Had a gathering in Aurora and was in need of some coffee and food after an early flight. We arrived around 11am on a Saturday at Legends was busy... always a good sign. They had lots of coffee and non coffee options for drinks and a variety of pastries, sandwiches and salads. I got the avocado salad with the seasonal banana foster oat milk latte. My friends got a panini and a hot honey chicken sandwich with the orange dream cold brew and the banana foster cold brew. After a short wait we were able to find a table for the three of us inside. They have outdoor seating as well. And a large parking lot. Our food and drinks came out quickly and they were all very tasty. The salad had lots of varying textures and flavors. Had a great coffee here the other day and I'm glad Yelp prompted me to show them some love! I was having A DAY. Not only was it an event day, but I unexpectedly had to drive to five different stores to find one particular item for the event. I was frustrated, hot, and caffeine deprived. Legends turned my frown upside down! I had originally planned to come here and work for the afternoon, but unfortunately it turned into a to-go coffee. The inside was cool--I liked the tree artwork on the wall as the focal point of the coffee shop. The staff was sweet and helped me decide on a tasty latte, and the homemade Pop-Tart was crazy good. I also really appreciate that they offer house-made syrups to flavor and sweeten the drinks. However, the restrooms were not very clean, and you could smell the plumbing, which was disappointing. As someone who loves to linger in coffee shops while sipping, reading, yapping, or people-watching, there was no way I would have stayed longer with that element. This is the air I'm breathing and my food and drink is prepared in. Oh my gosh. The coffee tastes ultra burnt and the focaccia bread used for our sandwiches was literally doused with too many herbs to not have any bread flavor. It was so overpowering that I couldn't taste the sausage in my Colorado sandwich. I discarded the bread. Not sure if it's under new management but I can not recommend coming here. Its 2026 and I'm greatful this neighborhood gem is still around even through the rough times of covid. Additional new seasonal flavors have dropped again for the new year. In an area surrounded by Starbucks, Legends Coffee shines bright! I have been here a few times now. There's plenty of parking around, I usually walk here from shopping in the main street. It is always busy whenever I have visited. They have outdoor seating too for the warmer months. The staff here are nice and helpful. They provide pretty quick service. Definitely a great place to go if you want to try out some different flavors. They always have fun seasonal drinks! I get lavender lattes here, since you can't always find that at other coffee shops, and it is one of my favorite flavors! The food is good here too, definitely try out a breakfast sandwich sometime if you are feeling hungry! The ingredients are always very fresh. You can tell that they make a lot of items from scratch including the coffee syrups! If you order for dine in, often they will give you an aesthetically pleasing looking latte with the foam drip art! An extra shot of espresso is a $3.00 added charge which is ridiculous already, but my extra MATCHA scoop was charged the same??? Usually have been a fan but their prices are absurd now. I ordered a SMALL iced seasonal matcha (it has strawberry flavor) which was already a ridiculous $7.00. I asked for a little extra matcha and noticed the barista added a $3.00 charge under espresso that's almost half the amount of the entire drink. I was confused and asked after I saw the receipt and she said that's what they charge extra matcha under... not only is matcha not the same amount of caffeine, but it's not the same volume amount, and there was no mention of how much extra was added. In the end my matcha looked the same as the persons next to me so I have no idea how much matcha they actually added. Visited Legends on a Friday morning when I had a day off of work. The restaurant was absolutely slammed with people waiting all around and seated inside and out. It was super cute inside with upscale decor and a very open floor plan. Tons of seating both inside and out! I specifically chose the shop as they had a large selection of breakfast sandwiches and options. The girl that took my order was very kind and friendly even given the rush. I ordered their standard breakfast sandwich and chose to have ham on a croissant, with no cheese. My order was ready reflectively quickly, but it was made wrong the first time. Luckily it was a quick fix and was redone a few minutes after I said something. The sandwich was fantastic and so delicious! Super cute spot to have a coffee date or get some (loud) work in. I finally made it to Legends and I can see why it's such a popular coffee shop in the area. The employees are really nice and they have a pretty great menu of options. There are seats indoors and outdoors and overall, it has a nice