People say that if you remove gluten from your diet your body will be completely different; this might be so if you are gluten intolerant or not. I thus occasionally wonder as to how much of gluten I intake daily where I am consuming way too much or moderately...For that matter, I certainly appreciate a store like this. On my way to get home from a morning errand in this neighborhood today, I spotted this shop driving on northbound Holly. I made a sudden right turn to get to this shop being so inconsiderate to other drivers (lol; we Yelp Elites all do that as we are on a lookout for great businesses 24/7!!!) This is a quaint neighborhood bakery specializing in gluten free baked goods. Its existence is very humble as if to say that it doesn't want to be over the top. Its interior is somewhat old fashioned/school where nothing is fancy but I like the way it is (so stay that way, please!) The selection of baked goods from sweet to savory is quite extensive. It's a nice place to stop for a cup of coffee with a pastry or two as long as you happen to be in the neighborhood (this store lures you as if you're not allowed to go to those big chains.) What I got today were Lil Devils (Pig in a Blanket), a cannoli and a doppio. They came to $16 with some change. Not bad. All of them tasted like something without gluten (except the double espresso!!) The savory one was quite the size and dense on the outside. Cannoli had a good amount of cream inside; the outer layer wasn't as crispy as the traditional non-gluten ones but it was solid enough to hold the cream inside it. Pretty yummy! My doppio tasted good too. Mmm...nice discovery!! P.S. The lady who assisted me said this store opened about 5 years or so ago. We all need to support our local small businesses; I'm in!!

It's hard to find keto friendly options in bakeries around the ranch, which makes Wave the Grain worth checking out if you're at all health-conscious when it comes to dessert. The staff at this location is friendly and accommodating, and if you happen to be a dog owner they have a shelf of treats creatively designed for the canine crowd as well. From custom cakes for special events to duck eggs sourced locally, this shop has it all. They even offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Can't recommend them enough! I only wish they had some keto cookie options too!

My absolute favorite gluten free bakery! I stop by here any chance I can get. Everything here is clearly labeled and they offer a great variety of DF, GF, V options as well as many tasty treats. Not only do they have GF croissants, but they are truly the BEST! I have rarely found gf croissants but where I have (Paris, Italy, Germany) this one is still unbeatable. Thank you Wave the Grain!!!

I got the mini vegan cakes. The center filing was tasty but the white frosting around tasted artificial and it was kind of hard. I might go back to try the cupcakes.

We used Wave the Grain to cater our wedding and it was a wonderful experience. I (the bride) have celiac disease, and need to be strictly gluten-free--it was such a relief to have a completely gluten-free wedding. They were very helpful and communicative by email, and the food was absolutely delicious!! They also decorated the cake to match my dress :) I always drop by for a sweet treat whenever I'm nearby. I love this place. And I'll be ordering one of their cakes for my birthday this year for sure!

I'm so disappointed when I started coming here 3 years ago this bakery was a game changer for gluten free goodies. Little by little they have started to disappoint. Today was the final blow. We LOVE the Boston Cream Pie and the Lemon Blueberry so much so that two years in a row my birthday cake was the lemon blueberry cake. I dropped some goodies at home and when I came back the Mr. had only eaten half of his when I looked I saw why... there was no filling there had only been a dollop of "filling" and the "cupcake" was more of a resemblance of a bran muffin. So I cut open the Lemon Blueberry and it was the same thing. I had dropped a package of these off to a friend that is going through a difficult time who has never tried these and now I'm mortified that I gave her a disappointment as a treat. These are not for the faint of hearts either on the cost. I'm truly disappointed and shortening your customers experience is not the way to save costs. Here are a few photos and of these cupcakes to show the before and now's but I hope you take this review as an opportunity for improvement. I've spent too much money recently and been disappointed. It saddens me to see the decline in quality when I know what I have previously experienced.

So great to have a Keto cake for my husband's 60th birthday. He's diabetic and can't have white flour or sugar. This cake was such a hit for all guests!!! Deliciously moist and no after taste. Amazing, we'll be back for all special occasions and treats in between! Thank you for making this an amazing birthday Wave The Grain!!!!!

Of the 4 cupcakes, three were dry and no one liked them. One seemed fresh. Maybe it was gluten free, but not good. Frosting was good.

