours from home. Not half an hour later just past Tabernash, we hit a pothole that BENT THE RIM OF THE DONUT! Called for a tow and was going to Idaho springs to spend the night while he had someone coming to get them to take them back home. I started looking for tire places in Idaho Springs for tomorrow (it was Sunday and sun was going down so NO WAY would anything be open). Imagine my surprise when Pure Mobile Tire showed up as OPEN!!! I thought for sure it had to be wrong but took a chance and called anyway. Sure enough he was open. He asked what kind of tire I needed and I told him. He said he would check to see if he had one and call me back. He called me back a couple of minutes later and said he did! Wish I had called him instead of my insurance roadside assistance! The tow dropped is off in Idaho Springs and I called him again. He showed up 15 minutes later and got us back on the road not long after. $40 for the tire, and $100 for the service call... At almost 11 at night ON A SUNDAY!!! 3AM and we're back home safe after a very eventful day. If not for Pure Mobile Tire I would have been stuck in a hotel tonight while a friend drove for 10+ hours total round trip to pick up my folks and take them back home and get back home himself. Extremely reasonable, knew what he was doing, and quick! He took the tire (the original flat) off the wheel, mounted the replacement, took off the donut and put the real tire back on the car. 10/5 stars!

    Brought my vehicle in for misfire in cylinder 1, to have power steering fluid added, tire rotation,…read moreand oil change. I've had to replace ignition coils before, so bought one at local auto parts store to bring in. Dale told me that it is company policy NOT to use customer-provided parts and that he could not use what I provided. I left the new ignition coil in the passenger seat and left my car at Firestone. Rented a car while mine sat to be repaired, which is normal and what I expected. After turning in the rental I arrived at Firestone to pay my bill and retrieve my car. I got in the car, prepared to return my new ignition coil, but it was missing. Quick call to the store revealed the tech removed one of my coils and used a new coil found in the passenger seat, against company policy. The coil was not included in the invoice; they were cryptic about using the part, so I don't know if this is really what happened. Additionally, no steering fluid was added and now cylinder 4 is misfiring. So the main issues with the car still exist, but I don't have the time or money to let them chill with my vehicle for another few days. My trust is gone and Dale did a great job of being unaccountable when I spoke to him. So I'm down a new part and still stuck with the issue. Also out a fresh ~$1300 for that service. Thanks Firestone.