cafe ambiance and vibe. We went in early in the morning on a very cold day. It was one of the only places that was open before 10 am in southlands. We went in thinking there was only gonna be drinks. Thankfully they had breakfast too. I got a hot coco with almond milk. Very delicious and do recommend it. My partner got a seasonal drink, I think it was something pumkin pie flavored. Unfortunately we did not like that one. The food was a 9/10. I got a vegetarian sandwich and it was satisfying. Not amazing but it did have a nice taste. The peanut butter toast was also good but eventually got too sweet to finish. The inside was pretty but slightly confused with the vibes. It gives farm style but then there's chandelier everywhere. I don't hate it but to ME it's two different vibes. There are a lot of seating but once it starts reaching 8 or 9 am it gets packed!! The people working there were very kind and friendly. We appreciate that the Latinx lady in the counter was patient with us. She understood that it was our first time there and gave us grace when looking at the menu and even gave us recommendations. I haven't been here in a couple years but stopped by recently to give them a try as I needed an early afternoon pick me up. I chose an iced oat milk latte with hazelnut and white chocolate which was delicious. Great coffee and just the right amount of milk and syrups. I love that they use Jubilee Roasting Co coffee as that is another one of my favorite local coffee spots. My husband tried the NOLA cold brew which I thought was great but he didn't really like. It was a little underwhelming for his taste and did not have enough vanilla flavor for him. We didn't get a chance to try any of their food options but their pastries looked delicious. I may have to come back soon just to try the food and another coffee item from the menu. The service was quick and attentive and I love the ambiance of this place. This coffee place caught my interest during my visit to the Denver area! Everything looks so delicious! This shop is located in the Southlands Lifestyle Center. The closest cross streets are E. Commons Ave & S. Central St. There's plenty of parking shared with other businesses. They have free Wi-Fi with the password posted. I ordered at the counter, paid, and then found a seat. I picked picked up my coffee pretty quickly and got the toast a bit after that. I was totally eyeing the Loaded Avo Toast on Yelp, so I settled on one. When they say loaded, they mean it! They use a hearty slice of Sourdough Bread which holds the toppings well! The Toast is "loaded" with avocado slices, boiled egg slices, cherry tomatoes, arugula, feta cheese, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and a sprinkling of "everything but the bagel" seasoning. I usually just make my own Avo Toast, so it's pretty plain. Each bite was quite interesting! I think I'd omit the feta if I got it again. I tried their seasonal Creme de Menthe Coffee. They give you the option to have it hot or cold. I chose to have it over ice. It was a very refreshing drink! There was a nice balance of coffee & mint. It reminded me of the Iced Mint Mojito I always get from Philz near me in CA. I love little mom & pop coffee shops. There are more items I'd like to try like the Maple Pear Toast, Ghosted Breakfast Sandwich (with Ghost Pepper Jam!), and the Honey Lavender Latte! I will keep this place in mind the next time I travel to Aurora! read more

Let's talk what I just walked into. Busy, but my order was taken in a very reasonable amount of time. That is the end of anything good in this experience. I was told that I had one minute to get my order in if I wanted a breakfast sandwich. So I'm literally being treated like the most inconvenient customer right out of the gate. To top that off... this isn't a chain, it's privately owned, not like a McDonalds that shuts down production of certain items at a set time. I got flustered, and was trying to find the sandwich I used to order in the past. I didn't see it and said it was basically mozzarella and tomato... I was quickly becoming even more of an inconvenience !!!! I googled and it was the Caprese... I was scornfully informed that they had not done THAT SANDWICH in 3 years... I went with the most similar sandwich and two drinks. So, service , horrible... I was polite, and not rude.. but treated like I was the biggest inconvenience that ever happened. Food... God only knows what was done with my sandwich. I couldn't even finish it. It was so soggy I wondered if it had been dunked in dish water. Zero flavor, water literally pouring out on every bite. It wasn't the oil from the pesto either. It was flat out water, ... For a pricey pricey establishment , the food is an all-time disappointment and the service was deplorable . The last time I had been to this establishment, I ordered oatmeal and saw that they were using a cheap Walmart brand, Great Value Oats. I grey-listed them at that time. This visit was a second chance. And this will be my last. Chipotle next door was nicer!!!! read more
