Absolutely love this market/deli. My husband moved to the area recently and stop in weekly. My only request is that they serve fried chicken and eggplant cutlets in the prepared food section and would be even better if they had them on sandwiches with arugula, mozzarella and roasted red peppers! read more

I've only been here a few times but this will now be the only place I get meat from. The quality of the steaks and ground beef I've had the last couple of times were clean, flavorful and just premium compared to your grocery store butcher/deli. This time we grabbed chicken legs, cheese, summer sausage, olives in addition to our top sirloin and ground beef. So we're excited and hope the new items carry the same quality. We figure they would be given most the cheese selections are from Wisconsin. As an original Wisconsinite, I beyond approve! The staff behind the deli is on top of their game. When busy, they have a ticket system and you're barely waiting long. Everyone behind the meat counter is ready to help. Space is a little tight to maneuver but very manageable. The best part is coming to the seafood section and not smelling the coast. They keep the space very tidy and clean. This is officially my new meat market for sure! read more

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Tony's and discovered it was much more than just a meat market! The quality of their meats is outstanding; I've received gift packages from them in the past and tried a few of their products, but I had never been inside the store before. They offer a large selection of various wonderful items. Additionally, the staff was the friendliest and most helpful I have encountered in any grocery-type store. Check it out! read more

We discovered this place back in 2016 when we were visiting for Thanksgiving. When we moved here two years later, it became a regular shopping place for us. The quality of all the food products here is top notch and the service is always amazing. If you want the best salmon you've ever had, stop in here! And this particular location is the OG, opened way back in 1978. Small but super quaint. Oh, and best of all, locally owned and operated! #supportlocal #supportsmallbusiness read more

I went again to see if anything had changed with the price gouging and was disappointed to see even higher prices on EVERYTHING! You can find most of the same canned or bottled items at King Soopers for less than 50% of the price. As for the meats, Whole Foods is even much less expensive. I guess they have suckers who shop here to keep them in business. read more

Purchased a beautiful dessert her to take to a dinner party. It was delish! The deli counter helper was friendly and funny and recommended a nice deli meat that my son loved. The shop is an old school neighborhood market type place and is really a nice experience. read more

"No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service." Offputting and expensive high-quality food monument to intolerance. All the food including produce, bakery, and seafood appear to be very high quality and presentation is excellent. Staff seem attentive and efficient. But the vibe, due to ambience and signage, just scream "Extreme Right-Wing Crazy Person." When we left my partner said " I'm glad you didn't buy anything in there." read more

Typical gourmet market with excellent meats and seafood. Can get a little tight inside but the service is excellent. Pricey, but in line with what you would expect. read more

I rarely do online reviews. But today, I had a poor customer service experience at the Tony's Meats & Market of Castle Pines. I went into the store around 3:00pm to order a Deli sandwich. There were 2-3 employees working behind the counter. I was the only customer at the Deli counter. After waiting approximately four minutes at the counter, no employee had acknowledged me or waited on me. Then a second customer walked up to the counter and was waited on immediately. I told the employee (a young man) that I had been there first for quite some time. The employee tersely asked if he could take my order. I replied, "no thank you" and proceeded to leave the store. As I was leaving, the employee sarcastically said, "have a nice day". This was the second time I have had this kind of experience at this store. read more

The most knowledgeable employees in South Denver behind the glass. Always high quality foods and meats. We love Tony's.

Insane place and Jeff is a rock star!!!! Put a small dinner together for me in moments! This is a must !!!

Went in recently and wanted filet mignon. The butcher selection was vast, but only bacon wrapped filets. They graciously cut me fresh filets and to the ounce size I wanted. Great service! Last time I wanted bone marrow cut longways (canoe) so I could smoke it and the meat department took fresh bones and cut them special for me using the band saw. Thanks Tonys! read more

I can't tell you how happy I am to have found Tony's Meats & Market! This is NOT your ordinary grocery store. Yes, they do sell meats, seafood, deli, produce, prepared meals, cheeses, bakery & pantry items along with freshly prepared sandwiches. But this different - is all gourmet, delicious fine foods. This family run business has been operating since 1978, (with two other locations, one in Littleton the other in Castle Pines). They offer only the highest quality of everything. It can be somewhat pricey, but the food is superb. It has the quaint charm of an European Market. Only the very best meats & seafood make it to Tony's. Their standards are high & all the produce comes from Colorado Farms. I went to Tony's because I needed some veggie & fruit platters for a party & wanted something special. I ordered from their catering menu. These are not your average platters with ranch dip. The Vegetable Crudités Platter not only had fresh hand cut veggies but the most delicious zesty lemon dip! The Caprese Tomato Skewers included juicy cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella & basil with the best balsamic vinaigrette I've tasted. Everyone wanted that recipe! Last but not least was the Fresh Fruit Platter, this included a good variety of fruit with a delicious homemade lime dip. All in all Tony's really made it something special! read more

I love a certain curry salad that sometimes they have here. A deli employee, I think his name was Rod asked if I'd like a phone call next time they make it. About a month later I got the call. Very happy. Excellent customer service!!!!! Thank you so much. read more

Excellent meats, chicken, pork, seafood. Would not buy beef tenderloin anywhere else. Great selection in deli. Staff is very knowledgeabl.

