I very much appreciated all of the size options, the 8oz was perfect for our littles and were less than $5 each. The very fine texture of the ice was appreciated, melt in your mouth and not a lot of chewing required! We got the royal princess and a more tropical vibe one. Bahama bucks takes shaved ice to the next level, and it is absolutely not just for kids. This is the perfect place to go after a hike, and they have pup cups!! I have honestly been here like 20 times and my favorites are the cucumber with tajin and chamoy, blue coconut Bahama rama with vanilla ice cream, and the Dr Pepper with vanilla ice cream. I can never pick between the sweet, refreshing, and salty combo of the cucumber or the sweeter flavors with the creamy vanilla ice cream combo- so we now have to get all 3. Pro tip is to ask for a flat top so you don't make a mess, and to get the pup cup and mix in the whipped cream/ chop it into the snow ball so your dog will eat the ice and rehydrate! We really love Bahama Bucks back home in Dallas, so we were happy to see that there was a location here in Denver while we were on Vacation in the area. After walking in, we were greeted by the cashier. We ordered the Pina Colada Breeze, Bomb Pop, and Mangonada Sno's.   Both of my kids really enjoyed their Sno's, however, my Mangonada Sno was extremely overpowering after about 5-6 spoonful's. It was extremely salty and there was more chili salt flavoring than there was Mango. I absolutely couldn't eat any more of it. My daughter really loves salty treats, so I had her taste it, and she confirmed that it tasted like pure salt. It was unfortunate, because I had to toss out more than half of my Sno because of over-seasoning. The Mangonada might be tasty if prepared correctly, but I'd never order it again after this experience.   The store was clean, and the staff was ok.      I do recommend this Bahama Bucks location, just not the Mangonada Sno. read more

Like the shave ice, but the staff allowed a yorkie to sit on a table top and each shave ice. When a customer in front told the staff she promised she would go clean it after they left but never did. Bahama bucks is the only spot I trust for all my sno cone needs. When we visited it was extremely busy with only 2 team members behind the counter. While they were a little slow, it was completely understandable, given the volume of people here on Memorial Day Weekend. Both of them were efficient and meticulous in the preparation of the sno cones. They seemed to have a good system going and got through guests pretty smoothly. If you're going, understand that this is not a fine dining establishment so be prepared to wait patiently and it is well worth it. We sat outside and it was clean. Of course people were spilling their sno cones ... if you want a sterile environment there are plenty options for them to package a flat top for you to take home. read more

Bahama Bucks is such a treat for us and especially in this relentless summer; it is a well-welcomed place to visit. That is especially true for the experience we had today with the staff! The person taking out order was very friendly and patient while we made our choices, we did not feel rushed nor that our presence was a nuisance. We gave a tip with purchase bc it felt like such a joyous experience already and we had not even gotten our Sno yet! At the Westminister location, we are told that we have to wait until after purchase before scanning for points (and sometimes I forget). Here, I asked and she said, We can scan for them now or after; whatever you prefer!" Ah, thr song of great customer service. Our Sno's were very well-made and when I accidentally dropped my little one's spoon; I literally lifted my head to toss it and ask another and a different employee already had one ready, again with a smile and a sweet "Here ya go!" Iv never really had a shaved ice where they offered icecream in the center but its something I enjoy. I have only tried one flavor that being "excuse me if I butcher this" bahama mama strawberry ice cream with gummy bears. It was the smallest size and I could not even finish it. Now the challenge of choosing what I want on it. 88+ flavored syrups and 20 sugar free syrups to chose from! The ice is good but the staff is a nightmare. Don't get me wrong there are a couple good kids. Yes kids it seems that is all they higher. But the kids don't listen yo what you want. The kids Aldo have over charged us $2.00 to $4.00 extra a snow cup. You call them out on it and it goes ignored on top of things like we ordered the shadow from sonic and they refused to give us the spoon that goes with the drink. They said they can charge us extra for the spoon even though we just over paid for the ice itself. So I knew had to try this place after seeing all the tik toks. The only bad thing is that this place is so far from home! We got there right at 9 o'clock and they told us they couldn't serve us anymore because it's been busy and they were tired we drove long ways with the kids that were excited and even then they did not care the time before that the same girl that turned us down at 9 o'clock made us a dry snowcone after we told them to put extra syrup and she got an attitude when I asked her before she left left if she had put the extra syrup because it felt light she said she did it when we got home. I'm glad to have found this spot before summer starts. I'm not usually a huge fan of shaved ice but this spot is pretty legit. The ice is crushed perfectly so the texture is close to ice cream. I'm used to the shaved iced that still has huge chunks of ice in it. The flavor is also covering all of the ice with no missing spots. The sizes run a lot larger than I expected I ordered a regular and thought that was huge. Someone I was with got the small and it was still pretty big. Got good news on Monday from the girl who took my order that BB is opening a shop in Westminster. We don't know when, but this is something to rejoice about. BB shave ice is authentic, fluffy and delicious. The flavor choices will make your head spin. Many are gluten free, vegan. BB has seasonal shave ice. I've driven many miles now for the Caramel Apple. It's a green apple syrup on the ice and a caramel drizzle. The pairing of the two is one of the best things I've ever eaten. I asked for light syrup and extra caramel for when I'd eaten halfway through. Think caramel apple lollipops. That's what they taste like. Yum! Hopefully I can get it year round! read more

I am writing this through tears as i warn the rest of the world to NOT GO HERE. first I walked in, and there was two items on the menu that were not available, but they said were. and guess what. That's what I wanted. Already off to a bad start. then, as we were ordering whenever I was paying. I had cash and they were not being patient with me counting my cash. The young lady was rolling her eyes. once we got our snowcones, we only got one. And then I waited at the counter for 10 MINUTES. for my second snowcone. All of the seats were sitting directly in the line of sunlight. I couldn't even see my daughter. for all i know could've just been sitting next to a random man. And the worst part, the middle of the snowcone was COMPLETELY WHITE. As stated in the picture. If i had to recommend this place to anyone, it would have to be my dog, and he doesn't even eat plain snow. And to conclude our trip my snowcone gets knocked over with the spoon falling on the floor and I go to get another spoon. The young lady rolls her eyes and distraughtly walks over to get me a new spoon. No paying customer, no HUMAN BEING should have to be treated with such disrespect.
