I came here last night looking for sugar-free salt water taffy, and could not find it. I asked for help, and Nicole was the sweetest! Unfortunately, they were out of stock of what I craved, but Nicole personally helped me build a plan B. Unfortunately, I don't have names but when I discovered Sprouts' bacon, there was a gentleman who assisted me at the meat counter who helped me, was very pleasant and friendly and on one occasion called another store for me as he was out of the product I was seeking. The last few times I have visited, he was not there and I had to wait for someone to appear only after seeking help from other employees to find someone to help. Workers in the deli which is adjacent to the meat department look through you as though you're not there and do not offer to help or find someone who will. Yesterday, I ran into another customer at the meat counter who shared the exact same experiences. Usually pretty average experience here but today I had a pretty jarringly uncomfortable interaction with the lady at the register. Super rude right off the back for no reason. I like this Sprouts. The house made chicken sausage is amazing (pork is also available) and the butchers are friendly and helpful. I like that they defrost the previously-frozen fish so that you can just cook it. The produce section often has fruits and veggies that aren't widely sold. It's a good-sized department for a relatively small store. They have a very decent selection of gluten-free items, as well as dairy-free. I also like that you can measure out spices from jars into baggies, in case you can't find the onion powder, but know that it's somewhere in your pantry, and you need some for a recipe. (I bought about a tablespoon.) The bulk section is also full of yummies, from nuts to grains to fattening delicious chocolate things. Coffee selection also good for whole beans. I think there is a grinder, too, but I only buy whole beans, so can't confirm. It's not great for household goods, like giant packages of paper towels, but Target is across the street. Sprouts is also great for high-quality vitamins, supplements, and essential oils, which are rather expensive, but they do have some in larger bottles. They also have rather exotic meats in their frozen section, like elk or ostrich burgers, and lots of frozen fish. All in all, I prefer buying produce and basic groceries here, rather than Target. read more

Sprouts came through for me! I waited too long to order a Turkey. I needed a small one, & I was told by V. Cottage Natural Grocers that they would have plenty delivered with their preorders. Go figure, I went there today and it was chaos and the manager said they didn't get any extras and the extras are now on a wait list. Ok, at this point I'm fairly panicked. I called over to Sprouts and spoke with Bacon, yes Bacon ;). He was so sweet & let me know there were plenty of fresh turkeys left & I was able to get the smallest one which I really needed. I'm thrilled and wish I wouldn't have wasted my time driving to Highlands Ranch, I should have known better and just stayed in Lone Tree & gone straight to Sprouts. For well over a year I've been trying to get the managers, corporate etc. to bring back the antibacterial wipes to wipe carts and basket handles at sprouts farmers market. On October 29 the manager from the lone tree location called left a message regarding My concerns about the wipes he said... it will be taken care of and it has been taken care of,once again one more liefrom the store managers, I was in yesterday 10 days later still no wipes! When you talk to other employees they continually say oh we've ordered them I don't understand why every other store has wipes but for some reason sprouts is the only store that says.. they can't get them? In order to save money they're jeopardizing the health of their customers it's appalling. In the midst of a pandemic, cold and flu season on the way they refused to provide wipes to wipe car and basket handles! I stumbled upon this Sprouts while in Lone Tree a couple of weekends ago and this is the mack daddy of Sprouts! This location is clean, stocked full of organic and fresh goodies and best of all.....empty! All the Sprouts I go to are packed, especially on the weekends, so I was surprised to see only a few people here on a Saturday morning. The guys at the meat counter were personable and helpful, asking me what I was making for dinner and giving me suggestions on the best cut of meat. The produce selection is outstanding as always and I know when I go to Sprouts I can stock up on fresh, good quality produce for a fraction of what I would pay at other places. I live on the other side of town so it wouldn't make sense for me to come here all the time but if I'm in the area I will definitely stop by again! read more

