I had a similar experience to Allison in April 2026. I went in to the store a couple of hours after opening time. The toppings were out, but still covered in plastic wrap with no utensils. The yogurt that was available was decent. More than 1/3 of the machines were out of order. Very limited choices. The other issue is cleanliness. The machines were smudged with ice cream on the front. Not appetizing. While I was filling my cup, melted flavors from the same machine but other pulls were dripping into my dish. Gross. I didn't bother with the toppings based on the lack of cleanliness. Oddly, there is always a disgusting smell of disinfectant around the register. Yogurtini, you should take a trip to Yogurtland. It never looks like your store. First visit here today was a waste of money. None of the machines work. Great location and close to home so I had high hopes.

First, the place smelled like a sewer when I walked in - bathroom issues? I didn't check. Then I noticed that more than half the dispensers were either labelled 'out of order' or weren't working when I tried them. One that I tried to dispense (salted caramel) was like frozen ice water - yuck. The peach was leaking out of the dispenser in globs that sat melting and the dispenser didn't work. I managed to get some vanilla in my cup but at this point was just anxious to get out of there. They seemed to have a lot of toppings which I don't use so my measly glob of vanilla cost me $5. As I was leaving I noticed that the window glass was smeared and one of the doors was marked out of order as well. I think they need a new owner. And I think the health department ought to check the place out. Given what I observed, I'm betting there are some violations lurking in the back!!! Definitely not worth it. read more

The frozen yogurt here is very good and there are plenty of topping to accompany your frozen yogurt. That being said cleanliness isn't close to a priority for this establishment. Halloween decorations are still up two months later, many of the light bulbs are burnt out, the machines are covered in dried product and the floor hasn't seen a mop or vacuum in weeks if not months. The yogurt tasted like ice milk, ice cream's weaker cousin. The topping array is great, but the yogurt was weak and watery. It seems as if they are cutting costs by adding water, or maybe they just have a bad recipe? I went a few years ago with my kids and don't remember it being this terrible. The hot fudge was also thin and drippy, as if watered, and not thick and delicious. BF couldn't eat his and threw it out. Mine had a puddle of water at the bottom of the cup. Wtf?? This place is awful. Go to Yogurtland instead for thick, creamy, delicious frozen yogurt and thick delicious hot fudge. You will not see water in the bottom of your cup at Yogurtland. I love this place so much but it is SO RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE! I love their Birthday Cake and the Dulce de Leche so much! However, it is the most expensive yogurt I've ever bought.