I was hoping the small coffee would be free with purchase of bag, but I guess it wasn't. The bag of coffee wasn't cheap, so I was disappointed in how over-roasted the beans were. Adjusting grind levels and water temperature, there was always a bitterness or too watered down. The other flavors present in the beans, however, we're quite nice. I was hoping that they would have real kona coffee, but unfortunately their supplier suffered from disaster in Hawaii. Not going to blame them for that, but objectively speaking, if a Hawaiian coffee shop doesn't have Hawaiian coffee, then I am sad about it. At the same time, due to the circumstances, there is a compelling reason to throw some more support behind them.

My 12-year-old son has recently gotten into Dungeons & Dragons, and for his birthday we reserved a table here knowing that Enchanted Grounds welcomes tabletop RPGs. I'll admit, I was a little hesitant about leaving my son and four of his friends somewhere new on their own for nearly four hours. Any concerns disappeared almost immediately. One staff member in particular, Paul, went above and beyond. The boys would not stop saying, "Paul is the GOAT." He checked in on them throughout their entire time there, helped them out whenever they needed it, and genuinely made them feel welcome. More importantly, he made me feel completely at ease as a parent. It's rare to find a business that not only creates a fun, inclusive space for kids but also earns the trust of parents so effortlessly. Enchanted Grounds Highlands Ranch has my respect and admiration. Thank you for giving my son one of the best birthday experiences he's ever had. We'll definitely be back.

For a MtG prerelease with very limited seats, for a set I was very excited for I called early in the week to understand how they handle prerelease events. Per their site, and Per the conversation with their employee, there wer no pre-event sign-ups, and a half an hour before the event they would start registering people. I asked if there was pre-queueing, and was told that happens, so I asked if showing up fifteen minutes early would give a good chance for making the limited seating. What can I say, I was excited. I invited my friends and we were all going to be there early. In total, five of us. Well, as I was pulling up 15 minutes before the event, I found out they had done a sign up, and before they were even supposed to be starting to register folks, they had run out of seats. And the answer to why they did exactly what they had told us they were not going to do? Management decided the night before to change things. I regret having suggested to my friends that we go there for the event. I regret that those friends purchased a draft box at above MSRP from this store in an attempt to save the evening. I regret that they decided to buy beverages there, as our evening had been ruined by Enchanted Grounds' management team. Will I be back? Maybe. Will I trust them on their event descriptions? Nope.

I could have easily gone to one of the coffee shops I already knew but that simply wasn't a satisfying thought to be frank. I bothered to google search to find something new for me to experiment/experience. I did the right thing. Getting here was a bit tricky. My GPS took me to a different building which I knew wasn't the right place. I almost left without making any further effort but good thing that I remained resilient in my quest. At last, I finally came to the right building. "Is this a church?" was what I thought once I was inside the building. Well, precisely speaking, it's a grad school (Augustine Institute; if you get lost like I did due to my inaccurate GPS directions, put Augustine Institute in your map), an institution where students major in Catholic apostolate. But you need not worry what your religious views or background is. The coffee shop has a very welcoming atmosphere where all are welcome and accepted no matter what you are. Such feeling came when Jack, the kind and warm hearted barista upfront, not only asked me my name but also introduced himself to me like a good neighbor does. What an ice breaker it was to warm me up upon arrival. The customer service is simply impeccable here. I ordered a cappuccino. And to go along with the caffeine, I got me the ham & cheese croissant. And to enjoy this place fully I opted for dine in (as I was not in a hurry.) There was another young man upfront alongside Jack. That young man brought me my cappuccino to my table. Later, Jack brought me my croissant. I really liked the way they warmed up my savory. They used a panini maker to press it down so the croissant was flattened to fairly thin. All the ingredients were nice and warm to the right temperature. I still tasted the flaky croissant on the outside. I've never seen a croissant served like this so I found it to be very creative. My cappuccino tasted wonderfully. Whereas I do like the bitter coffee taste sometimes I prefer it to be mellowed out by whatever the dairy product they use so it's creamy to some extent. Since I asked for whole milk (as Jack asked me what kind of mild I wanted) the kind of milk I chose was just the right kind to make my cappuccino to be the perfection of artisan coffee. Quiet and cozy with comfort seatings through, my late morning coffee time was simply perfect.
