THE stop for a morning meal. Best breakfast burrito I've had in the Denver area. Go for the Mariachi Loco con Queso (the cheese helps hold it together, making your in car meal easier to manage). The Conchi is pretty good too. There's always a line, but in dozens of stops, I don't think I've ever waited longer than two minutes to get my food. Give it a try! And then, don't tell anyone else. No need for those lines to get too long

Pretty decent burrito. They aren't giant burritos but are still good. Bacon is crisp! Yum

Good food and good service. It's usually pretty busy almost anytime of the week so go a little early.

Breakfast burritos are too expensive for the portion size. Had to go to Burger King to finish breakfast.

Breakfast for lunch? Yes, please! I like that Rory's promotes itself as a classic diner, however…read morethe breakfast menu is a step above classic. It took an extra moment before I was greeted but thereafter, the service was on par. Since breakfast is served all day, I went with the Cinnamon Apple French Toast, sans whipped cream. Today, it was made with fresh sourdough, dipped in a cinnamon vanilla custard. The vanilla is slight in flavor and the cinnamon is more noticeable in the apple compote.....which is IMHO the best part of the entree. The entree was a good portion without needing extra sides (but don't hold back if you are famished). The seating area was clean and the diner overall was nicely decorated...not overly cluttered like most diners. The tables are closely placed and best for solo, duo, or family dining. Groups might be hard to squeak in. Grateful I was finally able to make a visit.

The biscuits and gravy are some of the best I've ever had, especially with their green chile breakfast gravy for a little extra kick. We never skip the breakfast relleno or one of their giant cinnamon rolls, and the cheese curds are a must if you're in the mood for something savory. Everything we've tried has been delicious, and it's the kind of place we find ourselves coming back to again and again.

We understand they're probably still working through some challenges since this was only their second night back. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The restaurant's posted closing time is 10:00 p.m., but around 9:37 p.m. the lights were shut off while we were still dining, which made us feel rushed and unwelcome. To make matters worse, our waitress disappeared for the last 30-40 minutes of our meal. We never saw her again to check on us, refill drinks, or bring our check. We ended up having to get the hostess to help us so we could pay and leave. We genuinely wanted to support the restaurant and hope this was just part of the growing pains of reopening. However, if the kitchen or dining room needs to close earlier during this period, it would be much better to communicate that to customers rather than making guests feel rushed out before the posted closing time. We truly hope things improve because we've enjoyed coming here in the past and want to continue supporting the restaurant.

My husband and his friend ordered the French Pilsner. I had a taste, that is a delicious brew. I had iced tea as my job was being the designated for our outing. My daughter chose to have a margarita. Since I was with a group, I chose to just focus on what I ordered. I love chile rellenos so that was what I got. I like them soft and their egg batter was delicate. They came smothered in their green chile which is delicious. The were also accompanied by rice, beans and flour tortillas. The tortillas are made in house, highly recommend having an extra order of those for the table, as we did. We also had chips and salsa that were brought to the table when we arrived. I had half of my meal to take home, plus a couple extra tortillas. Yay! I would most definitely go back.

They have boozy brunch cocktails as well if you are so inclined- I was and ordered a Bloody Maria. This was delicious as was the strip of bacon that came with the drink. Yum! We also gave their cinnamon roll a shot, and were very pleased with the gooey, deliciousness of this baked good! I tried the chilaquiles for my main entree and was pleasantly impressed. I did order my eggs sunny side up, and well, they tried but they came out a little over cooked-no biggie though. Our server was very nice and kept tabs on us frequently throughout our meal- this was very much appreciated!
