This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Colorado. The family who runs it are fun and try to keep a family atmosphere that appreciates your patronage. They are very busy with limited capacity due to COVID and sometimes the wait is long during peak dining hours so be prepared. I particularly like their bean dip that they serve with chips and salsa to start. Their Dobel margarita may be the best margarita I've ever had. All my friends and I enjoy visiting this restaurant. The decor and ambiance is up-beat and eclectic. I find the noise level below normal. They have an extensive menu and in my opinion the food is very up-to-date with current trends. There are many options for vegetarian selections and everything seems very fresh. Breakfast burritos are small, expensive, and not very flavorful. Big disappointment considering the restaurant itself serves up really great food with decent prices and large portions. We've tried this food truck twice in the last month or so and had less than stellar experiences both times. The first time, I had searched up their menu online and gave a list to my husband of what everyone wanted. He got there and discovered that their menu is totally different, so he had to call and basically take orders all over again. My husband and I both ordered the burrito with chorizo to make it easy and our son wanted eggs, bacon, potatoes, and green chili. When he got home with the burritos, I wasn't super impressed with the size for the price. They also marked them wrong so I ended up eating my son's burrito and didn't realize it until I had almost finished it. We thought it was a fluke, so we went back this past weekend to try again, as the breakfast burrito selections around are dwindling with the whole Covid-19 thing. We placed the exact same order as last time because I wanted to actually try the chorizo burrito this time. My husband said he waited around for quite a while. They completely skipped over his and another customer's number. That other customer must have had bad experiences in the past, too, because he apparently gave them an earful when he explained he was going to be late for work now that they skipped his order. By the time we got ours, it had been about a 30 minute wait and the burritos were just thrown in some foil and sloppily wrapped--again, not labeled, so we had to open each one to figure out which was which.
