Deja has ample seating along with a private room you can book for gatherings. I've enjoyed the lattes I've gotten there, especially the peanut butter latte. And they even offer coffee flights which I fully intend to try one of these days when I go with someone else! The coffees haven't been pretty aka no art or much effort put into it so if you're looking for that you'll be disappointed. Staff is friendly and helpful with recommendation. We were exploring different coffee shops around Parker area and my friend found this one and said we HAD to stop by because it has my name "Deja". It is indeed a coffee and Print shop. They also had coffee flights which we both got different flights. I got the featured summer seasonal flight. It was very chocolate forward which I don't mind. The S'mores one was really good. I will say the flights took a bit long to come out because the barista made the lighter orders before ours we had time to chill so it wasn't a big deal. I was in the area and this coffee shop has been on my list to try. The stars aligned and I was able to stop by to grab a quick drink. Their prices are fairly reasonable too. The parking is the tricky part, it is slanted parking spaces going one way. If you miss the first turn you'll need to go around the building to park properly. I was greeted pleasantly and was given good suggestions. I ordered their Chai latte with a little hesitation . Most places make it taste like sweet milk, with no spice flavor whatsoever. Not Deja Brew Chai though. It had a nice creamy consistency with hints of all the spices, with the right amount of sweetness. Absolutely hit the spot. With my keen eyes that are trained by none other than Yelp, my die-hardness as one of the most active foodies alerted me to this small business when I was driving on Parker Road going 50 miles per hour on a busy weekday. I was on my way to the doctor's appointment so I was in a hurry but as soon as I saw it, I was determined to check it out afterwards so I did! The disadvantage of this shop's location is exactly what I described in the first paragraph: escapes many drivers' notices when they are going fast at 50 miles per hour. In that sense, even though it's located on one of the busiest streets in south Denver Metro area, its location is "hidden". The inside is quite roomy despite its outward appearance. I like those places that look unassuming on the outside and yet once you are inside it surprises you with so much charm and detail. I was cordially welcomed upon entry by who appeared to be the boss lady of the business. Before I could even ask she gave me all the details about the shop as to how many shots of espresso each size will come with, flavoring you can choose in your craft coffee, and even upcoming "Ugly Sweater" gathering the shop is hosting. She absolutely left out nothing to educate me on the shop.. This is epitome of "above and beyond". She, of course, asked me if it was my first time and how I found the shop to which I said "yes" to the first part and "Just drove by it" to the second part. I asked her if the store was new to which she said it's been three years for them since the opening of it where people are/were still discovering it even after three years. The barista who whipped up my latte appeared to be her husband. He was also polite to me. On top of my latte, I got me one of the ham and cheese croissants which he took the time to warm it up. When she handed me, I could feel the warm through the white wrapper bag. While I was inside it transacting my ordering I realized that it was quite serene inside despite the busy street right outside. Nice and cozy with relaxing atmosphere, just what you need in a good coffee shop. Good coffee and pastries, relaxing atmosphere but most of all, great service. Great spot just off of Parker Road. They have a spacious space for anyone to come in and work for a few hours. Their cappuccino was good, nothing to exciting but overall made very well. Service was great and the ambient music was popping. FYI they also have printing and conference room space if you want to have a group meeting there. read more

The good: I tried two flights. I liked the number of options they had for coffees and how they ranged from traditional coffee drinks to fun/festive sweet ones. I tried the birthday flight since they were celebrating their birthday. I liked how they have different seasonal flavors. They also have little areas for a more private drinking experience. I got to enjoy the little couch nook on the right back of the store. The workers were friendly. The cinnamon roll was delicious because it was saltier than your average roll. I also enjoyed their muffin. The bad: I lost my wallet here. It had all of my credit cards, insurance cards, ID, but worst of all, it had my precious engagement ring in there (I had it in there because I needed to get it resized and was about to bring it). Please, if you find it mail the ring back to me. It means so much to me! There's no outdoor seating here. I think the flights would look cooler if they weren't in wine glasses. My sister had been raving about this place so I tried them for the first time at their tent at the Cherry Creek farmers market a few weeks ago and enjoyed a cold brew oat milk latte. I was in Parker today and decided to stop in with my reusable jar and decided on a brown sugar oat milk latte which was absolutely delicious. Not too sweet, great flavor, creamy oat milk, delicious espresso and only a few pieces of ice. They filled my jar to the brim. $6.80 with tax. The service was quick and friendly and the ambiance inside is so cute! I can't wait to come back and try their famous flights and some of their food options. If you're looking for a trendy coffee experience in Parker, Colorado, you should try Deja Brew on South Parker Road. They have a good amount of free parking out front, and a variety of different seating options. The staff was very friendly, and upon learning it was our first visit we received a thorough break down off their menu offerings. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of unique trend-setting coffee options at Deja Brew on South Parker Road. (Déjà vu? You already saw that!) In addition to having multiple types of coffee flights (where you have the option of trying multiple different beverages side by side, similar to a wine tasting flight or beer flight), they also have unique spins on coffee, such as one I've never seen - syringes filled with espresso. From the "All The Vibes | It's Giving New" menu, I went with option #2, Midnight Wish, which is a vanilla latte with a twist. It's steamed milk with two espresso-filled plastic syringes in the cup, ready for you to squirt in for a caffeine boost. To fill the syringes, the barista pulls a regular shot of espresso, insert the syringes, then pull the plunger back until they're both filled. Once the drink is prepared, it's your time to shine - play doctor and plunge the espresso into your chosen milk (I went with oat milk) and then give it a good stir. Although it looked cool, I did wish the syringes came on the side on a saucer so that you didn't have to reach your hands into the cup and get sticky, and so that they weren't in my way when drinking (I did remove them after my initial first sip). They have sugar free syrup options (I tried this with the sugar free vanilla) although these aren't made in house. Very practical, they also have a printer! My mom and I were grabbing a quick coffee before a funeral service nearby, and we were able to get color photos printed on thick paper at a reasonable price. read more

Daughter and I went for coffee one morning to try the flights. The peanuts biter latte tasted like it should be thicker because it tasted like a big scoop of creamy peanut butter was mixed in. The cinnamon brown sugar was very good but only if you love cinnamon as it's very flavorful. We also had pastry's which we forgot to capture. A dirty chai with oat milk was just perfect!! I didn't know there was more than one Deja Brew!! A friend of mine told me about the one in the mountains too! I can't wait to go back and try another drink. I really liked the layout of the coffee shop too. There's a room that's separated by glass doors which would be nice for a business meeting or something of the sort. The only problem I had with this was someone was letting their child go in and out of that room opening and closing the door repeatedly, which got loud and annoying. This place gets all the stars! The exterior does not match the interior - this is a trendy little coffee shop in Parker with great vibes! I was also able to try my first coffee flight ever and LOVED IT! The guy working was super helpful in walking us through their specialty drinks and recommended the OG Flight which I could not turn down and it was so good! Such a nice atmosphere. The baked goods come from LA Belle French Bakery and it's one of my favorites. They heated up a blueberry scone and it was so delicious. The flights are great and I should've known I wouldn't be able to finish it (not even close) so I recommend sharing with a friend. There was a special for vday that I wanted to try but it only came with the flight - I couldn't get it on its own. The batista who I think may be the manager and owner was really great and offered a togo cup and was genuinely worried I didn't like the drinks and if I had more time I probably could have drank most of it.
