Thai Lettuce Wraps
Meya B.

It was a Sunday and super packed! I was greeted and seated really quickly though so that was nice. The staff at cheesecake is always so polite and it makes the experience better. It was clean as well so it's good that they can keep up with the crowd. The food is definitely a 5 for what they offer. Their menu is huge and food is pretty fresh. The thai chicken wraps are so delicious. The only reason they get a 4 is because their drinks are always inconsistent. Way too sweet or just tastes odd. Other than that, I love cheesecake.

I feel like you can't go wrong here. The food and service are always great when I go. We started with the happy hour thai shrimp and WOW. I could've ordered it for my meal it was so yummy, lightly breaded and sauced with a yummy spicy mayo. Chicken schwarma sandwich, it was yummy but half of the pita pocket was just lettuce stuffed at the bottom. My husband got the four cheese pasta with chicken, he loved it!

Good dinner here last night. I don't review the CCF on every visit, but am here as we tried a few different things for the first time that were very good. One daughter and I split the egg roll sampler...or whatever it's called. All four...avocado, TexMex, cheeseburger, and chicken taquito...were all quite tasty. I'm sure we'd get it again. We then split the Buffalo Blasts, which are also wonderful. The other daughter got the chicken and biscuit appetizer. She liked it, but it seemed a little smaller to us than expected...and with the entrees coming out right after the appetizers, she said later she probably could've done without it. My wife had the veggie burger and salad from the Skinnylicious menu for the first time and liked it...said she'd get it again. Our server was wonderful...great attentiveness...there when we needed her...and friendly enough. Like usual, cheesecake and chocolate cake, while gluttonous, are always fantastic.

I'm writing specifically to shout out the server we had at the Park Meadows location. We were there recently and, I don't know how she stayed so professional. We had the misfortune of sitting next to a group of three that was a total nightmare. One guy was being incredibly loud and literally picking his nose at the table in front of everyone--it was gross. Then the food comes, and the constant complaining started. They kept asking for extra ingredients, then complained there was too much sauce. At one point, they actually complained that the calamari had "too many tentacles" and demanded only rings. Our server was a saint--stayed polite but firm when explaining that's just how the dish comes. It was so obvious they were just fishing for a free meal (and they actually managed to scam one). They even cleared out all the complimentary bread and kept pushing for more freebies. It's frustrating to see people take advantage of a business like that, and honestly, I kind of wanted to see them get kicked out. The food was great as always, but the way the staff handled those low-lifes without letting it ruin the vibe for the rest of us was the real standout. 5 stars for the service alone.

A lovely experience, welcome, exchange, menu, served plates ... everything was perfect, very well cooked. Service was excellent and the ambience was good. Very busy place. I recommend

After a fun day walking around the mall and dress shopping at the Vowd, we came here for a bite to eat and left so satisfied! The menu is huge and honestly leaves you wanting to try it all. I chose the spiked pink lemonade and the sugar rim was a nice touch! If you aren't careful you can easily down this drink because it tastes like a normal pink lemonade. We chose to share the fried Mac and cheese and it was to die for! The taste was beyond amazing, leaving you licking the plate wanting more. Perfectly fried, the cheese was still creamy but with a satisfying crunch. And the sauce paired so well! Everyone loved it we had to buy 2. For entrees I got the steak and frites, the steak was cooked perfectly and cut like butter! The fires were crispy and plentiful. My fiancé got the Cajun salmon and I'm not much of a fish person but it was great! The spices made the salmon taste amazing! We were truly impressed with our food, loving every last bite! We Ofcourse had to get a cheesecake, got it Togo because we knew we couldn't finish it. The caramel pecan cheesecake was devine! So rich and creamy! We loved every bite. This place has it all and something for everyone. The fried Mac and cheese stole the show for us and I would go back just for that alone. Our server Vij S was amazing, he was funny but also honest with his opinions on the food. He made the experience that much better for us! With so many options we couldn't believe that everything turned out good and tasted amazing! Highly recommend this place!

Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake**

We came on a Saturday night no reservations. They told us it would be about 30-40 minutes until we were seated. We did not mind waiting since this cheesecake factory location is in the mall we could shop while we waited. We ended up not waiting 30 minutes but more like an hour. If we knew it was an hour, we may have just gone somewhere else to eat. It is better if they overestimate the wait time over underestimating it. Lots of impatient people swarming the host standing all being told the same thing that they were up next and that their table just needed to be cleaned. Not a good way to start dinner. Once we were seated, I ordered the Passion Mint Fizz to drink. So tasty especially for an N/A option. For my entree I got the shrimp scampi. This also was really delicious. Everyone at our table was so full by the time we were done with our meals, but you can't come to the cheesecake factory without getting a cheesecake! We all shared the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. YUM! One thing I do like about the cheesecake factory is how many different options they have of cheesecake. Next time I come though I know to make reservations to avoid all that chaos.