We pre-ordered a roasted boneless turkey breast from Tony's Thanksgiving Menu. It was labeled on the web site menu and billed on my receipt as "Tony's boneless turkey breast" so naturally I assumed this would be a traditional turkey breast prepared and cooked in-store. I saw folks in line ahead of me walking out holding catering chafing foil dishes with what looked like homemade, dry-rubbed, roasted turkeys, so I was absolutely gobsmacked to discover that for $45.89 I received a packaged, processed DELI MEAT TURKEY BREAST from Golden Legacy, a company in Michigan; as in something you buy at the deli counter at Safeway. Unbelievable. Thankfully we were able to get a refund, but now we're turkey-less the day before Thanksgiving. Tony's web site and Thanksgiving menu are both very misleading. Beware! read more

Rudest staff of any of the Tony's locations. I'm drive across town before I'll go back to this location. The staff at the Littleton location is so outgoing, nice and eager to help. The staff at the Centennial location pretends they don't see you standing waiting for help, then they talk down to costumers and just act snooty in general. Yesterday, we experienced 2 hot headed employees in one visit who were just plain rude for no reason. Maybe you deal with too many snooty, uptight customers in that location and feel you have to portray that same attitude yourselves. I don't know, but whatever your justification we are done visiting this location. read more

We had a very bad experience with our Easter dinner side dishes. The potatoes were so full of cheese you couldn't taste the potatoes & the Mac cheese was just like soup. Will never purchase from them again. We reach out to them but no responds read more

I've been to Tony's a few times now, a few to pick up some good cuts of meat and sides. Most recently l used Tony's to pick up some sides for Thanksgiving. The service from the staff here was top notch and they had a really good system to pick up your Thanksgiving meal (tent on side of building, you check in and they give you all of your food packaged up quick and ready). The service was so great though, and really stood out. You could tell the staff, although really busy with pickups from customers, really cared about making sure everything was right. The food, too, cranberry sauce and stuffing was what I ordered, was very tasty. I would definitely recommend Tony's for catering or for shopping for your next gourmet meal. read more

Fantastic service and friendly employees to help with item suggestions. Ordered a party tray for my moms 90th birthday from our home in Sacramento and it was ready as promised for picked up when I arrived to Denver. Lots of other delicious options that I purchased for the party, as well as dinner for the evening before. People raved about the Tony's guacamole and people continuously asked "who made the sandwich tray!" Fresh fruit and put together a cheese tray from the options within the store as well. read more

For reviews I base mine of quality not price there is an extent where price differences can take place. For Tony's meat Market this is hands down the best quality almost everything for a store. I have never purchased a steak from here that wasn't perfectly cut and translates to amazing steaks at home as well. There twice baked potato's outstanding 8/10. I also love the crab cakes a solid 8/10 as well. Great place to pick up a few steaks and sides last minute and throw em on the grill and have a good night the food quality comparison is to a high end steak house everything you will get here. Now for what I love most here the Bakery is out standing the best sticky buns I've ever had 10/10 all day and there cinnamon rolls they have a couple different t varieties but wow 9/10. End of the day this place doesn't have enough good things to say staff is always friendly and very quick to help. read more

Tony's is my absolute go-to for the ingredients for any special meal. WHY you ask? I'll spell it out for you! T - TONS of inventory! This specific store offers a wide range of locally made desserts, salads, an insanely large deli and meat counter, local honey and salsa, cheeses and more! It's the best place to go to get a little bit of everything! O - Outstanding quality! Each side dish, dessert and cut of meat is literally perfect, creating a special taste of home with the upmost quality. We opted for a wide variety of meats (ribeye, chicken, fresh pork chops, ect...), twice baked potatoes, and a variety of sides and were BLOWN away by the quality of ingredients and meats! N - Nice, friendly service with a smile! Each person we encountered were welcoming in us into the establishment, provided great recommendations, allowed us to sample anything to our liking and signed us up for their rewards program which allows for money off after a certain limit is met! Y - YUMMY samples! Although COVID is still in full force, Tony's usually offers delicious samples of just about anything you want to try! They also have a variety of crackers, cheese, dips and other allowing guests to sample before purchasing! S - SALES! While sales are few and far between, Tony's offers a discounted price on some items, making it worth a trip in! However, your wallet will take a hit, but know you're getting what you pay for in quality, quantity and shopping/supporting local. Tony - I love you! read more

Tony's was running a special on their Wagyu Strip steaks, so I bought a couple, and they were excellent! Tony's isn't your run of the mill market, they are a top notch butcher shop, with an array of different options for all tastes. Some people will say that they're on the expensive side, but if you value top grade products, and what you put into your body, you won't be one of those people. Their stores are extremely clean all the time, I've been to two of them, and although one was larger than the other, both were clean, well staffed with courteous & knowledgeable people, and had many great items! Check them out if you're looking for quality & price isn't an issue! read more

Everything is fresh and so good. The quality of the products is great but it is sooooooo expensive. You get what you pay for! This place is tight and crowded.
