I tried the Dubai Chocolate Sundae. On a Saturday. :( The place looks closed and dark from the outside. however I was greeted by a friendly and warm greeting. Sadly the place inside is very sparse, extremely bare, which is sad because the tea drinks are bright, fun and colorful. The menu choice I picked was $14.00, which is too pricy but thought why not for a special treat...for special me. I watched her start to make the item and immediately regretted my choice. There was just a scoop for the ice cream part and she started to load in the whole strawberries. Then the painful thought came to mind..uh no. She then grabbed the big ol' Hersey syrup and filled the cup half way and some sticky green 'tashio spread lumped on top, one more layer for large bulky strawberries, more Hersey's chocolate syrup (I think was half empty now from the first go) and more sticky grass cuttings looking pistachio spread. That was it. All finished. I didn't want it. Nope. But 14 bucks. I asked if there was any topping of the actual Dubai chocolate on top..nope. And she slid over the camping supply of plastic forks, which there were 2 in this container. But I did notice they had super fancy straws and I "stole" one of those. Took a bite and was sad. Sundaes are just not like they used to be. I will come back to try a tea and hopefully it will be better and cheaper than the joke of a sundae they are scamming everyone with for 14 doll hairs. This place is probably fine for most people, but in giving them a second chance, it's way too sweet. Every flavoring is a syrup and even the lemonade and tea bases are sugary sweet. Add in popping bubba, and it's candy. I got a strawberry oolong tea this time with mango popping boba and couldn't drink half without a major sugar rush buzz. Thank goodness they have caffeine free options! I consider bubble tea a treat and special occasion. I ordered a large and asked for a kid size from their menu of only medium or large. The two women behind the counter decided to charged me $3.50 for a taste cup (their words, not mine) filled with lemonade that didn't have a lid so defeated the purpose of it being for a kid. It obviously was an abnormal ask, but that's a star off for solving what me the customer actually wanted... which was to share this experience with my toddler. I left feeling ripped off having to pay for a tiny drink I had to throw away after 2 min listening to loud music. Unfortunately I'm not coming back now. read more

I have been to this location multiple times trying to give them more chance but I am done. We have been at least 5 times and all but 1 have been bad. I have been to different locations of Kung Fu so I know what it's supposed to taste like and it has always been off except the one time. It's too expensive to keep going back to try and give them another chance for tea that is barely drinkable. I hope they get their act together. read more

Drinks were made fast but they were wrong. I ordered online ahead for pick up. Three drinks were correct and yummy. Two were made wrong but had the correct label on them. I hope the kinks get worked out because Parker needs this place! read more

if i could give this one store zero stars i would. i walked in first thing no one said a word to me, the atmosphere felt very bland and not welcoming. i order a thai tea with boba.... in case you don't know thai tea is VERY pigmented , the spices make it very orange. what i got was a mix of powdered milk and idk whatelse. very disappointed as i've waited months for this location to open. def won't be coming back. read more