This Sprouts is every bit as good as the one in Parker, and you don't have to pay the 3% sales tax on groceries. This is the best place I know to go for deals on fruits and veggies. You get a lot of bang for your buck, and if you do not buy too much meat or processed foods you can get out of here quite cheaply. If I find myself passing through Lone Tree, this is where I will always stop for produce. Tip: On Wednesdays, you get the sales items from both last week and the coming week. read more

I rarely get to a Sprouts, because they seem to strategically build the stores so that they're located as far away from everything else as possible (ok, ok, technically not true of course, but always far away from my usual haunts). But today was different, and I made my 2nd Sprouts trip ever. It was the middle of the day, so only a handful of other shoppers were making the rounds with me. Btw, I dig the short-bus style shopping carts/buggies that many grocery stores are using these days. They have better handling and are easier to maneuver--so I don't take out wayward shoppers when I overload my cart and take produce aisle corners at high speeds. (What? It happens.) I had a nylon grocery bag with me, but I still needed a couple extra bags as I walked out the door with 3 bags of stuff for $50. (Now those are some prices I can get behind!) I'd once heard that Sprouts doesn't provide plastic bags--and I remember on my 1st trip (at a different location) that I had to stagger out of the place with my bare hands full, dropping loose oranges under the car...I don't know if that's usual or not, but this store provided plastic bags for my bounty at checkout. I can't say that the staffers at this location were especially friendly, because I toured every aisle in the whole store, and while I didn't need any help, I wasn't offered any either. Also, when I first walked in the front doors, two employees were standing right there and they didn't smile or say hi--but I guess I could go to Walmart if I cared about being greeted. All in all, I just like the place for its abundance of healthy and creative options at low prices. I'll have to take the long drive to "nowhere" more often. read more

Love this grocery store. There are 3 reasons to love sprouts: 1) bulk spices and bulk grains/nuts/snacking goodies and coffee. You can fill up a whole spice container of cumin, Italian seasoning, Himalayan sea salt for a few quarters rather than buying another container to throw out in a few months. The coffee and bulk nuts are also sold at a good price. I get everything from flour to pine nuts to brown sugar to forbidden rice to couscous to rainbow quinoa to Hazelnut coffee at Sprouts. 2) fresh produce at great prices, good organic options. 3) Amazing customer service. Always plenty of employees restocking to help you find things. They are friendly, some know my toddler's name! I wish they would bring back the huge containers of basil and bulk nutritional yeast. read more

Good store and location to where we live but sometimes the customer service is lacking. We have always had an issue with one item. Powdered rosemary from the self dispensing area. The self check out machines never accept the code for it, so we always need help from the person standing there. Today however, my wife asked for help. The person's response was "you gotta put the code in". We'll thanks for nothing, we know you have to put a code in. She then came over and tried to put the code in. Then blamed my wife for "freezing the machine". She asked her to go to a different machine and the code still wasn't accepted. When she told the woman, she just walked away without saying anything. My wife gave up and went to a regular checkout line where the code was easily accepted. read more

I love Sprouts, but I don't love THIS Sprouts. Although they have some great bulk options, many of the bulk bins remain empty (can't a girl just get some lentils!?). Their produce section (especially their lettuce and celery) looks like someone has been practicing wrestling moves. It's impossible to find Romaine that doesn't look like it has been given the ol' elbow strike. Or hit repeatedly with a folding, metal chair. Berries have mold. Milk has been sour. Sigh. Even though it's more expensive, I started shopping at Whole Foods and the quality has been like night and day. Surprisingly, not just on their produce, but on the meat, too... the chicken at Sprouts tastes and feels like it has been injected with water to plumpen it up. It is spongey and stringey. The chicken I've been buying at Whole Foods is, well, normal chicken. I'm such a cheapo that the pricing at Sprouts is appealing, but it's been going downhill for me so rapidly, that I'm willing to spend the extra dough to get good food. read more

They also make me outrageously happy. Plus, you can sample some coffee as you wheel around and hunt your Sprouty goods. Love that! Then there's the affordable, Made in the good ol' USA (i.e. not lethal) dog jerky. Pup loves it!
