A few of my friends are obsessed with Big Stuff Food, so when I saw they were curbside and slinging their goods at Launch Pad Brewery in Aurora, I just knew I had to check 'em out! Let me just say, if the gods had a food truck - it would be Big Stuff Food. After browsing the menu, and wiping away the drool, we chose the following: + Colorado Poutine - Crispy waffle fries covered with shredded cheese, jalapeño and white cheddar cheese curds, smothered with vegan green chili, drizzled with a chipotle lime crema, and topped with baby arugula. Yes, it's as flavorful as it sounds. You can go big or go small, but don't go without! + Colorado Banh Mi - An 8-inch hoagie stuffed with pork belly, carnitas, drizzled with a charred jalapeño avocado aioli, and topped with arugula, pickled cabbage slaw, and cilantro. Legit amazing. I didn't realize how empty my life was before this. + Big Stuff Patty Melt - Quarter pound burger patty, quarter pound green chili braised pork belly, chipotle cheddar cheese, and grilled onion on toasted sourdough. Hope you're hungry! ...are you drooling yet? Because I am. So yeah, the hype is real, and I can't get enough. Definitely going to be making my way back to Big Stuff Food for more of the deliciously creative and oh so Colorado menu. **Pro Tip - They make their way to a variety of brewrific venues throughout the greater Denver-metro area. Check out their website for their schedule.

Big Flavor is the real name of this food truck. Everything you get from this food truck is huge & full of Flavor!!! They were at Lone Tree Brewery when I had them on a cold dreary day. They were the only sunshine that day luckily. I went outside and ordered my meal of BCB Double w/ sweet potato fries and a side of charred Avocado aioli. They give you a number stanchion and within minutes they find you & drop off a plate of your food for a King and/or 15 for person.

Must try food truck! They move around daily, but they're always outside of Denver Beer Co on Mondays. I recommend getting a cold beer and ordering a ton of their food! Patty Melt - Their patty is made from beef, bison and chorizo and it's pure perfection. Add pork belly for some fattiness and you have a great paddy melt! The cheese is obviously amazing too! Green Chile Poutine - The waffles fries are crispy perfection. Green chile is flavorful as well. You can't lose with this one. Fried Mac and Cheese - Cheesy and delicious! Great crunch. Fritters - This changes depending on the brewery but this one was Princess Yum Yum flavored. It was like eating the beer and I loved every bite of it!

So, their pricing was in line with other high quality meals and it serves 10-12, which is perfect for 8 people on Thanksgiving ;) I ordered the whole roasted turkey (they have several types of turkey available) and the side dish bundle which included mashed potatoes, sage stuffing, praline sweet potatoes, green beans almandine (with tons of yummy bacon), gluten free gravy, cranberry relish, and brioche rolls. The non-contact, drive through pick up the day before Thanksgiving was staffed by very helpful, friendly people wearing masks. They put my order on my back seat and I was through the line in less than 10 minutes. When I got home, I immediately started unpacking everything so I could divide it up into "to go" orders for my family Zoom on Thanksgiving. I thought the turkey was frozen and started to panic but when I called them, they said it was not really frozen but very chilled and the shrink wrap made it seem frozen. They had me submerge it in hot water for about an hour. The directions say to heat it in the oven for about an hour, then tent it to rest, then slice it. Since I didn't have time for that, after it warmed up, we were able to slice off enough for my daughter's family so we could give her her share when she dropped off the pies. I split up the meal 4 ways and with her pies, we delivered everything just in time for our 1:00 pm Zoom. We all had different favorites for the food but we all agreed that everything, including the turkey (after we each heated up our own part) was delicious. My favorite was the praline sweet potatoes. They were creamy and had a great praline flavor and came with candied pecans to sprinkle over the top. I highly recommend this complete meal from Tony's and it would have been so easy if we were having people over. The fact that I had to divide and package it up made it a little more difficult but still much easier than cooking. They are offering more meals for the holidays that include turkey or prime rib, beef tenderloin or Applewood smoked ham. I'm betting they are all delicious! Thank you Tony's for making my pandemic Thanksgiving so much easier! You are my new "go to" for family meals.

We especially loved the cornbread stuffing and potatoes. We also had ham which I was expecting to be generic processed "ham in a can" and that was not the case. It was really favorable. They were here early and set up really quickly. I was also worried about not having enough but the portions were generous.

I am from Denver but live in CA currently and am planning from afar. Sent an incredibly detailed inquiry with day-of event timeline by hour, menu ideas, location (just a few blocks from their prep kitchen) and a bit about the event. Received two separate responses from he and his wife, Holly, seeking details already provided in my initial inquiry like guest count, location, time. Sent several emails back and forth clarifying capabilities, menu ideas, rentals etc. and finally had to set up a call in October (initiated by me after many proposal mistakes) to align. There was constant confusion regarding the style of the event and rentals - TBH, the many proposal revisions due to their mistakes maybe should have been the hint this might not be the best fit. But we went ahead! Terrence was late to the call on October 15 but let me know ahead of time and I genuinely didn't have an issue with it. After aligning, I paid $100 to have a menu tasting on Monday, December 22 when my husband and I would be visiting Denver from CA. So, this is a tasting that has been on the calendar for at least a month. When we arrived at our tasting (after confirming via email the week before and day of) 15 minutes before (6:45p) the scheduled time of 7pm, Terence is irate. Mistakenly, the event in my calendar was in PT (since we live in CA) instead of MT. He says that he refuses to serve us because we have "disrespected him and wasted his time and he has a 4-month-old at home." He continues to say that we are disorganized and lack care and that in addition to not offering a tasting, he will not put in the effort to cook for our wedding after how we've treated him. We are SUPER apologetic - this is something we've spent money on, confirmed via email and have been looking forward to. When asked why he didn't call to check on our arrival time, he said he "doesn't have my phone number. And you confirmed with Holly so that should have been enough." Because I filled out an entire inquiry on their website and spoke with him personally to schedule this tasting, it's BUCK WILD to say that you don't have my number and think sending an email is problem solving enough. We would have literally hopped in the car and been there in 15 minutes had we been given the courtesy of a phone call. All of this to say, we made a mistake, were very apologetic and were treated super rudely and given no tasting despite paying. 0/10 for TBD Foods.