Chicken Tortilla Soup.

Recent visit after Bible Study for lunch. Sat at the bar and wasn't super hungry but wanted to grab something prior to doing retail therapy. Had a Lemon Drop Martini, and I had the new Meatballs Sliders. They were excellent! The bread, a Ciabatta, was delicious. The meatballs had great texture and flavor and the vodka sauce was also very good. I also had the Chicken Tortilla Soup. The food was great the only downside was the service kinda slow and not real attentive.

The staff at this location is great. My meal was exceptional! This was a new menu item, a teriyaki salmon for only $24!

The Cheesecake Factory has such a great ambiance. Great vibes and was busy with great service. The food was very delicious! I could only imagine that everything here is amazing. My gumbo was sooo good and has me craving for more. The steak was juicy and the burger was dripping in juice! There were over 20 different cheesecakes to choose from and the few I tried were incredible. Perfection in every bite as it just melts and have you asking for more. Thank you for a great night with great service!

Before...I ate half.

Don't bother speaking to a manager. She was impatient in listening to my concern and finally just said, "What do you want?" I wanted someone to understand that when I take half of my meal home, I don't want it to look like it was dumped in the trash and then scooped back out!

Came here for the first time from out of town , our server was very nice & professional, we ordered couple of flat bread pizzas , on one of them not enough cheese , but the Manager accommodated us with a new one free of charge plus gave us free desert on the house , that's what you call service & the one they made had a lot of cheese . Thank you

Ask the Community - The Cheesecake Factory

Do they take reservations for lunch?

Last time we went in August for dinner they did not take reservations in Denver.

Hello - does anyone know if they have a Gluten Free menu or can accommodate? Such as GF bread, spices, pasta etc?

I'm pretty sure they had a GF menu and GF options within their giant menu.

The evening was getting cold so we asked for an inside table but as the sun set, I remembered why I didn't like the atmosphere of this place. IT IS TOO DANG DARK!! I don't find it romantic for dimmed lights. I find it annoying because I can't see where to walk and I sure as heck cannot see the food being served to me!! Oh, there's hair in my food? Can't see it. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the restaurant had installed bright, cordless lights on the tables which was nice to be able to see the menu and my food. But everywhere else was dreadfully dim. Okay, enough grumbling. Hubby ordered the Hong Kong shrimp for appetizer and it was AMAZING! Incredibly tasty and tender inside and crispy outside but not overly smothered in sauce. The Alex salad was good, served on a chilled plate. I ordered Brassiere chicken which reminded me of chicken schnitzel. It was very good. The smashed potatoes were great too. For dessert we had the carrot cake which was just perfect. I have also enjoyed the tomato soup with gin, one of the salmon dishes, and the occasional vegetable. The food is all fine and reasonably priced. The restaurant has a very attractive modern look and as I say, is very comfortable and appealing. I've never quite understood the decision to keep wrapped silverware in neat piles in plain view rather than out of sight, but I've gotten used to it. Going to the restaurant has recently been made somewhat easier by the repainting of the mall parking lot, during which the parking space is were enlarged, making the process of getting out of and into one's car much less of an athletic event than it was in the past. FOOD Overall good food, if a little odd. The baked gnocchi and cherry tomatoes in a pesto sauce turned out to be a lot soupier than I expected. My son's pork was well-received. The house-specialty flatbread we had for the table was good. Desserts are served in, effectively, shot glasses. I don't know that it means the portions were any smaller than on a plate, and it made it convenient for the waiter to bring out a display carrier, but it was still a bit odd. One thing that struck me was that everything -- from the flatbread, to the Caesar salad, to the gnocchi, to the dessert, was just a bit sweeter than I was expecting. Not offputtingly so, but a little surprising. SERVICE Service was reasonably good, and our waiter generally showed up when we needed them. I had a dirty knife (promptly replaced with a full utensil kit). ATMOSPHERE The place is just plain noisy. At a booth for four, we had problems with conversation, and in hearing the waiter. Part of this is because they have about a half-dozen too many tables squeezed into the main dining area, among other things guaranteeing you'll brush or bump into chairs on your way to your table, even on the perimeter. One the one hand, it's a good sign that they're doing good business in pulling in a lot of customers; on the other hand, it contributes to making it not a good place for an intimate date. NET-NET We've eaten here before, with similar noise and crowd issues (the holidays are especially challenging). I wouldn't object to be invited by someone to dine here again, but I wouldn't go out of my way to make reservations here myself.
