Not ashamed to say that our family has been here well over twenty times since the first time. On a random date night my wife and I stopped by Deser Donuts. Nothing could have prepared us for the experience of freshly made donuts customized to our liking. This place is so creative, has so many fun flavors and truly some of the kindest staff I have ever encountered. Not to mention, my sister is gluten free and she loves them and her ability to still experience fun flavors, even with her restrictions. If you need a melt in your mouth delicacy look no further. From the classic cake, to cinnamon sugar and of course, my favorite a Gopher Gary - this place has my heart. And no, I don't have a lot of photos...they never make it long enough.

You know, I was just saying that Highlands Ranch needs a cute little donut shop and then this little gem opens up. I say this with my whole heart, this was the best donut I've ever had. And I just had a simple glaze donut. I'm rethinking my entire life...like why did I go to nursing school when my true calling might be to make delicious donuts all day. One bite of this donut sparked a passion in me I didn't even know about. I'm ready to open up my own franchise (mentally ready, not financially ready...I probably don't have enough money for that). What a cool concept this place has...fresh donuts upon order. Wow wow wow. 10/10 would recommend. Go treat yourself and let me know if you feel the same way about this place...maybe we can be business partners

Donuts are made fresh. They come out warm and then the toppings are applied. Great dessert! Donuts aren't huge but still well worth it.

Desert donuts are overpriced and frankly not that special. There are much better choices, such as Mr Donut in Lone Tree.

The young man and the woman working there were friendly. They added a couple of donut holes to my bag which was a nice little treat while I waited for my burrito. You get a full breakfast with this burrito. It was packed with eggs, potato, bacon and cheese. The combined flavors were delicious together. Sometimes, I don't prefer bigger burritos because I might get a bite of only dry potato. This burrito was full of flavor with each bite. They give you a side of green salsa which I didn't try because it was at the bottom of the bag and I didn't know it was there. Next time I will add it! And, the croissant donut - YUM! It was light, fluffy, sprinkled with sugar to add a little sweetness. The layers of the croissant and airy glazed donut melt in your mouth. The parking situation can be a little tricky when visiting for the first time, but I found that there is also parking on the south side of the building.

Solid variety. The sugar donut and maple sour cream donut were fresh and fluffy. The owner even…read moresnuck in a croissant donut hole which was delicious. There was a group of little girls ahead of me and she made sure each got exactly the donut requested while also giving them some donut holes. It seems to be a family operated business and if so, huge kudos to the kids for being so polite and professional on an early weekend. I'm from socal and in the 90's a lot of us helped our parents at their small businesses; this place gave me that wholesome vibe. I wish them much success.

The staff member was very friendly and helped guide us through the selection. We chose 2 different kinds and shared them. Both were excellent and compared to other shops I am familiar with, their donuts are far superior. There is outdoor seating nearby which is shared with a few of the neighboring shops. My overall experience is outstanding and I know that I'll definitely return!

I drove there to be greeted by a stone faced non smiling girl telling me they had nothing left and she's sorry. No real apology and no explanation. I was stunned and questioned if they do this often to people who order and pay for end of day discount through the app and she responded very abrupt and sarcastically quote: " YES! We had a very busy day waiting on FULL PAYING customers so yes this happens!" I asked politely for a manger and she said "I'm the manager and Brad who's the owner knows me well so you can tell him whatever you want. He likes me. I'm a senior who has worked in customer service my whole life... I'm still stunned at her attitude and handling of the situation! I tried to explain how wrong I see it and that if someone paid ahead and was notified it's ready, their order should have been put aside for them to pickup. It also was already charged to my Visa! She just kept going back to how it's too bad but full paying customers were her priority! WHAT?? I explained I received notification it was ready! I ordered hours earlier when the offer appeared in the app! I will never step foot in there again! I would never trust the ' Too Good to Go' App EVER for this establishment if I were you. You may be wasting the trip to pickup even after you paid and was told it's confirmed. What an unprofessional rude so called " manager" hired here. Total disregard for my time and travel and the disappointed kids at home who these were for. Snarky attitude girl needs to learn how to work with the public with kindness, understanding and manners which she had neither as she talked over me disrespectfully not hearing a word I said. She was loud and pushing her point about the busy day she had with people who "pay full price"and was causing a scene. Then why do they accept the end of day order paid in full through this app and not have it available once you arrive? And this is what we call a " manager"? If this were my store she'd be fired on the spot. Terrible for business.

Donuts are freshly made to order!…read more I first came here not long after their Grand Opening I was over at La Belle French Bakery and spotted this place and thought I'd check it out. Since that first visit, I've been back a few times. I even brought my husband with me and we took donuts to our son, daughter (in-law), and granddaughter. They all LOVE these donuts! I live in CA, so I can't make it here as often as I'd like. But, when I am in town, I hit this place up! The best part is that the donuts are fresh out of the fryer, decorated, and served in a timely manner. You should eat a donut while it is so fresh, it is really tasty! They have a ton of varieties of flavors to choose from. I think there is only one donut batter, but I could be incorrect. The icings and toppings are what gives the donuts personality. These donuts have the best texture and flavor!! I love the slightly crispy exterior and the fluffy interior! As for the toppings, I have enjoyed all the donuts I've tasted! We like to cut them up in to bite-size sample pieces for sharing. TIP: They offer Gluten-Free options for a fee. The menu is quite extensive! I appreciate that their menu board has descriptions as well as pictures. Very helpful in the decision making process! Along with these donuts, they serve coffee, milkshakes, donut ice cream pies, and ice cream. Oh, and donut meals (check out the menu) served on top of a donut! The staff were very helpful and patient. Decisions take time here! I will surely be back in 2026! I hope Desert Donuts will remain successful and in business!

It was our first time so we ordered with staff. We got coffee, savory and sweet donuts to go. Everything was made fresh to order, no donuts sitting around. So we got to watch how they were made. Not long after we got or order and home we went. The Groovy Gravy was pretty yummy, a play in chicken and gravy savory breakfast with some sweetness from the donut. I did add some chulula to add a bit more flavor and punch. The Bavarian fell apart and was a bit sloppy to eat but it was still yummy. Though because it fell apart the donut had a more cake like texture. Maybe we need to try again and dine in.
